Now that Lee has been revealed for Tekken 8, I guess I can talk about his bio now.

Lee's Tekken 8 bio says he built a giant flying boat named Víðópnir. According to the Norse poem Fjölsvinnsmál, Víðópnir is a mythical golden rooster that sits atop the world tree Yggdrasil; sometimes depicted sitting between the eyes of the cosmic eagle Hræsvelgr. In another poem, Eddu-brot, it also guards the gate to the lands where the waterfall Gjallandi lies in hell.

This pretty much cements Lee as being firmly on Lars' side. The bio also says Lee is giving Lars info about Kazuya as a way to counter him, essentially being a guide. It's bit like how Víðópnir, sitting on top of Yggdrasil, acts as its eyes, overlooking the world.

Interesting to see how this flying boat will function in the story. Will it be a stage? Will it be like an airship that you fly around in? A bit like the ones in Final Fantasy? We'll see.

me being myself, ive written an extensive au for this mess of a family in my head that changes everything, but i only have random snippets of it on paper 😅

rundown is that kazuya doesnt die/whatever at the end of tk2 thanks to jun and lee, and once jun disappears fighting ogre, kazuya and lee take over caring for jin instead of heihachi. things go wild from there, and kazuya has the character arc of a lifetime hehe. if im extremely lucky, maybe ill get an actual fic from it lol (cause im going insane)
