Tdlosk Various - "Teruhashi's Rival!"

In which PK Academy receives yet another new transfer student mid school year, but this one seems to have the favor of gods on his side, much to the dismay of a certain piss aura'd blueberry girl. Or; in which another one of "God's favorite children" enrolls into PK Academy and gives the ever popular Teruhashi Kokomi a run for her money when his reputation seems to overtake her own.

"Oh!"

"Who's that guy?"

"Oh my!!"

"Do you think he'll be in our class?"

"How handsome!!!!"

The exclamations of various students rang throughout the halls, drawing other students from their classes to satiate their curiosity. Girls and boys alike crowded the hallways to see what was so exciting, pushing against and squeezing between one another. But soon enough the crowd parted into two, splitting like the red sea and out of the way for an approaching figure.

A boy; a fellow student judging by his uniform; about sixteen to seventeen years of age. He was tall, maybe around 6'⁴ or 6'⁵, with an average build. His silky h/c hair bounced and swayed in time with his steps as he walked down the hall while his sharp e/c eyes scanned the faces of the staring students. The most notable thing about him however was his handsome face, and in the eyes of a certain psychic, a grand luminescent aura that radiated from him. This boy was, in all observations, an ikemen.

Among the crowd stood a narcissistic certain blue haired girl. Her perfect brows furrowed as she hadn't heard a single person acknowledge her presence since the handsome stranger showed up. No one had even spared her a glance nor even a simple hello, not to mention hadn't heard single 'oh wow!'. Teruhashi was in shock, how could this one boy pull everyone's attention away from her in just a matter of seconds!?

How could she be the perfect pretty girl if noone even noticed that she was among them. So to fix this atrocity, she decided to speak up. She shimmied her way out of the crowd and snuck over to the end of the hallway and around the corner. The bluenette then turned back around and rounded the corner again, making it look like she had just come upon the scene. Quietly clearing her throat, she rose her voice slightly so that she could be heard over the exited murmurs of her peers.

"Hello everyone, what's going on?"

Teruhashi's angelic voice cut through the commotion, causing all eyes to turn to her.

"Oh!"

"It's Teruhashi–san!

"Oh wow!"

"She's so pretty!"

"O‐Oh, hey Teruhashi-sama. Check out the new guy."

Meekly greeted the flustered Toritsuka, who had somehow torn his eyes from the handsome stranger. He seemed embarrassed of himself to even look at the blue haired girl, let alone to have spoken to her as he just did. For a boy like him, a girl like her was for from his reach and even farther from owing him even a simple glance. In the case of Toritsuka Reita, a boy like him simply couldn't help but long for attention from a girl like her... but that thought can be explored another time.

"New guy? So he's a new student? Nice to meet you I'm Teruhashi Kokomi."

The blueberry headed girl turned towards the h/c-ette and introduced herself, still behaving as if she had no clue of the situation. Their two auras of shimmering gold and sparkling silver clash as she does so. The handsome boy raises a brow at her in disbelief of her words, he chuckles in amusement as he takes her hand his.

"[Surname] [Name] nice to meet you Teruhashi‐san. If I may ask; why did you leave earlier and come back just now?"

The now named [Name] asks Teruhashi with an amused expression. His question caught the attention of the other students and they begin whispering.

"Eh? Teruhashi‐sama was already here?"

"She left and came back?"

"...she was probably trying to calm everyone down..."

"No way. She could've just done that here."

"She was probably just trying to get [Surname]-san to acknowledge her..."

"...I mean Teruhashi-san is an attention seaker..."

"Right?"

The bluenette hid her frustration at [Name]'s question behind a timid smile. Putting her hands together in front of her she began twiddling her thumbs and shifting in place; Putting on her best shy girl act. She began to make an excuse for herself and save her chipped reputation.

"A‐Ah! It's not like that, I was only trying to—!"

"I'm Hairo Kineshi! Nice to meet you [Surname]-san!"

"What's up man, I'm Nendou and this right here is my pal!"

'Saiki Kusuo'

"I am 'The Jet-Black Wings', protector of all mortals present and I shall defend you from the evil organization 'The Dark Reunion'! You may call me by my human Alias Kaidou Shun!"

