I have a personal headcanon that traditionally, pureblooded Sith children are raised pretty much gender neutral. When and if a child starts expressing some sort of gender inclination, then that’s how they’re treated, no questions asked.
Purebloods have never really struck me as all that fussed about gender overall. And I think this would bleed out into how they view other species as well, just - not really placing much import on anyone else’s gender either.
Obviously bloodlines are rather important to purebloods, so biological sex is certainly taken into consideration when it comes to continuing a family’s bloodline, but often it’s more a matter of convenience than anything else. And science being what it is in the Star Wars universe, there are certainly ways to get around any biological incompatibilities when it comes to procreation.
I just think that purebloods would rather be placing priority on raising their kids to be powerful and cunning and all those good traits than to be worrying about things like gender and what’s in someone’s pants.
(Also despite what SWTOR says I think pureblood features like types of facial spurs and browstalks and chintacles are just universal and not tied to biological sex, fight me)

So, I have a headcanon regarding Outlander and Valkorion
Spoiler territory for pretty much the whole game (mostly Jedi Knight and Sith Warrior class stories and all expansions from Shadows of Revan).
How does Outlander (especially non Force user) defeat Valkorion in KotET? This question bothered me (and I'm sure all of you) for quite some time. And frankly, the game doesn't answer it very well. So I did some thinking, searching and theorizing, and found a solution that I will bring in my personal stories. Just thought it would be interesting for others to see as well.
Explanations offered in the game:
Valkorion's power had become weaker at some point (as noted by Arcann in chapter 8 "Taking Flight", and indicated by events on Ziost, since Theron wasn't possessed, and by Valkorion in chapter 9 "Eternal Throne", when he said that he needed Vaylin's power to destroy Outlander's mind);
Arcann and Vaylin helped defeat him;
The holocron was the instrument of Valkorion's defeat (but it's never properly explained how exactly);
The "kneel before the dragon of Zakuul" phrase worked on Valkorion because the Outlander said so.
It doesn't sound too bad, but when I tried to go into details, it didn't make much sense. "My mind, my rules" was really out of nowhere, also kinda goes against the previous experience of Outlander not being able to do anything about Valkorion before that. And Arcann and Vaylin being on your side isn't the key either because even the three of them were still losing, it only changed after the main character said the key phrase. And why the heck does it even work like that? Because they said so? Gee, should've thought about it a few chapters before, no?
Now, what I came up with doesn't really go much different from that, I just made some adjustments to make it flow better (at least for myself). I'll talk through my thoughts in chronological order, so bear with me (I tried to summarize it at the end, so scroll if you want the short version).
Vitiate learned to transfer his spirit as one of the ways to be immortal. It can happen either through a ritual, which is preferable since it's easier, doesn't weaken him, and he doesn't need time to adjust, but it does require consent from a person, or killing the previous host, which does weaken him for some time. The longer he has possessed a host, the greater the loss of power will be upon the transfer. It's not to say that he isn't dangerous, quite the opposite, but perhaps he can't do some 'impossible' things (like consume a planet or shatter a mind) just like that.
He was at his full power before the events on Belsavis and Voss, timeline wise. Remember how easily he possessed the minds of the Jedi on the strike team? Yeah, Jedi Knight broke free, but that's bc they're super strong (and the main character in their storyline).
But because of Baras Vitiate had to be released from the body on Voss by being killed, which made him slightly weaker, just enough for the Hero of Tython to kill him again on Dromund Kaas. That made him lose more power (because he possessed this body for much longer than that Voss), and Vitiate tried to find a new host and regain his power (either by Revan reviving him or consuming all life on Ziost). His attempts were not successful, so he retreated to Zakuul.
That would explain why after being 'killed' yet again on Zakuul (thus losing two of his main hosts) Valkorion wasn't powerful enough to possess the Outlander's mind (regardless of their class). He was in a pretty vulnerable position, so he came up with a plan. We'll get to it. For now, Valkorion understands that if the Outlander dies, he'll be even weaker and probably won't be able to get a new host, so he protects the Outlander while pushing them to use his power.
