This is the most important of all. Always be optimistic in life. People think that practicing positivity means looking only good in every situation. This is not true. It is about accept that situation as is, do not get disheartened by it, and think on ways to improve it.  
We often say that people say that “he has good vibe, or this place has good vibes.” What are these vibes? Vibrations! These are the external representation of that person’s thoughts or collective thoughts of people in that place.
Do you know why people feel calm and stress free when they visit a place of worship? It is made up of similar building materials like our houses. The difference comes from the thoughts and vibrations of people in that place. Even we can feel the difference between old place of worship and a newly constructed one. The old places have been there for decades.
Many people have visited there. Many people have prayed, been thankful and have given out positive vibes. Slowly the structure also starts to resonate to this vibe. This is what we feel when we visit an old place of worship.
You could experience such effects in concerts, secluded places, rallies, etc. Our whole universe is made up of atoms and molecules. Everything in this world is made up of vibrations. When we think about something, we subconsciously create a vibration throughout our body and this induces an energy release in our surroundings.
After repeating this process, your mind and body tunes to this vibration and effect of resonance take place.
Mindfulness is also a good way to tune your mind to positivity. Mindfulness is taking a notice of thing
Consider an example of walking. Some people get bored when just walking, they tend to see their mobiles, listen to songs or prefer taking bike or a cab. You can practice mindfulness while walking as well. Notice your arms getting heated up while walking. Feel which muscles are taking part in this process, which muscles move, making you effectively walk. Notice the wind around you, on which parts of your body can feel the wind and which parts of your body feel the clothing. Notice the odors or fragrances you smell. Just see things which are in front of you. Do not judge, just see, observe.
Thanks to internet and social media, we are easily distracted. We can use this to re-distract our mind. When a negative though peeps in mind, distract your mind with something positive. Or else you can practice mindfulness. When negative thoughts come, you will take away its only power i.e. “your attention.” After some days practicing this, your mind will work on autopilot and negative thoughts will no longer affect you.
When you hear music, or play an instrument, there comes a point when you drift apart in a zone. You resonate to the vibration and frequency of that instrument. You start to understand the melody and understand the emotions behind it. Likewise, in life this happens with your mind and body. It becomes a beacon to the world where everything which is good attracts. You might have taken a notice of successful people. They seem to get lucky more often. They easily find opportunities, they are able to encase this opportunity, they meet the right people.
Ever wondered why this happens? This is because their mind is tuned to positivity and their goal. Some living things are capable of adapting to their surroundings, but we humans are capable of changing our surroundings. Be good, attract good and work on being better.

Choices are the most important thing in life. There are many people who lack this. Decision making, making the right choice at right time is one of the key factors in our lives. Life is indeed a series of choices that we make every single second of our life, and these choices decide your future, may it be good or bad.
Let’s do an activity Henceforth, for 1 day, whatever you do repeat this before doing it, “I am making a choice of doing this. I am fully aware of the impact of this in my life and I am ready to accept the outcome of this action.” Write down your actions, things you do in that day and later observe.
This activity promotes decision making and helps us to understand what is really important in life and worth doing. When you consciously do something, the mind’s engine starts to work and think about the impact of these actions. I know this is a tedious process but I guarantee you that this will surely improve your decision making. This exercise has also helped many people quit smoking.
There are also some people who waste a lot of time in choices which might have insignificant impact on you. There are 2 possibilities in this scenario. They lack the self-confidence or they don’t have a vision, direction or goal. These are the people who keep juggling between choices until they are 100% sure with those.

Let’s do an activity to speed up your decisions making process. List down the things which are less significant and has no or negligible impact.
Things like:

Now when you are in a situation where you need to make a decision on these things, decide within 5 seconds. Do exactly as you have decided. Do not change your decision later. Upon doing this on the small and low impact things, your decision making process becomes efficient. Now your mind takes into account your past decisions and chooses the right thing within a short amount of time.
After you have done these activities, you will know the difference between yourself. You will start to feel more confident, in-control and wiser(All the qualities needed for a successful life).

