a/n: thank you for the ask, anon! hope you enjoy!<3🌼pick a prompt:)

you get up a few minutes past seven o’clock, shuffling out of bed behind daniel, out of the bedroom and into the kitchen. the sky, as the sun rose not too long ago, is still wearing its coat of muted pink and yellow, and natural light welcomes itself into your home in narrow streaks onto the floors and kitchen countertops. daniel is first to wake up, sleepily mumbling something about wanting to get to tour rehearsals early, and with the help of his convincing smile and guarantee of breakfast, you hop out of bed as well. 

it isn't unusual for the two of you to be grumpy in the morning, only sharing slight smiles and little morning kisses and a touch of conversation while you work through your routines to get ready for the day…at least until there is cooked food and warm drinks on the table. 

honestly, if it wasn't for the tempting promise of hot, home-cooked breakfast, which you gladly agreed for daniel to make, the pair of you would still be in bed, lured in under the warm sheets and blankets, fighting off the wintry morning chill. your slight grumpiness has progressed into an obvious agitation, furrowed brows and all, at the absence of your keys from their usual spot near the entryway. 

daniel’s cooking as you breeze around the house looking for them, showing half-hearted concern and asking simple questions that honestly tick you off even more. “are you sure you haven’t seen them?” you call, halfway across the living room as your eyes scan every possible fraction of space and object in sight. 

“yep, no idea” daniel dismisses, unknowingly receiving an annoyed huff in return, his voice muffled by the sound of the kitchen cabinets and drawers rolling open one by one only to be shut again as he tries to find the jar of coffee that would usually be sitting in one of the shelves. 

he puts breakfast on the table anyway, two two mini stacks of pancakes and berries for each of you, and although daniel is proud of his culinary work at such an early hour, his limbs still tired and eyes still groggy, you aren’t so pleased at the absence of your necessary cup of coffee. the edge of your voice is ever so obvious as you pace around the house, looking for other things you’d somehow misplaced from your shoes to your lip balm back to your keys, murmuring out a “thank you,” followed by a “where’s my coffee?” as you glance at the food in front of you.

“where’s the new coffee mix?” he counters. 

“i’ll tell you if you tell me where you put the keys?”

the two of you attempt a staring contest, a battle of who can hold their frowning expressions the longest without faltering, before you just decide to search together. daniel loses, sighing in frustration before he moves to check around the kitchen one more time, “i TOLD you i don’t know where—”' his words are cut off, eyes rolling at the sight of your keys in the cutlery drawer. “how did they even get in here?” he questions, keys hanging off his finger in the air. 

an easy smile graces your lips, as if a frown had never been there, and the morning grumpiness melts away as you cheekily pluck the keys from his hand before plopping down at your seat to eat….”the coffee’s in the pantry, first shelf on the right” you say through a mouthful of food.

Review: The shoot off was incredible and the way you were seated was very unique. IMO, this is a ride you definitely need to try at least once. After that, I would pick GOTG: Cosmic Rewind over this any day. That’s my opinion.

I’m not a fan of the hatbox ghost… at Disney World. He just entered the mansion recently and I already want him out (and not just because he doesn’t make sense story-wise and how he looks right next to the endless hallway that has different colors and style to his backdrop). It makes sense for him to be at Disneyland as that was a Disneyland attraction that gained a lot of following and huge fans. And understandably so! He was there for like a week and taken down, of course people will give him a cult following! And it was so cool that Disneyland put him back in the attraction for their 60th anniversary!

But he didn’t originate here at Magic Kingdom, wasn’t anything that was huge for the park in Florida. For the Haunted Mansion, Magic Kingdom has the story of the ring, and I cannot tell you how many people regarding the updated queue with that ring were extremely happy to confirm or even acknowledge fan lore! How many times are they going to change things that make Walt Disney World, well, Walt Disney World? How many times are you going to make us a carbon copy of the other park and not let it be unique? We’re getting the Indiana Jones ride! …The same one at Disneyland that will replace Dinosaur… And we got an update on the castle colors which is nice! …. The same colors as Disneyland castle….

