I LOVE FIRE!!!! i used to play with fire a lot back in the day, but i've moved on to more safe stuff. but whenever i burn something i remember why i loved it so much.... i once set an (already broken) piñata on fire :D it was gorgeous!!! i love the smell, how PRETTY IT LOOKS, i just sit by it and watch whatever is burning slowly be consumed by the fire, how it starts changing color, the little worm like reds that move and turn everything to ash.... and after its gone, the little pieces of ash, or charcoal-like.... i actually used to carry a box of matches with me... and i have an old sweatshirt with drawings of matches.... yeah....

hmm... maybe that color isnt real? color doesnt exist, its just the waves of the light being reflected on surfaces, and the surfaces reflect different waves of light.

and on the same talk about color, people seem to only think the primary colors are red green and blue and get angry when they mix them and they cant get white, well, thats because there are TWO types of primary colors!!

light primary colors: RGB (red, green, blue), in which you can mix and match with lights, like on a tv or a screen, an when you mix the 3 you get white. this is why pixels have this 3 colors! in old computers it was easier to see, i think the pixels were bigger? and if you were to get really close to the screen you could actually see each individual one and its 3 colored lights!! but i dont think thats viable anymore.....

pigmentary (from pigment) primary colors: CMY(k) (cyan, magenta, yellow + black) this are the ones that would be the primary colors which you can use to paint, and you can get any color from them! theoretically. if you've noticed, these are the colors from the printer!! and even tho when put together they theoretically get black, its really difficult to replicate so thats why it just has the black ink on its own (if i remember correctly)

and..... yeah!! oh! i also went to a cpr course!! i dont think as random, but certainly useful.... hope i never have to use that info tho

1) Since it’s on the mind bc of toh—i’m an absolute sucker for found siblings. Of course, i enjoy the found family trope in general and most variations (middleaged character adopting a random ass kid, etc etc) , but when its focus is on siblings? I eat that shit upppp. I mean relationships like luz and hunter, any of the dc families tbh, the rgb siblings (nya lloyd kai), or my ocs keiko and rolin—they scratch a special part of my brain.

Maybe its because i’m eldest sibling myself, and my brother is only two years younger making us pretty close in age, but i just really like sibling relationships and they hit more than parent/child ones for me😭🙏 We don’t always get along, but i’d say we have a pretty strong relationship now

Something about going through the same motions, esp if ur both still trying to find ur place in the world, and knowing you have someone to rely on is just so special to me. Even with blood siblings, it doesn’t really feel like unconditional love at first. Like, you have to choose to be someone who will care and be there for them. Urgh idk it just feels different even though with parents it’s also a choice to care about someone. Like with a parent or guardian, it’s like you want to expect them to have all the answers, but with someone closer to ur age who chooses to treat you like family, it’s like—well we both don’t know what we’re doing but we have each other to lean on.

And the “found” part isn’t necessary but just a nice treat bc i feel like it highlights that Active choosing to care for someone like family. waaah. Like Kai in s1 of ninjago having a whole arc that leads to him leaving behind his own desires to save tiny lloyd, and then literally promising to always look after lloyd after , or luz promising to keep hunter safe bc he’s family now, and then my story with my ocs rolin n keiko is all about them becoming siblings to each other😭 it just makes me feel sooo emotional

So yeah if you look at my list of faves don’t be surprised if u see a lot of characters who have a significant sibling relationship in their story 🙏

2) Now i dont know if this counts as a trope, but as for fave character type theres usually this One scene that makes me go Oh i love them. and that scene or line tends to go like this: Character up to this point has shown a fun, perhaps confident or carefree personality, but as soon as they’re alone, it’s revealed to the audience they’re capable of feeling so much more. Idk i guess im thinking kon at the campfire, or wukong in lmk specifically always being chill then being serious when he’s alone

3) Also in category of things that make me love a character: slapstick comedy to highlight dorkiness. or honestly just any type of comedy that undercuts a character’s supposed Cool/Importance Factor. 💀 like the amount of slapstick a character goes through has to be proportional to how unaware the character is of their own dorkiness. Im thinking Kai bumping his head while threatening garmadon or bragging about his skills only to get slammed by a tree (or a rock. or a wall. the list goes on.). Or Kon saying he’s fine cuz he can fly only to wham his head when the ship turns and then subsequently get flung around while the ship flies, or slamming his face straight into the ground cuz he’s an idiot.