M – Measurable
A – Achievable
R – Realistic
T- Time bound
This is a good way of setting short and ultra short term goals. Short term = 1 year. Ultra short term = 1 month. Many people set their life goals based on these principles. This is the best way to hinder your capabilities. Let me share an anecdote with you.
When I was a kid, I always had the front seat in the car reserved for me. One fine day, my parents didn’t allow me to have the front seat and offered it to someone else. That’s it. I decided my goal. At the age of 18 I will get my driver’s license and drive a cab. I will drive 10 passengers each day so I could travel 10 times every day. In this way I will never be told to sit at the back. The front seat will always be reserved for me.
Does the above written goal fall into SMART category?
Is it Specific? YES!
Is it Measurable? YES!
Is it Achievable? YES!
Is it Realistic? YES!
Is it Time bound? YES!
Is this the full extent of my capabilities? NO!
Is this the best I can offer the world? NO!
Is this the reason of my existence? NO!
Does this define who am I? NO!
We humans are evolutionary beings. We constantly keep on evolving generations to generations, day to day. You are not the same person whom you were yesterday. You have unique experience each day, each and every aspect of your mind and body keeps on evolving. Just as you are reading this line, 3.8 millions cells are born in your body. I gave the example of me being a kid, because the time difference between a kid and an adult is vast. This clearly differentiates the thinking process, power of your mind and your capabilities. Do not forget that you are evolving each and every second; you are no longer the same human being you were earlier, mentally, physically, spiritually. As you age, you evolve and you develop a better understanding of your capabilities.
The main question, how to set your life goal?

When you set a goal for your life, you start to prosper and evolve in harmony with your goal. Things might seem unachievable and unrealistic for the people who don’t have a broader perspective. When you start working on your goal, you get the aspect mentioned earlier, direction, focus, clarity and vision.
Steadily things get into perspective. You unlock or develop your potential compatible to your goal. There is an old saying in our India. The jar of rice at our home should always be half empty. This means that you should never be satisfied with what you have. You should be happy and practice gratitude with whatever you have but never be satisfied. Yearn for better, positive things in your life. Be optimistic and walk your journey of success.

Mindfulness - Let the breath lead the way
When we hear mindfulness, big words such as meditation, being still, and doing nothing come to mind. This does not necessarily mean you cannot practice mindfulness unless you sit at one place and close your eyes. You can practice this anytime.

Mindfulness and Multitasking
The human brain is not capable of multitasking. It switches from task to task so fast and efficiently that we think that these things are going simultaneously. There are many studies online where you will find that people who multitask develop a short attention span. They cannot concentrate on one task at a time for too long. Unlike multitasking, being mindful is devoting 100% of your attention to the task at hand. When you walk, you engage all your senses in this activity. All the senses contribute to this activity and you feel more connected to this activity. It makes you focus better and when this happens, it draws neural pathways to your brain and this creates a strong memory.
Smog
Smoke + Fog creates smog. This is dangerous for every living being. We need only fog, which makes us feel refreshed and happy. Practicing mindfulness will eliminate other distractions.
To give an example, while going through a rough patch in life, if you keep listening to a song, that song will be linked to sadness. Whenever you hear that song, you will feel sad. A song is made up of beautifully harmonized 12 notes which give pleasure to the ears and soul. It has nothing to do with you becoming sad. So to weed out this sadness, listen to the song calmly. Notice each and every instrument. Differentiate between acoustic, percussion, vocal, etc. Think about the harmony the artists are portraying. You will enjoy the song 10000% times better and will eliminate all the other unnecessary aspects from that moment.
Enjoyable
Mindfulness makes every task you do enjoyable. You come to know there are many aspects which went unnoticed earlier. You see, feel so much of your surroundings that you become one with it. When you play a game or watch a funny video, your brain releases a dose of dopamine, which gives us a sense of happiness and pleasure. After some time, we need extra doses of dopamine that simple tasks do not affect us anymore. When you practice mindfulness this changes. You become more open and content with the activity at hand. You become internally happy and external stimuli are not needed for your happiness.
Gratitude
When you practice mindfulness, you see everything which is going on in the process. You come to know many small things take place behind a general activity. Even while lifting your hand, so many neural messages are passed through your brain and spine, many muscles prepare to act for the achievement of this activity. This makes you calm and grateful for everything in life. A sense of gratitude is invoked in you. There is a quote, “If you desire something truly, the universe will conspire.” This also starts making sense.
Overall, mindfulness makes you a better person. A healthy optimistic
part of society and more than anything, you yourself become
the person who you truly are meant to be.

