Context: A friend gave you some of his weed and you decided to use it as an ingredient for brownies just for you and made non-weed brownies to share, but someone accidentally took your personal brownies and ate them.

That night there were reports of, in the words of the alleged victims, a "crazy drunk" dressed as a miner trying to attack people near the mine where previously the incident of the explosion and murder of miners working for the Hanniger Mining Company had occurred.

The next day after the reports, one of your friends called you to tell you that Tom was in the hospital for cannabis intoxication according to the doctors after someone found him near his house passed out and in his underwear.

You call Daniel to eat what you had prepared, he tells you that he doesn't need to eat, but at least he can taste it, he takes a piece of your brownies that you showed him, while he watches some of his bees land on the brownie and walk on its surface while Daniel makes sounds as if he is thinking and murmurs some about that piece [*], the bees leave and Daniel takes a bite of the brownie - mh, It's the second sweetest thing I've ever tasted in my life - he says, you thought that you put too much sugar in your brownies and you felt very discouraged thinking that but also surprised that there is something sweeter than that, so you asked him what was the sweetest thing he had ever tasted before, he walks towards you leaving a short space between you almost threatening your intimate space - You - he says as he tilts your head up with his hook, before you protest he gives you a kiss on the lips.

You and Daniel spent some time together eating the brownies you had prepared until you started to get sleepy. You thought the weed was having a good relaxing effect on you until something caught your attention, Daniel was the one who ate your "special brownies" and you ate the "non-special brownies", now you have more "doubts" about the spirits.

I love how this drawing turned out, although I hate to have taken so long, usually it would take me 1 or 2 days, this one took me 13 days!

I think a lot of people forget why a character like Micah exists - aside from aiding the plot.

Micah is a guide (of sorts) for you to see what a "bad man" really is, to help you understand why Arthur does what he does and to show you that there's actual thought and morals behind his actions.

Micah, on the other hand, kills because he wants to and for stupid reasons. He is a malicious, mocking, hurtful, and sadistic man who cares very little for anybody but himself. He's a misogynist, racist, and frankly irredeemably evil.

As much as Micah was able to manipulate Dutch, Arthur could see right through him. Ultimately causing a rift between Dutch and Arthur, which is exactly what Micah wanted.

Micah was made for you to see the differences between "good" and "bad" people.

Characters like Sean, Lenny, Charles, all "good" people who have done "bad" just like the rest of the gang, including Arthur. I think the reason that people are quick to say that Arthur was "a bad person until he got tb" is because we see his experiences first hand (plus player choices) and not much of the other "good" gang members' "bad" actions. That and his motives and his background is sometimes misunderstood by players.

Arthur is a "good man", "a saint", "an angel", "a blessing" to some and a "bad", "evil", "cruel" man to others.

Playing as Arthur means getting to understand his internal conflicts and his desire to be a better person, something Micah had no intentions of being.

what makes you ship halbarry, mine is the amount of symbolism and moments they manifest about them being compatible with each other and even the main lore knows theybare one😭😭

sometimes I wonder why these two aren't together yet since they are basically soulmates 😭😭

This is probably the question I have been waiting for the most and for which I have to have the longest possible answer. I will try not to go too far, but I will also try not to miss any points that I consider important.

I think I can start by saying that I love their dynamic, I've always liked it. To start Barry is a more serious guy, shy and introverted, always thinking about some situation and planning. And Hal is more outgoing, noisy and confident, he NEVER plans and is too impulsive.

They are opposing poles, not radically opposed as with other characters in the league, but they remain opposing enough to provide contrast to the relationship. There's also the fact that the two of them are fully aware of those differences, and even though they don't like some at all, they've never tried to change anything between them. Even when people constantly point out how different they are and how no one understands how they are friends. (Even they can't understand how they're so close if they don't resemble each other at all)

(Personally this panel is one of my favorites, as I love how Hal immediately jumps up to Barry's tastes, making it clear that while he doesn't like to do the same things Barry does, he doesn't find it as bad or boring as some might think.)

