After j-hope, Jin is the next member to release a solo work in Chapter 2. The song “The Astronaut” is co-produced by Coldplay, with whom BTS collaborated on “My Universe”. Jin explained in his Weverse live that the song was made during the summer and recorded in September. He’s the one who wrote the Korean lyrics, with the second verse being changed from English to Korean at the last minute.

For the occasion, a mascot, named Wootteo (meaning space wanderer), has been created and got its own Instagram account (English translation of the posts). Wootteo was originally called Woodol but for copyright reasons, it had do be changed.

Exterior scenes were filmed in Disney’ golden oak ranch (see this thread for src and pictures). The scenes inside the bedroom were shot in a studio in Korea.

Ryen!!! I don't know how you manage to make me care about a couple so much in just one single part but you always do, whether it's 27k or 7k words long!

The couple in Starry night are so damn cute and soft. I already read this once before but reading this new version now after all of the feels on JK day as a Jungkook bias was just what I needed (and that 3tan9 visual spoiler did NOT help btw).

I couldn't help but imagine Bon Voyage season 4 JK in this after reading "A skittering ball of boba" though lol.

This really was beautifully written and all of the celectial imagery was just gorgeous:

"All the celestial bodies congregate in his orbs, the meteors from above suddenly swimming in his pupils and sparkling across his irises." and "Jungkook really is orbiting around you and you alone, and you want to gift him the universe in return." Like??? Aaaah just beautiful.

Also I still vividly remember this line from reading the previous version, so I guess it really stuck with me, like your writing always does: "How he went from worshipping you to devouring you was always intriguing. Maybe to him, they were one and the same."

