The date went well.

Jun unlocked the entrance door of the apartment you both shared.

"You go in first, madam" he said. A smirk laced on his lips afterwards. He couldn't take eyes off of you tonight. You looked exquisite clad in that black silky dress with that light makeup painted on your face. But now you also had his leather jacket on your shoulder. As soon as you entered the apartment which you both shared, he followed after you and locked the door. That followed his much awaited, impatient confession with him pinning you against the wall. You both were lost in the bliss of it as if it was not enough and you both craved more. The jacket dropped on the floor which made you both pull away from the kiss.

"Umm I think we should take this to the bedroom?" he asked.

You noticed the lipstick stain on his lips. Color smudging over his lip line a little bit. That's when something popped up in your head.

"Jun is it okay… if you take me to the bedroom and we do something I saw on YouTube a few days back" you hesitated at first but then said everything in one breath.

"You've got lipstick on your nose" Jun smiled.

"You've got lip prints all over your pretty face" and then added "made by me" you said feeling content with the deed you did.

"So my face is pretty with the lip print or it's prettier without the lip print?"

You groaned "yahhh you're pretty either way!!"

"And you're my pretty," he moved dangerously close to your left ear and said in a lower voice "pretty girl" he said while moving one of his hands on your back, fiddling with the zipper of your dress. It felt warm yet ticklish when he whispered in your left ear and then you let out a breathy sigh.

"But wait-" You pulled away and then continued "we need to take a picture and then remove this off of your face I don't want you to have any kinda skin infection now" you said.

"Alright then! we're taking this to the shower baby!" Jun said as he lifted you up and walked towards the bathroom. "I hope you won't mind getting a little more wet than usual honey" he said, yet again, in a lower, deeper voice.

"I- I would honestly love it- a lot.." you stuttered. Your cheeks started burning up.

"Cat got your tongue now" Jun said, placing you on the countertop beside the sink, hands still placed on your waist now slowly moving to your lower back, massaging that area lightly.

When Jun walking into the living space of the dorm he expected to see you sitting on the couch surrounded by the other members. What he didn’t expect was to see a sleepy Woozi resting his head on your shoulder. He glared at the two of you before taking a seat at the opposite end. Your eyes met his the moment he entered the room, but you were met with a cold shoulder. You chalked it up to him simply not seeing you within the mass that was 12 other boys. But as you glance at him you notice his gaze directed towards not only you, but the younger member resting besides you.

His action continued on for some time. Constantly peeking over at the two of you. His stare would twist with every move Woozi made.

You were very confused by his actions until Dino, who was sitting on the opposite side, got up for a beverage. Then Jun quickly got up to replace him. It didn’t take long for him to mirror the actions of Woozi and place the side of his head on your free shoulder. You peek down and quickly notice a satisfied smirk on his lips.

Then everything made sense. As a silent apology, you placed your hand over his and squeezed slightly.

"What do you want to do today?” Hoshi asked while grabbing his keys only to stop when he spots you laying on the couch next to Vernon, both still in your lounge clothes. “This” You spread your arms to signify that you were doing today what you were currently doing, nothing. Hoshi nodded before pulling out his phone to see if another member wants to hang. He didn’t feel like sitting around all day but didn’t want to force you to going with him.

After getting an okay from Dino, Hoshi told you his plan before leaving you for the day. When he returned much later, he was surprised to find you in the same position that he left you in. On the couch with Vernon with the tv still on. Except now with your head resting on the younger member’s shoulder and your eyes shut.

Hoshi went to take his shower and changed into his lounge wear while trying to ignore that you spend the entire day with the second youngest member and ended up falling asleep on his shoulder. When he exits the steamy bathroom, your already awake and looking around for him. A smile on your face as your eyes met. “Hey, Did you have fun?” You asked getting up to give him a ‘welcome home’ kiss. Hoshi nodded before pulling you in for hug. “Yeah, but i missed you. Did you?” You recuperated the hug and whispered the same back to him.

"Y/n, It’s just a sprain.” Jeonghan’s voice caught Minghao’s attention. He put his phone down to see you and Jeonghan enter the room with the male’s ankle wrapped up in a bandage. "Is everything okay?" Minghao asked with concern. "it's fi-." Jeonghan started but you quickly interrupted him. "He hurt his ankle and he might not be able to preform unless he stays off it." You spoke the last part with grit towards the older man. “I suppose he wont?” Minghao asked with the same tone as yours. “It doesn’t hurt to bad. I can still put slight pressure on it.”

Before you could scold him again a producer came in to announce the show was about to begin. You sighed and sent Jeonghan a worried look as he hobbled off. You wished Minghao good luck and asked him to watch over his hyung before heading off to your normal position just off stage. During his breaks you could constantly check how hes feeling and make sure he isn’t pushing himself.

Then worry he would try a difficult move and hurt himself further. To the point you would ignore Minghao even after he rushed to sit down and gulp down water. As the concert went on Minghao became more and more upset about your lack of attention. His feelings continued even after you returned back to the hotel room.