In general, the series of “The brave and the bold” I like because it allows you to take a close look at their relationship and give us lots of interactions of them, allows us to see a little more of their real character and their friendship.

There is also the fact that in that series they constantly show how well they know each other Hal and Barry manage to combine their skills to help each other. They always take advantage of each other's ability to resolve conflicts, and even when they fight or argue, they resolve them quickly. Another of my favorite numbers is the last volume of the series, when Barry falls into a terrible and painful depression and Hal is the only one who supports him.

Literally Hal tries to have some stability in his life to let Barry stay with him, helps him like Barry has always helped him and says one of the phrases I love the most.

“The poor man needs something to hold on to, so he will stay with me, maybe our friendship will be a comfort to him, he will always be able to count on that until the day we die.”

In this same comic is where Barry tries to sacrifice himself and Hal stops him, to that I add that in a previous issue we also show that one of Hal's biggest fears is losing Barry. The thought of seeing him die or get hurt is something that scares him.

Hal's not afraid to die, he's afraid that Barry will die and it's his fault, that I can't save him. And that point added to everything that's going on with Parallax and Crisis on Infinite Earths feels like a stab for both of them.

It's fucking tragic.

Generally in many moments of Hal as Parallax or The Wraith, Hal talks about Barry, continues to talk about how amazing he was as a person and a hero, talks about how he remains his best friend even though Barry is still dead. (That reminds me a lot of when I'm with my friends and some of them start talking about their boyfriends even though they're not there and we didn't talk about them originally)

And when they both revive, Barry constantly lets him know that everything that happened with Parallax wasn't him and tries to support him, try to be there for him for as long as he couldn't help him when his friend needed him the most.

We also have the fact that Barry has canonically been a blue lantern, and well, hope and willpower isn't exactly two opposing poles, on the contrary, it's likely that both entities are reciprocal forces. That they stick together and support each other, just like Hal and Barry do.

I also like to think that they had a somewhat similar childhood.

Both lost a father or mother, and that led to the loss of the rest of their family and childhood, they had to grow up faster than the other children, became more independent, and soon discovered that the world was cruel and unjust.

Although we also have other universes like:

The universe of Injustice where the two of them continue to support each other and remain together despite the mess that is around them, and there is even a panel where Hal as a yellow lantern is going to rescue Barry after Constantine abducted him.

Or we also have the fact that red and green in the chromatic circle are two opposite or complementary colors that are usually used when you want to create a harmony on a visual level. That is, from the choice of colors we can know perfectly well that they are opposite poles, but they complement each other so well that it creates a visual harmony when you see them together. (For some reason Christmas usually uses these two colors as its main ones).

There's also the fact that Hal and Barry met before the league was formed, and even when they met Batman and Superman, Hal wanted him and Barry to work it out on their own. (Barry refused because someone has to put prudence on their duo)

And we have the fact that in the story of how they met, Hal calls it his “first date”. (Let's pretend he didn't say that when he and Barry weren't literally on what looked like a date, where they went to dinner at a restaurant where there was live jazz music and Hal actually had a good time sitting on Barry's cell phone).

(Hal hates jazz, but he's still there with Barry at a dinner party while putting up with music he doesn't really like. That's pretty.)

I think it was also in this comic where Hal lets Barry use his ring to get you both out of there.

There's also universe 36 where we have two variants of Green Lantern and Flash that canonically speaking are couple. It is worth remembering that the two of them did not stay together, since in an event they participated in, the Flash of their universe dies. (It seems there can't be a crisis without a sprinter dying) Luckily at DC Pride they made the green lantern of their land look for their Flash, and they revived and were happy.

(They're supposed to be neither Hal nor Barry, but the truth, their designs and even their names feel like very inspired by them, so I scored it as a little extra point although I don't know if you can consider it).

We have DC vampires that although in that universe, Hal kills Barry because they won't let him turn him into a vampire because he would end up killing everybody. Hal finally gives us that line where he admits that he REALLY wanted to conquer the world with Barry, which kind of fuels his tragic gay romance.

