Bruce finally decided it’s time to reveal his identity to Superman and Wonder Woman, so he takes off his mask…and is met with two blank faces. Zero recognition.

Like, Bruce Wayne is in that celebrity category of being famous for being rich and famous and also as a local celebrity, so I like to imagine that outside of Gotham, if you’re not that into celebrity culture, you probably wouldn’t recognize him walking down the street. And yeah, Clark’s a journalist, but the celebrity stuff and charity fluff pieces aren’t really his area and Diana’s never really understood the fascination with celebrities. So yeah, they don’t recognize their coworker sans makeup and expensive clothes, with helmet hair, looking like he hasn’t slept in 48 hours.

So now Bruce has to sit there, trying to figure out the least dickish way to say “don’t you know who I am?” bc he’s just not used to the lack of reaction. So he finally stumbles out with, “do you not recognize me?”

And Clark is feeling the awkwardness now but trying to be polite, “I’m so sorry, have we met as civilians before?”

“N-no, that’s—that’s not what I meant.”

Diana, trying to be helpful, “oh, are you some kind of celebrity?”

“Uh, yeah. Yeah, I am.”

“Oh,” Diana is excited now, “are you one of those influencers I’ve heard of?”

Bruce thinks a little part of him just died inside. “No, no. I’m…no.”

He’s trying so hard to think of the best way to explain that’s he’s famous for being rich, stupid, and having his parents killed traumatically in front of him but without sounding like that guy, like he’s trying to brag to his coworkers bc he’s not, he’s just used to bigger reactions, okay?

But now Diana and Clark are staring at him all politely and earnestly, wanting to learn about their teammate, meanwhile Bruce is trying to shrink into himself like a turtle bc he’s feeling super embarrassed and he would have played this whole thing differently if he’d known this is how it was going to go

Steve walking around with a hair tie on his wrist all the time. He has no use for it and Robin doesn’t either since she cut her hair, but he’s picked up on the fact that 99% of the time Eddie doesn’t have one so he knows sooner or later, he’ll end up handing it over and replacing it with a new one on his wrist the next time he leaves his house

Eddie has the neurodivergent thing where one minute he’s fine with his hair down but then when he gets stressed and overstimulated suddenly all it’s going to take to push him over the edge into a sensory overload meltdown is one more piece of hair touching his neck at the wrong moment. But he also forgets to bring hair ties and even when he remembers, he can’t find where he left them and even when he can, he hates the feel of them squeezing his wrist all day so they don’t last that long there

It takes a while before Eddie even realizes that Steve’s specifically stocking them for him. At first, Steve just holds them out when Eddie gets overwhelmed to the point of holding his hair off his neck with both hands because he once again doesn’t have anything to tie it up with. And at first Eddie just figures Steve has them lying around from the girls he hooks up with or something, but he doesn’t really think about it much. It isn’t until Eddie’s stressed instinct is to turn to Steve and find him already holding a hair tie out like he can somehow sense that he’s going to need it that Eddie starts to question why he always has one, no matter how many Eddie takes and wears once before losing them to the void in his van or locker or bedroom never to be seen again

#It starts platonically as a Steve likes to play he caretaker role to his friends in little ways to show he cares but it doesn’t necessarily #stay that way #Also I’m 100% Eddie going through several hairstyles a day and having people able to tell how stressed I am and how sensory overloaded I am #by what my hair is doing #A new person at work picked up on it ON DAY 2 AT WORK and now she’s like wow you must not be that stressed rn your hair’s down #Eddie Munson #Steve Harrington #Steddie #Stranger Things #ST4 #Mine

Literally where was the fancy masquerade ball wyllstarion quest line in bg3???

The party has to infiltrate a fancy ball for plot reasons and Wyll and Astarion are the only two in the group with any relevant high society experience and therefore have the lowest chance of getting found out and caught.

They show up as a couple dressed incredibly glamorously and Astarion manages to pick pocket everyone in the room while being stared at the whole night because wow he and Wyll really do look Good together. Astarion isn’t the best dancer but Wyll expertly leads him through a few waltzes.

Astarion is dressed too slinky to hide the loot on himself so he slips it all into Wyll’s jacket under the guise of cuddling up close to him as they dance. Wyll minds this a lot less than he anticipated.

Finally the event ends and they make it out unscathed and the rest of the group meets up with them in a nearby alley. They walk up to Astarion with his hands up Wyll’s shirt and they’re all like OHHHHH??? 👀 and Astarion pulls out all the jewlery he nabbed like relax you heathens.

It’s one of their most successful heists. As they’re heading back to camp, Astarion kisses Wyll very sweetly as thanks for a fun night out 🩸🗡️