Every goal is a dream without action. Consider you are thirsty, and you want to drink something. If you act on it, you will overcome that thirst, else you will remain thirsty.

Many people are afraid to even start. There are various reasons behind it. They fear that they might not be able to achieve it. People might reject what they are doing. They are shy to express what they are doing. Don’t let such ideas get into your head. People will always have an opinion. The things which you do are going to help you in being successful, not people who laugh or belittle you.

There is nothing in this world called perfect. There is always room for improvement. People are stuck into thought process. They think about how they can achieve something perfectly. Then they ignore the available resources and try to get the resources for optimum result.
For example,
If you want to expand your business by giving home delivery and you don’t have a suitable transport for it, start by walking. Make deliveries in nearby areas. When you start to improve, buy a cycle, then bike, then truck and so on. With experience, you can improve your deliver system and processing of orders. If you wait for the entire infrastructure before starting, there is a high possibility that you will never start.
Many people set goal, even prepare a plan, but what they lack is action. If you do nothing, it will amount to zero. It will have no meaning. While doing this people fall into 360 degree trap. They start thinking on how to execute their plan, make milestones and action plan. What they lack is action. If no action is taken, your total displacement will be Zero. You will be in the same place form where you started.
People generally mix the terms acting on goals and making a plan for it.
For example, consider you want to walk, to a store. Your action will be taking a step. Your plan will be repeating this act until you reach the store.
How to define action.
Action is the fact or process of doing something, typically to achieve an aim.
A person who is a teacher just to feed his family is not successful. But a person who wants to be a teacher and is teaching his students is successful. The difference is the second person is action on his goal, i.e. to become a teacher. You are already successful when you start to act for your goal. How to you think people succeed? They act on it.
The things which are beneficial for your goal do them. That’s it. This is the only way to success.
The things listed down may be beneficial for you in defining actions:
Consider your talents and expertise
Know your strengths and define your actions based upon your skill set. Priorities the tasks at hand. Delegate the tasks which can be managed by others. The key aspect is to work efficiently.
Brainstorm what needs to happen. Work smart, not hard. Never be busy in life, some people are always busy in life but seem to going nowhere. Work on your mind to find solutions to make the answers effective and simple. Many people don’t think and keep on doing the same thing over and over again. They think that they might get different results but will the results change? I think not! If you are not getting the desired result, change the raw material or process.
Refine till you get your desired result. Be curious in finding outcomes or doing things with ease. Don’t let you experience and pride stop you from learning and adapting to new things. While learning new skills and finding new ways of doing things, be like a baby, curious and not judgmental. Accept the things as is and then check how can you use them for your benefit.
Keep the tasks incredibly simple
People seem to have a misunderstanding that if they do a task with a simple method it is not credible. Many people give a complicated explanation to what they do for a living. Is there a demerit to being simple? NO. If you have to go on the 4th floor and there are 2 options, stairs and lift. There is no harm in choosing the lift. You are here to achieve greatness and success, not to prove that you can climb 4 floors of stairs.
Ocham's razor! Ocham's razor, or the principle of parsimony or law of parsimony is the problem-solving principle that "entities should not be multiplied beyond necessity", sometimes inaccurately paraphrased as "the simplest explanation is usually the best one." This theory can be used outside of math as well.(As per Wikipedia) We use complicated mindset to develop and improve everything. We need that to progress. The important thing to think here is that we need to get into complexity of making things simpler to prevent seemingly simple things from getting suddenly getting complicated.
It simple means that the simple sequence of events is probably going to work more often. Keep it simple and real. You will gain more time and efficiency while working on more complex things with this simple approach.
Don’t judge
Unless and until you are doing well, do not be hazed by what people think. The thoughts of other people only affect you when you have doubts in your mind. Do not judge yourself. Since childhood we have been compared to others. This has made us to always to set up high standards for us. We unnecessarily go hard on ourselves. “If I act the test with more than 96% then I’ll celebrate. If I clear graduation and get a job in MNC then I’ll be happy. And so on.” Why can’t be celebrate a good study session? Why can’t we appreciate ourselves for getting good education and having a fulfilling life? Don’t judge yourselves.
Go easy on you and take it as per your own pace. It might seem that your pace is slow at initial level but as you it continuously, you will improve at it and steadily you will gain success.
So all in all, Success is a progressive realization of a worthy ideal. A question might arise in your mind while reading this blog. Is the author of this blog successful? YES! Success is not a fixed target but a progressive target, as you keep on achieving your goals, your realization of the goal and your potential will keep on increasing.
What it means is that, as you are becoming successful, your definition and idea about success will change to another height.
He also said that you can create fortune only by serving people, it is not at all possible that you will get all for yourself without giving benefits to others, this is the reality of life.
How you can make money? how you can have things you want in life? How you can say you achieved? only when you are sharing, maybe knowledge, information, service, or products.
What is success?
Success is to be identified, success is to be monitored, success is to be measured and success is to get success is to be achieved.
Success is a journey and not a destination. You can create fortune only if you are successful, fortune is a result of success.
Only those who can create fortune believe they can do.
There are 2 kinds of people in the world.
1. Who beliefs, Life happens with them.
2. Who creates their own life.
People who are in category 1 are not successful, they are just surviving, Survival in this world is easy.
They want someone else to take care of their life and fortune. Someone else to take care to make them successful.
The real joke with this person is that they know there are no free lunches in the world but still want free for them.
These people are always in the blame game, they are always blaming someone other than themselves.
They don't want to take any responsibility. They are comfortable. "They don't want to take risks but don't know that taking no risk is the biggest risk in life".
The one of the biggest difference between successful and who are not successful is, setting a goal and taking action for that.
Many in the world set goals but do not take any action.
You are not going to create success without taking action, it's just wishful thinking.
You are only a deciding factor, whether you are going to complete your goal or not.
Take responsibility:
Take responsibility for your goal and your life this is a very good starting point in creating a fortune for yourself.
Once you take responsibility for your life your mind will get channelized, your mind will tell you different ways how you can work towards completion of the goal, make a plan and go for it.
Goal completion is only possible after taking 100% responsibility.
You are more resourceful, you are more creative, you are more energetic, you are more motivated and you are more focused because now you have a Goal.
The following things will help you to achieve your goal:
1. Set a clearly defined goal.
2. Find out how you can complete that goal.
3. Think only about your goal and keep all other things out of your mind.
4. Be focused, have a plan for your daily activity, and monitor your progress.
5. Keep eye on how you are moving towards your goal, fill your mind with progress.  
     Take responsibility, create a plan take action and become successful.

