The phrase “Valk ent ve Coravlia” is the oldest recorded maxim of, you guessed, Coravlia. It has adorned their banners since the dawn of the nation, and its origin is shrouded in mystery.

Roughly translated to Modern English, it means “Coravalia is our valor.” It’s exceedingly more eloquent in the vernacular, and it conveys the ideals of unity as a broad collective. It implores all those who came to Coravlia to have the valor to include themselves, and by preaching this message even to the natives, the need to attempt to include others and thus imply a distinction between its denizens became obsolete: the nation came together for their individual gain, and by doing so, found a shared endeavor towards prosperity.

Unfortunately, Alderman Bronts didn’t agree, and so his wicked plans for Coravalia spread.

Origin

Miniors originated around the Era’s Turn and derived from popular improvisations during Ricardo Devaunt’s life performances. Devaunt’s audiences adored his short, skillful effuses, and extending them into whole compositions, he coined the term “minior.”
