I finally relapsed after a month I have been thinking about relapsing for a bit now and I finally got a reason/urge to, I don’t think anyone likes me and if they do it’s only like 2 people, I feel burnt out, betrayed, alone, and tired.

My left arm is stinging and I crave that feeling on my right so after this I will start carving my right arm open.

I wish my delusions were real
