Welt only relaxed around you, once he made sure you weren't hostile or violent. Then, like most kids he seems to randomly stumble upon, he decided to take you under his wing as well, in hopes of making you do good for the world instead of destroying it. Some tried arguing against his decision on this, but he is too stubborn to be swayed rom it. If he believes you can do good, then you will.

With that said, your Herrscher identity is kept a secret from the general public and only very few and selected people know of it. He wants to give you a chance at a normal childhood, perhaps out of guilt for the few Herrscher children and teens who couldn't do the same.

You are therefore treated as a child, something that definitely tires out the older man at times, who has a hard time keeping up with you. You however have made his life brighter and more lively in many ways, which he appreciates more than you'll ever know. That made him spoil you very often with anything you want. He knows it's probably not a good idea, but he just can't help himself. Welt is also very mindful of educating you well and keeping track of your manners. He won't ever scold you too harshly for mistakes, and instead will simply take mistakes as teaching moments with you. Even when you get bored of his lectures easily.

You will never see the brutality of a battlefield either. He absolutely refuses to put you in danger, even if you were strong enough to take care of yourself. He'll protect you and the rest of the world with his life and makes sure you never forget that. He'll always be there for you when you need him.

《Otto Apocalypse》

The chances of you having been essentially kidnapped against your will the moment you awoke as a Herrscher are pretty high. You're scared and confused, but don't worry, Otto is a good guy. Or at least, that's what he tells you. Being so young and naive certainly makes things easier for the man, who's only interest really lies in seeing your abilities potential for his holy cause.

But alas, whilst attempting to brainwash you in believing in whatever he tells you to, he finds himself slowly but surely harboring a soft spot for you. One he stays ignorantly and blissfully unaware of out of fear of becoming too attached. Yet it happens anyways and you take notice in the way he begins to change over time.

He doesn't outright ever conduct experiments on you, or at least not painful ones. Those seem to become more similar to long talking sessions, until he eventually just keeps you at his side as a little "asssisstant". He argues that it's to keep an eye on you easier, but it's fooling no one. Otto also has a habit to spoil you with whatever you want, whenever you did well on a task or test he had set up for you.

Whether or not he sets you out to fight against his enemies is really up to his mood and the circumstance at hand. It's really rare however and often times he just let's you stay next to him, so you can "watch and learn". In reality, you have just become too valuable for him to lose, but that's something he won't ever admit.

He trusts you. Over the course of your friendship, he built an unforgettable bond with you, one that was meant to last forever– and, really, it could've. It should've, he's not gullible, nor is he naive. He hardly trusts anybody, so you're a rare case— perhaps you're his final and lucky case where he can have somebody else sit with them, shoulder to shoulder, and no mask would have to be up. You're his best friend; you're his lover. You're the shoulder he can lean on, sleep on, lay on, cry on, and that's something that he hasn't had for several years.

Towards the start of your friendship, he didn't exactly see you as a friend, you were more of an acquaintance than anything. You were almost set to be treated by him the same way that he'd treat anybody else. He kept you at arms length, he kept his distance for a while.

Yet, you began to close that distance. You began to slither past his arm, growing closer to him. You were willing, and that's absolutely why you both should've been a lifetime bond.

But now you're being rushed to the emergency room— a head injury, something severe. You're unconscious, terribly injured from the fall, but you're lucky to be alive. He's lucky to have you alive, but now he waits. He waits, waits, and waits for his only trust, his only other shoulder, his only love, and he hopes that you can wake up soon.

You eventually and successfully did. You were in a coma for about a week, but you've finally opened your eyes. You're awake— you're alive! By the Archons and Aeons, that's all that matters to him.

“W– Where am I?” You mutter, eyes finally fluttering with consciousness. Typical question, probably always asked. He watches the doctors explain everything to you.

He watches your eyes as they flicker from one person to the next. One doctor, another, the last one— then to him. A smile nearly graces his face, but your eyes are taken back to begin the cycle again. That doctor to the next, then to that one doctor, then on him, and rinse and repeat. You glance at him as he stares at you, and it's as if he was just one extra person in the room, just one other doctor— out of uniform, though. As if you were saved by him, too, under his care, but your glances are as distant as they are for the other doctors.