After you both have taken your shower, Minghao sat the you down and explained how he was feeling. However as he was talking, he thought back to your body langue and saw how worried you truly were about Jeonghan.

Minghao began to laugh at his feelings before informing you of his revaluation then thanked you for taking care of his hyung.

All day, the only thing Dino wanted to do was spend some time with you. Yet you wanted to spend it playing games with Seungcheol. Dino would constantly peek his head into the room, only to find you in the same spot.

Occasionally you would enter the kitchen to get yourself a small snack or something to drink, causing Dino to perk up at the sight. Only to sulk back down when your turn and retreat back to your gaming room.

Around 9pm you’re still playing and Dino’s patients has run out. He got up from the couch and quietly made his way to you. Once the door was cracked the maknae poked his head in and saw the room lit up with the illumination from the screen. He let out an audible sigh and made his way into the room. He stood beside your chair with his arms crossed until you looked towards him. “Hey babe!” You cheered. The youngest member said nothing but quickly picked you up then sat in your seat instead before placing you on his lap. “You good?” You asked with a slight smirk, know fell well why he did that action. Dino nods before placing a kiss to the back of your neck.

Wonwoo: Wanna Be Yours- Artic Monkeys

Wonwoo reminds me of so many Artic Monkey songs but Wanna Be Yours has the vibes that just feels like him. The song is a little dark and stormy, while being overwhelmingly loving and hopeful. Its a touch desperate, as though the singer can’t actually speak to the subject, and that feels very Wonu. Wonu is a quiet guy, less shy and more simply introverted, and a song so longing and desperate, feels like something he would write.

Mingyu: Stuck With You- Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber

This song is fun and upbeat, while still being a bit of a tease. Mingyu feels the same way. He’s a goof and strikes me as someone who would love this song, and the conversation it tells. For the sake of your heart, don’t imagine him dancing around the kitchen with his partner whilst singing along.

Vernon: Renegades- X Ambassadors

This is going to be super specific but both Vernon, and this song feel like sitting in the back of a loved one’s Subaru Legacy, watching the sunset over the ocean, after spending the day at the skate park. Its calming, with this rebellious undertone and a heart of love, and that just feels like Vernon to me.

Vocal Unit:

Jeonghan: Troublemaker- Oly Murz and Flo Rider

Troublemaker is definitely a word that can be used to describe Jeonghan, that’s something everyone knows. The song is about a person who is wholly aware of the power they hold over people, and sung by a person who is totally caught up in the spell. Jeonghan is a manipulator, and I mean that with love, but he knows exactly what he’s doing, and he’s going to use it for his own gain.

Shua: She Will Be Loved- Maroon 5

Maroon 5 and Joshua Hong go hand in hand, but specifically I think he feels like She Will Be Loved. The song feels like a promise someone is making to their lover’s parent, a promise that their daughter will always be loved. Joshua has a tendency to feel a little old school, like a gentleman, and strikes me as someone who would make this kind of promise. Also the image of him playing his guitar and singing this song with that soft “thinking of the person I love” smile, my heart can’t take it.

Woozi: Piano Man- Billy Joel

Lee Jihoon is made of music. He’s an old soul, and Piano Man feels like it was written by him a long time ago, and yet in a time still to come. There’s a love within the song, a love for music and the way it pulls you in. Jihoon was supposed to be a musician, and whether he’s performing as an idol, or simply playing the piano in a bar, he will always be a Piano Man.

DK: Honey, Honey- Abba

Not only can I see him bodying this song, but I can picture it being sung about him. I feel the Amada Seyfried version suits him best, with the teasing tones and childish vibes. Seokmin is duality personified. On stage he gets so sexy and confident, and offstage he’s cute and sweet. Honey Honey is as well, being about a very grown-up relationship but sung in a way a child might understand.

Seungkwan: Everything I Didn’t Say- 5SOS

Seungkwan has a lot to say, no one can doubt that, but I feel like he’s awful at talking about genuine, romantic love. Everything I Didn’t Say comes at the end of relationship, when the singer is reflecting on the things they wished they had said, and to me, this feels like something Seungkwan would sing. Not only would his voice fit the song beautifully, but I feel as though he understands the emotion behind it and could really bring it to life.

Performance Unit:

Jun: Horns-Bryce Fox

Hear me out. While the subject of the song doesn’t feel like Jun, the singer himself does. The song is about a woman who is, objectively, toxic as fuck. She’s akin to a demon or beast, and yet, the singer can’t get enough of her. She’s what keeps him alive. The fire in this song, the passion, and sheer lust, that’s what feels like Jun. Its feels like bearing your soul, feeling it burn, and cherishing the warmth you’re given in return, and I don’t know why, but to me, that screams Wen Junhui.

Hoshi: History Maker- Dean Fujioka

Is this song from an anime about figure skaters? Yes. Does it still feel like Hoshi? Yes! The song itself is super short, but its message is one of hope, and following your dreams. The song makes me feel confident, like I could change the world, and to me, that sounds like Hoshi. He too is confident and doing what he loves. He doesn’t let himself get dragged down by anything, and does his best to keep moving forward. If this song isn’t on his work out playlist, it should be.

