Our Flag Means Cross Stitch
Anybody still have the queer pirate brainrot? Well, have I got the thing for you!
Unlike how it usually goes around here, this pattern is mine. It’s my first time designing one so it may not be the best but I'm proud of it anyway. This version is on 14 count Aida and was done using ThreadworX 1154 Bradley’s Balloons, but the “cute” is completely customizable in any floss color/type that you want!
You can find this on my Etsy shop, where is is currently my only listing. I’m working on another pattern right now, but it’s pretty large and I still need to test stitch it before I can put it up, but keep your eyes out for some cool anthropology content.

My heckin’ sweet new canvases from Garibaldi’s are here!! I purchased ‘Iced Coffee’ for this really neato Owl Dream Catcher project I have planned for some point in the future, and then ‘Purple Passion’ coupled with ThreadworX ‘Mosaic’ is for Mom’s Filigree Peacock Silhouette gift and ‘Terracotta’ paired with ThreadworX ‘Autumn Leaves’ is for Erin’s Filigree Pumpkin Silhouette!! I only had my floss in person to go by on the right canvas colors to get for these projects and I am SUPER proud of myself for picking the perfect colors, especially for Erin’s! I got them all in 14 count because I wanted these gifts to be a p decent size and BOY am I excited to get these started! I’ll be ironing ‘Terracotta’ later today and getting it tacked onto my 16″x18″ bars and once I have the beginning of the floss set in, I’ll try to get back to work on Floral Stag so I can finish it as quickly as possible to get right on these gifts! Now I just gotta go order the patterns so they can get emailed today!

So I recently saw and had to buy this cross stitch pattern
And I made a decision to use my rainbow thread (Threadworx Bradley's Balloons)..
So the border patterns will be black but the tree will be rainbow... because the tree of life should be imo 😂

New Year, New Gender - Free Cross-stitch Pattern
The New Year is a time of reevaluation and reimagination, and what better way to celebrate than with a new gender? A pattern for gender transition, gender questioning, and gender exploration.
Stitched area is 93 by 57 stitches, or about 5″ by 3″ when stitched on 18-count aida. If you’re using 18-ct like I did, one skein of each color is more than enough.
Floss Recommendations
DMC 310 (black) - 824 stitches
ThreadworX Bradley’s Balloons 1154 (rainbow) - 448 stitches

Our Flag Means Cross Stitch
That’s right, I’ve got the queer pirate brain rot too, so today you get an extra cross stitch!
Unlike how it usually goes around here, this pattern is mine. It’s my first time designing one so it may not be the best but I'm proud of it anyway. This version is on 18 count Aida and was done using ThreadworX 1063 Irish Cream, but the “cute” is completely customizable in any floss color/type that you want!
You can find this on my Etsy shop, where is is currently my only listing. I might design some more patterns in the future, but don’t quote me on that.

Pokémon Blackwork Sampler stitched and designed by warpskipping.
“I finished this last year but only just blocked it for framing! Stitched over 4.5 years and containing 151 pokemon, 150 blackwork patterns, 159 thread colours, it is approx 50x50 centimetres on 16 count aida. I can see my growth between the first stitches (bellsprout!) and the last (mewtwo) and that pleases me immensely.
Why a Pokemon sampler? I thought rectangles were too boring!
Self-drafted using Pokemon game sprites for the silhouettes.
Most of the blackwork patterns were pre-existing ones I'd seen in books/online (I'd been doing blackwork for about 5 years when I started putting together this design so I already had a library of patterns) but some I drafted myself, either simplifying/complicating a pre-existing pattern or starting from scratch just messing around with some shape tesselations.I use Photoshop so I have my library of patterns as layers and then I layer mask them onto silhouettes. It's a bit cursed if you're used to more traditional pattern-making haha!
I used variegated cotton thread from 7 different brands and my favourites were Threadworx, Colour Complements and Cottage Garden Threads. They were all nice to stitch with and had good colour ranges!”