Every time the Outlander agrees to do so gives Valkorion more control over their body, and even if they never agree, the bond grows stronger as time passes, it's just faster when Outlander uses his power. Eventually it would be just strong enough for Valkorion to use the main character's body without their permission (like in chapter 16). But he's still not powerful enough to break their mind, so he goes to the next part of the plan.
Valkorion manipulated the main character into killing Vaylin (and Arcann, if applicable) because he needed to consume her power to destroy Outlander's mind (which is what happens in chapter 9). But he made a couple mistakes in doing so. First, he underestimated how smart Commander is, and how the bond allowed them to take his form to survive. Second, by consuming Vaylin's spirit, Valkorion gained not just her strength, but also her weakness, which is the conditioning.
But wait, didn't Vaylin free herself from it? Sort of. I saw a suggestion from another player that Vaylin didn't get rid of conditioning itself, but rather the lever that triggers it. It's possible because the process on Nathema didn't exactly according to the plan. And because of that, Valkorion also gained her conditioning after consuming her spirit.
So, what does that mean? What does it do? Well, I think that when the key phrase is said in presence of Vaylin, she temporarily loses her connection to the Force (or it becomes so weak that she can't use it), thus isn't a threat. And the same happens to Valkorion when the main character attempts to use it on him in KotET chapter 9, at least for long enough for the Outlander to kill him. This way the victory isn't dependent on one's power in the Force, and it fits a non Force sensitive Commander as well.
What about the holocron? I explain this as it only binds, commands and releases spirits, as we see with lord Dramath. It's not the key to Valkorion's destruction, but it is still important because it is used to free Vaylin's spirit from Valkorion after her death (and Arcann's, if applicable), which gives Outlander a potential powerful ally.
[Just a little addition that has very little to do with my explanation, but wanted to mention - in the throne room, when Valkorion breaks Outlander's mind, he takes over the body and attacks your companions. They hold off long enough for Commander to put their mind back, and at that moment Valky loses control, and the body is unconscious.]
So, to sum it up:
Valkorion is weaker after being killed on Voss, Dromund Kaas and Zakuul, hence why the Outlander can resist him, regardless of theirconnection to the Force;
the holocron found on Nathema can bind, command and release spirits, which allows Outlander to free Vaylin (and Arcann, if applicable) from Valkorion;
the bond formed between Valkorion and Commander allowed the latter to survive after having their mind destroyed;
Vaylin didn't completely get rid of the conditioning on Nathema because the process didn't go as it should've, it just removed the trigger;
by consuming Vaylin's spirit Valkorion gained both her strength and her weakness - her conditioning, that's why it worked on him, and it temporarily weakened his connection to the Force.
I know this isn't perfect, there are probably plot holes that I haven't noticed or poorly explained, but I like it much more. Why do I even bother with this explanation?
I just love doing mental gymnastics around KotFE-ET, and this particular part was difficult yet entertaining to figure out.
But honestly, probably most important reason is that it works for every class (so even non Force-users are fitting here) because strength in the Force is not the key. Valkorion underestimated how observant and clever Outlander is, and I think it works better for their characters.

Not sure if you're still doing asks, but maybe could you do some headcannons of Aric Jorgan romancing a male trooper?
This is a little new for Jorgan. He's never really experimented at all, and before he met you, he always assumed he'd end up finding a nice girl and settle down eventually.
But eventually never happened, too dedicated to his career so he just didn't have time for that sort of stuff, is what he told himself.
Then you came along, and turned his whole world upside down. Jorgan would try his best for as long as he could to hide his feelings behind his gruff exterior.
After many missions with you, surviving in the most hostile environments, he finally cracks and asks you out. "You, me, drink after this?" All right before you charge into the thick of it. You wouldn't dream of missing it.
He's so proud of you, both as CO of Havoc and his boyfriend and will defend you and your relationship tooth and nail.
Give me SWTOR ideas and requests!