Your gaze is unrecognizable. His is the same as ever.

“Who are... You guys?” You ask. ‘Who are you?’ is and would've been fine as long as you looked at somebody that wasn't him, but he's not gullible; he's not naive, and that's the thing. He immediately realizes that you don't recognize him.

He says your name without thinking.

“Do you...” He hesitates, but pursues. “Do you remember me?”

“No, sorry? Have we met before?” The words are fluent, so you didn't hesitate—

—so you don't remember him.

“Amnesia?” One of the doctors mutters, and that's when he realizes that it's all over for him.

He doesn't have another shoulder. He doesn't have a best friend. He doesn't have a lover.

He doesn't have you anymore.

He looks at you, and you look at him. Your eyes are finally fixed onto each other, but you're so distant, so far away from him now. You're both in the same room, but an unavoidable and terrifying distance is built between you two.

“What's your name, then?” You still ask.

The distance shortens. Are you still willing?

“You seem... really upset that I can't remember you. Maybe if you tell me your name, I can remember you?”

Are you really still willing?

He says his name.

“That's a nice name. Sorry, I can't remember, but I'll try.”

“You're willing?” He blurts.

“Of course.” You half-smile.

A sad grin grows on his face. He still loves you— he can feel it deep down inside. You don't remember him. You probably don't even remember any of those special memories you two created that had made the both of you the duo you were, but a smile still adorns his face regardless. You're alive.

And you're still willing.

And, because of that, your bond could last a lifetime.

He considered the day of your "birth" to be the second best one of his life. The first one was meeting Kallen, of course, but your existence finally coming to life after so many endless years of hard research and experimenting almost beat it. But only almost.

For a while, he didn't really see you as a person. Sure you were technically his child now, but ultimately, you were really just created to follow in your "mothers" footsteps and make him proud! From the moment you can speak and walk, you are put through extensive training and schooling. He makes sure to let you know perfectly that this is all for your greater good and that you are very much expected to follow everything he says.

He sometimes conducts experiments on you as well, not necessarily any harmful ones, but rather one's that challenge your strength or intelligence. Failing his tests makes him irritated, although he hides it well behind strain smiles and rather rough pats to your head, as he tells you to do better next time. You've certainly taught him patience, that's for sure.

With that said, he loves ranting to you about literally anything that comes to mind. It doesn't matter that you are still a child or that you don't even understand anything he says. He will simply talk for hours on end and expect you to be listening. In a way, he thinks that you're the only person who can understand him. You are his child after all.

Theresa is less excited about hearing of your existence and Otto knows this, which is why he hides you very well from most, if not all, Valkyries. The last thing he wants is for anyone to get their hands on you or hurt you for that matter. Perhaps you've really grown on him more than just a perfect experiment after all.

Bit rest assured, that you will be spoiled greatly, especially if you do have some of Kallen's personality traits. He spares no expenses, as his only request is for you to never leave his side like everyone else did.

okay, we all know about SAGAU and its different hundred of aus (not complaining tho, some are chef kiss out there) but like I've been interested in Honkai Star Rail self-aware AU– like i know it's been out for a while but the SAGAU concept is even better when it comes to HSR because of it sheer size and potential.

(not saying Genshin SAGAU aren't good tho.)

It just that I've been having this brainrot and I just need to get it out.

Imagine in SAHSR (yk, self-aware honkai star rail), we got an OC (or reader, if you're more comfortable with that– i refuse to use Y/N, just no) that is an Aeon.

Nothing shocking but lets turn that up a bit by making the OC (or Reader) the oldest yet an unknown Aeon since they went into hiding, but still kept watch of the galaxies. People know little to nothing about OC other than their loyal followers– like, even some of the newer Aeons know nothing about us (or Reader).

My brain rot came up with the Aeon of Mortality. Kinda like an emphasization that we (the Aeon) was here before most of the living being in the galaxies (hence the 'creator' thingy).

