#maybe it's the core idea itself that fucking annoys me

There's so little powerful ai villains, something like "I have no mouth" gained cult status just because there's really quite nothing with similar concept to compete with it. I feel like it just got lucky to take a place that was otherwise empty and was awaiting something like this in terms of idea with realisation being completely irrelevant.
I don't find it any good tho, and I mean at all. it was among the most disappointing pieces of media I've read, it's like an episode of a black mirror times ten (and I use this metric purely as an insult). I find its trending status frustrating and kinda wonder if those who claim to love it actually love the piece itself or just the vague idea of what it is about. Maybe it's just hard for me to believe that something I hated upon reading so much is actually genuinely loved for what it actually is.

ok yeah lots of memes about how the shitty new UI is literally a direct carbon copy of twitter and we hate it because of that, yea yea
here’s some actual/extra reasons why the UI itself is shitty beyond the fact that it’s stolen from twitter (in just my personal opinion)
it’s claustrophobic as hell. the old UI felt breathable, felt like you could scroll and actually look at your posts, and now there’s enough shit going on on one page that it actually gives me a headache. (i’ve heard other people say this as well, so maybe it’s not just me that’s overstimulated by all the fucking noise on the dash?)
the ‘dash sorting’ (for you / your tags / what you missed) is way too high up the page now and appears crowded against the top where things like the bookmarks bar are on most browsers. not that anything in this new UI isn’t crowded.
i’ve seen it mentioned plenty already, but there’s quite a lot of unnecessary duplication-- as in, the same buttons that exist in the new left navigation panel show up on the right in blog view, which is just completely annoying and unneeded clutter.
the fact that post interaction options are all on the right side of the posts, but dashboard navigation is now all pushed to the far left of display, is extremely annoying. i’m right-handed, so it’s extra annoying for me to have to constantly go all the way over there. maybe that’s easier for left-handed people, but if the case was supporting diversity, why not just put an option in dashboard preferences to switch the side of ALL the controls? because the post interactions are still on the right.
while we’re on the subject-- tumblr’s original design was actually MUCH more intuitive and easy to navigate. the reason for this is that everything you needed to click was in one small area. you scroll up and down the dash, move slightly up to navigate (home/asks/notifications) and slightly down to the side to interact with a post (reblog/reply). extremely simple, easy to use, even ‘lazy + addicting’, which is what all social media studio exes are supposed to want right now. changing the ui to actually be more work and more frustrating to navigate seems completely opposed to what their obvious business strategy should be.
tumblr’s original design was also much more breathable, with the small icons in the corner looking organized and not taking up much space, and lots of room for the posts themselves to be the main attraction.
there’s the fact that copying someone else’s brand entirely actually just puts you in a bigger, wider pool with much more competition, and makes you much more likely to immediately fall short of that and go bankrupt.
tumblr's original purpose was to be geared toward blogs, and these updates, along with the writing on the wall about blog themes being completely phased out soon, is completely against the original purpose. although sometimes website purposes change for the better, so take that as you will.
and finally the obvious point that you can tell from all the memes: this change is almost universally hated by the core tumblr userbase-- aka the site’s loyal consumers for years and years. driving out their main demographic seems like a very obvious, very quick way to lose a lot of fucking money. they also did this “carbon copy of twitter” update literally just a week after sitewide protest about the idea of this site being anything like twitter, so it feels like a massive Fuck You to literally all of the users. tumblr is rapidly approaching their trust thermocline, and show no sign of slowing down.
these are just my opinions about the ui, and i’m only one person. so feel free to add on other design flaws you think people should be aware of or able to mention! i will probably also be submitting this post as feedback to staff, and will be taking their surveys when i can as well.

Why I'm making Asylum.
(uncharacteristic dillweed salt post? yup.)
Ultimately, a project like this can't thrive off spite alone, not a regular amount of spite anyway.
No. No no, I've read more than enough to feel out that LO does not care about a thing she does. Not anything from her silly little stories to her worst of crimes that she'll hide as best she can.
A woman without passion or care for any subject that doesn't put her in a good light. I can recognise she has real trauma, she isnt EVIL TO THE CORE!!! But she's taken the route of weaponizing her trauma and lashing out at anyone who even tries to critique her, or even just any ol person she just wants to lash out at. Everything to her is a means to an end.
Poke-Madhouse, LO's pokemon fanfic fyi, not only shows signs of those very things, but it's got legitimate promise. It has potential. That Ralts/Cala arc is unironically one of the best things I've seen come from her, and the fact we could have shit as good as that or even BETTER throughout angers me more than anything as a content creator. as just regular ass dillweed that shits fucking funny lmfao
LO has ultimately poisoned all of her works by making it all about her real life. She's taken the general saying "write from your own experiences" so literally it ruins everything she makes.
Asylum isnt just a way to critique Madhouse and LO's writing style, it's kind of like a fun little competitive experience for me. How do I make Bonnie make sense? How can I rewrite these characters to better fit my style? How do I deal with G's annoying nothing snark and make it either fun or actually kind of cool? I know we're not far in at ALL yet but I have ideas for the series. Bonnie's getting fundamentally changed, from why she exists, to how she acts, to what's going to happen to her. I have some original ideas i can throw in to the mix. Expect a meaningful, reoccuring Gallade character, and every character I explicitly mention for Asylum is going to exist (they wont be brought up way TOO in advance (Syir.)). G will suffer, and get a real name fucking CHRIST. Believe me, I know what I want from Asylum.
I do understand that some people may or may not be happy with the fact that I'm even doing this in the first place (jesus wait until LO finds out about Asylum lmfao) but this is both fun and a way to cope for me. I'm having fun, I get to see how I stack up to Madhouse, and I get to peacefully take out my quiet rage for Madhouse. It's still a parody so expect me to directly reference some of what happens in the source material, but I hope to make you excited, proud, maybe even a little giggly. I dont know. As long as you like it, I'm happy.
I like seeing the best in people and in their works. To see a story I know can be amazing constantly fuck itself due to creators too stubborn to make something that doesn't have weird stupid traits astounds me.
