Went to the gym with my coworker last night. I am so so sore but also! Proud of myself.

#he had me pretty much just follow along with his back day workout #so it was a long workout! but he said i caught on to everything really quickly #between family history of back pain and covid last year nerfing my endurance/lung capacity i was worried abt working out #but i just took a lot of little breaks and that helped #at the end i told him i probably couldnt do the second round of planks because i was really winded so he let me skip that #and then his girlfriend (who works there) had snacks for both of us when we were done :) #shes cool she comes to visit him on his lunches a lot so we talk p much every day he works #but yeah im proud of myself! im glad i have him to go with because i know he will make sure i do everything right and that i stay safe #and dont over work myself #our other friend from work was there too so it was nice to see him outside of work for the first time #the back pain and covid things are why i wanted to go. i want to prevent as much back pain as i can #and try to rebuild my lung capacity a bit