Everything is an IP. Say goodbye to having any kind of original park stuff.

i saw someone in a post i made about wdw parks history lamenting the 20000 leagues under the sea ride that closed down and i have GREAT news i have been WAITING for a chance to talk about this

i would love 2 take this chance to bring to the wider public's attention TOKYO DISNEYSEA, aka the best disney park objectively- at this park, they actually have a modern incarnation of 20k leagues but updated with a lot of very clever engineering tricks and a gorgeous steampunk-adjacent aesthetic but one with a lot more whimsy. its aesthetically a lot like the tommorrowland at disneyland paris, actually

they even have the kraken still in there! updated to seem a lot more visually menacing. i believe the eye on it even moves!

and hey you know how 20k leagues in its original incarnation had a lot of issues with people finding the design of the subs claustrophobic since the seating was so cramped? that's been updated too! you can clearly see that this ride vehicle was designed with the comfort of larger groups in mind, while also still feeling like its a rusty old submarine.

ok this is cool right. like surely thats cool on its own-

yeah no this ride is also connected to a journey to the center of the earth ride. and not a dark ride either this thing is almost comparable to a roller coaster combined with a dark ride. its a really unique ride system.

also the ride itself is built into a volcano structure with a beautiful waterfront in front of it (beautiful waterfronts are disneyseas whole thing actually)

ALSO the ride is really notable for having this GIANT CREATURE ANIMATRONIC in there thats REALLY reminiscent of the alien encounter animatronic! (or at least the documented records of it)

and the coolest thing is the entire park is brimming with this amount of creativity. you see, disney doesnt actually own the tokyo resort. they dont have complete control that they do over, say, the orlando resort. the oriental land company owns it because they own the land it was built on. so instead of disney mandating them to put certain things in, they license their properties to them. i assume that because disneys grip is a lot more loose on this park, the designers are able to take a lot more creative liberties and experiment with this sort of stuff (not entirely sure on that, but given just how different this park feels from anything else disneys ever made i can only assume that'd be the case. if anyone knows any other details on how this park turned out like it did aside from this, lmk!)

like, even the areas that are licensed have very creative things going on with them - look at this little mermaid area thats designed to resemble the architecture of the castle from the film

and even the area for the toy story ride is gorgeous, its designed to resemble coney island era carnival boardwalks!

this whole park is so fascinating to me because its very evident that the designers for this park repurposed a lot of the concepts they never got to make. even the parks name is a reference to a cancelled west gate to disneyland called disneysea, which is, like the one in tokyo, a sea/maritime themed park. and even outside of that, if youre at all familiar with disney history you can clearly tell which cancelled projects the designer of this park were inspired by!

i dunno, this whole park has captivated me a lot when i was younger because its like a bunch of these crazy passion projects the engineers were rooting for for years that only existed within concept art finally brought to life after years, maybe decades. ive always found it really beautiful that the creative team behind these parks found a way to make their ideas truly work in a park. i think its a shame that more disney park history enthusiasts straight up do not know that this park exists just because it's not one of the US resorts since those always get all of the attention in discussions of wdw history. hopefully this post can change that!

Also to remind the anon, that when Lisa liked that comment, people also found out his dad followed an account that was critical of Chris and this whole thing. People like to dismiss the actions of both his parents and family at large by saying it's fat fingers etc, but these people have been on social media long enough.//

To add to this, the comment Ms. Lisa liked for 12-14 hours was a reply to a comment about AB. It wasn’t a comment that was put up one after the other, it was a reply. Something that has to technically be sought out to read or like. You have to actively tap on “View More Replies” to see reactions to the original. So the possibility of her seeing the original comment, going to check what others had to say about it, and then actually like it; at least for me that would mean she agrees with that person enough to like it. I imagine with older people, they would typically hold their phone in one hand and use their index finger with the other hand to get anything done on their phone. So I don’t feel like it was a fat finger. Like this anon said, Ms. Lisa knows how to use social media and has been on it for quite some time. Probably been through all of the updates and so on. Plus with the narrative they’re trying to sell, they’ve been together since 2021 yet Ms. Lisa only just now follows her in 2023, after the like. This whole time she could’ve been followed her and moved on a long time ago.

And if she actually liked her, why couldn’t Ms. Lisa’s smile actually reach her eyes in the WDW picture? Why did she look like she was about snatch the camera away from whoever took the picture? Why was she only in one picture? How come it was like she was leading the family away from CE & AB during the whole water bottle fiasco, instead of waiting for them like most people would when you’re in a group and someone has to stop. Typically you all wanna stick together. Why didn’t she show up to the Ghosted premiere and hangout with AB (I mean apparently she was soon to be apart of the family, right?), I mean she showed up for Jenny at the SLoP premiere (and brought the whole crew) and even held her hand. Why didn’t she follow this girl in early 2022? Why didn’t she ask her “daughter-in-law” who was born and raised in PT where the best spots were in town, but asked her son’s childhood best friend’s mother on social media?