Bonus points if Asylum gets recognized more away from my little circle. Also, would be big huge winner sauce if someone had a full compiled Madhouse archive. the Violate arc is GONE. Nowhere to be seen.

There are a lot of issues simply inherent to the Rwanda scheme, obviously, but the thing that annoys me most about it is the insistence from the government and its various proponents that it is effective, a position based entirely on them saying it’s effective.
They have to, of course, because if it wasn’t effective what would be the point of putting so much effort into it? But since it isn’t in effect, and hasn’t been in effect, any arguments on how it’ll help “Smash the people traffickers” or whatever are backed up by, well, what? Numbers you pulled out of thin air? Wishful thinking? A dream you had?
Which makes it annoying to engage with, because you have legitimate arguments about how it is just a bad policy in and of itself, up against counter-arguments which hinge on how good it will be at solving problems, and no-one seems to ever take it upon themselves to point out that maybe your proposed solution won’t solve those problems you say you want to solve.
You know?
Like, here are two very bad examples.
Remember how in those Marvel films you got Mr Thanos and his population reduction scheme? Everyone is always very keen to point out how it isn’t very nice (and also to try and punch him) but I can’t recall a single moment where anyone mentions to him how it is, at its core, just a bad idea with no long-term prospect of succeeding at solving what he wants it to. It’s all “You’re a monster!” with a distinct absence of “You’re an idiot!”
(For real though your issue is resource scarcity and you have a fucking spaceship? Too many mouths? Sir, you can go to space. You have a wish granting glove. But whatever, yes, Thanos, death, I get it, shush.)
Even more inappropriately as a comparison you have Benjamin Netanyahu getting shirty and saying that you can’t say you want Hamas eliminated and support a ceasefire, when you obviously can because what he’s suggesting is that what they’re doing right now is working, which is based on…
…amount of rubble and bodies produced, I guess?
And it’s like in all of these cases you have someone saying “It is like this” and presenting one bad solution based on a bad understanding of the issues and the battle happens on that ground, rather than on better ground elsewhere. You know?
PS: The whole Rwanda scheme is a flashy gimmick from the start anyway, no better than building a border wall. It’s meant to look as if the government is taking bold action, when real bold action would probably look a lot less bold, be made up of a lot more things you mostly wouldn’t see, and require a little less malice. So that won’t happen.
And, like, migration has so many outside contributing factors and just…
…fuck.

[12] Where Your Core Rests (Kongō x Reader)
Tumblr media
Can also be found on Ao3 (completed), Wattpad, FanFiction.net and DA.
First Next Last
Black Fleet Sailing Homewards
Surprisingly enough, the United States Navy didn't try to stop them. They did contact them, did ask what they were here for and also sent destroyers to supervise them, but that was it.
On the other hand, what were they supposed to do? While tensions were still partially high, officially there was peace between humanity and the Fleet of Fog and no one really wanted to provoke them.
"Found anything, Ojō-sama?"
Kongō had submerged, leaving Nagara on the surface to chat with the US Navy through morse code while she, Luigi and the human scouted the underwater area.
"Not yet", neither with eyes nor with sensors.
"Me neither", they deflated, "Lui?"
Luigi shook his head, sitting down with a pout.
"Maaaan, at least we know Arizona is still here."
Kongō threw her a look which made them instantly duck away in fear of getting punched.
Of course Arizona was still here! She was both dead and a memorial!
"We're not going to break into Arizona, are we?"
"No, my scanners can reach inside her", she grabbed at her forehead in exasperation.
But there really is nothing here.
What were they supposed to do now?
Their only clue was a piece of nanomaterial, a piece that was slowly falling apart to add, and a Philadelphia-class of the Fog of whose status and whereabouts they had no idea.
"Ah, I'm an idiot", she acknowledged the human as they crawled out of whatever corner they had vanished in, "we're resurfacing."
"Huh?", they and Luigi blinked, but soon had to hold on tight as the large vessel cut through the surface, Nagara greeting them excitedly, "woah! That was awesome, really fucking terrifying, but also really awesome!"
Please never do that again!
It had also been really really sudden.
"Apologies. Nagara, we are leaving for neutral waters."
Click!
She said goodbye to her new friends and then trailed behind her flagship happily until the destroyers stopped following them and Kongō slowed down to a stop.
"Ojō-sama? Are you alright?"
"Yes…", she walked past them, ignoring Nagara's questioning sound, "I just need to concentrate for a moment."
"What are you trying to do??"
"I'll be getting the CCS back in order."
When all of the High Flagships had sunk, the massive outburst of energy had partially disrupted the Concept Communication System and while it had rightened itself to a certain amount, some of its functions were still out of order. They could still trade information, for example, but they couldn't tell who was currently active.
If Kongō could get it in working order again, then, at the very least, they would be able to figure out whether Arizona and Philadelphia were still alive or not – thinking back on the fleet she had annihilated back then, if they had been hunting a corpse all this time she would cry.
"Oh, ok? Good luck?"
"Thanks."
Apparently, getting everything running again was a partial headache, but Kongō managed it somehow.
(Not that anyone doubted her abilities).
When she reappeared again she was looking annoyed as all hell, but more like in the "I'm done with this bullcrap" way, and waved both cat and human over: "Only Arizona is still active. I was able to pinpoint her position from past coordinates, but she has gone under radar since."
They had hurried over the moment she had called, Luigi on his friend's shoulder so that they could look at Kongō’s screens: "But that's good news, right? Sure, we only have a vague idea now and maybe she already moved further, but that's more than we have now! So where is she?"
Kongō pointed to a blinking dot on a map.
"..."
"..."
"..."
"You gotta be kidding me!?"
Luigi the drama queen wailed with them.
The dot on the map was… the old man's villa from the beginning!
Kongō still looked less than happy, but now she was being smugly amused because she had felt the exact same way.
"Tell me you're joking!"
"I wish I could."
"Waaahahaaaaaa!", they wailed, hiding their head in both hands, backing out, walking in a medium sized circle and coming back to hide in Kongō's shoulder.
Luigi licked their cheek, Kongō patted their head.