"O-oh! Hey! I'm Toritsuka Reita! Wanna know your guardian spirit [Surname]-san?"

The five boys, counting one Saiki Kusuo since he was dragged in against his will, interrupt Teruhashi and practically ran her over to get to the h/c-ette. They crowd him, each introducing themselves and trying for his attention and the chance to befriend him, barring Saiki of course.

"Hey [Name], me and my pal were gonna go get ramen after school! Wanna come?"

Nendou asks the handsome boy, improperly calling him by his first name as he slings a heavy arm over his shoulder. Kaidou, trying to gain leverage, scolds the mohawked teen about his lack of manners, getting only a brain dead look from him.

"It's nice to meet you all! Say, is it possible for you to lead me to the lunch room? If you don’t mind, I'd like to sit with you as well. Oh and I'd love to go get ramen with you!"

The e/c eyed teen beams at the boys before him making all but one of the students in the hall have the same thought go through their head:

'Oh my!'

and the only reason I say he feels that way is because he likely hasn’t experienced it before so he doesn’t know much advice on how to help

even so, if he had experienced it as well it wouldn’t help unless he healed from it and/or figured out a solution :P

these hcs were rather short because there wasn’t much detail in your request so I wasn’t sure if your were looking for something specific. Also why did these get more serious as it went on?? it started out so silly 😭

☆ ⸝⸝ "i thought you coming here was a one time thing", she raised an eyebrow. "just make my coffee."

kusuo saiki x reader

warnings: swearing, toritsuka.

monthly allowance. something saiki had very little trouble obtaining but had almost too much trouble trying to spend. usually he would buy a cup or two of coffee jelly but unfortunately the store had sold out. they said they would receive their next shipment in a week, but he don't feel like waiting that long.

saiki searched online for cafes that sold affordable coffee jelly and stumbled across a store that looked appealing. joyous day cafe. it had just opened up a few weeks ago and had already become a hit, they sold cutesy deserts and of course, coffee. now, he doesn't usually approach populated areas such as this one, however their coffee jelly had amazing reviews and was even sold for an even better price.

the place was, surprisingly, not as busy as saiki initially thought. the exterior was made of brick, painted an off white colour. there was pink and white striped shades above the windows and the sign was small and hung on the wall. saiki debated on whether to enter not, it was still pretty early in the day which meant it could still get busy over time. he would have turned away then and there but as he turned on his heel a familiar face peered down at him.

"oh hey buddy!", nendo grinned down at the pink haired boy who internally grimaced at his presence. he should’ve just waited for the next shipment to get to the stores. “you goin’ in? let’s go together!”

saiki was about to shake his head but was stopped by another voice that added to his demise, “saiki? you’re here?” teruhashi. great.

all he wanted to do was taste this coffee jelly and go home. but of course, fate had different plans. soon he was joined by kaido, hairo, yumehara and toritsuka. this coffee jelly better be worth it.

once they finally entered the cafe, they sat at a large booth that had soft pink seats. saiki was stationed between nendo and hairo, he was thankful the seats were large enough for at least a small amount of space to be between each person.

a waitress walked up to them, a small smile on her face. she adorned a white button up shirt, black mini skirt with a frilly apron over it and black mary janes with frilly socks. her h/c hair was in a messy low bun and she held a pen and notepad in her hands. everyone immediately recognised her, it was y/n l/n from their class.

“oh! hey guys, fancy seeing you here!”, she smiled her eyes scanned the table and beamed at the familiar faces.

now surprisingly, saiki didn’t mind y/n’s existence as much as the others. only because y/n didn’t put in too much effort into being around him. she was very casual and didn’t smother him with unwanted attention like everyone else, for that he was thankful. their interactions were short, nothing more than a quick hello or a quick conversation about whatever was going on in class but it only lasted a few words.