How is your Thursday/ Friday going so far? lol I know for some it is really early in the morning. Good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening. ✌️ It is the afternoon here as it is 1pm. I realized I enjoy posting in the afternoon more. Hehe I made a couple of videos talking about a lot of random things I thought of and saw this past week. I was happy to also be notified about FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lol Jimin the BTS CREW put a lot of different things and I loved reading some things lol I talk about it a little more in different videos but I just have to say here too, but ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh an ARMY talked about your celestial tattoo and the waxing crescent moon related from June 13 when Bangtan debuted is also in reference to the moon shape that will occur on March 24. Get this, I read this about the moon coming on March 24: “In this part of the moon cycle, the moon is moving away from the sun and is becoming more and more illuminated by sunlight.” AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! This is a good sign. It feels spiritual like the light is shining on new beginnings and the fact that it is during ARIES/RAM season is even hot. Lol FACE is a part of the Aries crew and I welcome FACE at the table. Lol it is already GOLD to me. GREATNESS RECOGNIZES GREATNESS. ✨ LETTTTTS FREAKING GOO! This is my weekly Jin check up lol Jin, you may not see this, but I hope you are doing well, still. Lol How are your days? I will soon watch a Keanu Reeves film and I am excited. JOHN WICK IS COMING!!!!!!!! I SHALL TELL YOU ALL MORE ABOUT IT WHEN I WATCH IT IN APRIL. I AM EXCITED, JIN!!! One random thing that I found funny is that I was looking through the reviews of another film I watched called VIOLENT NIGHT lol and it is a good watch lol but not for the light of heart. I read that it was created by the people who created John Wick and I read this negative review of how the film was too bloody and gory and I was laughing so hard because that is what John Wick films are and I feel like the person who left the bad review did not read the info on the film before watching it. Lol 😂 I was like, “Homie, it said that the film was brought to life by the people who made John Wick, what do you expect? Christmas carols and a hallmark movie vibe? It says VIOLENT in the title and it is in the dark comedy genre lol.” John Wick is not for everybody just like dark humor lol It just depends on people but I was laughing so hard at that one comment because they just proved that the directors and creators of the film did their job with the film lol 😆 Don’t you sometimes just read things and are like, did these people read the fine print? Lol But I can’t wait to enjoy spring. It is looking hot right now. I wonder if it has gotten warmer where you are stationed. :) if not, may I bring to you some warmth from afar? Hehe i got a lot of warmth to give 🥰 I do hope that it gets warmer in spring. It is like ten times windy over here but when the sun comes out it, it is blazing from time to time. Hehe I will do my best to catch up and watch your documentary hehe I will let you know when I watch it. 🥹 I read a lot of things from ARMY, but one of the posts that stood out to me was that of your parent's support. I saw how your mom had all your merch even the fan site merch it was lit. Lol Your mom reminds me of the BTS collectors in ARMY. It is so awesome and I respect it. I have seen so many rooms and shelves of BTS items and fan items in ARMYs rooms and office spaces in their homes and I love to give props. Lol 🙌 I also saw about your parent's garden and that HOPE WORLD stone. Your parents bring good vibes to you and I love to see it. My mom has different stones in her garden and she also blessed them before she brought them into her green space lol My mom always told me that stones can ground you but also bring the energy of balance and perseverance when placed in natural areas of growth and it is true: green is life. Just like nature is life. My mom always says, “Lo verde es vida.”💚 Lol she doesn’t play with that. But, that was awesome to see. TAEHYUNG-AH!!!! Lol I read that Jinny’s Kitchen is coming to prime and I will do well to watch it. Hehe I love that it is going to be accessible in different languages lol I can watch it. I didn’t get to say this before lol but I wonder how you enjoyed my homeland lol I was not born in Mexico, but I went there so much as a kid to my teens that it does feel like a second home. But, Mexico has many different places that not one place is the same lol it depends on where you went. I just know places like Guadalajara, Chapala, and Guanajuato well. Lol. This week, I wanted to talk about Suchwita with Hoshi!! YES!! I read this comment that really stuck with me by an ARMY and I just thought of this appreciation for Yoongi because an ARMY pointed out that Yoongi bringing in and welcoming different artists is healing fandoms from the past issues everyone had with each other over time. It is not that every single person in different fandoms was doing it but there was a majority that was because anytime you go into social media there would always be something of an issue and fans from different groups would just get at each other and just make it seems like different artists can’t get along when it is the fans that don’t. It was a rift and as an ARMY in the past, I felt that pressure to not like or listen to certain groups even though I did even before Bangtan and even after I came across y’all. I remember the times I would just feel annoyed or the need to hate on a group because I was not thinking for myself as an ARMY and I was happy I stopped feeling moved by other things and started to think more for myself. I feel like it is human to be like that and that’s okay, but we have to learn to heal and forgive ourselves for things we felt and said in the past in order to change and grow. That is why I post about different groups' tracks I enjoy regardless if people agree or not because I love supporting different artists and they bring me joy too. Bangtan, y’all have always been my main, my heart, my smile, and my peace but I also very much enjoy music in general and I love what I love to hear. I chose a couple of years ago to mute the hate and just put the volume up on my own love. It will look different from others but I have been tired of hating. I just want peace and that is what I wish to attract and be about. I can’t ever be fully at peace, but even being able to bring out a bit is a start. But, Yoongi you have been making us all realize more that we can all get along. It is beautiful and the fact that many others agreed is just nice. So, THANK YOU for bringing even a bit of peace to us all too Yoongi.💜 Also, to ARMY who just enjoys Bangtan’s music, that’s freaking awesome. You are not a bad person for just loving to listen to just Bangtan but just know if you also choose to enjoy other groups and artists too, you are not doing anything wrong. I wish to say this because I read so many stories from ARMY and how they feared being bashed for even bringing up another group or music they enjoy listening to if Bangtan was not a part of it. Express yourself, my loves. BANGTAN has been telling us to do so and to be about the things we love. At the end of the day, we become remembered for the things we love in this moment and in the present. -Hoshi’s pollack figurine is just so cute but I love it even more because Hoshi knows the vibes.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I dig that he picked it out to help keep bad energy away and bring in good energy. Hoshi, do you believe in the idea of energy? I am just asking because I think it is spiritual and I feel you lol I have candles of my Archangel Michael in my room and I love lighting it up every once in a while and it brings me amazing energy. I also have this Archangel Michael photo card I made lol on my phone. hehe I love protecting my energy. 😌 I respect that you do too. The pollack gift is also a nice gift because Yoongi is a water element and a Pisces too lol it was a gift that was picked well. Very thoughtful. 😭👌

-“Just relax and take it easy.” A very sweet thing to say to Hoshi was nervous in the beginning lol but later got comfortable and it was lovely to see that transition through the episode. 🤣 But, if anyone needs this reminder today, remember that you already can be hard on yourself, if you can be easy on yourself at times and take it calmly. You are doing okay even if it may not look like it.👍

-LMAO I was laughing when y’all kept saying that you both saw each other at the gym. lol but the funniest part is when Hoshi was like “I saw you in the news.” lol 😂 Hoshi, I see Yoongi all the time on my Twitter and Instagram feed. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 The “Yoongi, marry me” ARMY is not stopping anytime soon lol I get that meme here and there when I am not even looking for it. haha

