A lot of them have had their fair share of mental and physical pain, but the top rated physical would most likely be from Mangle and Bonbon. Mangle because she was literally crushed by the mast of a ship, and also she used to malfunction which would cause extreme pain and discomfort.

Bonbon because he has gone through multiple instances of his soul cracking/shattering a bit, which is extremely painful. His fast healing ability also makes any wound that heals pure agony.

Top rated mental pain would be Bonbon and Mari. Bonbon due to loosing his twin sister (which was also the first time his soul broke) and Mari when Balloon Boy died temporarily, since she is linked to him by soul.
