And if all those things weren’t obvious enough he’s been trying to atone, he buys you sweets. All of your favorites over the past couple of weeks, paid in full by him whenever the two of you order or stop by a bakery or restaurant. Maybe one found on your desk throughout the school day. He even shares with you his own if you ask or eye them longingly. 

All of these seemingly menial acts leave you a little suspicious, especially since it had been days since the event happened, and it hadn't taken much time for you to come around from the incident and continue being yourself. You expected that his offer to listen to your rant would be the extent of his atonement. Could he really still be stuck on it?

Your speculation is pretty much confirmed that these things were all attempts at making up for his poor behavior when he finds him yet again in a similar situation, exhausted and frustrated thanks to all the nuisances in his life. And then you come skipping along happily, greeting him with news of your day. His brows furrow, his eye twitches, and he’s about to open his mouth. And then he meets your gaze and he pauses. Takes a second. Remembers what happened last time, can see a flash of that pained face you made. 

You give him a look of confusion as you observe his expression. At that point, he can only sigh and slump back.

small groans were heard from a particular pink-ette early in the morning. you were snuggled up on kusuo’s side, resting your head in the crook of his neck. your hands were wrapped tight around the psychic, trying to ensure the captivity of your personal heater. you looked up from ku’s neck, softly snickering when you saw him looking down at you.

“are you trying to kill me…?” he whispered, referring to the cage he had around his waist. you chuckled, and only responded by giving him a tight squeeze. he scoffed playfully at your ‘answer’, and turned away. “no…come back” you whined, and tried pulling him towards you, but to no avail. “fine.” you said dramatically, taking most of the blanket and turning your back to him.

he sighed, then you heard shuffling. “i love you.” he spoke, kissing your temple. you finally turned back to him, smiling fondly at the sight of him. his hair was messy, his glasses were off, and he was staring right back at you. but as you were admiring the psychic, he suddenly kissed you.

“ew kusuo! you haven’t brushed your teeth yet!” you exclaimed, turning away from him again. “you haven’t either, so i guess it cancels out, right?” he retorted back, before kissing you again. “either way it’s still gross!” you tried telling him, as he littered your face with kisses. “well then i guess i’m gross,” he chuckled, and as he said that, he noticed a faint blush arise on your cheeks.

“get away from me! i’m going to brush my teeth! and you should too!” you told him, running away into the master bedroom’s bathroom. “is that supposed to be an invitation?” he yelled, getting up from his bed and following you.

‘finally. i’ve convinced him to brush his teeth.’ you thought, looking at ku through the mirror where he was casually scrolling through his phone while simultaneously brushing his teeth. you stared at him for a little while longer, before spitting out the toothpaste, and cleaning your mouth. kusuo had stopped aswell, gargling mouthwash in his mouth before spitting it out. then he turned to you, smiling ever so slightly.

“can i get that kiss now?” he questioned you, cupping your cheeks while saying so. “maybe.” you whispered, before connecting your lips with his.

For your sweet kiss with Kusuo <3

Whenever Kusuo gets into watching a show, he stays up late. His solution to the issue of hearing people’s thoughts on the show was to wear the special ring that cancels the thoughts of others. A nifty gift you gave him so he wouldn’t have to suffer. Yet, he stays up watching the show no matter what. Something you found frustrating. You’re not an early sleeper in particular, but even you know at a certain point, sleep is essential. Kusuo says he technically doesn’t need sleep if he just rewinds his body, so he won’t get tired, but you protest that, so he’ll get the sleep and won’t make his future self incredibly tired. You also just like having him in bed with you. His cuddles are the best; you miss out on them when you fall asleep when he finally gets to bed or miss them entirely.

So, you figure you’ll go and entice him with sleep and bedtime one more time. You climb out of bed and slink to the living room, where you see Kusuo bingeing his show. His pink eyes focused on what was happening on the screen. You’ve always thought when he’s actually interested in something, he always looks incredibly attractive. You sit beside him on the sofa and wrap your arms around his shoulders.

“Kusuooo,” you elongate. “Come to bed.” You lean your cheek onto him as you finish your request.

“Hold on, I’m almost done,” he says, not taking his eyes off the screen.

“You said that an hour ago,” you tell him. “Please.” Your pleas fall on deaf ears as Kusuo continues watching the show. You huff in defeat and think of another way to get him to come to bed. It comes to you.

You begin slowly kissing Kusuo’s neck and cheek. You know the touch of your soft lips is hard to resist. You feel Kusuo’s body begin to heat up, and you can tell your little plan is working. Kusuo finally turns his head to you, and you take that opportunity and kiss him on the lips. It doesn’t take much for him to give in to your kiss. He moves his hands to try to deepen the kiss, but you pull away before he can.

“You can get more kisses from me if you come to bed,” you tell him. He rolls his eyes. He should’ve known.

“Seriously?” he asks sarcastically.

hi there! thank you so much for your request! i hope it's alright i did this in a hc format, since none of my oneshot ideas really worked out :(

He doesn’t know whether to feel comforted by having another psychic friend who shares his ability to see into a future predicament or not. At least you had enough common sense to not run your mouth over your abilities, but that just made your reactions to your visions all the more questionable.

Your psychic powers differed slightly from Saiki’s. His visions tended to play out quicker than yours, and unlike you, he wasn’t able to see into the past. Even still, he was able to relate to the anxiety they produced. 

Typically they weren’t anything too horrible. You could deal with them rather well, just like Saiki has grown accustomed to his own intrusive powers. But on certain days when the universe just seemed to be throwing anything out there into the world, it could easily get overwhelming. 

Though you could see into the future for a brief couple of seconds like Saiki, you didn’t always have the means to deal with them, let alone deal with them efficiently. However, Saiki had an assortment of different psychic powers at his disposal, and so sometimes he helps you out to avoid being responsible for anything bad that happens to you. 

He makes it out to be a huge hassle of course, but the second you try to take matters into your own hands, he stops you, deals with the issue himself, and scolds you for not being more careful.

Treats you a little bit when your visions are just a little too much. He completely understands being overwhelmed by your powers, and so he’ll do things for you that personally help cheer him up, such as buy you a treat or spend the day lounging around with you in the security of his home. 

This was usually the routine that followed, so much so that it just became a part of your normal.

You’re always using your powers for some kind of good, and though it sometimes tires and stresses Saiki out with how often you put yourself on the frontlines, he can’t help but find it a reason to like you so much. You were just so kind and generous, always going the extra mile just to make someone else's day a little easier- and that included him too.

He’s surprised when you seemingly read his mind and do something he's been meaning to for him, such as getting him a treat he’s been eyeing for a couple of days or delivering an item he accidentally left behind at school. At first he’s confused, but once he realizes you must’ve touched something he had earlier, the dots connect. 

If the rest of his psychic friends try to badger you into using your powers to help them with their own business, he immediately steps in to defend you from getting your kindness taken advantage of, since he knows that your sweet natured heart would never allow you to say no.

”But could Y/N just--” “No. Get lost.”

”But I just need--” “Figure it out yourself.” 

Truly romantical of him. 

Other than those bits, he doesn't linger too much on your powers.

He's glad he can feel confident leaving you alone without making some sort of large commotion with your powers, but he still likes to stay close and take care of you where he can, even if he'll never admit to it outright.