Lying here was nice, they thought with a dramatic sob, but it had to end – the sob this time was a real one.
"Ok", they lifted their head again, "so we're going back home? Cool, nice, long time no see. Really missed it."
"I'll act like you're serious."
"Thanks."
Nagara began moving first, rushing past them with so much enthusiasm that they almost were swept up in it. Almost.
The human looked after her: "Is she actually that enthusiastic or…?"
"No idea", Kongō was a bit afraid to ask, in all honesty, "let's go."
"You're saying this as if I could actually move."
"I hope that you can move."
"I- wh-", they sputtered, "what's with that sudden sassiness??"
Kongō rested a hand on her hip: "I've always been sassy."
Which… was true, she was just trying to be at least a bit serious about things that interested her.
"Well… yeah, fair", they had come to the same conclusion, "then let's go!"
"You don't get paid for fake elan."
They slumped forwards as if shot.

There's something so funny about the idea that if you try to delay Belial yourself he smacks you, but will only take it from summons
Almost like he's insisting his primal brethren are used and have to dirty their hands on this affair as well
Or he just wants to involve as many people as physically possible to get a proper orgy going
oh my god.
this is another layer of hilarious when you think about the fact that one of the core summon that therefore is useful against Belial in his raid.......... is Michael.
like, even more so, various summons with Delay includes:
-Michael (talks for itself)
-Galleon (whom we seen in a recent fes kicking Belial's ass, probably as a result) (not a primal)
-Dark Angel Olivia (one of the forgotten Fallen Angel characters who was working, devoted, to Lucilius, and then was completely forgotten by the game.)
-Tiamat (Summer)
And Belial himself is included in the list because it's a possible effect of his buffs (something something don't trust anyone not even yourself)
(note that summons who drain the diamond instead of delaying, like Joy, or summons like Typhon who removes all diamonds, are useless against Belial)
so aside from Tiamat who is like actually one of the primal Belial could feel bad about dirtying their hands on it.... no way he cares about the rest.
if anything he probably has a blast that he got to annoy Michael and Olivia as well. and Galleon isn't a primal so she doesn't matter there. and then there's HIMSELF which is so funny to me, it's like "yeah i'm going to help you out a little with edging me, as a treat"
ironically though Belial also takes delay if it's an effect from a Charge Attack, and it's why Lich is usually in beating Belial up set up since her CA charges really quickly and it delays everytime. there we can have a "maybe he feels bad for the primals" reading.
in this list we have characters like -The Maids (summer) -Sylph -Feower -Shalem (Summer) -Silva (Summer) -Sandalphon (Valentine) -Clarisse (Valentine) -Lich
which ALSO has very funny ones to overthink. Shalem can slap his hand and remind him who the elders are. He also appreciates those who are here for the holidays because they dressed up for it.
Sandalphon having his 4th unit suddenly equiped to deal with Belial feels like he's been working all along to find a way to make him pay.
and then remains two primal beasts and two eternal-adjacent characters.
... but to be honest i feel like Belial would just see CA as the characters climaxing and therefore he respects it, as a treat.
also i think support skills also work on Belial, so add to the list
-Clarisse (Summer) -Narmaya (Summer) -Ladiva -Enyo -Lich (Halloween) -Cagliostro (Grand) -Tweyen (6*) -Makura -Tanya
and considering the only other primal in that list that isn't Lich is an insanely toxic lesbian i have genuinely no idea if Belial would let her delay him out of the vibe alone.
(tho i adore Ladiva being on the list for my HC about her trying to handle Belial, and Cags being on the list as a queen. Granblue said Trans people can tell Belial to fuck off.)
and there's weapons that can delay on CA too which includes (not all of them) Wilnas's weapon, Holiday Altair weapon (which makes me laugh considering Altair is a self proclaimed primarch fanboy), Metera's weapon (horny vs horny, fight fight fight), Yuni's weapon, the Lion Claw (yknow, Feather's horoscope. Feather should be allowed to punch Belial into delaying, as a treat), and Fediel's weapon (told you guys she'd scare him)
i don' tknow the point i'm making anymore but all i'd say is that it's probably not a primal thing. probably more a "respecting the climax" thing if anything. But considering the characters who can delay without using a skill, it's somewhat infinitely funny to me that i can make up reasons on the spot about how most of them can actually water spray Belial and win.
OR maybe he is planning his orgy, what do i know.

i noted recently that my massive amounts of anxiety about what people think of me is probably rooted in my distrust and fear of people.
i like myself, i can't emphasize that enough, my self perception is (usually) pretty positive and healthy. but genuinely, i can't imagine anyone liking me or why they would. the idea people just inherently dislike me is basically hardwired into my brain, and usually it's fine. i can just vibe on through, they're gonna dislike me anyway. but the problem really surfaces when i want people to like me.
maybe wanting people to like me is a problem in and of itself, im bad at understanding social needs (clearly). but the way it coincides with that distrust is a fucking LOT of anxiety (and a lot of being a useless lesbian but that's for another ramble). i want them to like me but why would they, how could they? "oh god they probably hate me right now, im annoying, im not coming across right, i probably sound like a dick" etc etc etc.
it's funny because like, a thing that actually helps close friendships and relationships of mine is killing any assumptions i have of how they're feeling. i trust them, if there's any sort of issue, they can tell me, and vice versa. we communicate. but i don't have that level of communication with anyone else outside of that circle. it's unfair to say i should have that level of communication. but i assume and that's the core issue.i don't trust them, i don't trust them to speak up, i don't trust them to be honest, i don't trust them period. it's probably a habit reinforced by growing up predominantly around white people and just being utterly incapable of communicating with them with any sort of depth. it is a deep seated issue in white culture to assume and not listen, and it makes proper communication damn near impossible.
but what this leads to is a game of trying to figure out how much people dislike me. it's like taking empathy and twisting it into porcupine needles. porcupine theory is a concept that's been popping up in my head a lot recently, but im starting to wonder if it's a self inflicted issue. not to say there's no pain in human communication, but im probably seeing the needles as a lot bigger than they really are.
