*SUSPENSEFULL MUSIC HERE*

A spell gone wrong and now the egos won’t be able to get out of this one. Because Marvin can’t do it again, so they’ll have to learn how to get used to their new abilities and the new them!

(Jackie takes on Jameson’s abilities and features)The first thing that was noticed, Jackie had lost most, if not all of his usual hero abilities and even his voice! But he gained Jameson’s ability to form objects out of thin air like an old fashioned cartoon character, plus his speech boxes. 

(BSE takes on Shawn’s abilities and features)Bingsepticeyes’ usual android body has somehow turned more cyborg than android. His normal emotionless body feels everything now and his usual programming had been stripped away. Instead it was replaced with the inky substance Shawn would have had. He had gained the ability to create living ink creatures if he wanted to.

(Anti takes on Robbie’s abilities and features)Anti had suddenly stopped glitching, but kept the distoring voice he originally had before the spell. His skin lost the green tint it used to have and was replaced with extremely pale skin with a purple-ish tint. He somehow has a more cannibalistic urge more than anything and is surprisingly stronger than he used to be.

(Shawn takes on Chase’s abilities and features) Shawn had lost his inky body which was a relief for him. He hated the thing, but he also lost his creative ability. His legs still don’t work as well as they should which causes excruciating pain that he finds alcohol can dull out. His alcohol craving procceeded to get worse at the point. Oh well, he learned how to do trickshots out of nowheare and skate finally.

(Marvin takes on Anti’s abilities and features) Marvin had lost his ability to do magic, which sucks as now its harder to reverse what had been done. However, he gained Anti’s green tinted skin and the ability to glitch as well as distort any electronical device. Also surprisingly he took on Anti’s amazing knife skills.

(Jameson takes on Henrik’s abilities and features) Jameson noticed his more quicker as he had finally gained a voice which delighted the dapper. However he gained the knowledge of anything medical and surprisingly can preform well so he gladly takes advantage of this gain.

(Henrik takes on Marvin’s abilities and features) Other than losing his ability to do anything medical he had gained Marvin’s magical knowlege and abilities. Having learned about this when he accidentally set his room on fire and couldn’t put it out himself as he had no clue how to do so. In the meanwhile he ended up getting a bad burn on his left arm in which he requested any fireproofing in his room.

(Chase takes on Angus’s abilities and features) After the spell Chase had gained Angus’s incredible knowlege on any wildlife creature from land to aquatic to even air. He also gained Angus’s will for adventure and had actually surprisingly began leaving the house more often! He takes on some medical knowlege but not to the point of Jamie’s abilities and they’re more risky than modernized medicine.

(Angus takes on Bingsepticeye’s abilities and features) In the aftermath of the spell Angus now has BSE’s android like body and abilities. With the new body he can do quite a bit now but at the poor programmed state Bing was already he isn’t as functional as he used to be.

(Robbie takes on Jackie’s abilities and features) Robbie had lost his canniblistic appitite and the purplish tint on his body, now to have the surprising powers of Jackie. He’s much more faster than he used to be and twice as strong. If anything it made him more active than he was before

Reactions As I Read: ● I think reading the Mirage TMNT has got me used to black and white comics. plus the shading here gives it enough depth and texture to keep it interesting. even though it’s daylight, there’s a nice noir element

● the shading is really excellent throughout! ● I was about to say that this is probably the first time Pete has been seen out of costume climbing a wall, but a little girl saw him way back—maybe even clear back in Amazing Fantasy 15–and he saved a security guard’s life while in his civvies but managed to keep his face turned away. here, though, people are actively trying to get a glimpse of him ● I love how consistently un-self-aware JJJ is ● this is a 64-page issue ● 👏👏👏👏

Synopsis: Story 1: Spider-Man is in the neighborhood as a Man Monster destroys a political billboard for the Mayoral candidate, Richard Raleigh. Two workers, installing the billboard, are almost killed by the rampage, but Spidey is able to rescue them and then battle the terrorizing titan until he is defeated and left, in order to rescue the workers again from falling from a ledge of a building, where Spider-Man had placed them out of the monster's path of destruction. When the Web-Crawler returns to mop up his opponent, he discovers he is now gone. Spider-Man reverts back to his civilian identity of Peter Parker and discovers the whole city has become "Raleigh Rooters" and that the candidate seems to have some unbelievable hold on the masses. His pals, Harry and Mary Jane, are among his most boisterous followers only outdone by his boss, J. Jonah Jameson, who has put his newspaper, The Daily Bugle, fully behind Raleigh's candidacy.