Anyway, I would like to go longer, but I can't find some panels that I was looking for to explain me more, plus I feel that this is already long enough and meaningless to make it clear that I love them both. I just want to add that I think probably the thing I like most about them is that they both admire each other. Both their heroic parts and their civilian parts, and I think that's very sweet and nice, added to the fact that they're always there trying to support each other or show off parts of their personality that you can't appreciate with all their friends to the same extent. I like that they always have symbolism and like many times in the comics it refers to some moments that they have lived together. This makes me have the theory in my head that maybe some cartoonists and writers also like them in a sense beyond friendship, but since NOBODY dares to take the leap of faith and make them canon, they let us drop some crumbs so as not to lose faith.

SandRay is just AkkAyan spelled differently

I've lost count of the number of rewatches I've done of The Eclipse since watching it six months ago for the very first time, but once Only Friends started airing I haven't done any rewatch, just because all my thoughts these past weeks have been obsessively about Sand and Ray

BUT yesterday I found myself watching it again after months and when I got to episode 11 it hit me: SandRay's dynamic when it comes to taking care of each other is the same as AkkAyan's but backwards.

Let me explain, I was watching this specific scene

And this thought came into my mind: "If in The Eclipse it's Khaotung's character that takes care of First's character, especially when it comes to emotional needs, in Only Friends it's actually the opposite with First's character taking care of Khaotung's character"

Since then I haven't been able to stop noticing all the ways Ayan and Sand mirror each other when caring for their partners

Ayan looked at Akk, and saw something extraordinary. He saw this beautiful broken boy, who was hurting so much and doing it all wrong, he saw him holding on to a very thin thread just on the verge of letting go. Ayan saw all the love Akk needed, and despite being very broken himself, he never ever let go of him.

Akk did bad things and said awful stuff and pushed Aye away time and time again, and still Aye stayed right were he was and held him up every time Akk hit the ground.

Showed him how despite all his flaws, all his mistakes, he was still someone worthy of love.

And so throughout their journey Ayan gave his heart and soul, took all the love he could muster and stood firm by Akk's side, no matter what.

Ayan made no excuses for Akk's behavior, held him accountable, called him out when he was doing something wrong and at the same time offered Akk all the support he needed to get out of that bad place because he knew how necessary it was to have a support system.

And isn't that exactly what Sand has been doing with Ray ever since he first saw him, left alone, drunk as hell, getting into his car without any concern for his life?

Just like Ayan, Sand has found this special fragile boy who needs lots and lots of love. And where Akk wanted acceptance and to be good for others, Ray only wants to be loved and to be someone's priority for once in his life.

Even the little things Sand does for Ray. And yes, we joke about Ray being Sand's spoiled princess, but before Sand came into Ray's life, did anyone ever treat him with this much care and affection? No.

Lighting up his cigarettes, cooking for him, helping him with his helmet, driving him around, changing his dirty clothes when Ray is too passed out to care, going after him no matter what Ray said or did, shaving him...

Yes, Sand is a natural caregiver and perhaps acts of service are his love language, but to me the point is that Sand is able to see the full potential Ray could reach.

Sand knows how precious he truly is; with patience and love and care, with someone by his side ready to fight the battle with him, someone who will not give up on him, Ray may one day be able to blossom into this wonderful person that he is capable of being.

Until that moment comes, Sand will be there for him like no one ever has before. Because Sand looks at Ray and sees someone worth fighting for, someone worthy of love.

And yes, I am aware that Ayan and Sand are very different characters, they are at different points and have different expectations when it comes to relationships.

Even the way they handle things when it comes to love is different: Ayan is very much open and ready and unafraid to communicate what he wants from Akk, while Sand is emotionally constipated, with his walls all up, still falling hard but refusing to admit it even to himself.

Yet the way Ayan and Sand care for their loved ones appears to me as the very same.

Was Ashnard an illegitimate son of the king?

(This post contain spoilers for FE9/10)

Ashnard; the "only" surviving member of Daein's royal family, as we progress through the game's story, we come to find out how his family was wiped out (almost) entirely, his involvement in this tragedy and his reasons for having committed such acts.