“what can i get you guys?” y/n clicked her pen.

everyone began ordering, they all ordered the most popular or random dishes. bear shaped tarts, paw print waffles, galaxy tea? it was all so bizarre.

of course, saiki ordered his simple serving of coffee jelly. however, another item on the menu caught his eye. it was called the psychic special. obviously it was just a fun name but he couldn’t help but feel intrigued by the name. the small description stated it was a latte that had a random choice of latte art, if you guessed what the latte art was, you’d get your order half off.

y/n simply nodded and said she’d be back with their orders. toritska’s eyes wandered a little too far down for saiki’s liking, his gaze grazing against the back of y/n’s thighs. "who knew l/n was such a hottie? with legs like that she should be model!". these thoughts irritated saiki so, with enough force to inflict pain, yet not too much as to cause a scene, saiki kicked the purple headed male’s shin. when he yelped in pain, saiki smirked.

"perv"

the group began to babble about the cafe’s interior and admired the many cutesy decorations splattered everywhere. meanwhile, saiki had taken notice of a glass case that had a variety of hot steaming treats aligned neatly next to each other. it was right next to the register and also next to the machine that made the coffee, which happened to be where y/n was.

“hey saiki,” she smiled, “i saved you a small booth over by the corner, thought you’d want some peace and quiet away from that bunch” she pointed over to the group of teens that had suddenly started an arm wrestling match. currently, nendo was on a winning streak.

“you’re an angel in disguise, l/n” saiki nodded at her with his usual stoic expression.

“just doing my job!” y/n gave him a thumbs up before her expression turned quizzical, “what’s up with you coming here? not that i mind, just doesn’t seem like a saiki kinda place”

saiki continued to look at the treats through the shiny glass, “me being here is a one time thing, don’t get used to seeing my face.”

y/n just wordlessly nodded with a smile as he hobbled over to the booth that she saved. it was in a plant covered corner, there was a bookshelf to the left and a window to the right. it only had two chairs, one was occupied by saiki and the other was vacant. in between was a brown circle table. perfect.

a few minutes passed before y/n approached saiki with his order on a circular tray. a glass with a small white ribbon looped around the stem sat neatly in front saiki, the brown gelatin dish smiled up at him, a swirl of whipped cream sat atop the dessert. y/n placed a mug with a small umbrella like cover over the top that saiki assumed contained his 'psychic special'.

"now as you probably guessed, if you guess the latte art, you get your entire order for half of the original price" she slid the tray underneath her arm as she awaited saiki's response.

now obviously this was just a fun game that some people would play, a game of chance. except, this little game was nothing to saiki, being psychic and all, this was just way too easy.

"its a heart" he bluntly stated.

y/n lifted the cover to reveal indeed, it was a heart. she smiled at him warmly, "you're one of the first customers to get that right, good job saiki" she left his table after explaining she would be back with his bill. at this point, the cafe might as well be a restaurant.

when she left, saiki couldn't help but look at her longingly as she walked away. she was definitely one of the more tolerable ones, he couldn't believe he actually enjoyed her presence.

scooping up a chunk of the coffee jelly, he plopped the serving into his mouth and nearly melted at the taste. it was just the right amount of sweet and bitter, the cream made the jelly smoother than regular jelly. it was like heaven!

"holy shit"

after saiki had paid for his order, he waved goodbye to y/n.

"see you at school saiki! thanks for stopping by!" she saved at him, it was a miracle she didn't see the obvious flush of his cheeks. then again, saiki probably cooled himself down before anything could make an appearance.

"buddy! where were you?! we were so worried!" oh.

saiki had been so caught up in enjoying his meal that he forgot about the problems that awaited him. they seemed to have been standing outside waiting for his arrival, how dedicated. they all expressed their worry for his sudden disappearance which made his once amazing mood slightly falter.

they all started down the bricked path, saiki taking one final glance at the cafe. he looked at the building longingly, a strange warm feeling pooling inside of him. he had never felt something like this before, best to not do anything about it.

the bell that hung on the door frame rung throughout the mostly empty cafe, alerting the h/c haired girl behind the counter.

“welcome to joyous day, how may i-“ she stopped herself “saiki?”

our pink protagonist smiled fondly at y/n, something that was never seen. he adorned a pale blue polo shirt and black jeans. something casual yet classy for his visit.

“i’ll get what i ordered last time please” saiki pointed at his usual order on the small menu board, earning a skeptical look from the girl opposite him. she simply nodded.

she started to prepare the hot drink, although her eyes never left the psychic. her cheeks glowed at him, her heart rate picking up slightly. she never took him for the kind of person to become a regular at this establishment, she took him for a simplistic guy. not that she was complaining, if he was here a lot more she’d actually look forward to coming to work. unbeknownst to her, kusuo was feeling something similar.