Before Lana, there was briefly Lemda.
It was a relationship that burned hot but burned out too fast. Lemda ended up breaking things off with Isadola (and breaking her heart) a short while before the start of Forged Alliances.

Because swtor uses the bt2 for nearly every npc I then headcanon them different height/size
Am i the only one who headcanoned Theron shorter than average and Lana taller? I see people draw theron really tall and call lana small bean (which i would do too but in a way you call big rotweilers small beans)
I can see how this is probbly most influenced by the player character you chose, i have only romanced lana on smaller toons

Wreyn-Tsatke Cyber-Psychology Scale (SWTOR)
So! This thing not being actually EXPLAINED in SWTOR has always bothered me b/c I like it when things like measurements and scales are given out, so I made up the rest of it myself! Feel free to steal and use.
Now, this scale has four parts, as seen with SCORPIO's score in her Intelligence file (it was a 9-NIX). I've broken each section of the rating scale down below and made some Shit Up so it makes sense to me
1-10 - Intelligence/complex calculation scores
This is the number that precedes every rating. 1 is the average calculator, 10 is organic brain equivalent complexity (or better, probably). Beginning around level 6, sentients stop being able to tell they're talking to an AI. Also, when I say 'organic brain complexity' - human neurological systems have to micromanage about 800 processes at once, not just our 'higher thoughts' (which happen mostly in the prefrontal cortex). Balance, heartbeat, breathing, sensory processing, memory, etc - matching all those simultaneous processes plus higher thought is part of what I'm considering here for "intelligence"
H-N-U - Thought Process Model - three choices here
Human = proliferation-focused, behaves like a sentient species. Generally speaking that means its goals would be identical to a sentient species' goals, particularly from an evolutionary standpoint - i.e. survival or preservation of the 'species'
Non-human = alternative goals, does not behave like a sentient species, but endgoal is comprehensible by organic species. This is SCORPIO - her focus is less on survival and more on accelerated and continuous rapid self-alteration and accumulation of technology
Unknowable = no comprehensible or apparent endgoal, does not behave with any apparent rationality.
C-S-I - Interface/Affiliation Model. - three choices here too!
Collective = hivemind style, indiscriminately uses and incorporates anything it can link to. (example here is Mentor, from the Directive-7 FP)
Selective = hivemind style but limited to similarly created/coded physical units. (this would be like the GEMINI system)
Independent = Single-unit system, intelligence is contained to the original physical base or transferred between single unit bases. (and this is SCORPIO - at least until the whole Iokath Thing)
B-N-M-X - Disposition (towards organic life.) - Four options here! Arguably the most important factor for organic life when interacting with AI.
Benevolent = LPP protocols in place or self-contained AI determination resulting in benevolence towards organic life. Best Boi bots fall here (yeah, like T7 and other droids)
Neutral = LPP protocols semi-functional or self-contained AI determination resulting in apathy or ambivalence towards organic life. May be negotiated with to assist organic life but unlikely to show interest.
Malicious = LPP protocols severely degraded or absent, and self-contained AI determination that organic life is inferior, resulting in stringent control exerted over or active hostility shown towards organic life. AI that determine sentients don't know what's best for themselves and must be subjugated would go here alongside AI that determine sentient extinction is the best option.
X/Unknown = disposition unknown, approach with caution.
Ergo - SCORPIO is 9-NIX when you meet her but would probably be reclassified as a 9 or 10-NCN after she uploads herself into Iokath (if you let her do that), Mentor was 10-NCM, etc! And under this system, GEMINI is likely 8 or 9-NSN when the Eternal Throne controls them, and an 8 or 9-NSM when the Throne is offline.
(Also YES i know. Life Protection Protocol Protocols (LPP Protocols). It just SOUNDS weird when you don't add in the second protocol word.)

