Windsinger:

He's one of the four who created a planet in which sorneith resides, he created the atmosphere and he's also a whimsical big little guy

Tulin:

Tulin inherited his ability to manipulate wind from his ancestor Revali, who was notable for being the textbook "i can do all this myself and everyone else will just get in my way" lancer of his group. Tulin starts out like that during the plot of TOTK, but it's mainly because he's at the point where he's old enough to not want to be treated like a kid anymore while still basically being a kid. Then you (Link) get his bow back from a group of monsters and he decides teamwork is totally cool actually and he's super adorable the whole time
