TGCF characters on a road trip in a couple of those vans that can fit eight people at a time.

YSH has a peaceful playlist she puts on. She’s the perfect balance between an offensive and defensive driver.

PM is surprisingly a consistently reliable driver. Handles the stopped checkpoints and police very well. 

QYZ gets road rage and is mostly kept away from the wheel.

YY doesn’t have a license but still has to make the itinerary and assign rooms.

MQ hates driving. It lowkey makes him anxious. Cannot have FX in the passenger seat while he drives. 

FX can be an aggressive driver. Curses a lot. Always one to blare the horn and flip people off.

If HC drives, XL has to be in the passenger seat because XL is the only one he trusts to be his “right eye.”

XL just needs to be able to talk to another person while driving. Anyone who sits in the passenger seat when XL drives are guaranteed to enjoy the ride. 

LW prefers reading books and listening to podcasts while on the road. Silent speeder and weaving master. 

SWD is a responsible driver and follows all the regulations. Police officer energy. 

SQX is a chaotic driver, which makes certain people in the car very dizzy. Gets away with it because their older brother is SWD.

HX is another silent speeder. Does very well with night driving–aka doesn’t tire out by the end of the trip.

PX and BY are kept towards the back so they can have their own young people space. They love watching movies together! They’re also on snack duty! Or they just convince HX to pull over to a fast food drive-thru.

Thinking about modern HuaLian dancing at a house party but it’s the goofy kind where they shimmy back and forth, wide smiles and boisterous laughter. They’re definitely a little tipsy too.

It’s the kind of music they listened to in their college days. Some funky rock and pop, some electric, etc. It’s silly and carefree and gets their blood pumping; It’s where you don’t care if you look dumb or crazy because your partner is doing the same exact thing!

Cue HuaLian wildly headbanging. Improvising choreography on spot. HC enthusiastically spins XL too many times (per his boyfriend’s request) and XL gets so dizzy, he bumps into another couple.

(XL: “Oh goshhh we’re so sorry- OUCH!”

HC, who accidentally stepped on XL’s toes with heeled boots: “SORRY GEGE I DIDN’T MEANT TO!”

FX and MQ stand off to the side, hardcore judging.)