As New York watches Raleigh on television cry for union against the city's underworld who are obviously trying to intimidate him from running for mayor, he puts on a show that makes him seem like a common man who has the city's interest at heart. However, after the cameras stop rolling, he shows his true colors as a power-hungry ego-maniac who has his own interests at heart. Atop of his interest is to destroy Spider-Man and former Police Captain, George Stacy, who, he has learned, is looking into his background. It is revealed that Raleigh is behind the cyborg Man Monster and his creator, Dr. Thraxton. As Peter picks up Gwen for a date and drives away they witness the Man Monster attack the home of Capt. Stacy. Peter sends Gwen for help and then changes into Spider-Man in an attempt to save Mr. Stacy. The fight is carried on to Raleigh's house, which Spidey figures out must be behind the creature. He brings the fight into the Raleigh house where Raleigh uses the pain control apparatus he uses, to keep the Man Monster compliant to his will, a little too much and damages it beyond repair. The creature then turns on Raleigh and Dr. Thraxton, killing them both. Spidey finishes the fight with a vicious side-hand smash to the creatures neck, apparently killing the creature. Spidey leaves as he hears approaching sirens and is seen by Jameson, which he predicts correctly, will use his paper to call him the killer of Raleigh. Jameson states that he will make the public hate the fact that a man as great as Raleigh is dead, while the menace of Spider-Man is still alive and free.

Story 2: Peter Parker stands by the side of his grieving Aunt May, as Ben's remains are laid to rest. With the funeral now over, the pair walk out of the cemetery. Peter thinks back to the events that led up to the death of his Uncle Ben, and how he blames himself for what happened.

Peter reflects back to the day that he was bitten by a radioactive spider and given fantastic powers. Seeking a career in showbiz, he develops the identity of Spider-Man. However, one night he let a burglar run flee the television studio, telling the security guard that it wasn't his problem to deal with. Later that night, Peter's Uncle Ben was shot during a house robbery. Learning that the man responsible is holed up at the Acme Warehouse, Peter went after him as Spider-Man. Easily defeating his uncle's killer, Peter was horrified to discover that it was the same burglar who he let get away much earlier.

With his recollection of these tragic events over, Peter vows to never let his inaction lead to another person getting harmed as long as Spider-Man has a means to stop it.

Avian: my first dnd character! he has wings of a cardinal bird because of that bird’s personal significance to me.

Axel: my character in a story i write for my friends. (they all have their own characters) yes hes a cat boy. sometimes hes not. its confusing.

Elise: from the same universe! she has spider eyes and short blond hair (unless its an au)

Edwin: i did not choose the furry life, my friends chose it for me. but i like my funky moose guy. yes hes green. its cause of the weed.

Limester: it’s how i tag art of me! or i guess my artist persona? drawing him in a cartoonish way got me back into art and he does represent how i feel like i look. just a silly fellow.

Javel: the second character in a story i write for my friends (i write this one with my boyfriend). he’s an elf with green hair and an upbeat personality.

Angelo: i sometimes draw him and Javel together because it’s my boyfriend’s character in this story. he has purple hair.

Isaac: another character made by a friend in this story! he has grey hair and red glasses, also funky shirts.

Chester: also another character made by a friend in this story. he has wings but i try to avoid drawing them cause im lazy.

Tic-Tac: a robot character for a story my dnd group is making. hes like your stereotypical adhd hacker character and an adrenaline junky. goes by the alias SL1M3 online.

Ethan: Tic-Tac’s roommate! works as a bodyguard and bounty hunter and is WAY COOLER. tends to wear a teal beanie and orange and black jacket. goes by the alias Ace.

Nox: also part of a story with my dnd group. lives in a fantasy-apocalypse world and pretty much plays by bloodborne rules. gas mask.

Synth: technically just my minecraft skin. tv head because i thought it was cute. he lives in a pc because i built one. which took forever.

Keith: a chemist and astronaut! has mid length green hair (i like green.) and wears nicer suits and turtlenecks.

Anthony: yet another friend universe character. hes canonically getting some monster dick. while being a dick.

Ambro: my monster hunter character! hes got red hair and a beard. hes a hammer main, i refuse to learn any other weapon.

Josh: more. friend. universe. characters. hes seen The Horrors. hes got a dead mom. hes bisexual. tends to wear a hat, sunglasses, and has a neck tattoo.

