Notes: I’m in a kind mood so I went with the cheer up scenario, hope you don’t mind! Good day to you anon, have you been taking care of yourself?

He was hard to read. For his friends, classmates, teachers and even you, he hid a lot behind those glasses and didn’t often delve into his emotions or causes or upset. It was worth pointing out he never looked upset - a feeling that was hard to catch in his youthful eye, he hid it well, deep inside. But despite that you could always feel the slight shift in his demeanour or stance, when seeing it wasn’t possible, you knew him almost too well. When you saw his shoulders slightly slouching, and his lack of care for the glasses sliding down his nose, you knew something was eating away at his heart and felt the need to intervene.

He didn’t often tell you what was wrong exactly - however Arima did peacefully accept your affections and attempts to cheer him up and often it was enough at that. You never tried to push him too far and allowed a comfortable space. He enjoys physical contact more than he lets on, leaning into your embrace or calmly accepting you messing his hair up affectionately - he would prefer to keep it private however, for personal and safety reasons.

Arima enjoys sweets and will appreciate and happily accept any goods you have baked to heighten his low mood. Further, he would also accept your attempts in form of any savoury or spicy dishes. While he may be quiet about it, you can feel him brimming with silent love and appreciation for your care, his shoulders are back up straight and glasses fixed onto the bridge of his nose.

A simple walk would definitely make him feel miles better. Just holding hands and walking side by side in silence in a park puts him right at ease and dissolves all the tensions away from his head. If his worries aren’t too private or work related, he will happily tell you about them when you’re alone, perhaps sitting on a bench close together with a coffee or hot chocolate. Before that, make sure there is no prying eyes or ears, if anyone overheard him Arima may be put off.

His idea of a “crush” would, at this point, probably be someone he just enjoys spending time with for multitude of reasons, whether that be shared interests or sense of trust created by personality.

He would genuinely be curious in your work, satisfied by sitting by and watching you work with unknown to him fluids and objects - whilst many people would find it gross, this is one of the only things that keeps him quiet and concentrated from destruction. Shinohara trusts you to keep him interested.

You’d have to be patient with him, since he just might ‘borrow’ or prod and poke at things you need to use, or things that should not be touched with bare hands. A calm and patient explanation will surprisingly be enough - he won’t rebel against you, seeing you as a friend.

He would love you in his own way, and it would be more genuine than anybody else’s, however it’s far from romantic. Juuzou’s current idea of love is stealing donuts from the main office and sharing them with you, talking to you about giraffes or sitting in the corner of your office, observing your work.

Physical touch would be pretty much off the table, except light things like pat on the shoulders or head. He would initiate contact such as poking you to get reactions, however, and finds it rather amusing. Did you see your face just then? You should’ve!

He might lose patience with others scientists working under you, Juuzou knows you’re good at your job but is everyone else incompetent? Why do they always disturb you when you work?

Would really like it if you tried to involve him in your work, and would happily cooperate with you! Juuzou would enjoy feeling useful and like he can do something right, your praise means the world to him even if he doesn’t fully understand why.

Now that he has a handle on his emotions he can grip, he will happily label it as a crush and will openly express it if asked. After all, why hide the obvious?

Whenever he admits his feelings to you or not depends on your situation, if you’re already dating someone he won’t fall apart about it, and will wish you well, satisfied to be around you even as just a friend. If you’re free and opportunity arises he will take a jab at it.

Will be more open to physical contact towards you, knowing you for a long time. Juuzou will accept hugs, side hugs and any combination of handshakes you come up with. He feels comfortable with you.

Still admires and is inherently interested in your job, after all you’re very important and your works are incredible. However, he’s more understanding towards your underlings and encourages people to look up to you.

Still steals donuts from the main office for you - that will never change.

Even if you’re both busy he will make time for you. Juuzou still enjoys going to the zoo or just going for walks around the city at night, to watch street lamps. Who knows, he might even grab your hand and give your his well-known free-spirited smile.

Just some random HCs but I feel like some of the investigators (mainly the Special Class) have their own fanclub. The members of those club mainly gather around to chat about their idol and exchange photographs.

_Miss Aura's fanclub are mostly female investigators who look up to her as a role model. There are male investigators too of course, but they...uhm...have a different group chat to talk about...things involve her heels and legs etc

_Kuroiwa's and Shinohara's are the opposite. His fans are mostly male bodybuilder. Misato is the information provider of this club, like Kuroiwa's diet and his exercises. They appreciate her a lot and they often hang around to practice or eat.

_Ui's club are people who love how different he is compared to other male investigators. They often collect photos of him (Mougan happily gives them). Some of his female fan doesn't like Hairu.

_Amon's fans, well, let's just say he is extremely popular with girl due to his handsome face, perfect body, and his seriousness with a tinge of awkward when it comes to girl. They know he has a sweet tooth so they give him lots of handmade sweets, like Misato with her donuts.

_Houji's fanclub is a healthy mixture of both genders. They like his demeanor and his gentle attitude. Takizawa often chat with them to tell them about Houji's stories and talents. Let's just say their rose-tinted glasses break a little bit when they know how strict he actually is.

_Arima's fanclub is basically the whole CCG. Everyone knows him. Everyone talks about him. If CCG is North Shore then he is Regina George minus the mean girls part. (And Take is Gretchen Wierners who knows everything about Arima's secrets but doesn't tell anyone)

_Suzuya's fanclub used to often debate with his haters, who thinks that he's not qualified, in term of psychology and moral, to be an investigators. His fans are really hapoy to see him grow and mature everyday. They often send sweets to her and Hanbee will make sure that he doesn't eat a lot and brush properly afterwards.