Or like, Karkat’s whole thing. he’s a walking clown circus. sollux going “do NOT run that computer virus” and karkat ignoring him only for the computer to explode in his face. idk that shit makes me laugh

4) When characters start talking about how they don’t wanna be left behind—it depends on the writing but that usually Hits for me 😭

So I do have full teams for everyone but I’m just gonna talk about extra stuff that I thought of for no reason

Basically, Kai and Nya work a pokeball making shop instead of blacksmithing, because I think them being the “Kurt” of the world is very very cool and they make their own poke balls! That’s why they have hand crafted ones (Kai used fast balls on all his team, and Nya used lure balls) (also also, Lloyd has friend balls which are also crafted, and that’s a little RGB siblings thing because I think they helped him catch his first Pokémon and taught him how to make his own :])

I also think they continue to make their own poke balls even when with the team because they have crafting kits like from legends Arceus and when jay or someone is like “ok i gotta go buy some poke balls real quick” Kai and Nya are like “?????? You BUY them????” And then they try to teach everyone else how to craft their own! :] (though to varying success)

I think that also kai and nya have Pokémon that live at their house that they didn’t “catch” because they’re either wild and chilling, or they were Ray and Maya’s and can’t be caught. Like there’s a carkoal and milotic that were Ray and Maya’s, but there’s also a chimecho that, while not caught officially, still evolved via friendship because Kai and Nya really liked the little guy :] and he lets them know when a customer enters like a little bell on a door!

Plus, as some added weird lore that doesn’t make much sense, I gave Wu, Garmadon, and Lloyd the hisuian starters to keep them Connected. Bascially, Lloyd gets (shiny) hisuian decidueye (and it’s very funny because he thinks it’s a normal rowlet until it evolves and then BOOM it’s revealed to be a regional variant thats hundreds of years old) Garmadon gets hisuian samurott because he’s dark type and he’s soooo edgy oooo (though he gives so many treats to his little guys) and wu gets typhlosion I guess since it’s the last one

General Opinion over said character: GREAT, the lady of all time. shouldve probablt gotten better treatment from the anime. like the keroro platoon should stop freaking out about the fact that she has wrinkles cause who cares. also wish we could see mpre of her with the garuru platoon cause itd be interesting to see their dynamics. she is also pink and everyone knows i love pink ladies

Pincushion Update: School Starts

||So the time has come again for the Fall School Semester. Honestly my favorite time to go to school. Weather gets cooler, we go back an hour, longer nights, shorter days, but least not forget Pumpkin every thing!

However, with school starting, and commissions to be worked on, I will find myself incredibly busy. You may find a post from me once a week. I'm hoping to schedule to do something every Saturday.

I will keep in touch via tumblr messenger, Google Hangouts, and Discord. I will keep in touch with those commissioning us.

i know we as a collective society believe in gamer! eren supremacy. and yes, this is a good take. however, may i introduce to you: normie/fuckboy/jock eren with gamer/nerd gf. thoughts under the cut (safe for work, pg-13, also slight snk spoilers for season 3 and up!)

see, eren isnt necessarily a fuckboy. in fact, hes very loyal! he doesnt really think that way about any girls or guys except you. but hes popular romantically and had a reputation for sleeping around before he met you (not that theres anything wrong with that but ya know word travels fast across campus). plus, cmon the dude is in a frat, super hot and has a tongue piercing. he cant blame anyone for thinking he is a fuckboy bc he exudes the energy.

you are kind of the complete opposite. you dont really enjoy parties and you keep to yourself. you're a total wreck when it comes to flirting and your kinda oblivious to whenever people like you. you dont have many friends and are a bigger fan of 2d people than 3d.

either way eren finds you so so so cute. he first approached you at one of his frat parties. your roommates convinced you to come after she said that someone (read: connie) had a dance dance revolution mat, but you kinda just stuck around in a corner staring at your cup once you lost them. he looks you up and down-- your outfit was pretty cute, a short plaid orange pleated skirt, dress shirt, orange cardigan and black beret laying neatly upon your head. and your face... he couldn't help himself but try to talk to you. you were really anxious because wahhh scary sports guy you dont know but he was kinda instantly comforting? in a way? and he was freaking pretty. he looked like a final fantasy character--long haired characters were your type. the rest was kind of history.

