they're all themed with the desire to be known , the exact opposite of " i do not know you "

think about it , tattoos are easily identifiable . mascots are a staple of identification for franchises , the dnd trenchcoat guy made a distinguished persona to be known . needles whole thing was being afraid because he is to be known , seen .

in tma we didn't know and we were afraid , but in tmagp we are known and scares us .

to be known is to be seen , and to be seen is the most frightening thing because you are vulnerable .

even in alice's stalker ties into this , stalkers follow and find out everything about you and that is terrifying .

in tma , jon was driven to know so he was not afraid . but he " died " not knowing who he was anymore , and now we don't know either .

its the age old " some questions are better left unknown " because alice is right , the more you know your fears , the more they are drawn to you to be known on a deeper level .

You don't understand I am so insanely attached to the tma characters. Like I was genuinely distraught for months after losing gerry, michael, sasha, tim, daisy, god even Helen hurt. I haven't even finished tma. I have 5 episodes left. But knowing now that there's a universe where gerry is HAPPY. It genuinely almost made me cry. And maybe that means the rest of them are happy too. At least for now.

Apparently Jon has always been spelt John in the transcripts. We just as a fandom have taken Jonny Sims name and Jon Sims and been like name a character after yourself we shall spell it like you too.

I saw a bunch of fans talking about it and when I searched it to see if it was true it's been a thing all the way through so lol I mean it appears so.

Which means the email could be from our Jon.

okay so- celia?????? what do you know celia???? i keep thinking about her in the eyepocalypse and wondering about what happened to her the domain she was trapped in. we know she was originally lynne hammond and had an experience with a flaming ghost (slaughter/desolation ?) in episode 100 and then lost her name- im thinking a stranger/spiral domain. i feel like remembering this could be relevant- she was touch by an entity, survived, but seemingly wasn’t in the same entity’s domain in the eyepocalypse

often with chosen names they have a tendency to be a wink at something- like in episode 34 “Anatomy Class” the anatomy students had the classic aliases like John Doe. so, why ripley? this could mean nothing but the inclusion of “rip” feels important. something like ripping the fabric of the universe and ending up somewhere else?