There is some information scattered across both games regarding Ashnard's position in the royal court prior to the downfall of his family that I feel are of importance understand his character better.

Our main sources of information will be the following:

- The base conversation with Tanith in chapter 18 (PoR)

- Ashnard and Bryce's conversation in the final chapter of PoR

-The final chapter of part 3 (RD)

The base conversation with Tanith explains what happened to the royal family 18 years prior to the mad king's war:

[Ike: "Nobles, you say? So the royal family fell victim to this plague as well?"

Tanith: "Yes. The reigning king and queen and some twenty or so princes and princesses fell ill. And everyone who fell ill perished." ]

Here, we learn that the king, his queen and ~20 princes and princesses died because of a "plague" (which was actually the curse of a blood pact)

There's other important information in the base conversation with Tanith, but I feel like it's important to mention that the way this information was treated in English localization and original Japanese script differs slightly.

English localization:

[Tanith: "You see, his name was never mentioned in any talk of succession before that time. He was of such a distant bloodline that he was unlikely to be king." ]

Japanese script:

[タニス: "そうだ。 だがそれまでは…

王位継承には名の挙がることがなかったほど、

王位には遠い存在だったようだ。"

tl: Tanith: "Indeed. But until then...his name had not ever come up in talk of succession; that was how far he was from the throne, it seems." ]

"Of such a distant bloodline" VS "that was how far he was from the throne"

Ashnard is consistently referred as the king's son across both games, which means that he can not be of "a distant bloodline". (probably an error on the translators part)

In the final chapter of PoR, when Ashnard reveals the truth behind the downfall his family, he admits to killing his father, brothers and his stepmother.

[Ashnard: "The thing that killed my father was not plague, nor was it another illness.  It was me."

Ashnard: "Oh, but it doesn't end there. There was my stepmother, too. And every brother who stood to be a legitimate heir...All of them died by my hand."]

Before I get to my point, let me list what do we know for facts:

- Ashnard is the king's son

- The queen of Daein died because of the blood pact (and thus, was killed by Ashnard)

- Ashnard killed his stepmother

- He killed around 20 princes and princesses (Note: the title of prince/princess is not exclusive to the king's children; it can also be used for his siblings/grandchildren)

- He killed "every brother who stood to be a legitimate heir"

- His name never came up in talks of succession

So, how does the king's son can end up so low in the succession line?

While not explicitly stated, it seems pretty obvious (to me) that the queen and Ashnard's stepmother are one and the same.

If Ashnard was born from an extramarital affair, it would explain why he was never seen as a potential heir to the throne, the queen's children and potential grandchildren would be prioritized over him.

And with over 20 princes and princesses in the family, it's not far-fetched to imagine that some of them were born out of wedlock.

With all of that in mind, let's take a look at these quotes:

[Almedha: "Ashnard, he… always worried about the future of a world without equals. He was born an outstanding man, wise beyond his age, yet could never become king."

Ashnard: "I question the way in which our society is designed. No matter what strength a person has, it is the station he is born into that controls his destiny. And you cannot control where you will be born. Do you believe that a person of low birth should simply endure the curse of his station?" ]

We can grasp why he became so enamored with the idea that "the strong should possess everything", because as an illegitimate son of the king, his chances of becoming king through legitimate/nonviolent means were probably close to zero. Physical strength was his only way obtain some sort of legitimacy. (for example, his name was well known in the army prior to his ascension to the throne)

TL;DR Although his father is indeed the king of Daein, many elements imply that Ashnard's mother is not the queen, making him an illegitimate son of the king.

Context: A friend gave you some of his weed and you decided to use it as an ingredient for brownies and you made some extras for your neighbor (Asa Emory).

You knew him mainly as the quietest and weird neighbor you had ever had in your life. There was not much interaction with him, but when he talked to you about his knowledge as an entomologist it was something incredible to listen to, thanks to him you understood several things about insects that can help you at some point in life.

Asa, even though he was not very sociable, seemed to be a very busy man, so you decided to prepare some brownies for him when he got home from his "work" taking advantage of the fact that you were going to make brownies with weed to share with friends who would come home to hang out.