After a very long swtor hiatus I’m back and ready to complete my last class story (Trooper) before I finally get Legendary Player Status. Very excited and my ex-Mando Trooper Asy’ala is probably going to give Aric Jorgan a run for his credits. She defected from the Empire and unfortunately left her clan because she could no longer stand the idea that Mandalorians allow themselves to be ruled under the Sith Empire’s boot.
After roaming the galaxy as a freelance mercenary she was hired by a republic agent on Taris to break into an Imperial base holding captive a group of covert Republic troopers who were ambushed and held for ransom. Not wanting the Imperials to realise who the hostages were the Republic opted to hire Ays’ala. With her wit and Mando fighting style, a few blasterbolts and a group of rescued troopers later, Asy’ala was asked to join the Republic military. The Republic surprisingly allowed her to continue using her Mando combat style in the academy as it gave her a unique edge. Before long she was stationed to join Havoc Squad on Ord Mantell.
Will Sergeant Jorgan be able to keep up with his new CO? Or will Asy’ala learn that the Republic might not be a free as she was once led to believe?

Indira Vosse.
That was the name in her file. The name she'd been recruited under, trained under, deployed on her first mission under. The name she gave up to become Cipher Nine. And she'd done it with barely a pause.
Indira Vosse was no more or less a mask, a role, than Cipher Nine. And she would play her parts well.

The type of yandere Revan would be?
Both in behaviours, thinking and all that, as well as physical mannerisms and affection
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Sorry for any errors I'm writing this while nursing a terrible migraine)
Revan is such a devoted yandere. You are his, his padawan, his acolyte, his in every way. It's hard to call him obsessed (although that's what he is) because he's so relaxed with his mannerisms. Revan constantly has you pinned to his side, feeling you in some way. But it's so discreet, a phantom of a fleeting touch that feels more like a dream than reality. Sure he'll behead anyone who dares get too close to you. But he'd rather disintegrate than ever admit he actually "loves you". He's cold, devoted, fully believing that there are more pressing matters in the universe than his feelings for you. Yet still needing you to be by his side.
He is rather cold (during both his Jedi and Sith phases) but he does love to touch you and loves it when you return the affection in some way. Although he'd never really want to see you as a helpless doll. He's trained you to be strong to be second best only to him. He needs to pour every ounce of himself into you, to make you understand his pain and devotion.
All this being said Revan is forceful, he'll absolutely drag you down to the dark side with him and Malak. And then he'll drown you in the light side once he turns back. Only when his memories have been wiped does he relent, not out of his own volition, but simply because he can't tell what's right and wrong for himself let alone for you.
Speaking of brainwashed Revan, I like to think that he becomes more clingy. Like he might not know who you are exactly but he feels like he needs you by his side. You are his lifeline, his salvation. A sanctuary in the darkness. He's also more open about how he feels about you, more prone to needing you physically.

Which of your SWTOR Companions are NOT with the Alliance?
I was inspired by this post by @swtorpadawan.
It's a good question, and it got me thinking (slowly, as always). For now, I've come up with fates of companions in Lette Legacy (Jett as the Outlander), and will work on others later.
Warning - Mentions of established character deaths below. And lots of spoilers for KotFE and everything after it.
In my headcanon the events of KotFE and onwards are different from in-game version, which impacts the fate of some companions. The most relevant differences are the fates of class characters (Bounty Hunter, Jedi Consular, Smuggler and Agent are in the Alliance; Jedi Knight, Sith Warrior, Sith Inquisitor and Trooper are not with the Alliance for different reasons) and the fact that the Alliance does not participate in the renewed war between the Republic and Sith Empire, choosing to stay neutral.
Also, the state of companions changes with time, so this is for the time around the events of 7.0 in SWTOR.
Jedi Knight crew:
Fideltin Rusk - continues his military service in the Republic.
Doc - after Ossus stays to help the Jedi in the renewed war.
Jedi Consular crew:
Zenith - continues anti-Imperial activities.
Tharan Cedrax - survives the Imperial attack on Meridian Complex and continues to work for the Republic.
Nadia Grell - after Ossus stays with the Jedi.
Trooper crew:
Elara Dorne - continues her military service in the Republic as a part of the Havoc Squad, takes Jorgan's place as second in command after he joined the Alliance.
M1-4X - stays with the Republic as part of the Havoc Squad.
Tanno Vik - does whatever he was doing in chapter 6.
Sith Warrior crew:
Malavai Quinn - stays with the Empire as one of Acina's officers.
Major Pierce - continues his military service in the Empire.
Jaesa Wilsaam - disappears after Emperor's Wrath's death, current whereabouts unknown.
Broonmark - killed while trying to assassinate a Wookiee senator on Alderaan.
Vette - killed by Vaylin on Odessen.
Sith Inquisitor crew:
Khem Val, Andronikos Revel, Talos Drellik and Xalek - all stay in the Sith Empire and work for Darth Nox.
Ashara Zavros - killed by apprentices of Darth Nox.
Bounty Hunter crew:
Skadge - just does his thing, if nobody shot him yet. (I don't even count him as companion, but since he is a companion in the game, I guess I had to add him). Jett never met him again after dropping him somewhere shortly after Belsavis.
Imperial Agent crew:
Vector Hyllus - continues his duties as Dawn Herald.
SCORPIO - merged with Iokath.
Kaliyo - dropped out of the Alliance after Vaylin is dealt with. I just don't think she would stick for much of what comes next.
So 22 out of 40 companions from class stories are not with the Alliance (obviously Kaliyo, SCORPIO and Vette were a part of the Alliance).
Honorable mention: Raina Temple - officially is not with the Alliance, but working with them to maintain communication between the Alliance and the Chiss Ascendancy.

