Come posso fare ad esprimere la mia resistenza e dissenso per il fatto che il governo italiano produce e vende armi e io non voglio che le mie tasse vadano li?

Qual è un buon allenamento che alterni bouldering e cardio considerato che sab e dom non voglio allenarmi ma voglio allenarmi 5 giorni su 7 (MILDLY!)?

Ha senso far presente alla capa della scuola per la quale non lavorerò più che il suo tono ed espressioni nella chiamata di ieri è stato ampiamente fuori luogo oppure vaffanculo lascio stare tanto è una poveretta?
