“Itto, I’m homeee!” you voiced throughout the house, putting your bags down and frowning at the silence. It was never this quiet at home. “ ‘m in the bedroom princess.” Itto answered, a relieved sigh leaving your lips as you made your way over to your shared bedroom, not realizing that nothing could’ve prepared you for the sight before you.

Never in the years of dating Itto, you could have guessed to come home to this, rather interesting sight. Your boyfriend wrapped in red ribbon, being pretty much naked if it wasn’t for his boxers, looking all pretty and waiting for you on the bed. You were shocked to say at least, a small laugh escaping your lips.

It wasn’t that the sight was bad, no in fact, you loved it, it made you feel a certain way. Yet you still couldn’t help but to imagine him struggling on his own to get into this position while wrapping himself with the ribbon.

“How’d you even do that?” you questioned, slowly straddling over to him and getting comfortable on his lap, giggling a bit when a shaky breath left his lips. Itto was rock hard, leaking through his boxers, showing signs of playing with himself before you arrived, it was hard to ignore so you simply couldn’t.

End of year wrap up

I am so super late to this, but I’ve done this in the last few years and I think it’s a nice tradition to look back at the accomplishments I’ve achieved. 2022 was a very bleak year writing wise, and I’m happy to say that I’ve slowly started to get my mojo back a bit. My AO3 wordcount for 2023 was 36,936 words, but I’ve also posted some shorter things on tumblr, and I actually made a spreadsheet to track my progress and tally all my written words, including those that get deleted and also those not yet posted, and according to the spreadsheet I wrote 10k more. I still have a lot of WIPs hanging around in my drive, but I’ve managed to finish some of them, and I feel like I have more energy and excitement to finish some more, so, here’s hoping that 2024 will be the year that I actually end up with fewer WIPs at the end than at the beginning (something I tried back in 2020, before the world went up in flames).

January

Fading in Love (locked to logged in users) (Drarry, Explicit, 5k) I wrote this as a belated birthday present for @sassy-sassy3, it’s an 8th year secret relationship with a lil’ sprinkle of magical theory regarding the Dark Mark.

February

I decided to try a few prompts for HD Candyhearts and ended up having a lot of fun with them:

Thunderstruck (locked to logged in users) (Drarry, Explicit, 8k) My god, my beast, this fic resisted me and to top it all off I got covid right when I was about to finish it. I struggled with this so damn much, also wanting to create a vividness that doesn’t really come natural to me, but I’m so happy with how it came out in the end. Plus I got to collab with the amazing @fictional who, as usual, knocked it out of the park with her glorious art.

November

The Potter Malfoy bathroom war of 2007 (locked to logged in users) (Drarry, Explicit, 8k) Another fic that’s been with me for some time, although “only” a year. I saw the prompt for last year’s Suds when claims had closed, so I tried to forget about it but it wouldn’t leave me. I had so much fun writing this, I love writing Harry and Draco bickering and fighting with each other when we as readers know it’s basically their form of foreplay.

December

When it’s exactly twelve o’clock that night (Drarry, Teen, 6k) This was also a fic one year in the making. I started writing it to post on last New Year’s Eve, but I couldn’t finish it in five days (to my own astonishment), but I’m happy it got to marinate for a while because I added a scene with Scorpius that I’m very fond of.

I’m actually relatively new to the fandom and just had a burning question, what are all of the fic fests about?

Like I see things like Mpreg, Trans or Horror fests and I know what those are about but a lot of the ones like Wireless, Candy Hearts, Lights Camera Drarry, H/D Erised, Kill your darlings or even H/D Reverse Bang get me very confused as to what their purpose is.

I’m so sorry if the answer is supposed to be obvious, I promise I’m not trying to be ignorant but I went on the AO3 links to all these fests but I still emerged a little confused (it’s a dark time for my one little braincell, she’s very slow).

ok i hate to complain but at the same time the presentation for 2024 thing was marketed SO poorly, why did they market this as big news for the future, same with the collab like WHY didnt they specify it was something theyve collabed with before. genuine bait move from bandori devs oh my god. like i know we're probably getting more presentations about 7th anniv and later but come on.

in other news, let's predict exactly who is in this collab; a lot of people are saying full vocalist but i doubt it because of both Ran and Kokoro having lims as of now, a specialty only haved by around a quarter of the cast, especially since ran had the last collab 5 star.