another issue is that i actually kinda value my distrust of people. it keeps me on my toes for shitty people. though it hasn't really worked out all that well, thinking about it. ginny and Jackie got their claws far too deep into me before i noticed how harmful they were. but i guess i see my distrust like... "well maybe itll help next time!" a certain level of distrust is healthy though. people do lie and take advantage, people are complete dickheads. but i can't pretend im not making any attempt at trying to connect with people needlessly difficult.
but... im scared. im fucking terrified of people. they hurt a LOT, they suffocate, they sand down my favorite parts of me, they turn me against myself, they make the pain they cause seem justified. im scared of that. i hate it. i can't stand most people because of it. that's where all my distrust is rooted. in the belief they'll hurt me. in the belief they hate me. that they don't want me.
im... gonna stop that before i dig down another rabbit hole. point is people scare me, and i value my distrust of them because of that. it keeps me ready i guess. but the distrust is clearly hurting me. i... don't think im gonna come to any real conclusions right now though. it's a start though, and that's always valuable.

In Death Note, you know the part where the L placed spy cams everywhere within Yagami’s house?
What if Light and his girlfriend start doing the deeds to look like normal hormones teens?
YES OMG i’ve actually thought of this before so i’m so glad someone requested it LMFAO
> warnings: swearing, smut, degradation, sir kink, kind of exhibition??
Light tossed his backpack onto his bed, loosening his red tie before collapsing onto the bed himself, letting his exhaustion express itself in the most natural way he thought possible. It’s hard to act natural when you’re being watched; you almost forget every aspect of your daily routine, putting excessive thought into typically mindless tasks like walking around your house or laying on your bed to the point of obviousness.
“Light, wanna play video games?” Ryuk asked, standing before the boy.
Light fell back onto his bed, placing his hands behind his shoulders with a deep sigh. Closing his eyes, he prepared for the performance he’d have to put on. How could he ignore Ryuk without giving off reactions to the shinigami’s words, tilts of the head or instinctive hums of agreement that could incriminate himself in a matter of seconds.
“You listening? Hello?”
Light only ignored him, grabbing a long beige coat from the closet before heading outside, Ryuk following close behind.
“Hey, Light, what’s with the brushing off? I’m starting to get annoyed.”
He popped his collar and rolled up his sleeves, checking meticulously for any bits of wire or chips of plastic that could be audio bugging him.
“Light! Hey!” Ryuk wined.
“There might be secret hidden cameras around the house,” The brunette broke the silence, his voice in a slightly raspy lowered tone, almost a whisper, “Or microphones, probably both.” He explained, going on to detail his clever methods of finding out if someone had been in his room- or if someone had opened his door, at least.
“Let’s go on a camera hunt! You got a plan after that?” Ryuk asks.
“Simple, make it seem like I have no idea the cameras are even there, and that I’m just a normal teenager. I’ll probably need some excuse for why I have that paper and lead in my door, they’ll want to know why I don’t want anyone in my room, what I’m hiding, and if the footage reveals I’m hiding absolutely nothing, that’ll look even more suspicious. Every teenager has secrets.”
“So what’ll you do?”
“You’ll see.”
                               _______________________________
“This feels objectifying, Yagami.”
You walk down the street leading to your boyfriend’s house, accompanied by the man himself as he explains his, quite frankly, pervy plan.
“Objectifying? We have sex all the time, Y/N.”
“Yeah, but nobody plans out when they’re gonna fuck. It’s just weird.”
“Hey,” Light stops walking, facing towards you as he gently lifts your chin with his thumb and index finger. The feeling made you melt, and he knew that very well. The way Light held your face and looked at you like you were the only thing on earth felt exhilarating, he could tell you anything in that position and you’d believe it. And that’s just what he does, constantly. “This is not an option, this isn’t personal business. This is about Kira. This is going to throw suspicion off me, okay? Do it. For me.”
You sighed deeply. He had you the moment he held your chin like that. “And there won’t be any explicit footage of us? There won’t be a camera like, right there?”
“I don’t know where all the cameras are, but there aren’t many like that in my room at all, we’ll be safe.” He lied, a practice that came so easily to him he no longer viewed it as morally wrong. It was just something he did, like going to school and eating dinner or doing homework, he also lied.
“Okay.” You agreed with a smile, prompting him to release his grasp on you and continue the walk home.
“I didn’t realize he went through such great lengths...might there be something in his room that he doesn’t want anyone to see?” Soichiro Yagami remarked, watching Light fiddle with the thin strip of paper in the doorway and the piece of lead in the hinges as you stood patiently behind him.
“Well, considering he’s 17, it isn’t all that unusual. I’ve done it myself, for no reason at all.” L responds, “I am a bit curious, though, as to what he’s hiding so admently.”
You enter Light’s bedroom with him, shutting the door behind you as you watch him toss his bag down besides his bed.
“Y/N, are you scared of me?” He turns to face you.
“Hm? Why would I be.”
“L, the best detective in the world, thinks I’m Kira when I’m not.”
Oh, Light.
“He makes me out to be some kind of monster,” He continues, “I’m worried you’ll start to believe him.”
“I’m not scared.”
“Maybe you should be.”
“Huh?”
Before you could register his comment, Light lunges for you, tossing you onto his bed before tickling your stomach and sides.
L-Light! St-stop! Please!” You cried between giggles.
“Make me.”
Understanding, you connect your lips to his, causing his hands to rub up and down where he previously tickled you. You moaned into the kiss as Light pushed harder into it, his desperation showing. You wished he would take his time, but you knew the real reason you were here. His hands slid down to your lower half, pushing his hand inside your pants and rubbing your clit through your panties. You gasped, hand reaching up to grab his wrist reflexively. He let out a chuckle.
Impatiently, he stood up straight, unbuttoning your pants before slipping them completely off along with your panties, leaving you in only your t-shirt on his bed.
“I figured,” L sighed, “You can close your eyes if you’d like, Yagami-san, but I’m afraid I need you here for legal purposes.”
Light crouched down onto the floor, lifting your legs to lay bent on his shoulders. Teasingly, he licked a line down your slit, earning a gasp from you. He straightened himself out again, moving towards your face. “L is watching,” He whispered, his hot breath on your ear, “Put on a show.” He smirked.