So many questions, not a lot of answers. But a shit ton of weirdness…

I also find it very unlikely that it was finger-like. Lisa knows her way around social media, so I don't think she would just randomly like a comment. I think since she is Chris's mom and she knows there are people who watch her every single move, she is more cautious about the things she does online and makes sure she doesn't like or follow someone accidentally.

It's really interesting that when his family was there at a premier (Lightyear), she wasn't there, and when she was there (Ghosted), his whole family wasn't there. Now we can make excuses that they weren't dating publicly at the time or that the kids were still in school around April, so nobody was able to go, but I'm pretty sure that at least the latter could've been solved. His family definitely doesn't seem as supportive as they were with Jenny or even with Minka. His mom still leaves comments under Minka's post, and they broke up like years ago. The fact that she rather asked Tara's mom about the places that are worth a visit in Portugal is really telling. Your son's fiance is from Portugal; she lives there, so she would be the best person to ask this question from. If they were on good terms, obviously.

There's nothing normal and concrete about this relationship.

gaycation updates:

- I got paid today and our retroactive pay from the new union contract hit on this check.

- even before that, I found $1000 in Disney gift cards from our canceled 50th anniversary trip that I hadn’t opened. We will be having a couple of nice signature dinners XD

- I got my annual pass back after I had to let it lapse last year, and they announced VIPassholder is back 5/31 - 6/30, which means AP discounts are increased (food went from 10% to 20% and includes most festival booths, and merch went from 20% to 30%!!)

the itinerary:

for the few days we’ll be at Yacht Club flitting between Epcot and HS. I have an Ahsoka bound I’ll be wearing my birthday night when we do Savi’s, Droid Depot, and Oga’s

Wednesday we switch to the Poly for the rest of the trip. We turned this into a split stay because the Disney Visa cardholder discount that came out for our dates saved us $800

some stuff we have planned: a couples massage at the Grand Floridian, a day at Typhoon Lagoon, a pool day at the Poly. Date night at Disney Springs. At some point we want to go to Tri Circle D ranch to see the horses. I booked Dandy the Tron Identity Program so she can make an action figure of herself XD

I will not be watching City vs United in the FA Cup final however. After the disaster Champions League final that happened while I was down there on my last birthday trip, I’m convinced it’s bad luck to watch City play finals when I’m at WDW. I will probably just be frantically checking the score while in MK.

Also went to check her Nov/Dec sightings in 2021: Nov 11: fan account uploads pic of alba and justin (her hair makes me think it was recent/taken that day) Nov 21: hiking with her mother, also justin posts picture of her at a gallery, Nov 24 - opening of Casa @loewe in Lisbon, December 7 - justin posts a bunch of updates with her and friends (fan account says she is 'finally home') and then the next time we see her it's in VT. That is what I got.

Yeah, so her trip to Concord must have been like two days max to fit in between when they got back from WDW and he, Scott & Steve returned to L.A. by about Dec. 1st. WTF.

I’m saying, that narratives and things can change. But I’m also wondering if the info they were given isn’t necessarily a confirmation of marriage or whatever, but of something else that proves to “them” that it’s legit and serious.

I was wondering this same thing. I think because all of the engagement rumors people are just assuming that’s what it is based on that and how they were wording things. It could be something different and people are annoyed because they think it’s the worst case scenario and they aren’t telling. ////

While this could be all true, but it could also be trolling to make a fandom think they're engaged. She was wearing a ring during the pap walk in NYC, but didn't have that ring on when they were spotted on the steps before the pap walk in the video. Team real seems to complain that team pr moves the goal posts for a BUA, but they do it too with the constant changing updates for the engagement rumors. I don't think we will get something that confirms they're legit. With all the tips going around lately about where either of them are, a "confirmation" of them being more legit would be more confirmation that it's PR. Why do they need to confirm they're legit when he posted Vday videos, scare videos, the pap walk, WDW, and her being at his premiere? That doesn't make sense.