If you want to expand your business by giving home delivery and you don’t have a suitable transport for it, start by walking. Make deliveries in nearby areas. When you start to improve, buy a cycle, then bike, then truck and so on. With experience, you can improve your deliver system and processing of orders. If you wait for the entire infrastructure before starting, there is a high possibility that you will never start.
Many people set goal, even prepare a plan, but what they lack is action. If you do nothing, it will amount to zero. It will have no meaning. While doing this people fall into 360 degree trap. They start thinking on how to execute their plan, make milestones and action plan. What they lack is action. If no action is taken, your total displacement will be Zero. You will be in the same place form where you started.
People generally mix the terms acting on goals and making a plan for it.
For example, consider you want to walk, to a store. Your action will be taking a step. Your plan will be repeating this act until you reach the store.
How to define action.
Action is the fact or process of doing something, typically to achieve an aim.
A person who is a teacher just to feed his family is not successful. But a person who wants to be a teacher and is teaching his students is successful. The difference is the second person is action on his goal, i.e. to become a teacher. You are already successful when you start to act for your goal. How to you think people succeed? They act on it.
The things which are beneficial for your goal do them. That’s it. This is the only way to success.
The things listed down may be beneficial for you in defining actions:
Consider your talents and expertise
Know your strengths and define your actions based upon your skill set. Priorities the tasks at hand. Delegate the tasks which can be managed by others. The key aspect is to work efficiently.
Brainstorm what needs to happen. Work smart, not hard. Never be busy in life, some people are always busy in life but seem to going nowhere. Work on your mind to find solutions to make the answers effective and simple. Many people don’t think and keep on doing the same thing over and over again. They think that they might get different results but will the results change? I think not! If you are not getting the desired result, change the raw material or process.
Refine till you get your desired result. Be curious in finding outcomes or doing things with ease. Don’t let you experience and pride stop you from learning and adapting to new things. While learning new skills and finding new ways of doing things, be like a baby, curious and not judgmental. Accept the things as is and then check how can you use them for your benefit.
Keep the tasks incredibly simple
People seem to have a misunderstanding that if they do a task with a simple method it is not credible. Many people give a complicated explanation to what they do for a living. Is there a demerit to being simple? NO. If you have to go on the 4th floor and there are 2 options, stairs and lift. There is no harm in choosing the lift. You are here to achieve greatness and success, not to prove that you can climb 4 floors of stairs.
Ocham's razor! Ocham's razor, or the principle of parsimony or law of parsimony is the problem-solving principle that "entities should not be multiplied beyond necessity", sometimes inaccurately paraphrased as "the simplest explanation is usually the best one." This theory can be used outside of math as well. We use complicated mindset to develop and improve everything. We need that to progress. The important thing to think here is that we need to get into complexity of making things simpler to prevent seemingly simple things from getting suddenly getting complicated.
It simple means that the simple sequence of events is probably going to work more often. Keep it simple and real. You will gain more time and efficiency while working on more complex things with this simple approach.
Don’t judge
Unless and until you are doing well, do not be hazed by what people think. The thoughts of other people only affect you when you have doubts in your mind. Do not judge yourself. Since childhood we have been compared to others. This has made us to always to set up high standards for us. We unnecessarily go hard on ourselves. “If I act the test with more than 96% then I’ll celebrate. If I clear graduation and get a job in MNC then I’ll be happy. And so on.” Why can’t be celebrate a good study session? Why can’t we appreciate ourselves for getting good education and having a fulfilling life? Don’t judge yourselves.
Go easy on you and take it as per your own pace. It might seem that your pace is slow at initial level but as you it continuously, you will improve at it and steadily you will gain success.

