that doesn’t include at least 120k of original stuff, if somewhat sleep-deprived memory serves. that doesn’t count the 20k oneshot rotting while i put off finishing the last scene, or the 60k fic that’s just getting started. it doesn’t include ideas i started and pushed aside halfway through.

i hate to risk sounding like i’m bragging but damn. it’s not a lot. it’s not anything, to most people, especially being that it’s free labor.

but that’s half a million words there, easy, and i know all of them are good. i have faith in my competence.

whatever else comes out of this year, i did that much. and i know wren from last november wouldn’t have dreamed of a 500k year, let alone a 500k year i wasn’t even trying to pull. the only person i ever have to impress is my former self, right?

btw this is the longest one of my smosh hyperfixation phases has been in a LONG time, like since i first got into smosh games and i was fully hooked for a long while starting in 2013. to contrast the past few years i would get back into smosh content but the hyperfixation would fizzle out after a month or two each time. but this one has lasted Intensely for 5 months and has no signs of stopping (esp considering the Anthony deal LMFAO like i am ofc INVESTED.) ig it just speaks to how good their content has been lately even before anthony officially rejoined :P

#well that poll got me thinking and i don't know how to qualify how BAD each year has been but terrible things happen every goddamn year man. #ok so 2013 i dont even remember. but 2014 i started spiraling bc of the awful friendship i was in. #2015 i decided to end that friendship and it ruined my life. still traumatized to this day. #2016 was my year of The Closet. it was horrible i was scared and suicidal and lonely. #2017 eating disorder and psychosis. #2018 i had so many panic attacks IN PUBLIC. #2019 broke up with another very close friend. repeating patterns because of trauma. #end of 2019 literally day after Christmas i lost a loved one and then early 2020 lost another. had a gf then was dumped. covid and school. #2021 went thru another rough friend break up of sorts. #2022 got evicted and then had the worst job of my entire life and also had to be Back In The Closet!!!!! #2023 unemployed and suicidal (again) era. living alone era. diagnosed with new shit and new meds messing up my life era.