Carneus: culty bastard. i made him to fuck a friend’s oc. we do what we gotta do brothers. he has an eyepatch and a stick up his ass thats it.

Zelos: one of my bg3 characters! lolth-sworn drow sorcerer who looks fancy but acts like a little freakazoid.

Para: another one of my bg3 characters, a half elf druid that’s design is parrot inspired.

Garfield: im 90% sure bg3 is lame atp but i haven’t been able to play actual dnd in forever so shhh. anyways hes a tiefling warlock.

Jameson: a very old character of mine that’s changed a lot with me. he has a spider motif with his eyes.

Ray: part of a futuristic dystopian world im making with my friends! he’s a cyborg.

I’ll add too this as I go and of course there are some characters that I didn’t put since I’ll probably only draw them once for a friend!

most of what I draw is inspired by my writing, it’s more of a secondary hobby to that. but i want to track my progress and have a place to put this stuff.

One-Shot, 815 Words Star Wars AU

(( Not my best writing, but I’ve had pretty bad writer’s block lately so I’m just glad to have something down ^^” ))

Warnings: Swearing, Arguing Characters: Chase Brody, Jackieboy Man, Jameson Jackson, Dr. Schneeplestein

“What’s got his pants in a twist?” The Chiss—Jackie—followed the retreating Marvin with his eyes. Marvin’s hands were curled into tight fists, gait stiff, with a protective arm around Sami’s shoulders as he practically dragged them along. “Not like strangers or something?”

Chase shook his head. “I told him you’d be here… No. No, he’s taken your—both of your—current ah…residence, on my ship personally. He really ain’t fond’a Imps—” a sharp look at Jameson, “—or Rebels,” his eyes shifted to Jackie.

Jackie huffed as his brows scrunched. “Okay, the war ended years ago? And I get why he wouldn’t be happy about Jackson, but me?”

Chase had to resist the urge to curl his lip in a snarl. “Buddy, you’re actin’ like Rebels could do no wrong. Not my place to tell their story, but he’s got a right to hate both of you. Both sides are gonna be fucked up in any war, no matter how ‘good’ they claim to be or think they are.”

“Our morals are being questioned by a smuggler as if he is any better.” Jameson shook his head. Chase could see the Human thinking—literally. Something on his AJ^6 lit up and blinked a few times. The Bothan could only roll his eyes at whatever calculations the man might be running.

“Says the dud who’s on parole for all the crap you did during the war?” God, he couldn’t wait to get those two off his ship. “Keep it up and I’ll up my price to get you to your senators or whoever it was. You’re on my ship and those Mandos are my friends. Not you.”

“We want this ‘partnership’ over with just as much as you do.” Jackie leaned back in his sea. “But we’re stuck together for now—”

“Well I mean. The airlock is always an option?”

“—and you’ll be paid to smuggle us onto the next planet under that gang’s nose. Just deal with us a little longer?”

The Bothan huffed, but what other choice did he have? These men were data couriers for powerful people regardless of how…how insufferable the two could be. At least he was getting paid for it.

“Fine. Whatever. But can I ask ya to at least name your droid? I don’t like callin ‘em by serial numbers or models.”

Jameson blinked slowly while his (however unwilling) companion arched a brow. “It’s a droid,” the Human finally said. “Why would it need a name?”

“Cause he wants one?”

“He…wants one?”

Jackie scratched the back of his head. “You’ve gotta be making this up. Droids can’t want stuff, can they?”

“He told Beeper,” Chase nodded to his astromech that was connected to the ship’s main console, piloting while he was turned away, “and I agree. Every droid should have a name.”

Jackie pinched the bridge of his nose. “Even if that’s so, it’s not even our droid to name. It was lent to us ‘cause it has a portion of the data we need to deliver. Soon as that’s done we’re returning it to its owner.”

“While you’re on my ship, he’s gonna have a name.” Chase stomped his foot right then and there, boot clinking over the metal floor. “If you’re not gonna name him, I will. What’s his serial number?”

“Ah. SN-334, Sir.”

Chase’s fur stood on end when the droid spoke from behind him. If it was possible for a droid to look nervous, this one certainly did. “Chase, not Sir,” he corrected. “And…what can we do with that number, eh? SN-334…” He said it aloud a few times, tried combining sounds. As Basic wasn’t his first language, his tongue slipped on the first letters, but he…actually kind of liked the sound of it.

