Walls & Floors from Sims Medieval

TSM - The Sims Medieval - has the prettiest textures for floors and walls. They have been extracted and converted before for example by @zx-ta, but I always wanted MOAR - more sizes, more swatches, ect.

When I redid the floors I made them to include Four-Sizes-In-One - this means that you can find four different pattern sizes all under the same floor in the game catalog - you can see in game that there are 4 x 10 swatches, so each color has 4 pattern size options.

All of them have normals and speculars.

Mix and match, make decorative floors anywhere! These floors are called "medieval" but can really be used in all eras, timeless!

To start, here are three sets:

Following on from the simple modesty of the 1300s, female hair in the 1400s became a lot more elaborate thanks to the addition of hair pieces, ribbon and other decorations. Braided styles evolved into very detailed and decorative concoctions. Styles also became more flowy and romantic, often with curls framing the face. CC links under the cut.

All the King's Horses - a recolor set

There's a decided lack of non-modern horse cc in the community, so when I saw @objuct's Traditional Arabain Set, I knew I needed to make some recolors.

Info: - Requires the meshes - Both versions included (tassels + no tassels) - Saddles have 25 swatches each, halters have 19 each. (There's a matching halter for every saddle, though!) - First few swatches are modifications of Objuct's swatches. The rest are all mine. - Previews are unedited, no reshade.

Carriage Travel & Sitting Proper

Starting the year with a twofer day! Most of these were poses that I originally made for @thesimnova some time ago, for use on a flying ship, but they worked remarkably well for a carriage scene I needed recently.

I figured they might be useful to others, but then I also thought... these are quite niche. Why don't I make normal bench/chair versions too? Plus some other random poses I'd made for myself. My story is currently featuring a lot of royalty and I realised I was in dire need of Sims sitting on chairs that weren't intended to be sat at tables. 

You will need: - Pose Player - Teleport Any Sim or MCCC - any bench* or chair for the Sitting Proper poses - The medieval carriage by @notsooldmadcatlady for the carriage poses (surprise!)

Not required, but recommended, is the Buckley Camera Mod. Personally it's a must have for me for all screenshots, and I'm sure it made it a lot easier to get the camera inside the carriage and work with the angles!

*Made with base game bench, but alas, not all benches/sofas are the same height so there may be clipping/floating.

Up until the 1300s clothing was relatively functional and basic, but during this century we saw the emergence of formally recognised "fashion". Previously draped garments and straight seams were replaced by curved seams and more fitted silhouettes thanks to the beginnings of tailoring, as well as the introduction of lacing and buttons.

A fortress carved in the rocks. It's still very much a wip. I had to take out the stairs at the entrance that took me more than hour to place because I remembered that horses exist in the game now. I want to place more oversized rocks in the background with the TOOL mod though to make a faux mountain range.