Watching? Had Light lied?
Light lowered himself back down to push his tongue inside you. His tongue wriggled around, exploring your walls with lust.
“Oh, Light” You moaned, slapping your hand over your mouth to muffle the sound. You knew L, you knew the whole task force for that matter. Your face flushed with embarrassment imagining any of them reviewing this footage and hearing your moans. Hell, Light’s dad worked with L, he could be watching for all you knew.
You jolted at the sudden sting of Light smacking your thigh with an open palm. “Don’t hold back, angel, and don’t cover your mouth. I want to hear all your pretty moans.” He said, removing himself from your core before pressing his lips almost to your ear again, lowering his voice to a whisper, “I want L to see how good I make you feel. Got it?”
You faintly nodded before he returned to your heat, dipping his tongue inside once again while his thumb felt your clit, rubbing it in circles. You knot your fingers through his brown hair, bringing his face closer to your pussy with a moan. He sped up his actions, practically abusing your clit while his tongue hit your g-spot, curling sightly upwords inside of you.
“Fuck, Light, I can’t, I’m gonna...”
With that, Light pulled away, leaving you edged and wanting more. You pouted, sticking your lip out with a whine. Light, having none of it, roughly raked his hand through your hair, forcing you up close to his face by your scalp. “You listen to me.” He growled, the heat of his breath warming your face, “No whining, and no disobeying. Got that?” He yanked your hair with the last syllable for emphasis. You let out a weak “Mhm.”
He shoved you to the bed chest-first by your hair, never letting his fingers leave your locks.
“Ass up.” He commanded, you obliged slowly, legs feeling a bit sore from him eating you out.
Hastily he unbuckled his belt before folding it in half, smacking your ass with it leaving a slight red mark. “When I tell you to do something, you do it quickly.”
“Yes Light.”
You yelped as he smacked you again with the belt in the same place, the stinging leaving your ass feel like it was burning.
“Yes who?” He asked.
“Yes sir.”
“Atta girl.” He pushed his khakis fully down before aligning himself with your entrance, rubbing his head up and down your slit teasingly.
“Sir please...” You begged.
“Please what? Say it.”
“Please, please fuck me sir. I want your cock, please.”
“Well, only since you asked so nicely.” Light slid himself into you with a groan. Slowly, he rocked himself into you.
“F-faster, please sir. Faster.” You moaned, gripping onto the sheets.
Light obliged right away, almost as if he was waiting for you to ask for it. He quicked his speed, pounding into you mercilessly. He licked his lips, relishing in the loud slew of moans and curses spilling from your mouth as he fucked you.
“Look at you, you fucking slut. Begging for me to go faster. You’re so goddamn desperate for my cock, you dirty whore.”
You couldn’t help but moan at his words, though degrading, the fact that Light liked you at all made you feel worth something. Light Yagami, Kira, the god of the new world, liked you. Though you’d never admit it to the stubborn boy, he could say almost anything to you, about you, and you’d still love him.
“Fuck, Y/N, you’re so tight.” He knotted his fingers back into your hair for stability as he thrusted into you even faster, burying himself deep into you.
“Oh my god, fuck, Light- sir, it’s so good.” You cried, feeling your orgasm creeping up once again. “I’m gonna...”
“Do it, come for me angel.” He encouraged, bringing his free hand up to play with your clit. The stimulation sent you over the edge. “Oh fuck, oh my god, fuck you feel so good.” You came loudly, only a little before Light did as well.
L watched Light collapsed beside you on the bed, only the sound of your breathless pants escaping the monitor. “Uh, they’re done, Yagami-san. You can...open your eyes again. Honestly, this security footage may be useless now, at the very least we cannot bring it to court, considering your son and his girlfriend are both 17. Perhaps this was his plan along.”
“You’re saying this makes you more sure he’s Kira?!” Soichiro raised his voice.
“Well, it definitely raises my suspicions.”
Light finally stood up, tucking himself back into his jeans. Before you could pull your bottoms back up, he picked up your panties from the floor, playfully spinning them around his index finger. “You won’t be missing these, will you?” He asks sarcastically, tossing them into the drawer in his bedside table.
“Ah, so that’s what he’s hiding. A valid excuse to not want family in your room but... unexpected, to say the least.” L remarked, still somehow watching the cameras.

The Extra (part four)
Warning - smut (you've been waiting long enough, dontcha think?)

"No! No, no, no, no, no!" Your eyes were glaring at Anto that Friday morning. If looks could kill he'd have keeled over on the spot. It was your last day of filming, you were waiting for the script for your dramatic death scene at the hands of Billy Kimber. The script you'd just been handed was not what you were expecting.
"Y/n, it's a key scene, it's twenty seconds of your life!"
"I am not filming a sex scene with Cillian Murphy!!" You were so angry you may actually have growled at him.
"The script can't be rewritten this late on!"
"Funny how you didn't mention this when you persuaded me to take the job on."
"Because I knew you'd say no."
"Because you knew I'd say no!!! I was a stage actress Anto, we didn't exactly do this in the theatre! I've never done one of these before and I certainly don't want to do one with him!"
"Billy Kimber needs to attack when Tommy is at his most vulnerable. The only character who can make him vulnerable is Clara. She seduces him, they have sex in the Garrison, Billy Kimber's men ambush you and slice your throat, it's literally a few minutes and it's over. That's it - you're done!"
"It was 20 seconds earlier."
"The sex is 20 seconds."
"Ouch." Cillian entered Anto's office trailer at the wrong moment. "20 seconds? Jesus."
"Okay we're not filming the whole thing obviously.."
"We're not filming any of it!" You spat.
"Anto can we not rework it? Does it have to be sex? Y/n is clearly uncomfortable, it's her first TV role? Surely a kiss would do the job?"
"Tommy needs to be completely distracted - sex is his only weakness Cillian, you know that." Cillian couldn't argue with Anto on that one.
"Y/n, how about we go over it together in private first? Just you and me, we can work it out?" Cillian's hand on your shoulder calmed you down, but you were still seething with Anto.