Honestly, we were only able to go on American TV shows because of you…Everyone knows that the K-Pop industry was able to advance into the states because of BTS…You did a lot more than just open the door.” HOSHI! YOU ARE WELCOME IN ARMY EVEN MORE FOR BEING A REAL ONE AND SAYING THIS WITHOUT UNWAVERING. There is such a thing as being humble, but when credit is due it is freaking due and you pulled through for us all. 🙌 I love how the BTS CREW added this too [EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT BTS DID] LOL YES, BTS CREW! I know that Bangtan has different thoughts on this and that’s cool and maybe the whole world has many different thoughts on this too, but you even said it Yoongi, y’all were the pioneers of Twitter posting, YouTube videos, RUN BTS !!!!!!!!, and even just saying yes to many different things without expecting much that it started something and inspired others to also do their own things and make it to places that they would not if y’all did not give them the space and inspiration to do so. Y’all also started this new way of how people can connect with other people. It is in the Inyeon y’all created with ARMY as even Joonie said as well that it changed the way people started to see also the human and respect aspect in artists like y’all. It changed the way people can connect beyond just the idea of idolizing someone and being more real and open at the same level. It moved beyond the concept of parasocial relationships in fan culture. lol That is a lot. Because you see a lot of different ARMY and they are many who see and respect Bangtan beyond something that is parasocial and look more into the human connection. I love that. We know that we don’t know each other that well and just at the surface for the most part, but we also know that we are just beyond the surface level and we are also extraordinary in many ways. We embrace our differences and relate and that is the human experience. That is a form of love. To accept people we may not know fully but to be inspired by their differences and grow together because of that. We all shared that because of you, Bangtan. I feel like a lot of people feel that too. I feel like that is why Bangtan and ARMY are also different and people can’t understand that pull and energy we got at times. INYEON is the key here. This is why I also brought up that point in Taeyang’s episode that credit is due to the Trail Blazers but also to those who inspire those people. In this case, y’all also inspired others to forge new paths. I love how you said that what happens after y’all opened the door, is not something y’all can claim credit to. I LOVE THIS POINT. It is like saying that someone can pave one path, but what others choose to do once it is paved is not up to anybody but the person entering the path. They may stray off the path and forge another and so on. But, you made a path that gave that one person the butterfly effect to go off the path you paved to forge another one on their own.✨ That is a nice sentiment.

Joonie is just naturally and cutely chaotic without trying. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I am sorry JOON, but you are from all the past times it just proves it. I love it though. It reminds me of my sister because she at times says things without really seeing them as too straightforward and I just look at her and laugh because she means well but she can’t lie or sugarcoat at all. lol 🤣 You ask her if she liked what she ate and you can tell in her face and her tone that it was not it lol The same goes for movies. lol I know she didn’t like it when she says “It was alright.” 😀 No one can read me at all lol I conceal and don’t feel around people I don’t know fully lol I tell you what’s good and what’s not but I try to go down slowly with it and offer another alternative fast. lmao

-I love how Hoshi’s name is translated as both a tiger’s gaze and a star. I remember the first time I got into SEVENTEEN and I knew some Japanese and I was like “THIS HOMIE IS A STAR????”🤣🤣🤣🤣 it is genius. Hoshi emits the energy of both anyways. A tiger with a gaze that shines and beams intensely when his presence is shown. It’s like what you said, Yoongi. The eyes that look crazy but with passion on stage. It is awesome. 👍🐯🔥

-BTS CREW IS BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH THE SENTIMENTAL MOMENTS I LIVE FOR. I have followed y’all also since debut and in a video, I show y’all my first two albums I got back then lol I remember reading CARATs thoughts and those who just came across SEVENTEEN in the past and many felt that y’all were promising. I saw the energy Bangtan had when they debuted in y’all. I loved how y’all also started from a small company and also produced and created a lot of your tracks on your own. That was what really hit me to follow y’all. I love people who make their own things and in your songs, I felt that and they made me feel good and dance many times. Bangtan started that way as well from a small company and did a lot of their lyrics and production and that is also one thing that made me love them. Both of y’all made music that felt more personal because you made it with all you had in the beginning and you believed in it and kept going to pursue your dreams. I love the work ethic and even now I even tell Bangtan, it is like on stage y’all also have the passion and care that y’all started with and I respect it. As Yoongi said, ‘I can tell that you’re working your fingers to the bone’ and that is important. Passion is in the things you see and what you do every day, not on the destination. Y’all have that too. SEVENTEEN, you are also GOLD in my eyes. I hope you can also see that in yourselves. You may be inspired by Bangtan and possibly many other artists, but embrace your own energy because y’all being yourselves is what also got you here with CARATs too. Keep doing you. 💎✨