It was just getting dark when your friends had arrived before your neighbor, they arrived with beer, snacks and everyone ate some of those brownies that you prepared for your friends, the weed still didn't affect you when your neighbor Asa arrived, you improved your appearance a little and went to bring the brownies that you prepared for him, it took him a while to open the door and greet you, you told your neighbor that you prepared too many brownies and you wanted to share them with him, you felt a little embarrassed when he took your brownies while he thanked you for your "kind gesture" so you looked down, part of his shoes and his pants had dark stains of dubious origin, you say bye and return with your friends.

One of your friends under the influence of weed says he just saw a human figure all in black, the rest of his friends think that he is so high up that he already sees things, and he himself accepts that while laughing, you thought you saw a black figure hanging around your house, you told your friends who also saw it and instead of being scared they were impressed because they were sharing hallucinations.

But as time passed, each time you stopped listening to your friends, you didn't take it seriously because in that state they must have already been sleeping, so you said that you were going to go get blankets and pillows so that they wouldn't catch a cold, in your half-awake state you stepped on something wet and red, you complained that the wine was not easy to remove and that they were going to pay you for everything they had stained with that wine, but no one had brought wine.

After complaining while you went to get blankets, you felt something pulling on your arm, you thought it was one of your friends wanting something, you felt how that "friend" hugged your waist and caressed your head while he clung to his chest, it felt so warm that you closed your eyes to enjoy the sensation, then you felt how your "friend" leaned over so that you could lie down on him a little, now it became a very comfortable situation that you even fell asleep without problem.

Your neighbor Asa not only got brownies that night, he also got a new pet.

Introducing Shinichi/Conan's pokemon team. His pokemons are very useful to help solving a case, in fact they were mostly used as a detective partners more than a Pokemon battle partners. They still can fight, but not as good as the other pokemons.

Cinderace (Scorbunny) was Shinichi's first ever pokemon. They both met since they were still little. This pokemon was a gift from Yukiko so they can play (mostly soccer) together. Sometime they play as detectives as well.

Herdier is Shinichi's second Pokemon. He got it from Yusaku when Shinichi is in his early detective era (middle school). His dad thought it would be a good idea to give shinichi a Pokemon that can sniff out some evidence

As for Meowth would be his third pokemon but also the first one to be caught by shinichi/Conan all by himself. He got Meowth when he was investigating a case as Conan. Meowth has a big curiosity over Conan as to why the pokemon kept following him. Conan takes the liking over Meowth and so they become partners. (Meowth is rarely inside his pokeball and mostly walk around with Conan)

All of them knows Conan's identity but they're very good at keeping it a secret from other pokemons. There's a few other pokemons out there that knows Conan's identity.

Drawing Headcanons request???

Hey, remember the nikto domestic Headcanons thing I did? Sooo I really want to draw more of it and I though it would be a fun idea if I drew request sent by you guys.

I've never done this kind of request before so I don't know how this is gonna work. But hey, let's give it a try.

Also! Just for now, I'll only accept request for the spetsnaz boys.

(Nikto, Rodion, Maxim, Dimitri).

The request thing is simple, just ask a Headcanon, an idea, an anything character x reader thing like you'll normally requests for written stuff and I'll will draw it! ✨✨✨

Who would say that?

Okay, today I was reviewing some Halbarry videos that I made in some free time and then I came across one specifically that I love the song, especially the verse that appears in the video.

"And I can simply tell you that you are the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my entire life."

I put it in because it really reminded me of them, but, when I sat down and started to think about who would think this about who, it was my big problem.

My first thought was "Barry."

Because one of my most personal headcanon (which isn't all that much of a headcanon when you think about it), is that Hal is one of the most attractive members on the league and that he may never do as well in popularity polls as Flash, Batman or Superman, but when it comes to beauty, the guy has won online polls. In short, Barry probably sees Hal as an Adonis.

But my second thought was "Hal", because I feel like even though Barry probably has a beauty that many might consider average and common, Hal thinks Barry is really gorgeous, and he probably wouldn't have any problem telling him directly "Hey buddy, I think you're really hot," but… Would Hal feel safe saying something so cheesy that it would show his crush?