"Fine." You gave Anto another death stare and followed Cillian to his car. "Where are we going?"
"For a drive - I'm concerned for Anto's safety if you stay on set!" He pulled out his keys and unlocked the car. You climbed into the passenger seat and let out a huge sigh.
"You know, if it's me you're worried about don't be? I've done a fair few of these now, they don't bother me?" He said as he pulled out of the car park.
"It's not that, it's just.. I'm embarrassed. I've only - " you stopped speaking, suddenly feeling extremely stupid.
"Go on?"
"It's stupid... Promise me you won't tell anyone?"
"You have my word."
"Okay... I've only had sex with one person, my ex. We were together for 5 years.. he wasn't exactly - " you couldn't even find the words.
"He was shit in bed?" Blunt much?
"Worse. Literally 10 minutes if you're lucky and lights out."
"You're kidding? Ten minutes? I've had quickies that lasted longer than that, Jesus... There's no way you even came from that, surely? Wait don't answer that, shit, that was a bit personal, sorry.."
"No it's okay - I'm about to film a scene where you're fucking me across a bar table, I think personal questions are okay don't you?"
"It's against the bar itself actually." You had to laugh - missionary was the most exciting position you'd ever tried - Mike wasn't exactly adventurous.
"So you're up for filming it then?" He asked.
"What choice do I have? But I warn you, I'll be shit. I don't know what to do."
"Few moans, pants, groans, orgasm, job done." You swore your core clenched at his words and your thighs squeezed together involuntarily.
"Wouldn't be the first time I've faked an orgasm I guess."
"You've had a real one, right?"
"Orgasm? Cill I'm 29, not 16!"
"So you know the noises to make. How about we head back to my trailer and we rehearse it a few times until you're comfortable?"
"What if one of my students hears me?"
"Then we go back to my hotel room and rehearse there?"
"What?" He laughed, shaking his head.
"Don't worry, I'm not going to actually fuck you in my hotel room y/n."
"Ugh.. fine... But you can't tell anyone?"
"I swear it."
You sat on Cillian's sofa in his huge hotel room, the view was incredible from the window.
"I'm aware this is awkward for you so I suggest we just go straight into it, okay?" He pulled you up and turned you around, walking you over to the kitchen counter. He placed your hands against the flat surface. His fingers moved between your thighs to part them slightly and you lost control of your knees, stumbling slightly.
"Steady now, haven't got to the good part yet," he chuckled, standing behind you and holding your hips. You bit your lips, you could feel yourself throbbing as his fingers gripped your jeans.
"I'm not going to actually make contact, don't worry, I'm just going to do the motions. Use your imagination, and work with me. Make the noises, she's close to orgasm so she's quite loud but there's no pressure to scream the roof off the place in here. Are you ready?"
"Fuck, this really feels awkward Cillian..."
"Close your eyes and think back to the best orgasm you've ever had. How much you enjoyed it.. how good it felt..now re-enact it." His hands gripped your waist and he began to pull you gently back and forth, softly at first to get you into the right mindset. He was patient, not pushing too hard and not getting the slightest bit annoyed that you were silent as a rock.
"This is ridiculous, I can't do it!"
"Fuck it, why not." He took a deep breath behind you, and started to rock your hips back and forth again. His breaths came shorter, louder, a gentle moan, the occasional "yeah..." You echoed his voice almost exactly, not difficult considering how turned on you were listening to him behind you.
"I know Tommy's fairly silent in the scene, but would it help if I did the noises with you? Just while we're rehearsing?"
It wouldn't help my fucking underwear, you thought.
"Mm... That's it, that's it..." You knew he was just saying the lines, he was Tommy, but fuck his voice sounded good. You tried to remember a decent orgasm, and gave a deep but quiet groan.
"That was the most unconvincing 'orgasm' I think I've ever heard... I know you can do better than that."
"What?"
He turned you gently around to face him.
"Viewers can tell if a sex scene isn't working y/n - you need to give it more realism than that."
"I'm fucking trying Cillian, it isn't exactly easy when you've got the sexual experience of a Nun.."
"You need to get into the right frame of mind y/n, there must have been a time in your life when you've been so turned on and so desperate for release that the slightest touch would send you over the edge?" He edged a little closer to you, you could feel your heartbeat quicken as you clutched the kitchen side.
"Maybe.."
"When even just the sound of someone's voice was enough to make your core burn, your knees buckle, your legs shake?" You were ALL of those things right now. He inched ever closer.
"Or maybe you've got to that stage and not quite finished the job?" His eyebrow raised again, was he enjoying making you squirm?
"You needed to get off, but your boyfriend was incapable and your fingers just weren't enough..." His hand on your waist, his eyes on yours.
"Maybe..." You were desperate. You'd never felt so turned on in your life and right now you didn't care who knew it but you needed to cum and quickly.
"You sure you want me to do this?" He asked and you nodded.
"Need some help turning that 'maybe' into a 'yes'?"
You bit your lip and nodded, exhilarated and terrified of what that look in his eyes meant. His fingers traced the inside of your thighs again, making you shudder. You didn't even notice him unclasp your jeans and edge them down to your thighs.
"There's no going back from this, I need your words."
"Have you done this before?" He chuckled at your question.
"Made a woman cum? A few times yeah. Made a costar cum? Not directly," he winked, as his hand skimmed the waistband of your underwear. Parting your legs further with his knee, he pushed through.
"You're so fucking wet y/n..." He groaned, feeling the slick pool that had gathered between your folds. Sliding as much as he could up, he found your clit easily and circled it lightly. You gripped his arm, gasping for breath as the heat rose quickly within your abdomen.
"You feel so warm.. wet.. hot.. making a dirty little mess on my fingers.." his forehead remained pressed to yours, both of you panting, your hips starting to gyrate against his hand.
"So good Cillian... So so good... Don't stop please..."
"I won't, fuck you sound amazing, let me hear you..." He put more pressure on your clit, circling faster, he knew time was running out, you'd be needed on set soon.
"That's it, ride my hand.. you have no idea how much I want you, how much I've wanted you since the second I saw you... You gonna cum for me baby?" His Irish brogue was edging you ever closer, your orgasm so close you could almost taste it.