Think all that things which makes you serving candidate to achieve goal.
Will a person competing in Olympics in 400m race eat a double cheese Hamburger before his race? NO! Definitely not. Likewise, when working on goals, keep focus on your goals and only do things which complement your goal.

To give a better perspective, consider you are applying a job. Before applying to a job, what do you check? Eligibility criteria! Correct. You see if you have the right education, valid and enough experience and other skills required for the job. You also check the organization you are applying job for, but in this scenario, the job and the organization is your goal.
Same way, when you set up goal, you should follow this process. Think about the eligibility criteria for that goal completion. List down the things which you know are required to achieve your goal. There may be changes in this list. You may add or remove things form this list as per needed. This list will also provide you with clarity. It will guide you to do right things required for your goal completion.
Another thing you can do is, think about the skills which the person posses who already has accomplished the goal or a similar goal. You can either make a guess upon this, or actually seek the person. Surprisingly, most of the people who achieve great success are humble and willing to share their methods. Once you approach them, show them that you are serious about this and you are willing to work on this. After you get all this information, meditate on this. While meditating, visualize the future as though in present tense.
You have achieved your goal. You have all the skills, assets, resources need for the goal completion. Feel the emotions, the sent in the air, things you hear, things you see, people who are with you. This is a part of creative visualization. This will provide calmness, positivity and motivation.
This process also helps in making right decisions. When you do this process, you also act accordingly.
Consider you want to go from one city to another a long 4 hour route. While travelling do you stop at every city which comes by? You may stop somewhere to refresh, eat but you will keep on moving until you reach the destination. Every other city which you pass may have something important. Some cools things to do, attractions or even some awesome restaurants. But your destination is set and you keep at it. Likewise, when you practice creative visualization and start making yourself eligible for your goal, you start doing things which successful people do and ignore the things which are not helpful in your goal completion.
This helps in tackling the instant gratification monster. Instant gratification means the desire to experience pleasure or fulfillment without delay. When you are working, and a message on instagram pops ups, in this scenario most people cannot keep their focus. They need to check the notification and then another post and then ½ -1 hour elapses. This is nothing but instant gratification. When these things don’t mean anything to your goal, you should not waste time in them.
Keep at it and along with actions, your mindset also develops. There is difference between successful people’s way of thinking and lay man’s though process. You start to evolve the thought process of such an individual. When you develop success mindset, all the things you do starts to fall into perspective. You will no longer need to force yourself to work on your goal. This will be part of daily routine. Just like sleeping, breathing, drinking and eating.