I don't believe it

And now I'm in a dilemma where I don't know who could apply that verse to it.

So if anyone has any other point of view about my silly problem, I would really appreciate some other opinion.

Hi i'm so happy you asked

English AU came about when me and @farramint started bonding over how much we hated the comics and talked about how things might look if Roba was more competent.

English AU sprouts from the concept of what would happen if Simon let the brainwashing 'work' and started complying with Roba, to an extent, as his personal attack dog. Both as a way to get the torture to stop (so he would be healthy enough in the future to escape on his own, when the opportunity arose), and to stall Roba getting bored with Simon and killing him (as, in this AU, Roba had Sparks killed, leading Simon to realise his time is limited here, and dependent on that sadist's interest in him).

It's also a fun, morbid enough exploration on how low Simon will be forced to stoop while 'working' for Roba (murder, torture and such, yknow how it is), as well as the harassment, humiliation, and torture (of all kinds) he'd have to tolerate within the Zaragoza cartel. Things like forcefully being tattooed, mocked for the sexual assault and torture he'd been subjected to, and being referred to by 'English' as opposed to his actual name. I can see Roba subtly holding Simon's family hostage (to where they don't know they're in danger), and making sure Simon knows that any step too far out of line will lead to their harm. Gripped by the idea that the first time Simon hears his brother's, or mother's, voice in months is a conversation secretly recorded between one of them, and someone Roba had planted in Manchester in order to keep tabs on them.

It also lead to the idea of Roba, in all his arrogance, seeing a weakness in Las Almas following the upheaval within the cartel causing El Sin Nombre to rise to prominence. And this spurs him to try and expand operations. One thing leads to another, and Valeria convinces 'English' to help her against Roba, in exchange for his own freedom. Roba eventually dies, Valeria and Simon are violent girlbosses in arms, and Simon is coping sooo well after the torture nexus that he's just going to brutally hunt down the remaining Zaragoza cartel lieutenants while in this tenuous alliance with El Sin Nombre, who is also unsure how much to trust this man, as well as unsure if she wants to even let him go - Simon is very good at what he does, and in all honesty he knows too much about her identity. Also extremely to draw parallels between Valeria and Rudy, but if people want to read about that lmk because that's a separate post entirely.

And it makes sense for the 141 to eventually appear, maybe somewhat faithful to the plot of MW2, with the missiles and such <3. Except now there's some ulterior motives from Price, who might be aware of the MIA SAS serviceman who got tangled up in rumours of corruption and cartels. Leading to him trying to find Simon Riley and bring him back home with this sense of duty/honour to uphold, in the wake of higher-ups failing this man.

Simon then going from one master (Roba) to another (Valeria) to another (Price) is very fun to consider, as well. Valeria giving Simon more independence than Roba ever did, with shreds of respect to stop him from rankling under her thumb as badly (but still keeping Control, at the end of the day). Price is very much a man who knows how to utilise the men under him as Weapons, and while he respects his subordinates as people (versus Roba seeing Simon as a convenient attack dog he used to make kneel naked, arms behind his back, in a wire kennel for hours on end), Price ultimately values them by their individual abilities to keep the 'bad guys' afraid of their own shadows, and to 'save' the world.

This au has everything. Alejandro-Valeria bitter divorce, competent Roba horrors, Graves is there for some reason (he explodes in the tank again), Simon slaughter hashtag girl momen with a cunty silk buttonup a (with the buzzcut no less)(and houndcoding)(and corruption. but how much is merely just building off his sas conditioning), Price's vague sense of corruption but 'for the greater good', Soap and Gaz's horror at Simon's situation in a 'this very easily could've been us' way, and Gaz gets thrown out of another helicopter.

augh this became long, i hope it makes sense. The idea is ultimately that simon gets to go home, too, and tries to readjust to a 'normal' life, reuniting with Tommy and Sharon and Beth and Joseph. But I can see Price convincing him to return to the service (he knows a lifer when he sees one, and why waste a good soldier), potentially as a private contractor with the 141.