"Harder, I need it harder... Faster... Oh fuck please..." He happily complied, his fingers working you perfectly, his other hand exploring your breasts, squeezing and pulling at your nipple under the fabric of your blouse. Your back arched as the most powerful orgasm you'd ever had exploded through you, chanting his name as you rode through it, gripping his arm.
"That's it... That's my girl..." His fingers slower, before he removed them completely and licked his fingers tasting you with a groan. You hadn't realised your hand was on his hard length, palming him through his jeans but you didn't pull it away. His eyes on your hand, watching you explore him. You palmed him harder, feeling the shaft throb through the material. Just before you could release his belt, his phone rang in his back pocket.
"That'll be Anto wondering where we are..." He whispered, stopping your hands.
"Fuck..."
"I know, believe me I know... We film this scene, it's the last one, and you and I can catch up again tonight. What do you say?"
"It's a date Mr Murphy."

Pillow Fort

Main Masterlist / Add Yourself To My Taglists
A/n : Got this idea from when i made a pillow fort in my room cause i was feeling lonely :’) Also this isnt really a part two to behind doors, just a branched off oneshot from further down in there relationship
Summary : Peter is tired from a rough night of patrolling and comes home to you sleeping in your very own pillow fort
Warnings : SMUT! (oral [fem rec], dirty talk, sub/dom dynamics) some nice floofy floof
Word Count : 3.7k
...
Peter had never felt so drained after patrol.
Maybe it was because he stayed up all night studying for a Physics quiz or that classes throughout the day seemed to drag on because you weren’t there to entertain him with your silly pick up lines you came up with on the go. After his last class ended, he didn’t want to go out as spider-man. All he wanted was to swing by your apartment and cuddle for the rest of the day, but when he heard about a new gang terrorising the city on Mr. Delmer’s radio, he knew he had a responsibility to stop them.
One gang and a drunk driver later, he found himself landing in front of your window, knocking lightly on the glass. After a few seconds of not getting a response, he assumed you were already asleep. Carefully, he slid open the window, stepping inside your bedroom. He locked the window before taking off his suit with a heavy sigh, leaving him in his boxers, ready to slide into bed with you.
However, as he sat on your bed and his eyes adjusted to the darkness and he noticed that it was stripped bare of any blankets or pillows. He stood straight up, looking around your room until his eyes fell on a deformed structure hidden in the corner.
It was a pillow fort.
It was flimsy, a significant dip in the roof (he could only imagine how much it annoyed you throughout the process of making it) but it kept hold. The wooden chairs on either side were the only support for the fort, heavy books keeping the sheets secure. It was rickety, but a fort nonetheless.
Peter let out a small sigh, a soft smile forming on his lips as he walked up to the structure, trying to find the entrance in the mountain of blankets. Getting on his knees, he crawled through, his hands and legs ending up on either side of your sleeping form.
“Baby?” He whispered, placing his hand on your cheek, “Sweetheart? Love? Babygirl?” He littered your face with kisses, slowly waking you up.
You let out a loud groan, stretching your arms out and almost knocking the flimsy blanket ceiling. Peter raised himself slightly, trying his best to give you enough room to stretch in the small space
“Shit,” you mumbled, making Peter chucked at your sleepy state, “Oh... Hey Petey,”
“Hey, Y/n/n,” Peter mumbled back, letting out a breathy laugh, “Missed you,”
You raised your hand to push the loose curls falling down in front of his face behind his ear, giggling at the fact that it felt right back in his eye. He blew the strand with his mouth, his nose crunching up cutely when it went right back to tickling the side of his face.
“I need to cut it soon,” he said, lowering himself into your body, his head buried in the middle of your chest like a puzzle piece fitting perfectly in place.
“I strongly disagree,” your said, almost offended at his words as your passed your fingers through his soft, pillowy hair, “Cut it and I’m asking Tony for his blasters,”
“Are you sure he’s going to let you borrow it after last time,” Peter looked up at you, his left cheek squished against your shirt, his lips slightly parted.
“Who says I haven’t been practicing?” You smiled, scratching his scalp, enjoying the feeling of his body melting into yours.
“Oh really?” He mumbled, “I’m going to have to see those skills sometime babe,”
“I don’t know Peter...” you dragged, biting your lip and tugged on his hair gently, “I don’t want to steal your thunder,”
“That confident huh?”
“That I could beat you in a fight, one hundred percent,”
Peter shook his head, “I’m sure you can,”
You gasped at his sarcastic tone, “You have no faith in me!”
“I never said that,” he pinched your side, raising back on his arms to hover over you.
You pouted angrily, crossing your arms over your chest, “It was implied,”
“Oh was it now?”
“Yes, yes it was,”
Peter rolled his eyes playfully.
“Maybe I just don’t want you to get hurt,”
“Then I’d tell you to go fuck yourself. I’m incapable of getting hurt and I don’t need your protection,” you replied smugly, sticking your tongue out.
“Is that so?”
You hummed in confirmation.
“Okay then,” he grinned, trailing the pads of his fingers up the side of your waist, “Protect yourself from this then!”
His hands pulled the bottom of your shirt up, revealing your stomach. Without hesitation he attacked the soft skin, wiggling his fingers in the places he knew would make you scream.
“For fucks sake Peter!” your hand shot up to his chest, trying to push him away as the giggles took over your body, your chest bubbling with joy while your breath escaped your lungs.
“Stop! Peter! Oh. My. God. Stop!” you laughed, fists pounding at his hard chest.
“Then tell me, you wont get those blasters Y/n!” he said, a sinister smirk on his face, “I’m not letting you go until you tell me!”
“I-” you heaved, “Peter! I-” you giggled, “Holu fuck!” god damn did your chest begin to hurt, “Okay! Okay! I won’t get them! Now stop!”
His hands suddenly left your body as he leaned back on his calves to admire the mess he made of you. Your chest raised up and down with desperate breaths to calm your rapid beating heat, your face blown out and your eyes closed in a silent thank you. You sighed, letting your stiff limbs fall back into the cushioning with a thud, relaxing fully.