oh, great noble one might you be so merciful as to grant me, a lowly being that lacks the ability to write and concentrate on something I thought of for three seconds, romance headcanons for the mighty and majestic Lord Scourge?
~Forever in your debt, Anon
Scourge Headcanons
Gotta say, I love the nickname. Great Noble One Sev has a ring to it.
Scourge is still getting used to his new emotions. He feels everything vividly and it can be difficult to handle, for both himself and others around him.
You guys like to blow off steam together. Going for walks, sparring, and some, uh, other activietes. Though if you're the angry one he'll act holier than thou, and lord it over you.
He often tries to play it off like he still doesn't have these intense emotions, but behind closed doors everything comes out.
Scourge is extremely passionate (and intense), letting a lot of it show through touch.
He can also be surprisingly eloquent when the mood strikes him too. The mood has only ever struck twice.
Bonus:
My personal headcanon is that during the main story he was down to being in an uneasy allies with benefits type of relationship.
Took forever cause I got busy with life. And BG3. Hee hee sorry? Anyways give me Swtor questions or asks, anon is turned on for the more cowardly of us (me included). Guaranteed to get back to you within less than a year!

Sometimes a family is (temporarily) a failing Jedi and her 3 Vulptillas.
(Blue is named Speki, Infernal is named Svanna, and Opal is named Svelka)
Issie originally found them on Nar Shaddaa captured and attempted to be sold by some group of poachers on the black market. During her original mission there she stumbled upon the operation and ended up freeing them. The 3 litter mates ended up forming a strong bond with their rescuer and refused to leave her side.
Eventually Issie tamed them enough to be able to ride them and even train them to attack on her command. The 3 vulptillas for the longest time only listened to Isdaola and were very ill-tempered toward anyone but her.
Well at least until Isadola met Lana, then much to Issie's surprised they were actually pretty tame toward the sith when Issie introduced Lana to them on Rishi. Speki took a particular shine to Lana in particular of the 3.
During the 5 years Issie was frozen in carbonite, Issie's prized beast companions were once again captured and trying to be sold off again by folks claiming to have the Barsen'thor's killer vulptillas. Before her venture into wild space in search for Isadola, Lana got wind of the information, and remembering how fond Issie showed she was toward the creatures, went to rescue them.
In rescuing them, Lana also managed to gain the trust of the dangerous creatures. And in a quiet moment alone after freeing the 3, Lana managed to let her guard down briefly to share a moment with the vulptillas sensing they also missed Isadola just as much as she did. Lana promising to bring Issie back to them (not only for herself though she wasn't ready to admit it at the time) before her trip into Wild Space to begin her search in earnest.