“i thought you coming here was a one time thing?” she raised a brow.

“just make my coffee”

Kaidou wasn’t sure how to feel about you at first.

When he first met you, he was a bit intimidated. He thought you were someone sent by dark reunion to fight him.

That was clearly not the case however

You were one of the sweetest and puppy like person Kaidou had ever met. He thought it was cute.

Shun was quickly made aware of this factor, so he warmed up to you

It was a while after he met you that you told him you were trans.

It just hadn’t come up in conversation before, so why would you tell him?

He was a little confused, but he caught on eventually.

It didn’t change anything between the two of you though, he didn’t think about you being trans very often. Actually he forgot that you were trans regularly, so you’d have to remind him about it sometimes.

Like if you were binding and he saw your binder, he’d completely not get what it was or why you wore it, so you’d have to remind him.

He’d stand up for you, not well, because he’s Kaidou, but he would definitely stand up for you if someone was bothering you.

You probably didn’t need anyone to stand up for you though, you could be quite confrontational, and with your looks you could make people quiet down without a confrontation.

That did come in handy when people were picking on Kaidou though. You’d just show up next to them, and they’d shut up very quickly.

It made Kaidou really happy that you would stand up for him, he’d get all red and thank you for helping him, but of course he’d assure you he could have felt with those people himself.

Kuboyasu thought you’re style was pretty cool.

He liked you though, because you acted nothing like you looked.

You were so happy, and you just wanted to befriend everyone, and he thought that was a very good part of your character.

He thinks it’s pretty cool how badass you can be though

You scare people away sometimes, and he thinks that’s pretty impressive that you could be that intimidating.

He also found it kind of funny that you could go from being sweet and excited, to serious and angry looking.

He didn’t really have a strong opinion on you being trans. It was just who you are, and he liked who you are, so why would you being trans change that

If you ever felt bad, not only trans related reasons, he’d do anything to make you feel better.

He’d beat someone up for you although you might not need it, or want it, he’d do it.

He just thinks you’re one of the greatest guys he knows, and he lets you know that often.

People don’t normally bother you and Aren when you’re alone together.

You’re an intimidating duo, so people never really approach you out in public.

Aren notices sometimes, and he can’t help but think that if they looked closer at the way you acted, they’d have a completely different idea of you.

Hairo was as chipper with you as he is with anyone else.

Which works well with your personality because you both bounce off of each other.

He does think you look cool, he likes the way you look.

He didn’t really think about how your looks didn’t match your personality, he realized that you weren’t exactly what most people expected when they met you.

I guess he was so use to you that it was just normal to him.

He was shocked the first time he saw you seriously angry and ready to fight someone.

For whatever reason it was he just didn’t expect you of all people to get that way.

But if it was on his account, he would be kind of honored

He’s so stupidly enthusiastic about everything that it causes some problems sometimes. In many different ways.

He is over excited to introduce you to people and talk about you.

He was the same was when you came out to him.

He was so happy for you, and proud of you for coming out.

It didn’t even phase him at first that you would be nervous about not being accepted. But once he did think about it he brought it up more seriously that it wasn’t a big deal and that he didn’t think of you differently.

He just wanted to make sure you knew that flat out.

He can be kind of touchy.

Not even in a romantic way, he just likes to have an arm around your shoulders or something along those lines.

He’s obviously a very sports driven guy, and he’d love to have you get involved, but he’d always make sure you were wearing the appropriate clothes if you agreed to join him.

You had to wear clothes that weren’t your style, and you definitely couldn’t bind.

He just thought you were really cool, and he loved the fact that you got along so well with one another.

hi! id love it if you could write a fluffy saiki x reader! ik saiki isn’t really the,, softest character but id love to see him expressing his care for the reading in his aloof but caring way. it can be any scenario you want! like maybe the reader is stressed about school or something, or anything you want! thanks :)

Saiki felt at times that he was the only one observant enough to take notice of your change of mannerisms and half assed excuses to avoid after school hangouts at the ramen shop.