Taurus and Cancers are not the ones to play with. lol One is very specific about what they want and expect and are very keen on it and the other one is soft and kind but when buttons get pushed they can make you feel invisible in their lives. lol My mom is scary when something goes amiss and she is a Taurus sun lol my sister and brother are Taurus moons and it is heavy energy when they are not in the mood lol Also IU is a Taurus and like have you seen her when someone wanted some of her snickers candy lol I LOVE IU. -Hoshi being the dance leader in SEVENTEEN and Hobi being the dance leader in BANGTAN is peak AIR energy lol Hoshi is a Gemini ♊️ and since Hobi is an Aquarius ♒️lol both y’all are in the same energy level. THAT’S AWESOME!!!!!! I mean there is a reason why y’all flow so well and are fluid in your dances, as air signs, y’all move to the beat and movement of gravity better than others. The air is your territory. THAT’S SICK.😎 Look at Jimin too, lol he is an air sign as a Libra ♎️and with a Gemini Moon lol that’s double the air. It explains why he was drawn to dancing at a young age as well. Movement is big for y’all and being expressive that way is a gift y’all have.

So with that kind of mindset, we tried our very best. We always do our best.” I think it is also insane how 13 bodies can move in sync so well. I get the idea of having this mindset to just get it done well and fast, but it still begs the question of how that trust was built for that to even occur so well and cleanly cut on stage and live. Yeah, SEVENTEEN, please give yourself mad props. lol It takes time I think and no amount of money can be paid to gain the trust y’all also built through the years to move the way y’all do. I think trust is big. When you got energy that links together in different bodies that y’all connect and just know instinctively to move with a flow, I think that is special. I dig it.

-“You can’t win if all the players are playing offense.” THIS. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 This is what I am talking about with soccer. Lol if you don’t work as a team you won’t get those assists and goals. One team has to have different strengths that work together to be the best as a unit. One missing person or strength and you don’t get that unity. If you focus on only one strength as said here with the offense, you don’t have a team, you just have a bunch of people that only know how to do one thing. That won’t help when you need defense. lol This goes with life too. You can’t grow if you focus on the good and you can’t grow if you focus only on the bad. You need both to be objective with yourself and experience growth truly. 🌱Bring the best of all the different strengths and you can see yourself winning not just physically but also figuratively.

-Yoongi what you said here is why I also think very seriously about kids lol: “But it requires making decisions about someone’s life…with young kids who are still teenagers I think it’ll be too much for me to handle.” lol I love how you gave it a deep and sincere thought to produce a group. This answer is nice but also realistic. I related to this in the essence of kids. Making decisions for little human beings is sometimes scary to think about. lol You got these little minds developing and they just rely on you to help them along the way and it is still a very wild concept to me. lol As a kid I never saw myself that way, but looking back I feel my little self more and how it was even scary for me to even ask someone for guidance and how I tried to navigate certain things on my own. This thought didn’t weigh as heavy then as it does now and I don’t know how I managed to make it this far. lol I feel proud of little me, but still, as an adult, it hits differently. Thank you for bringing this up.😁

-HOSHI trying to crush the ice. 😭 He is so precious. lol I love those awkward moments. 😂😂😂😂When people get nervous around me, it makes me laugh because it is just so cute and humorous. I am awkward on purpose at times. I just love to see people’s reactions. lol It fuels my chaotic fire. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😂

-“If I take some time off it feels like there’s a ceiling here and water is filling up gradually. That’s why I feel like I shouldn’t rest.” My heart sank when y’all got teary about this subject. Even with Bangtan’s BE album I felt what Hoshi meant. Y’all are in an industry where you had to work and work and work and have track and album come out every few weeks and months and when you have to stop it is a foreign feeling to you all. You shouldn’t feel bad about it. I feel like all y’all who work in this industry need to forgive yourselves for how you may feel when you stop working for a bit. Y’all have been conditioned to never stop and if you did society always made you swallow this pill that you won’t matter anymore if you do stop and like nothing will matter after. Y’all deserve more than that anxiety. Your worth is not in what you can give to people. You are precious because you are even breathing today and trying. Your worth is in how you care for yourself and in doing so bringing out the best of yourself, both good and bad but shining because of that. I can say all these things but it may not get through to you all. But, this is also why I come here still, if I come back each time I only hope that you can remember that people who really dig you will always come back. I am still here and I can only hope that can lessen some of that lingering anxiety even a bit. Hoshi, I know you brought up also about just not being together as 13 and that is understandable. When you have been together with people long enough, it can be hard to realize that you won’t be able to see them for a while, but it’s okay. If y’all can come together once before you have to be on break for a bit and just express these feelings, I think y’all will realize that you aren’t alone in that feeling and remember that CARATs will be with you but also that your bond will be with you all too. That can’t be taken or bought. Like 13 people are unforgettable. You have to admit that too. As they say, diamonds always shine and prevail in the toughest conditions. A diamond molds with every change but it never loses its sparkle. ✨