Actually, a vocalist only gacha is also deconfirmed because of ran due to her just now getting a 5*, it's safe to assume that the other characters that have gotten a 5* within the past month and a half won't get a collab card either (sans. one of the mygo characters as one of them has to be in the collab)

It's also safe to mention exactly which band may be due for an event right now, the last rotation was [Afterglow, Roselia, Pasupare, Harohapi, Popipa, Morfonica, Mygo, RAS], and currently, the rotation is [Afterglow, Mygo] so it's likely that Afterglow, Mygo, and ras won't have any worry about a future band event interfering with the lineup, Roselia, Pasupare, and Harohapi will, likely, meaning that it's likely the next mixed event where any members of said bands' members show up as a 5 star will be compensated, harohapi especially in the red because of them being next or second-next in the df rotation alongside everything else, meaning that they specifically will need four characters in such a major time crunch (as the rotation ends at about the end of january, and hhw just got lim so they probably won't get full Valentines, the next two df gachas being before/during the game's 7th anniversary, and their card being released in early december).

Also note that the tie-ups for Popipa, Pasupare, and Harohapi will be the same as their first collab, being Sora, Aqua, and Fubuki specifically. the same bands are also getting the first set of gacha cards.

(predictions after Keep Reading)

From what we can form, there are some predictable characters in the collabs based on what we know about the lineup.

Popipa: Kasumi, second-most due in popipa, probably not Tae because if any vocalists show up it's probably the poster girl

Roselia: Yukina, tied for the 3rd most due overall and strangely has not gotten a third 5 star yet despite being Yukina Minato, and everyone else in Roselia have limited cards, including Sayo's collab card. also similar reasoning as Kasumi

RAS: Layer, 4th most due overall, only other due character in ras is Pareo, who already has a limited card so her chances are way less likely

However, I would like to also present my predictions for the rest of the bands, based off most confident to least

Morfonica: Tsukushi, 5th most due overall. the 2nd most due in morfonica, Touko, already has a collab card and the rest have gotten cards within two months, it's also possible for Nanami or Mashiro and then the devs could give Tsukushi a dreamfes card, but it can also go the other way

Pasupare: Chisato; while Maya and Eve are both more due, Pasupare is currently the easiest prediction for the Christmas event as the other currently-due bands have already had a christmas event, and a mixed event is unlikely as there's been a pattern of "mixed-full-mixed-full" events for Christmas the past few years, and Hina (who isn't eligible for the collab anyways due to having df kf AND a lim, alongside being the only character to have four 5 stars right now), and Chisato have already gotten christmas 4*s prior, so they don't have a chance at getting a gacha card in said event anyways; Chisato over Aya because Aya's last non-graduation 4* was way back in August 2022, being the character needing one the third-most, and while there have been multiple points in time where 4 and 5*s for certain characters have happened back-to-back, aside from the initial releases of the game and new bands, two 3 star and up cards for the same character running simultaneously aside from reruns has only happened once, and a 4 and 5 star card being ran simultaneously would be blatantly unfair. This is also why if it is Pasupare Christmas this year then Maya nor Eve could be in the collab if one is chosen over Aya for the 4* instead.

If a christmas event isn't Pasupare's next event, then Maya will get the collab card due to Eve being less likely for it due to being in the second ReZero collab as a 4*.

Afterglow: Tomoe; Ran and Himari both have lims, Ran a collab card, and Moca's and Tsugumi's cards are generally too recent, plus Tomoe is the most due in Aglow after the recent event. There is still a chance Tsugumi or Moca gets the collab card this time either way, but it's less likely

(there is a huge drop in confidence after this point btw)

Mygo: Soyo; Anyone but Taki and Raana can get the collab 5 star in the gacha, but Soyo being a 2 star in the recent event may imply a future high-rarity card soon. Anon and Tomori are equally likely otherwise, so this is a lackluster point

Harohapi: Depends WAY too much on who the next event pair and next df card for hhw is, originally i had an explanation i may post in the future but honestly it's just too dependent on the next hhw event, all that can be predicted is Kokoro and Misaki won't get the collab card due to them both having lims, Kanon is the most likely due to not being able to get the fes card, limiting her chances of the collab card, and Hagumi is the least likely due to having the most recent 5 star in hhw, however it can be any three due to misaki not having much of a shot at the event either due to her needing a break from hhw events. two tables are provided to show my theories.

