Is Catnap ecstatic about Proto’s true identity? Does he brag to the other toys that he was closest to him first and that still makes him the only child, despite all their existences being indirectly responsible because of Elliot?

I don't think the toys put the blame on Elliot for the experiments that happened; Poppy was the only one whose body was directly made with his help, and she consented to the process. Everyone else was forced into what they are now, and Elliot wasn't there to stop. They know Sawyer purposefully tricked him into becoming the Prototype because otherwise there would be no Bigger Bodies Initiative as we know it. HOWEVER.

Catnap/Theo 100÷ brags about him being the closest to Elliot lmao. He and Poppy argue about who's closest a LOT, mostly in a non-serious way. Poppy likes to tease him, he likes to annoy her, they're the siblings ever. Whenever the group wants to talk to Proto about something, Theo appears out of nowhere just to go "this is my cue". Poppy argues that she has been with Elliot the longest (she was in her 20s when she became the doll! More time than Theo!), so this should be HER cue as well.

The other toys are more annoyed at their silly arguments than anything, esp Dogday. "Prototype is your dad, parents don't have preferences – look at our mom! – now please STOP", then cue to both Theo and Poppy going "Proto 100÷ plays favorites". AND HE DOES.

Is “what have you done” still common phrase Angel often hears, as well as the other toys?

Second one: "Angel’s totally gonna say “What have you done?” to Prototype in the final verbal and physical confrontation...turning the parallels and guilt on their head! Those two have so much to relate to with each other, though...I like to think that phrase evolves into a loving in-joke between the two of them!" end image id.

I'm very happy to say that "isn't he wonderful?" became something Prototype uses in order to refer to Catnap/Theo during the decade post-HoJ and pre-rescue. It eventually evolves to what Prototype says when referring to the toys as a whole ("aren't they wonderful?"), taking back the original meaning from the people who made him like this. It's only with Angel's help and stupid jokes, however, that Proto warms up to the idea of being called wonderful.

HOWEVER. "What have you done?" is now what Angel says all the time to the toys and their many shenanigans. "What have you done?!" and the camera cuts to Bubba and Driver surrounded by old computer pieces. "Science!", they reply, VERY proud of themselves. The reverse also happens: "Mom, what have you done?", and it's Angel pretending they didn't just try to rearrange the entire living room in order to troll the kids.

I like to think there comes a moment when they're warming up to each other where Angel says "aren't you just wonderful?", and Prototype replies with "are you proud of yourself?", and it may as well be the first time since forever that both phrases have a positive meaning for both of them.
