Part 1 of sketches I made in Peru
This is a sort of concept for a future OC… I realized a vicuña would be a pretty unique animal to use for a character.
I always liked using animals that aren’t very commonly used in the furry fandom to have the feeling my characters are somewhat special :p

For the past weeks, I've been slowly working on this large oil painting of camels in Petra (Jordania), and finally I have progressed enough to show it for the first time. Lots of tiny detail and many hours ahead still, but feeling really proud of this work. Camels are one of my most loved animals, and a powerful symbol of my North African heritage, so this is 100% devotional work for me.
