most popular: jeonghan "what would you do if i became a cockroach?" (1.2k notes) - classic jeonghan behavior necessitating a set... favorite: an ode album covers - my first foray into anything graphics-adjacent! it came out exactly how i planned, and it's my favorite thing i've created thus far

most popular: snoozi (5.2k notes) - my most popular set of the year! i love how many people enjoyed the pun, and i looooved compiling all the sleepy woozis favorite: it's definitely snoozi, but honorable mentions include strawboory & svt + tv tropes - strawberry boo was already too cute not to gif, and as soon as i had the pun in mind, nothing could've stopped me from using it - svt + tv tropes was so fun! i actually have a few ideas for a part 2, but not enough for a whole set yet.

AUGUST

most popular: "in the market" song (700 notes) - i was flabbergasted by this, woozi's memory terrifies me. instant gifset. favorite: a rainbow of wz hair colors - i loved coloring this set, for obvious reasons. vibrant gifs my beloved.

SEPTEMBER

most popular: follow tour vcr (500 notes) - the moment i saw this, i loved it. i'm not exactly sure what the plot was, so i had my own interpretation ofc. favorite: svt mvs + pink & blue - i was on a mission for rq&s, but i ended up going a little broader instead. i had fun making the templates!

😌 will gladly accept the horangdan title! here’s another fun tidbit for you: in the mmtg vid where svt performs all those medleys of classic kpop songs, when they do saldaga by sg wannabe, eagle-eyed viewers may notice that hoshi is like, ridiculously specific about how he imitates violin playing as compared to the other members. it’s much more accurate—a lot of violin or string playing imitations move the bow and really ignore the how violin players bend their neck against the violin. and the Reason hoshi doesn’t fall into this common trap is 100% (in my opinion) bc he’s imitated violin playing before—in his performance of bad guy by rain on masked singer. I’d bet that he looked into how violin players play before doing that performance (and good thing he did bc they literally cut to a violin player right after he does that) and that’s why. u can also see him imitate the violin in the lil dance break part of spider. - car crash anon

concept soviet infantry portraits for my ww2 rtt/rts idea not seen: shtrafniki, field gun this is a company of heros ripoff I have planned, with simplified base building and more focus on tactics.

units and their roles Sapper: builder unit, also a good assault team, with SMGs and body armor, they actually rock at charging enemy lines and placing bombs or snipping wire, may take a flamer or a minesweeper

reservists: fresh infantry assigned to defensive operations, they are summoned by supply caches (works same as CoH) and arrive from off map. they suck at offense, and have no grenades, but they build cover and can be upgraded to have either 2 LMGs or AT rifles (also this is an 8-man team, lol)

Strelki: mainline soviet infantry, one of them has an SVT, they can lob grenades and be upgraded to have 5/6 SMGs or replace the SVT with an LMG

SG-43 Team: 4 defenders, a machinegun that can switch to AA mode, can upgrade to a DShK

Mortar Team: 3 defenders, is mortar team, idk

Sniper: lone soldier with an SVT, she can upgrade ti a semi-auto AT gun, stealth scout/assassin

Partisan: doctrine specific, has molotovs and looted weapons, can be summoned from ungarrisoned structures or offmap

Commisar: some sorta command squad UwU

Just saw your post about svts kibbe types and was wondering why you typed Dino as a SN. I'm merely curious since most posts I've seen typed him as SG. And my brain makes me now see both options so I would really appreciate an elaboration if you're up to it 🙏

the SG idea likely stems from how he's styled often, very Soft Gamine:

and how he looked like before kibbe type-able age, Flamboyant Gamine.

whereas you can see some extremely blunt wide bone in his physique nowadays, it's similar to jeno, jungkook, or changkyun almost.

the look of earthy-looking fabrics combined with yin (lace etc) paired with SN's signature tousled hair is great on him.

Heyy, I don't wanna be a bother but I just stumbled upon your post about svts kibbe types and I was curious about Dinos type. Because I saw on another blog that they typed him as a SN and I now kind of see both; SG and SN, and am a little torn here.

What do you think about this?

i had to go back and look at my svt post (we love forgetting that i did something lol) to check my analysis there and personally i can't see him as anything other than a SG

gamines are small, petite, and delicate, in ways that SNs aren't

i think the difference is really well demonstrated when you compare him to bangchan (skz)

according to google, banchan is 171cm (5'7) while dino is 173 (5'8)

and i personally i think that chan looks taller than dino which, in kibbe, matters

SNs tend to have a moderate to moderately short vertical line

gamines have a short vertical line which you can see here

compared to chan (well bangchang okay i'll stop)

you can see that his bones are shorter and more compact

there isn't any elongation in them whatsoever

elongation points to yang and, while SNs have a yin undercurrent, it isn't their primary feature, making them first and foremost a yang type, a natural

gamines are a yin type

their features draw from yin. soft, curvy, fleshy, etc

when i look at dino i see yin features first. i see fleshiness, roundness, and a certain level of delicateness

when i look at chan the first thing i see is yang. strong bone structure and sturdiness. it takes me specifically looking for yin traits to find them.