#not complaining about the choice aside from (including en) it being the fourth time we're collabing with something to do with hol0live #i was guessing a song collab so i wasnt expecting something like s4nrio (unless they added sb.r songs but i doubt it)#but come on you could have done something like d4.dj #also assuming the collab is all 5 stars because 1. cs.m gacha was and 2. the 3 part setup and the collab being a 3-2-3 gacha #collab predictions #this started as just a simple rant and then the autism hit in and made me take like 3 hours to analyze who is in this gacha #no id sorry

The whole email breakup thing always sounded ridiculous to me but since it allegedly came from a friend of Pat's, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. But yeah no that's insane, no normal person would end a 6.5 rs/engagement over email. Imo she'd planned months before for the music video to be filmed in the UK so as to be able to spend Easter break with Joe, bc both of them knew that Joe would be working until May and according to what Tree put out at the time, he'd be joining Taylor on tour after that. So I do think the MV was shot in the UK as part of an original plan to spend Easter together there. But imo from the moment she stood on that stage in Glendale on opening night and saw tens of thousands of ppl all but worshipping her, and Joe could not even be arsed to at least care about this massive career milestone, she came to the painful realization that it was time to go, and she planned to do it in person when they would see each other in the UK for Easter. So during those first weeks of tour I imagine that (aside from being extremely happy and excited for tour) she pondered how to go about it and the logistics etc yk, mentally preparing herself for it, probably going back and forth on doing it or not. Clearly she ultimately decided it had to happen this time for real, they'd been unhappy for months and I do think Joe taking another last minute job and not giving a single fuck about Eras was a final straw. So she knew it was Over over during those first weeks of tour and imo that's why she was crying during CP in Glendale N2. Anon mentioned that maybe she was apprehensive about doing it in person bc they could end up fucking and she needed to end it for real, but I don't think that was even an issue for her bc imo late stage Swiftwyn sex was like those scenes in Blue Valentine where the couple clearly has fallen out of love but they still try to have sex to get off and let out frustration but neither of them are really into it and lowkey hate it and yeah idk it's devastating to watch lol it's so fucking sad. At that point imo Swiftwyn were very unhappy and in a "you do you and I'll do me" MO so it tracks that Joe didn't see it coming right, cos they'd sorta gotten familiar/used to the unhappinness. Imo if she hadn't broken it off and instead insisted on getting married, he would've done it and they would've continued to leave unhappily and/or gotten divorced eventually, so Joe must've defs been relieved that she ended it. If they'd had kids before shit started to go down at the end of 2021, I do think they would've married for the bebé and would've probs gotten divorced once the bebé/bebés became adults a la Scott and Andrea.

I 1000% agree that she was involved emotionally with Matty since at least January of this year. Idk if I think it got to the point of actual physical cheating yk I tend to think that maybe not since her and Joe respected each other so much but she does historically cheat when she's desperate to get out of a rs so who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️ she was miserable and Matty was there all head over heels for her and ofc the attention was appealing after she'd felt so rejected/unnapreciated by her partner for months. I am SO so curious about that 1975 collab song that was scrapped from Midnights 👀👀 I wonder if it's telling of how far back (second half of 2022 maybe) the affair with Matty goes, and if she left it out of the album bc she was still trying to save her rs with Joe. I really do think that, in spite of everything, Taylor fought VERY hard to fix their issues and solve their problems, like I really do think she gave it her all trying to save it but ultimately it became clear that it was unsalvageable. When they first became a couple they both thought their lives would be going in completely different directions (she thought her peak as a pop star was gone and she would move to more BTS stuff and live a calmer life in North London with him, he thought his acting career would take off after The Favourite and CWF and he'd become some Nic Hoult/Paul Mescal etc.) than where they both are today, and so they became very incompatible to the point where all the love they had for each other wasn't enough to keep them in love together.