Difference Between Dreams and Goals.

There was a piano concert once. The artist was playing the Cannon in D, the best of its kind. The whole atmosphere in the auditorium was filled with the keys and notes of the piano. As if the pianist was not playing the instrument but was telling a story about himself. After he finished the piece, there was no applause for 5 seconds. Everyone was filled with amaze and rush of emotions. Later when they realized that the pianist has stopped, the applause started. After the concert, a man approached the pianist and congratulated him.
He said, “I would give the world to play the piece like you.”
The pianist replied, “I know you would not. It doesn’t require world, it requires daily 8 hours of practice after convincing the best pianist in the world to teach you.”
Guess what must have happened later?
After hearing the action plan, the guy smiled, thanked him and went away.
Speaking as a lay man here, the piano is an instrument based on calculations. You hit a key and a note is played, you just have to hit the perfect key at perfect time. That’s it, sounds simple right?
Then what is the difference between us and that pianist? The difference is dream or goal. Playing the piano was the goal of the pianist and god knows how many hours of practice he did to achieve it. For us, it’s just a dream, which warms our hearts. As it the dream, we don’t have any action plan for it, we are not ready to pay whatever is required to achieve that. This marks the life of majority of people.
Goals are dreams with clearly defined action plan.
The execution of action plan results to achievements
This process in reality is called as being successful.

Think Good For Self And Others.

People believe that when one is successful, he becomes so by stealing the chances of others. If you eat more, there will less for other people. If you become rich, happiness will fade away.
Not true.
Previously, this might be true. For example, before the industrial revolution, the economy was stagnant.
For example,
Earlier, the total output of a 1 acre land was same. Years and years, the farm produced same amount of food which it produced earlier. So if someone wanted more food, they needed to conquer lands and keep the output of that land to themselves. After the industrial revolution, we are producing more and more food each year. This has enabled us to enter positive sum game.
Now there is more and more pie for each and every individual. Earlier, there was no person in this world who had exceeded 100 billion. Now are 2-3 such known people in the world.
When you think well about others, you radiate positivity. Conspiracy theories give us nice web series, and we love to see politics. But do you believe you will succeed in such tense environment? Whatever you do, there are some people that will try to conspire upon you. You may get betrayed anytime. This is not the right environment for a positive growth.
You can only grow in a positive environment. People say they are driven by negative emotions. This is way of fooling themselves. It can be the reason to start your success journey, but it will not help you succeed in life. For example, if had a bad childhood, you decide that you are going to start a hotel chain with affordable food. The reason is you started because you didn’t want that starvation and suffering.
You may start this hotel but in order to make it big, and to reach everyone who cannot afford a hot meal, you need positively driven mindset. “There are a lot of hungry people around the world.” And “Each and everyone in this world get their hunger satisfied every day.” Which sentence makes you feel good after reading it? You can start your journey by the first sentence, but you will need to set your goal as your 2nd sentence.
In our society many people believe the punishment is the key to success. If I don’t achieve this, I’ll punish myself. This creates unnecessary stress on you. Not good for your mental health. While working, in the back of your mind, you know that consequences you are going to face if you don’t succeed. This gives the task at hand a negative ring. Drive yourself with things you want instead of things which you want to run away from. This simple mindset change enables your mind to work in comfort and freely.
So in essence, there is abundance for everyone and henceforth always will be. Believe in yourself and work on your target, your goal. You are doing nothing wrong by becoming successful. Set a positive goal and look into positive aspect of it for motivation. Even while you pray, say “please make everyone Rich and Happy but start with me.”