Minghao: Uptown Girl- Billy Joel

Uptown Girl is a classic, its romantic, flirty, and such a tease. It feels like making fun of the person you love, and that is Minghao in a nutshell. He feels like classic love songs and being an ass to your lover. More than that, the song covers this underlying note of not feeling like enough, like you aren’t good enough for your partner, and that also feels like Minghao. Yeah, he’s confident, but he also strives to grown and be a better person, and to that extent, he probably worries that he’ll never be good enough for the person he falls for.

Dino: R.I.P. 2 my Youth- The Neighborhood

This song is about growing up and finding a world that doesn’t care about you, and how you don’t care in return. Though Chan still seems like he has some hope left, its obvious that he grew up too fast. This song feels like what he’s trying not to be. He’s only about a year older than me, but sometimes it feels like he’s lived so much longer. I’m not sure 100% why, but this song is Chan.

wooden dinos

aauthor's note. based off this absolutely adorable tiktok i saw :”) the second i was over with melting how cute it is (and considering sleeping on the highway) i knew i had to write it. with who? the answer was easy my friends >:)

you let out a deep sigh when the part you were holding clearly didn’t fit in the spot. chan furrowed his brows, shifting his gaze towards you.

“it won’t fit” you pouted and he let out a soft giggle.

“lemme see” a hum left his mouth as he leaned over to you.

various wooden parts were scattered on your dining table. you two saw a dino set to assembly during your shopping spree. if you were hesitating for a second, the fact that it was moving made you grab two boxes in a blink of an eye. chan and you rushed home from the shopping faster than usual, the whole ride back filled with giggles of excitement.

“because it’s my part, silly” he said softly, handing you the right one after glancing at the manual “here, try now”

you followed the manual, successfully this time. the part satisfyingly went in with a pleasant click and you let out a little gasp.

“i did it!” you looked at dino with a grin. his features softened, small smile painting on his lips.

“good job, baby” he patted your head and you excitedly moved forward with your wooden dinosaur.

before doing the same chan watched you for a moment, heart melting at the sight of how invested you are.

“how are we gonna name them?” you hummed, putting together another part.

“well… we can see after we paint them. maybe that will give us some inspiration” chan said gently, his dino a couple of parts away from being finished.

“we’ll paint them?” you whispered with excitement and he met your eyes, filled with childish joy.

“of course we will” chan grunted with a boyish smirk and pointed at a piece of audio box “don’t forget about that”

“yes sir!” a huff followed by a giggle left your lips, fingers pressing a little harder on the side of the piece you were assembling.

you spent two hours assembling the wooden dinosaurs, chan peeking at you. from time to time he’d explain why a certain part necessarily needs to be in a specific spot.

once assembled, you put them next to each other. looking at your boyfriend excitedly, he let out a soft laugh and pecked your temple.

“the moment of truth” you breathed out and pressed the buttons on the dinos.

the little wooden creatures started walking stiffly, tails waggling due to the movement. the audio box worked too – they roared suddenly, caused you two to giggle.

“good job, baby! i’m proud!” he grinned and you two high fived, watching the dinos stroll on your dinner table.

Jun here, bro took a nap. I'm going to be fully honest. He got home from practice and was exhausted. He was so exhausted that he forgot you were waiting for him at the Cafe. He plopped onto his bed and passed out. 2 hours later, when he woke up, his phone had been blowing up.

Yeah but in all seriousness. He'd never forgive himself. Eventually when he got you to forgive him, he didn't forgive himself. From that day on, he put you first no matter how he felt. Even if you told him he was being ridiculous.

Hoshi:

1 word. Drunk. He went out day drinking with the guys and he drank a little too much. He forgot the date and when you were waiting for him at the dorm, he thought you were housekeeping.

"Oh hey miss housekeeping lady. You look really familiar."

"That's because I'm not the housekeeper. I'm your girlfriend."

"Oh~ we should go on a date sometime~"

That's it. Just drunk Hoshi being drunk Hoshi. You still love him tho. He woke up the next day eith you next to him in bed and guilt crept up on him. Once you woke up, he apologized until you gave him a kiss and told him to shut up and take a shower cuz he reeks of alcohol and sweat.

Ok, never forgot about your date, he forgot to cancel just like wonu. He was about to leave the hybe building and he was stopped by his manager saying he had an interview to attend. Which he did and he meant to cancel but got distracted.

"Hao? Did you forget something?"

You say as he walks through the door.

"Babe... I'm so sorry. I meant to tell you I had to cancel but I got sidetracked."

You obviously forgave him because this cutie meant well and you knew that. How could you hold anything against him?? Exactly. You can't.

Dino:

He's probably the member who planned a date with you, forgetting he had an interview on that day already. So it blows over the easiest.

"Babie I'm so sorry, I need to cancel tonight, I have an interview. Maybe we can watch movies and cuddle at the dorm when I get back?"

Obviously you agree. He's a sweetheart and at least he told you what was going on. That's better than just not showing up and apologizing after the fact right?