Or Aeon of Origin would be a good one too since theres Terminus, the Aeon of Finality.

(kinda like a direct reference to Kiana and Mei, hehe.) But im leaning more towards Aeon of Mortality.

Heck, yk how the Imaginary element embodies the light of lives? yeh, spin that point to how when OC(or Reader), the Aeon of Mortality came into existence, which created the Imaginary element. hell, maybe even drag the Quantum element in too bcs mortality also embodies the aspect of death.

some of the faction/group names i came up with are [Freedom-willed Sworn], [Home of the Epheremeal] and [Anti-Entropy].

not gonna explain the meaning of all of that, but they all gotta do with mortality, freedom, freewill, the will to choose and live, etc.

now thats out of the way, lets get to the fun part!

OC (or Reader) is the Aeon that watches over the Trailblazers (like, us players) and latches onto the Astral Express because they used to be besties with Akilivi ( D: ). Stelle/Caelus have no idea how they got a whole Aeon to get attached to them but they aren't complaining!

(we are also the one enabling the two's trash-loving behavior lmao)

the Astral Express also has no idea why an Aeon, the oldest one (and one they know nothing about) decided to ride along with them. Himeko got used to our presence as we appeared when she repaired the train.

March is confused but happy, Dan Heng is cautious but tolerant and Welt is skeptical but lenient. But slowly, they get used to our presence and might even start liking our help and support!

Asta and Arlan are surprised to know that the oldest Aeon known is constantly watching over them. They've never met an Aeon that interact so close! Herta might have a whole aneurysm wanting to learn anything about us.

Screwllum and Ruan Mei would try to stop her but even they could not hide their curiosity about the oldest Aeon.

The Stellaron Hunters are surprised by our appearance as it was not written or foretold in Elio's script. Kafka is amused by the outcome, also a bit delighted to know that the Aeon (or Reader) was watching over them.

Going to Jarilo-IV! Surprise, surprise! Theres someone in Belobog who is a [Freedom-willed Sworn]! who is it? it can be whoever you might think it is!

The Jarilo-IV gang would be shocked to know that an Aeon was traveling alongside the Astral Express and was currently watching over them.

Some of them would be shy and awkward for knowing that, especially Bronya and Gepard. Some would be apprehensive, like Seele and Svarog. And some would be delighted! Aka, Sampo, Serval and Luka! Even Clara and Hook are happy to have us here.

Next station, the Xianzhou Luofu! right from the start, every kind of words gets out when they find out that the Aeon of Mortality is with the Astral Express. Xianzhou Luofu are skeptical of us, since they do not know of our standing, especially when it comes to the Plague Author (Yaoshi.)

not to mention OC/Reader is the Aeon of Mortality and little is known about us so they might think that our path is aligned with Yaoshi. (which doesnt, honestly.)

Jing Yuan would be suspicious of us but he would hide it well, Fu Xuan would be discontent since the future she saw did not include us, Yanqing have his own opinion but he'd follow Jing Yuan's belief, Sushang would be fascinated and Luocha would be surprised at our reveal.

Tingyun (or Phantylia) would be intrigued at our sudden appearance, Yukong is the same as Jing Yuan (just that she doesn't hide it) and Qingque wouldn't really care.

but once the Xianzhou Luofu quest is over and the gang understands that OC/Reader is not aligned with Yaoshi, they start warming up to us! while Xianzhou Luofu is devoted to Lan the Hunt in their pursue to eradicate Yaoshi, they wouldn't oppose the help of the oldest Aeon!

also, our relationship with some of the Aeons? Aeon OC/Reader constantly gives Qlipoth headaches and they would get worried about us since we do all kinds of shits ehehe.

Aeon OC/Reader constantly annoys Lan (affectionately) and Nanook whenever they get the chance.

OC/Reader are besties with Xipe (goes on a date all the time) and IX (bcs its hilarious). Likes to go sightseeing with Fuli and constantly argue with Aha lmao.

p.s. im hesitant to include the notion of 'Reader' as im not used to using that title but i think most people are more comfortable with that. i, however, will not use Y/N.