Tune Mind To Positivity.
This is the most important of all. Always be optimistic in life. People think that practicing positivity means looking only good in every situation. This is not true. It is about accept that situation as is, do not get disheartened by it, and think on ways to improve it.

We often say that people say that “he has good vibe, or this place has good vibes.” What are these vibes? Vibrations! These are the external representation of that person’s thoughts or collective thoughts of people in that place.
Do you know why people feel calm and stress free when they visit a place of worship? It is made up of similar building materials like our houses. The difference comes from the thoughts and vibrations of people in that place. Even we can feel the difference between old place of worship and a newly constructed one. The old places have been there for decades.
Many people have visited there. Many people have prayed, been thankful and have given out positive vibes. Slowly the structure also starts to resonate to this vibe. This is what we feel when we visit an old place of worship.
You could experience such effects in concerts, secluded places, rallies, etc. Our whole universe is made up of atoms and molecules. Everything in this world is made up of vibrations. When we think about something, we subconsciously create a vibration throughout our body and this induces an energy release in our surroundings.
After repeating this process, your mind and body tunes to this vibration and effect of resonance take place.
Mindfulness is also a good way to tune your mind to positivity. Mindfulness is taking a notice of thing
Consider an example of walking. Some people get bored when just walking, they tend to see their mobiles, listen to songs or prefer taking bike or a cab. You can practice mindfulness while walking as well. Notice your arms getting heated up while walking. Feel which muscles are taking part in this process, which muscles move, making you effectively walk. Notice the wind around you, on which parts of your body can feel the wind and which parts of your body feel the clothing. Notice the odors or fragrances you smell. Just see things which are in front of you. Do not judge, just see, observe.
Thanks to internet and social media, we are easily distracted. We can use this to re-distract our mind. When a negative though peeps in mind, distract your mind with something positive. Or else you can practice mindfulness. When negative thoughts come, you will take away its only power i.e. “your attention.” After some days practicing this, your mind will work on autopilot and negative thoughts will no longer affect you.
When you hear music, or play an instrument, there comes a point when you drift apart in a zone. You resonate to the vibration and frequency of that instrument. You start to understand the melody and understand the emotions behind it. Likewise, in life this happens with your mind and body. It becomes a beacon to the world where everything which is good attracts. You might have taken a notice of successful people. They seem to get lucky more often. They easily find opportunities, they are able to encash this opportunity, they meet the right people.
Ever wondered why this happens? This is because their mind is tuned to positivity and their goal. Some living things are capable of adapting to their surroundings, but we humans are capable of changing our surroundings. Be good, attract good and work on being better.

When you set your life goal by SMUUT process, it becomes difficult to disintegrate it into small achievable goals. By setting your life goal, it seems like a massive mountain, a hard climb. Our mind is very skilled into shaping our belief system. Now what it does, it does internal calculations and decides that it would be impossible to achieve it. After the initial days of setting the goal, you have your motivation to maximum.
Later the conscious mind takes control and your analytical process starts. This is lot of information to process for the analytical mind. If we do not see the path, we generally avoid things. There are very few people who are naturally capable of exploring new and foggy paths. I am not talking about going on mountain trail and finding path. Consider you are explorer of a new discovered land.
You don’t know the habitat, the animals living there, poisonous plants and etc. You just know that there is a treasure available there. In this case you don’t protection you have in today’s world. There is no mobile network, there is no medical team available, you don’t know if people live there and if they live, are they friendly or aggressive and food supply is limited. Now this changes everything. This is how your mind thinks when you set your life goal by SMUUT process.
Let’s see the process of breaking down your goal into achievable targets. Remember this is a dynamic process, and will change every time you achieve a milestone. The reason is because you will keep on evolving in harmony with your goal. Your skills, capabilities, mindset and your resources will increase as you move ahead in your path.
First of all, make a road map of things which will work as milestones in the path.