_Akira, to Takizawa's surprise, also has a fanclub. They are mostly male researchers, some went to school the same year with Akira, and they love her beauty and her ability. Of course, they also know about her personnality so they never approach her.

Thank you for requesting! I can’t believe it’s July, that’s mad. Have you been watching any good show lately? I’ve applied for another job phew..

While at times he may seem ignorant, Shuu is very observant and considerate of his partners feelings. He will notice quickly when she’s starting to get ticked off, tired or upset since he can spot even the slightest changes in her demeanour or replies.

He will make sure to take his partner away from whatever is stressing them out if possible, be it through taking her for a walk in the gardens, having some coffee together or let out her anger through breaking spare plates and cups. Shuu also wouldn’t be against having a sparring match if his significant other wanted, he will cater to whatever helps them.

If she’s a human, he’s willing to have whatever food she likes made. Her favourite food is foreign and not readily available in any shops? Next day delivery on spot. Best cakes in the country and sitting down together talking about what’s been bothering her - silence is fine with him too if that’s preferred.

He would prefer if his partner told him what’s wrong, and if they want to rant for ages, huff and puff about their problems and hit the table occasionally in heat of conversation then he would lend an ear. Equally if his partner didn’t want to tell him what’s up, he would find alternatives to relieving her stress and anger without talking. He can be surprisingly respectful with personal space. Shuu trusts his partner to come to him if anything is too overwhelming.

If someone is the cause of her frustration he will deal with them accordingly. Nobody should be bothering his beloved and he may have to be stopped from going overboard. He means well really!

Shuu won’t ever judge his lover if she find herself incapable of saying anything and instead crying. Crying is perfectly healthy and he will remind you of that, as he often cries too. He will gather her into his arms and soothe as much as he can, lightly running hands down your back and sitting perfectly still.

Because of his own outbursts of emotion, if his partner ever has one as a result of constant bottling up he will definitely be prepared for it. He will let her yell out whatever she wants until the quiet phase comes and he can deescalate the situation gently. Shuu won’t be angry and will even encourage his partner to yell about what made her worried or angry if it helps. After all it doesn’t hurt him nor her, and it works.

If his lover has other ways of venting pent up emotions, such as music, art, dance or sport then he will enable her to vent that way. Shuu will provide any supplies, space or even his time if you want or need it. He will happily dance with her or participate in any sports together if it makes her happy.

You're absolutely correct about Takeomi not being the breakup type. He hasn't had *too* many relationships in the past, and when they ended it was always amicable. None of his exes have a bad thing to say about him.

Takeomi also isn't the type to let problems in the relationship fester - if there's an issue he sorts it out asap - so when his partner tells him they need to talk, he genuinely doesn't anticipate it leading on to anything serious. It makes it worse in a way because he turns up all happy and looking forward to seeing them. Maybe picks them up a drink or a snack... Poor guy.

The initial conversation goes... quietly. He listens to them, doesn't say too much. He apologises for anything he did wrong. He doesn't shout, or argue, or plead. It almost comes off like he's indifferent. He isn't, it's just he's shocked and good manners are his default.

What happens next depends on the circumstances around why his ex left him. If it was because they met someone new or just wanted to be single, I don't think he'd feel it so deeply. He'd be upset of course, but I think his general feelings would be 'it wasn't meant to be' and wish his ex well. If it was on a personal level, if his ex held him responsible in some way for the deterioration of the relationship, it will eat away at him. He'll be upset that he hurt them, but what will get to him the most is how they couldn't approach him at the time. He will take that to heart.

He's adept at putting a facade over things. He'll throw himself into work and spending time with friends, but underneath it all he will be thinking constantly about what he did wrong and what he could've done differently. He seems almost the same, although close friends will be able to notice a far away look he gets when he starts ruminating.

He doesn't ask them for another chance. If his ex was hoping for that, it'll never come. It's not because of stubbornness, it's him having respect for their decision. (so if they're onto some game-playing 'cHasE mE cHaSe Me' shit, it'll never happen)

He's an easy-going, forgiving man, which is great, however Takeomi expects everyone to be the same. He still half-expects his ex to text him or call, or to knock on his door one day. If that were to happen, he'd take them back straight away no apology or explanation needed. He's just that kind of guy.

Gets his hopes up whenever his phone goes off.

He keeps hold of any of their belongings they don't take with them. In fact, if his ex had a drawer or a space in the wardrobe for their clothes, I can imagine him keeping it as 'theirs' for a pretty long time.

So he's remained dignified throughout the breakup, he's maintaining a social life and he's working extra hard, and it seems like he's moving on... And he kinda is until his parents invite him and his partner over for dinner. Since he's from a quiet family, I don't think Takeomi is the type to pick up the phone and tell his parents the news immediately afterwards. Little bit of denial there also. Having to talk to his mum and dad about the breakup will be hard. If his parents met his partner - the relationship was serious. It's like the final nail in the coffin of the relationship.

Unsurprisingly calm about it, actually. Probably wouldn’t mind biting or some delicate form of knife or blade play. Little cuts here and there might get him going.

It helps him relax more than anything, laying his head back and closing his eyes for a bit while his partner does their magic.

Nishiki

Brash about it, encouraging his partner to do their worst and getting really into it. He loves pain and proving a point that he can withstand a lot. Definitely doesn’t mind choking and drawing blood. It entertains him.
