Hello there! Well uh, it’s technically still 2018…I’m really sorry about getting back to you so late.

The cards I drew are Knight of Cups, Page of Cups, Eight of Wands, and Five of Swords.

By just the energy of all these cards together I get: Freedom, freedom, freedom

The feeling of being absolutely liberated, a weight being lifted off of you, you can finally let loose more. But just like our Knight of Cups it’s always a good idea to be casually watchful.

Page of Cups, I sense a bounty coming into your life in some form; whether that be joy, inspiration, or gifts, the possibility of project you’ve had in mind coming to fruition is buzzing with life.

Eight of Wands and Five of Swords, as we recieve we must also be ready to let go of what we don’t need or what is harming us. If the archer keeps the bow pulled back too long without letting go, it will only be more strain, and the arrow’s path unpredictable. You must let go to make an accurate shot.

Hi! I'm BW& I only know I'm a Taurus, I don't know my other signs or how to figure that out, eek! Could I please try a reading regarding my blog, I'm trying to decide if I should open up and post more personal things about myself or if I should continue to keep my personal life separate. What might I not know that I should know when deciding? Also, I'm facing some big life crisis and so if there's any general advice for how to navigate the next stage of my life, I'd really appreciate it. Tysm!💜

Hey BW, that’s alright, it’s hard to find those resources. I’ve been using cafe astrology’s version because it was free, and it gave instructions on how to put in everything and then how to read it, I don’t know much about if the site is good or bad reputation-wise though so keep that in mind if your interested in finding out from them. I’d recommend looking around more than I did haha.

First question:

I pulled Justice and Two of Coins from the deck. Justice appears to be representing your decision directly, as it seems to weigh heavily on your mind, the actual course of action may be more simple than you believe, I think you know the answer already, you just might not have been ready for it yet. The Two of Coins card in my deck (The Raven’s Prophecy) is represented by a twin rose bud, neither has bloomed yet, but usually when they do one blooms or opens before the other. I believe your choice could reveal something beautiful that you haven’t foreseen, but in the long run will be fantastic boon for you, it just hasn’t bloomed yet.

Second question:

I pulled the Three of Swords, Four of Swords, and The Sun. Immediately when I looked at Three of Swords I felt the word ‘conflict’, it sounds like you may have a very negative interaction with someone and this experience may be truly scary for you, which is where Four of Swords comes in. However this confrontation goes, the possibility of this dealing a heavy emotional blow seems high, which is where The Sun comes in. Before, during, and after remember to be true to your own self, nobody else could be you, you are special and important in your own way and no one can take that from you. Don’t be afraid to embrace it.

Lastly I drew the Ten of Cups, it talks of now being the time to build yourself a strong social group, people you trust and that care about you. Now is the time to solidify existing bonds, and possibly forge new ones as well

A long time ago I used to do tarot readings and then the migraine nation attacked...

But Last Airbender references aside, I've gotten a prescription that's been helping a lot, I no longer get them every day and now I can effectively treat them if I catch them in time. So I'm going to try doing as many of the readings in my inbox within this month and if all goes well I'll be re-opening my tarot readings after New Year's Day.

Who’s in?

For everyone’s information:

The plan for the 17th, when the adult content ban comes in, is to protest.

To do that, we are making as much noise either side of the 17th as possible, and using the site as normal.

On the 17th, dead silence.

People are saying log off but what they really mean is don’t open the site or the app.

But, on the 17th make as much noise as possible on every other platform. Tweet about it and post on facebook and instagram and everywhere else.

What this does is causes a massive dip in ad revenue for one single day. That does not make staff think ‘oh everyone’s gone let’s shut down.’ What it actually makes them think is ‘oh shit people aren’t happy and if people don’t keep using our site we’re out of money and out of jobs.’

A boycott reminds a company that the users (consumers) have the power to make their site (business) worthless with one single coordinated decision.

If you want to join in, here’s what to do:

Do:

Close all open instances of the app and site on all your devices before the 17th

Make posts before and after the 17th on tumblr and other platforms, talking about why this ban is bad

Make posts on other sites during the 17th. Flood the official tumblr staff twitter and facebook with your anger and your opinion

Come back on the 18th and check in

Don’t:

Delete the app from your phone (this doesn’t affect their revenue and since it’s off the store at the moment it’ll be hard to get back)

Delete your account. I mean you can if you want to, but if you keep your account and don’t use it you’re saying to staff that there’s still time to save it. If you delete it’s hard work to come back.

Open the app or website (including specific blogs)

Make any posts (turn down/off your queue and make sure nothing is scheduled)

Go quiet elsewhere. Make it clear that this is just about tumblr, not a mass move away from all social media.

Remember: the execs don’t care about anything but money. Shutting down the site means there’s $0 further income from it. That’s their last possible course of action. If we make it clear we’re not happy, they’ll have to do something or we can do more and more until it becomes too expensive.

Protests take commitment. They’re a defiant action against a business that is doing something wrong. They will try to scare you into not participating, because they’re scared. We hold all the power here, sometimes the execs just need to be reminded of that.

Tarot reading

Hi, I'm grateful for each and every one of you who has sent me a question for a tarot reading, and I will be doing them again soon, and answering all remaining requests in the meantime.

I have chronic migraines and that's been affecting my productivity as of late, so if your question hasn't been answered I sincerely apologize and I swear I'll be getting to you as quickly as I can after this eases a bit more.

Once again I'm so sorry if I haven't gotten to your question yet, however as my migraines go away I'll be trying to do more and hopefully opening pendulum readings too.