TOUSAND MILES! The thought of it sparks fear into our minds. Can you achieve it? YES! The best part is you just have to start. Take first step and you have already achieve a percentage of your goal.
How do you eat 100kg of potatoes? Answer is simple, by taking one bite at a time. This is as simple as it gets. I know this will take time, but in time, you will grow. You might find new ways to cook it, making it more tasty and easy to digest. As this takes time, we have set this goal for life. Leave a mark on this world. Let the people know who you were.
In terms of life goal what does one step or one bite indicates? It indicates milestones you will achieve. These will serve as indicators that you are on the track and steadily achieving your goal. People usually break down goals in term of simple division.
For example, you want to earn 1 million in 5 year. That makes 20000 per year. If you set up such expectations, it becomes difficult and then the goal seems impossible. This causes demotivation and people let of the goal.
Instead break it down in the form of ratio. Create a monthly goal as to increase the income by 2 times or 50%, or 80% or so. This will be based on your monthly income though. Initially it would not look like a significant improvement, but later the compounding effect takes place. At the start of first month the ratio affects on the base income, but in later months, the ratio affects the income of that current month. (Which is already increased based on previous monthly ratios) When you implement this, your graph starts at a steady pace and later on pickups a much more acute curve.
This is how you should set your strategy for your life goal. Setting up SMART goals for your milestones and then compounding them for the accomplishment of SMUUT goal process

Think about what positive create
Positivity is the best solution to every problem. I am not saying that you should ignore the aspects which might be harmful to you. Instead find the things for which you are grateful for, work for your purpose with good attitude.

Positivity also comes with its health benefits. To list a few:
¡         Increased life span
¡         Fewer chances of falling into depression
¡         Stress free life.
¡         Better mental and physical health
¡         Better cardiovascular health and reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease
Can you achieve your goal if you are constantly in pain? Obviously NO! You will need a dedicated focus on your goal. When you are sick, your attention and focus is diverted to healing of body. This is an auto-pilot response. Your body equipped with standard repair kit. When you bruise your knees, do you do something from inside to repair it? No, your body takes care of it. The repair mechanism is put into action.
Your mind is beyond any language. Mind is in existence before any language was made. So when you want something you have clear idea of that thing in your mind. Many people say that I don’t want problems in my life but I always have to face problems. Do you know why this happens?
Let’s do an experiment.
“Close your eyes 2 seconds and don’t see a white elephant.”
You saw the elephant right? This was just a peek into the working of mind.
When you want something, only talk about that thing. If you want to lose weight, instead of saying “I am overweight, I want to lose weight.” say “I want to be fit, my body-mass index is ‘…’.” If you want to get out of financial crisis, instead of saying “I am into a crisis, I want to get of this crisis”, say “I want to be financially free.”

This activity will help you get a positive perspective to such problems.
1.         Take 2 pages.
2.       On first page, write all the negative things on your mind.
3.       On the second page, write corresponding positive things
4.       For Example, my unnecessary expenses should stop – I should be having financial literacy, I hate darkness – I want light.
5.       Tear the negative list (first page) into small bits and throw them away.
6.       Make copies of the positive list and stick them in your surroundings where you will be able to glance it.

What you have to offer people?
Everyone one of us is into sales. You are constantly selling your ideas to your peers, selling yourself to the customers or job interviews, selling your ideals to your family. Your success is directly related to your sale. Many people think that your money determines your success. This is not true. Money is the product of success. You can only earn money if you are success.
Once you have found yourself, decide what you can offer people, the things which will benefit them as well as you. Everyone is good at something. As mentioned earlier, there is success in every field, and in every profession. You have to find out what you are good and improve on those.

What can you offer people? This is the most important question. Currently, we are living in a world where everyone is dependent on others. We are dependent on farmers to produce food, service providers for our internet, commutes etc. To take an example, consider you want internet connection setup at your house. Will you select a service provider with poor service or good service? Answer is obvious. You will select the ISP with good service. This is the law that governs your success. When you work on your goal, you should focus on service and/or your product. This is directly proportional to your success.
