-1lbs down this week! That makes me 11stone 2lbs. I have been gyming twice a week (which I am increasing to 3). I haven't been the best with food because there are ALOT of family birthdays this month. So I am just glad I got a loss.
Off to spin class this morning, then I'm going to wash my car and crack on with some uni work.
Obvs we know that the 3rd film is going to happen between Elle and Lee finishing high school and going to college.
Elle and Noah get another summer together. They are rekindling all of that romance. But. Remember....
Our boy Marco is still on the scene. Marco isn't giving up on Elle from the look on his face in this scene. There is gonna be some next level testosterone fights coming up. Marco is trying to prove he's Elle's "one". I sense a scene in the arcade between Elle and Marco having a dance again, making her all confused, Noah is there and he gets the wrong idea etc.

Separates Noah from the little group, he looks so outcasts from them, and I wonder if this is how he's gonna feel over the summer. I think he misses his friends at college and realises how much of a difference it made not being in high school together last year. (Instensifying the Marco drama)
The big question is Harvard or Berkeley, but remember, Elle sent out applications to other colleges. I don't think she goes to either. She doesn't choose Lee or Noah, she chooses herself and where she wants to go. I think Lee may even change college and go with Rachel.
Idk who she ends up with. I think she'll end up with Noah because that's what the fans want. It's their love story after all, but I want some heavy Marco content, because on screen their relationship was fantastic.
I woke up today feeling good. I've done my 45 (min) HITT class at 7:15am. Home, showered and ready for the day by 8am. I'm now going to do some university work for 2 hours before I have to go to work at noon until five. When I come home I'm going to finish some more university work. (Repeating the same thing tomorrow - but with a Spin class at 7:00am.)
Sometimes I get so bogged down in the numbers on the scale and then I realise that is all they are: numbers. Numbers can't tell a person just how many wonderful things there are about you. I've maintained my stone lost for 2 weeks now. I want a loss this week, but I don't want it bad enough to starve myself of foods I enjoy. I just don't think that kind of diet works for me. I'm going to classes 3 times a week, I'm walking hours at a time with my friends (see below) eating healthy, snacking when I want too in moderation, and enjoying myself whlist doing it.
It's my 22nd birthday on the 22nd of August. That gives me just over 3 weeks to loose 4lbs so I drop the 11stone 4lbs for 10stone 13lbs.
Feeling ugly, but super proud for maintaining my stone off this week without gaining any! I've been so carefree with food these past few days, bit continued exercising! Here's me today, I went for an hour bike ride and I'm puffed out now! Happy Tuesday 😊
No loss this week. Just a maintain, which is better than a gain. But, I'm shining as bright as my trainers because I've secured a job in September for when I finish uni, I've almost finished the first chapter of my dissertation and I've paid all my student fees. Happy Sunday!