-“People will remember those memories and come back to us.” YES. This goes with the point I said above too. lol In the memories of music, but also in the connections with each other. People that form a connection with you can’t ever forget that feeling. This is why people mourn, cry, laugh, and smile when they think of someone and a moment they remember because of them. When we build those memories and connections, when they have become significant in our lives, we may not always remember every detail, but we will remember that feeling they gave us. You just have to believe that people will come back and trust in that feeling. It can be scary but that is when you know it is true. Good things bring out the fear in us at times because they remind us that we are taking the leap and don’t know what will occur but we feel deep at that moment that it is worth it regardless of the result as you know you are giving it your all. It is courage. 🔥💪

-“[If we worry too much we end up losing out on the precious present.]” This was a nice point from the BTS CREW. 👌 Expressing gratitude for all the moments we have now is important as that will remind us that we are capable of being in those moments again in the times when we are not. That it is possible to meet again and come back with better times. 💕

-“Loving someone unconditionally is one of the hardest things to do… And so for the people who love us we have to do really well.” From the other end of that love, it is hard because you want to help and come across to someone with your words and actions, but sometimes you will never know if it does. You can’t read people’s minds so it is hard. You can do really well and never truly know if that effort even meant something to someone and that is what also haunts me. It is not about getting something in return but just knowing if they felt that warmth and security that matters to me. I felt this a lot even in the past with friends and family, but now even with y’all. It is a thought that is at the back of my mind, but all I really can do is keep going. Right? Yes. hehe

-“If you call, I’ll come running over.” I remember ARMY going insane over this because it was so forward from Hoshi but so funny. lol I think this line is what got Yoongi to bring Hoshi into his studio and that is like a privilege, not most get. lol That ending was wonderful. 🙏

He was bored. He wouldn’t admit it out loud but, Y/n was bored. He had spent most of his evening talking with dignitaries of varying degrees of importance, dancing with his sisters when they wanted to and keeping up his appearance behind his veil. The obligatory first dance of the night happened between the king and queen of each kingdom, his mother, queen of moon, and the king of sun. He knew they could barely tolerate each other by the way his mother spoke about the king when no one was around; The next dance required that the seven suns, aka the kings sons, must dance with any of the opposing kingdoms potential heirs. Y/n was at the top of that list and he hated it.

As the music faded out, Y/n prepared himself to step out on to the barren dance floor, the dance required that the eldest dance with the other eldest; however, this particular style of dance meant that they would change partners every so often til the song finished and they were back with their original partner.

Y/n placed a gentle kiss on his mothers porcelain cheek, smoothed out his jacket and headed out to meet his first partner; Seokjin. As the two met and greeted each other with a bow, Y/n made sure to look around at his sisters who were dancing and double checked to make sure that they were comfortable with their partner “Hey moonshine~” He heard Jin greet, he didn’t even need to look back to the male to know that Jin had also winked, “We’re about to dance so you might wanna focus on me? You know? The most handsome son?”

With a slight scoff of laughter, Y/n looked the male dead in the eye through his veil and grinned “Sunjinnie~” His tone was as sharp as a knife despite his face reading otherwise, “Just making sure your brothers don’t lay a hair wrong on my dearest sisters. You have my undivided attention now~”

Jin could feel his mouth begin to gape at the threat that met his ears, quickly pulling himself together as the music began and they were off dancing “Well my sweet moondrop, did you miss me?” His tone was evidently teasing, “It’s been oh so long since we met for the first time on the battlefield.”

Y/n couldn’t help but chuckle at the memory he held from that day “Ah yes...” a grin graced his lips as he brushed back part of his veil that had slipped out of place, “The day where your dear brother, Taehyungie, proposed at first sight of me. That was an interesting day...”

“You know he still stands by that? Even now”

“That doesn’t surprise me Sunjinnie; although I’ll place my bets that you wished it was you who said that. Hmmm?”

“You wouldn’t be wrong my prince, that’s for sure-”