He noted how you avoided social confrontation -teach him, he’s jealous at how effortless you make it seem- flashing a forced yet believable smile at anyone who went out of their way to greet you being none the wiser of the mental struggle within your head that only he was able to hear as though you were speaking these thoughts aloud and it was concerning and saddening for Saiki at the thought of how drained you were putting up a facade whilst fighting your inner demons simultaneously;

‘You truly are pathetic, no one really likes you, they don’t even bother to acknowledge you unless they have to! How fucking sad is that?! They never view you enough to be considered a friend and they never will do why bother when they’ll just leave you in the end.’

Not to mention that this stems into when you fail at the most trivial things that shouldn’t be given so much thought to some but you always seem to manage to berate yourself over whilst trying to act unfazed;

‘ you’re stupid too?! No wonder your a fucking looser, no one wants to be caught associated with a dumbass like you who couldn’t even get an simple answer correctly!’

Saiki’s solution to this was to prove that not everyone views you the way you’ve lead yourself to believe so he would do it through very mundane actions for starters like walking you to and from school together even though you live further away from him, that he reassuring you that it’s not much of a issue and it gave him some time away from his parents. Fuck he probably offered you to go get some coffee jelly with him! What an honour!

Anyways at school he would save you a seat during lunch where you would listen to Hairo, Kaido, Nendo and Aren talk about whatever they were on about before they started talking about plans to go to the ramen shop and before you could bail Saiki begrudgingly agreed on behalf of you both which didn’t raise any eyebrows but then again why should it when his ‘friends’ are quite literally chaotic dumbasses. He wasn’t joking either because he wanted you to at least smile or laugh when Nendo and Hairo start begging for water and or milk after realising that neither of them can handle incredibly hot noodles. You have friends, don’t think that you don’t because you do.

If you were ever paired up on occasion for some school project and you were visibly doubting yourself Saiki would make small conversation by saying things such as ‘you sure know what you’re doing.’ And ‘huh, never thought of doing it that way before.’ Or just other appraising words to help you gain confidence in your intelligence. He’s not the best at these type of things and it’s very much outside his comfort zone but it’s all worth it if it meant subduing the negative self-talk within your head into a muffled silence. He’d gladly give you a morality boost now and then to remind you that he’s got your back in the most subtle ways.

When your insecure of your talents and abilities all Saiki had to say was ‘you’ve got more talent then Toritsuka.’ Making the Purple haired pervert male in question to screech a loud ‘HUH?!’ He’s offended and his lil dick sized ego got hurt big time by the truth.

If your insecure with a change in appearance Saiki would go out out of his way to have several students compliment you from time to time because he’s emotionally inept -yet not emotionally inept- boy granted with too many nuisances in his life.

His method of cheering you up may come in small actions but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t care because he does but refuses to admit the softer side to himself. He truly cares for the betterment of your mental health and will try his absolute best while trying not to make to so obvious that he’s the person behind them because he can only deal with so much unwarranted embarrassment that he already gets from your so called ‘friends.’

At first, Saiki just completely ignored him, but lately, those words were making him feel weird, and because of that, he wore that ring. The ring that made his mind-reading power disappear. It worked for a while until he knew what (M/n) was thinking just by looking at him.

(M/n) never hid his feeling, but he did hide something else.

Kusuo ate his dinner in silence, as always, really glad that he couldn't listen to his parents' thoughts, but not really happy about being able to hear his own. He left the table when he was done with his food, and went upstairs to go to his room.

The door closed behind him and he laid down on his bed, slowly taking off his ring and placing it inside his bedside drawer. Because it was late at night, there weren't a lot of people thinking, only dreaming and he could ignore dreams pretty easily.

But that urge didn't go away, it was still there, stronger than ever.

