Little ones, Having truble finding safe friends and friends that also age regress,

Me to, but I’m coming up with a few solutions.

First is a simple symbol

Here are some examples

The number is your little age and the Y is a code meaning Years.

While I didn’t make it myself I would like to help increase its popularity in the agere community

I know that we all have trouble telling others or finding like minded people irl, especially because it’s almost always hard to tell people.

This is why that symbol is good, it allows us to communicate and contact each other without that fear

I also want to make bracelets with the symbol on it, but I have to wait for some stuff to come in the mail.

I think that the bracelets will be better then the symbol because it’s not odd to ask to look at someone’s bracelet, plus you can see it from further away.

sometimes those who are unfamiliar with agere can get a little confused when they discover that there are a varied amount of different headspaces one could have as an age regressor.

so pumpkin's here to describe & explain them so it makes a little bit more sense! <3 (fyi, these are my own descriptions with my own nicknames! your's may be different & that's okay!!)

what are headspaces?

headspaces are what littles experience when they age regress.

each headspace can differ depending on what age they regress too, how they regress etc <3.

no little is the same, but it's a good idea to have a broader knowledge on the topic so you can pick up on similiar characteristics! <3

what causes different headspaces?

headspaces can differ depending on why the individual is regressing in the first place. for example, a vast majority of littles regress to the time when their inner child suffered the most. some others may just feel more comforted and safe in that age bracket!

it completely depends on the little <3

age regression vs age dreaming.

age regression and age dreaming are two terms that are commonly mixed up, so here's a simple explanation for those who are wondering!

age regression is when an indivudal regresses to a younger mindset.

age dreaming is when somebody enjoys child-like things, child-like aesthetics but doesn't actually regress into that younger mindset.

both are completely valid, just a little different! <3

involuntary vs voluntary vs impure regression

involuntary & voluntary are also terms that can sometimes be confused, so here's another simple description <3.

voluntary regression is regression that happens because you want to regress. it's usually filled with usual regression acitivties that create a fun and happy experience for the little.

involuntary regression happens when you're not expecting it, when regression takes you by suprise suddenly. for example, when you're in school, work, or just in an environment where you don't want to regress right now.

impure regression is a negative experience that littles can sometimes experience. it can be a trigger response to a certain topic that can result in panic attacks, feelings of claustrophobia, dizzyness & sickness.

the different age headspaces

these are all my own adapations! they may not be completely accurate!! <3

baby bee headspaces (baby)

baby bee headspaces are headspaces where the regressed individual has reverted back to a baby-like state of mind. their speech will be limited, if not used at all & they will rely on specific gear to help!

little ones headspaces (1 - 5)

little ones headspaces will have more speech involved, but it may be broken and they may struggle with certain words. they enjoy acitivties such as colouring, watching cartoons, playing hide n seek etc! <3

baby bugs headspeaces ( 5 - 10)

baby bugs headspace are for littles who regress to a slightly older age. they may be able to speak a little better and they may enjoy more physcial activites such as going on walks, playing outside etc!

they might still enjoy the comfort of their gear though! particually on bad days! <3

bigger bugs headspaces ( 10 - 15+ )

those who regress to bigger bug headspaces may enjoy some older activties! such as playing their favourite video games to regress, enjoying their favourite book, i've known some to enjoy horror (like watching video game playthroughs of their favourite youtuber/streamer!)

like i said earlier, headspaces differ to each indivudal. you don't have to stick to the specific descriptions of your headspace. do what makes you feel comfortable & happy! since that's the end goal of regression <3

You’ve been finding it rather difficult with your regression recently, wishing to be smaller, not just mentally but physically. So you’re able to do more things meant for your smaller side, like fit into more child clothing, or fit in safer rolls coasters made for young toddlers.

Your cg has magick, they’re a very powerful being and you run up to them with a small look in your eyes, you give them your best puppy dog eyes and gently and softly ask “(cg title) can make me smaller? Can me tiny? So you can pick me up n n carry me?”

They chuckle “And what age would you like to be my little munchkin?”

Your eyes gleam with joy, it’s the first time you’ve asked them to sue their magic on you, however they assumed one day you would ask and they’re more than happy to do so.

You hold your fingers up giggling “4” you show them. And within minutes you’re the size of a four year old, your clothes extremely large on you, your cg chuckles and picks you up.

“Common sweet pea I’ve got some clothes that’ll fit you in your little drawers.” You just giggle now in the mind set as your little self.

Your carer helps you into the most cutest outfit of your favourite animal. You’re the cutest little being ever.

“Now (cg title) has a question, is my little munchkin hungry?” They know it’s near lunch time. You nod.

After a few minutes getting to the kitchen they magick up a high chair for you to sit in, they also to keep you occupied while making lunch for you both let you play with one of your favourite toys, you have your favourite paci but it’s smaller magic was used to duplicate it in a smaller version for you.

Your carer makes all your favourites, a small Nutella sandwich, cut into little squares (one half your carer will eat the other half.) some cut up fruits a few strawberries and grapes, a small yogurt and some carrots. You pull your nose up at the carrots.

“Awe common my baby you love them plus they’ll help you see in the dark.” They giggle you love carrots but just not wanting them today, they see this and ruffle your hair “okay my sweet one (cg title) will eat them for you mhm?” You nod happily.

They get your favourite smoothie apple and banana into your favourite little bottle.

After lunch, your career helps you to your small room they’ve gotten the sweetest little set up for your little self for a nap with plenty space for them too, they read you, your favourite bedtime story and you slowly begin to fall asleep. They begin to hum soothing you when the book is done.

You’re content, you’re happy. You’re small, you’re small.

Moony littles are littles who regress at night time! Moony littles typically have low energy and prefer to snuggle with their stuffies in bed rather then play outside. Moony littles may also regress to the concept of moons, stars, napping, or other nighttime activities but this doesn’t necessarily mean they regress when they are sleepy. 🍼🛌