a lot of people are shocked when they find out your dating bc you two are so different (some people are surprise eren “dates” at all) but no one dares question your relationship when they see how much eren dotes on you. he has so many polaroids of you in his wallet-- from the many arcade dates you bring him on where you decimate him at almost every game, you awkwardly posing in the hentai section of bookstores, or just candids of you being intensely focused on a puzzle in a game. whenever you guys go out to eat and somethings wrong with your meal, he'll send it back (in a polite way, of course, but hes still assertive.) or if you buy like a figurine and its misisng something hes marching up to the cashier stand for you. he always has an arm around your waist or is holding is hand in yours. sometimes you just cling onto his arm and rest your head on it (hes comfy!!!!! and you are always tired) your both pretty clingy, but you get kinda awkward when you two are around people you know so he just kinda subtly holds you as to not make a scene. its nice. hes comfy.

youve got dual monitors, a pc you made yourself, rgb keyboard, the whole nine yards. all your consoles are up to date and you keep a handheld system on you at all times. you spend most your weekends watching anime and movies and tv shows and your shelves are piled high with books and comic books. eren literally does not understand any of it. when you told him you built your pc he goes "you made all those microchippy things? youre soooo smart babe". when you talk about some of your weirder or more complicated animes he nods along but honestly he gets so lost ("so like, lemme get this straight, the kids dad's wife ate his mom?" "yeah but like she was turned into a titan so she didn't realllllly know it was the dads wife, but like she literally walks past this titan shifter so i think she knew." "thats crazy.") and he will never understand the point of otome games when hes literally right there. he actually has a really bad habit of getting jealous of characters you have a crush on but you just find it funny. sometimes he gets an ego boost when they look like him because even if they look like him he is actually real so they can suck it.

hes rlly supportive tho. erens a rlly passionate person and he loves you a lot so he pours a lot of passion into what you do. if you are into esports/fps games hes cheers you on all the time and does all the raging for you ("BABE THAT GUY IS STREAM SNIPING! one of his favorite things to do with you is cuddle and watch anime. usually he lies his face on your thighs or chest while watching and you play with his hair or he holds you in his chest and you play with one of his hands while the other goes behind his head. he grew up on some of the classics like naruto sailor moon one piece pokemon and dbz but he never got super into it until he started dating you. you put him on to soooo many good shows (cartoons, anime, and live action) hes both a crier and he is a get-angrier(?). he gets mad on characters behalfs and you have to pause the show so he can rant about how annoying someone is or he feels so bad for someone so he has to take a minute because hes tearing up. he likes slice of life anime because the friendships <3 theyre so wholesome and they remind him of him armin and mikasa but he also likes shounen because it is entertaining to watch fights. he gets really into them actually. he also has this really bad habit of whenever there is a character with no parents or a dead mom he goes "oh same" or "welcome to the club buddy" under his breath. when theres a cute couple in an anime you both like guys get matching keychains of them unless one of them dies because he thinks its bad luck. his favorite animes are haikyuu, your lie in april and code geass.

you are equally supportive of erens volleyball career. you know all the rules because sports anime and you actually find yourself really liking it in 3d as well (it is lacking in bromance and screaming but you let it slide). you go to all his games and he always texts you before his practices. has a habit of kissing you before games and one day after he kisses you go "gg ez win" as a JOKE but then they like decimate their long time rival marley university and get into nationals (is that a thing for volleyball idk sports) so hes convinced its because you did your "gamer magic". now every time after getting his good luck kiss he interlocks your pinkies and you go "gg ez win" and he goes “yes.” because to this day he doesnt know what it means (he thinks googling it is like breaking the magic)

Yesterday was the last day of the course in painting at Munka Ljungby konstskola.

The course featured two models to paint during the 5-day timespan.

First of we had to choose what kind of colours to use, acrylic or oil. I settled for acrylic, mainly because pricepoint and fear of spontaneous combustion 😄

In order to get going we were presented with different challenges during the week. One was to start with only one colour and add a new one every hour, in RGB-scale. This made for some beautiful colorblendings and outlandish skintones.

Second challenge was to paint without using brushes of any kind. My weapon of choice, after consulting my instagram-feed, turned out to be my feet. This worked surprisingly well, all things considered, and im happy with the result. My toe is still red a week later but thats a different story 😄

My latest painting is, as usual, the one i like the most. This is also the only one where time was a factor, since it was only a halfday of painting.

hi! i was really inspired by some ansatsu-blogs and finally decided to start concepting some of my assassination classroom! danganronpa crossover thoughts

so there’s nagisa as a protagonist of the story and a few sketches i made 

most of the time i’ve been drawing him i’ve spent on finding his casual clothes from artbooks, manga and anime of course

it was really fun and i like to draw more of the e-class students as ultimates 

the next will be karma or kaede but i’m not really sure i love the whole rgb trio so it’s hard for me to decide :DD
