Pros of GF out on her own irl date thing:
I love her
She deserves nothing but good things and people in her life
At 13,000km away I cannot be there for her all the time, the fact there's people closer for her puts me at ease.
Her happiness is mine in the final analysis.

I do think it's very funny getting a new GF half a decade into another, lifelong relationship. I just feel a bit silly "hey everyone look at my gf!! Isn't she talented and cool and smart and funny? Isn't she just so special and fantastic?"
