BREAKING DOWN MY ART

The artwork I'm breaking down.

(Added text descriptions to the images (I did my best) in case you don't understand my handwriting)

Basically my rendering process and art techniques for all of my artworks. There is more to it of course but this post was centered on this whole drawing specifically and had to keep each description brief or this would have gotten excessively long. Besides, I've improved since this drawing and I do some things a bit diferently than before.

I can make more of these kind of post in the future explaining how I get to figure out the shapes and colors of things, basically how I draw.

Don't take this last image as if now the artwork is completely wrong because of "bad proportions". This is a self critique, by the estandars I put to myself. Putting that aside, it's still a good artwork, I did a pretty good job on this one and I hope one day to find the same motivation to surpass it.

#my photography! #bird photography #birding #birds #sandhill crane #I went at sunset instead of dawn for the first time (with my camera) and it was so great #the light wasn't great for my old camera but all the people cleared out and it was so serene #and the frogs! gosh after the sun went down they immediately got louder #and their ribbiting echoed off the water and it was wonderful all around me #and when the sun was setting all the swallows got one last meal in #and once it was too dark for me to see for the most part I saw the bats ( ♡∇♡ ) #I could hear them sort of fluttering around me #and I could hear geese flying around even though I couldn't see them #it was amazing I'm excited to go again

the foxhole court - for neil -> who found his new home and family with the foxes, who became so fast so protective of him after three books of finding out whats all had happened with him, and grew closer as a family

the sunshine court - for jean -> who found his new life with the trojans who took him in and gave him space to live and grow, and to see the sun! (and hopefully we will read all that progress he did. ouch. can't wait).