Huh.

“How ‘bout ‘Schneep’?”

The medical droid definitely perked up at that. Chase did the closest thing he could to a grin (it’s admittedly pretty difficult with a snout) and patted the droid on the arm.

“What do ya say? ‘Schneep.’ I like it. Seems he does, too!”

Jackie actually chuckled. That might have been the first time he’d smiled, let alone laughed, since Chase had been hired to transport them. “Schneep, huh. Yeah, guess we could call it that. …Y’know, I think it fits. Who’d have thought? Jackson?”

“I am not even permitted near the droid. I have no reason to speak to it, nor use a name for it. Call it what you want.” Jameson’s vocoder clicked as he finished speaking and crossed his arms. Well. Guess that’s the end of any conversation with him, Chase thought as his nose scrunched.

“Schneep it is, then?” He looked to the droid, who was nodding. God, he wished they could make expressions. Chase so wanted to see the huge grin he could just imagine the droid making right then. “Heh, Schneep it is. I like it.”

important note:    i currently have very minimal comic knowledge for scorpion, and will primarily be insomniac-based.    that being said, i am still a bit divergent from insomniac’s canon, and have taken Many liberties with scorpion’s characterization as a whole — i’ve taken this character hostage and he’s mine now.

macdonald “mac” gargan was simply an alias used by dallas while working for jameson and is not at all his real name, he has used many aliases over the years, this is just one more being added to the pile.    the papers included this alias in their publishings about him, and so it is possible that others may refer to him by this name, and he’ll answer to it, but he’ll probably wrinkle his nose at it too.

jameson bankrolled the whole thing (somehow, lol) but the actual experiments were carried out by norman osborn/oscorp in an effort to further norman’s genetics research, and in exchange for denial of oscorp’s involvement/silence from anyone that was part of the project. note:    this is canon with taurus’ norman (@gr-27​) and will in turn be the only norman referred to should he come up in posts/threads.

these experiments involved splicing dallas’ dna with that of a scorpion’s, in turn making him stronger, faster, and all around pretty fucking hard to kill. note:    my scorpion IS stronger and faster than spider-man, like in his original canon, but of course still capable of being defeated.    however, due to the artificial way in which the dna was introduced to his body, dallas’ own dna has become somewhat unstable, and the suit he wears stabilizes it.    when not wearing the suit he is easily fatigued, incredibly ill, and slowly dying.

the cyborg tail (affectionately named ‘maryanne’) is physically attached to dallas at the base of his spine but can be removed for repair or whenever his ass gets thrown in jail.    should his tail be removed improperly the pain is akin to having a limb torn off.    in addition to this, the tail is roughly five feet long, but capable of extending up to ten feet in length, barb not included, which adds about another foot.

his suit and tail are not green.    here is a visual reference for the coloration.    also he doesn’t have???    three fingers???    insomniac has unfortunately stopped taking my calls on this matter smh my head.

the literal nightmare fuel that is the hallucinogenic neurotoxin is actually 10/10 though and does not need changing at all lol.

okay this part is gonna get a little ranty ngl but i just think insomniac failed hard with scorp’s motivations.    he doesn’t give a shit about his record or any debts he may have, he cares about not dying and putting j. jonah jameson six feet under.    i’m still obsessed with insomniac saying scorp keeps suing jameson over what happened to him, it’s hilarious and surprisingly realistic and shows that he’s capable of like, rational thoughts still lmao.    he still has principles, they’re just a little different, he’s just built different.

speaking of jameson, that man has told so many lies about scorp that most of dallas’ rage isn’t even over what happened and the fact that he’s Literally dying, he’s just pretty fuckin’ pissed over having his name dragged through the mud and have his character Before becoming scorpion brought into question.

because of the scorpion dna dallas’ weird shit is cranked up to an 11:    basically nocturnal unless needed to be awake during the day for whatever reasons, sleeps in small spaces (like a bathtub) in a nest/cocoon of blankets and pillows, will hiss at anyone and anything, is not afraid to eat a bug and will happily do so, has heightened senses (primarily hearing and smell, he can hear someone cough from blocks away and peppermint gives him a headache), and is just overall kind of... Odd.    he’s The Weird One(tm) of the six lmao.

Ok watching the Snyder Cut again but this time with notes!

Kids today will never know the struggle of buying a movie only to realize that it’s the full screen version instead of the widescreen version.