He lay on his bed, facing the ceiling and thinking about what to do, when he glanced back at his digital clock it was already midnight. (M/n) is probably already asleep... so I can... go see him... right?

your big day

He spends a lot of time planning everything out but he doesn’t stress over it. He’s preparing months in advance because he’s just responsible like that and wants to make sure he’ll have enough time to reroute in case something goes wrong. He works out the details himself but asks his classmates/friends and parents for advice/ideas.

he invites pretty much anyone he knows you don’t have beef with (😜) and more. Anyone willing to come really, he thinks it’s sweet they’re sharing they’re support (which it is :3 💕)

his parents are 100% there and luckily for him he has the ‘cool’ parents that no one thinks is cringe. 😭💓 In fact they helped pay for a lot of things along with your parents and they entrusted Hairo to plan a lot of things out. He’s a trustworthy guy and you might’ve told him what you want already in the past so why not? 🤷‍♀️

what he does for your big day truly depends on what type of person you are and I say that in like every hcs ever but it’s true. Different peeps want different things!

anywho 😚

your gift possibilities also range depending on what what you like. An artist? Art supplies! Like to skateboard? He has one custom made! Are ya a foodie? Get dressed your heading to a buffet!

An out or inside event relies on what you prefer! An introvert? Likely inside! (If your an introvert who’s mentioned wanting to step outside your comfort zone, it’ll be a peaceful place outdoors!) oh your an ambivert? An indoor party! How about an extrovert?? Let’s turn up at the water park y’all!! 🤪🤪

it’s definitely outside doing some sort of exercise(or in da gym ;3). Whether that’s fun for you or not depends on if you like exercise or not. And if it’s the type where your running around or purely a hardcore workout 🏋️‍♂️

The expenses wasn’t all that costly because of this, you could literally just all go to the gym and hype him up and it would bring tears to his eyes. Your support means so much to him, he could work out the entire day nonstop as long as he continuously hears the chants of encouragement from his loved ones 💝

he doesn’t expect gifts so when you surprise him with the heaviest weights you can find to help motivate him (😭🤷‍♀️💗), he literally sheds tears of happiness. Don’t get me wrong- people do gift him—he just didn’t expect anything because he’s not a materialistic guy!

your all tired but very happy at the end, whether it’s because your throats are sore from encouraging or your legs are tired from running. Either way it was a fun and eventful day, and I will say, Hairo certainly enjoyed it ♡

Tbh these hcs can go lots of different ways depending on how you are and what you want! For examples….:3

if you want to hide your psychic abilities from him, well, it depends on whether fate wants you to or not! Just like how if saiki is meant to do something, despite all the power he has to stop it, it ends up happening anyway! :P but if it wants you to then either 1) stuff miraculously happens to prevent him from finding out or 2) he sees and doesn’t believe his eyes 😋

if your open and tell him about them he’s a little shocked at first! Of course he is! He’s never seen them before canonly. And ngl? He not gonna believe you 😭 Not that he don’t trust you but your gonna need some stone hard evidence that it’s you and not some magic trick. It’ll be easier to convince him depending on what type of powers you have. Physical powers wont be such a struggle as idk?? reading minds. After he does get over the initial shock though..

Him completely getting used to them never really happens. I mean it’s not normal really! To him there’s no other person like you! Cuz I mean he hasn’t found out 🤷‍♀️ He always praises you over how cool you are and says ‘even if he can’t gain powers like you he’ll work hard to be just as strong/cool! 💪‘

His parents reaction (if you decide to tell them too/if they find out) is oddly relaxed? Don’t get me wrong their jaws do drop and they are in shock, but after that they ask you a few questions and is pretty much like ‘cool👍‘

the Hairo family isn’t the type to see things like this and immediately snap a pic for the media, they’re kinda like ‘WOW this is rare!! Cool :)’ LOL 😂 I feel like they’re just mature like that, all three of them :}

if your friends know then you probably told him it was okay to tell them and he broke news first. Either that or a completely 180° and they didn’t find out til months later when you used them casually in public without realizing. Either way they pretty much scold Hairo for not telling them sooner when he says ‘he knows’ you have psychic powers. LIKE HELLO?! THATS NOT NORMAL?! SAY SOMETHING??

if you wanna keep it a secret he’s gotcha! 👌 as I said he doesn’t overreact to these types of things, I feel, so your secrets’ safe with him and he stands on business about it! Not a soul will know until your ready and if not then they never will.

Although, if your fine with the public knowing, he doesn’t want you to use them to cheat in sports/exercising. He thinks it’s very unmanly and unfair :^ which I’d be mad too if some dude with powers cheated like that, so can’t blame him. You likely agree with this so there shouldn’t be a problem really ☀︎
