why do y’all act like debbie didn’t end up letting liam and fiona inside in 9x09… like you know liam was only outside for like, an hour right? she let him in, she just wanted to make her point. meanwhile fiona actually kicked fifteen year old debbie and her little baby out of the house, debbie never made anybody homeless.
i feel like that’s a common occurrence, y’all will judge debbie for things but then never talk about how she ends up fixing them, because she always does. yes, she gave birth at fifteen, but she was right, fiona didn’t end up raising franny. debbie did everything by herself and stuck to her word to the extent where she was incredibly sleep deprived and needed help, and then, she actually gets help (by someone other than fiona, it was jolayemi and yes, she did pay). y’all act like she didn’t have a way to support her kid, but she worked her ass off to get into welding school and ended up creating her own business. she runs into, or even creates, conflict, but she always picks herself back up and fixes things.