It reminded him of a very different scenario other than the aftermath of an innocent tickle fight.
“You know I was having a great time before you showed up,” you murmured after a while.
“I find that hard to believe,”
“Oh really?”
“Yes really, I’m amazing!”
“You’re a monster.”
“Your monster though,”
“Yeah, yeah, yeah. Whatever makes you sleep at night,” you paused, opening one eye to look up at him, “You’re still not cutting your hair though,”
“You’re still on this!”
“It was the point of this whole conversation! Of course I’m still on this-”
“Oh, that's it.”
With your one eye still closed, you let out a surprised hum, circling your arms around Peter’s neck, as his lips met onto yours. You sighed into the kiss, his body relaxing into yours while his hands trailed the side of your body once more, lifting your left thigh against his waist. The kiss became hungrier, soon both your tongues became entangled with each other. You didn’t bother to fight for dominance, knowing Peter already took that role when his hand rested on your ass, squeezing tightly at the skin.
“I hate you,” he mumbled, pulling back and pressing his forehead on yours.
“Sure seems like it Petey,” you whispered, voice low and sultry.
With a low growl, he smashed his lips back on yours, forcing his tongue into your mouth. God you loved getting him riled up, as much as you loved your shy, little nerd, the other side of him you saw in bed turned you on more than you could think of as you slipped into sub space.
But you didn't want to do it in something as unstable as a pillow fort.
“God, I’ve missed this,” he whispered into your mouth, moving to your jaw and down your throat.
“Peter,” You groaned, pushing on his shoulders lightly, “Not here, baby.”
Sucking on your collar bone, Peter mumbled, “Why not?”
“I don’t- fuck,” you gasped as Peter pulled up your shirt and latched his lips onto your nipple, massaging the other with his hand, “I don’t think fucking in an unstable pillow fort is going to be really advisable,”
“Don’t knock it till you try it right?” He snickered, moving his lips to the other nipple.
“Were going to knock the fucking thing down,” you grunted, bitting down on your finger while the other grabbed the sheets underneath you.
“Well it’s either here or your bare mattress,” he whispered, raising his head back up near yours, tugging at the bottom of your shirt and pulling it over your head, leaving you in just your panties, “You decide.”
“You ride a tough bargain Peter,” you whispered back, biting your lip at the darkness in his eyes.
He continued down your body, his voice deep with lust, “You know me princess,” he placed a kiss on your stomach, moving down your hips before reaching the side of your thighs, taking them in his hands, “I like when you beg,”
You groaned at his words, throwing your head back as his lips hovered over your clothed core for a split second. But he avoided contact at all costs, focusing on biting and sucking on your thigh, moving between the left and right and getting closer to the place you wanted him the most.
“Peter,” you whined, running your hand through his hair, tugging at his locks once again.
“I thought you heard me earlier princess,” he chuckled, wrapping his arms around your waist, pulling your heat closer to his face, “I want you to beg,”
You groaned, not wanting to give in. But the light kisses to your clit and his hands moving up and down your thighs, you didn’t know how long you could resist before you broke.
“Come on pretty girl,” he bit the inside of your thigh, sucking the skin to form a bruise, “Beg for it, beg for what you want so badly,”
You tucked your head into your shoulder, “Touch me peter,” you mumbled, yelping when he slapped your thigh.
“Louder pretty girl,”
“Oh god, touch me Peter! Touch my pussy, please,” you said audibly, your hands shooting to his hair, desperate for something to hold onto.
Without any further discussion, Peter teared off your underwear and buried his face between your thighs, lapping at the juices that started to escape your lips minutes before and continued flowing onto his tongue. If there was something he loved more than life itself, it was your taste. Nothing could match up to the sweet nectar that your body gave him. He loved giving you pleasure that nobody else could. He glanced up at you, head thrown back, thighs closing in around his face as your hands pushed him deeper into your core.
If there was a heaven, this is what he imagined it would be.
He shook his head, flicking his tongue deeper inside of you before moving up to suck your on your clit gently. One of his arms stayed securely on your waist, keeping you down so you didn’t destroy the structure around you while the other moved closer to your heat. He tested the waters by gliding his warm finger tip over your cunt and slipping it in, paying attention to your body’s reactions, jerking and tensing under him.
“More,” you whimpered, “More, please Peter,”
“What was that baby? Did my needy girl want more than what I’m giving her?” his laugh sent vibrations up your torso, “What did I say?”
“To- to beg,”
“So what are you going to do?”
“Peter, Peter please give me more, I want it faster, harder, anything! Just please!” you cried, jerking your hips off the ground but his strength held you down.
“Good girl,” he smirked, adding another finger while quickening his pace. His mouth stayed working around your sensitive bud, brushing his tongue along it like he was painting a precious artwork.
His fingers however were ferocious, pumping in and out of you at an inhuman rate. Your juices began to soak the sheets beneath you, hips grinding back down like the desperate whore you were, pulling his digits deeper inside you.
“Peter, I’m- i’m gonna cum,” your legs began to shake, your voice rising higher and higher while you orgasm approached, “Please Peter! Can I cum? Can I cum?”
“Go on baby, cum for me, cum in my mouth, cum all over my fingers,” his fingers moved impossibly faster, plunging in and out of your pussy, “Fall apart for me princess.”
You screamed when your high hit, your back arching out of his control. He slowed his movements, sailing you through it, prolonging it for as long as possible. When your body slumped back on the floor, he trailed his lips back up your stomach, staining your skin with your cum. He pushed his lips on yours, moaning as you devoured his mouth, drinking up every last drop.
“Fuck,” he groaned, “You ready for more princess?”
All you could muster was a nod, playing it off as exhaustion from your recent high. Even after a years of dating, you were still as closed off and shy from when he met you in bed, holding back your precious voice from him. He tried his best to keep you talking, to tell you that screaming like a banshee was all he ever wanted. But every time you came back from your euphoric state, you were always self conscious of doing something wrong or saying something out of line.
He was determined to make that your biggest confidence using the little things he picked up along the way.
“Come one princess,” he muttered groggily, moving to your neck and kissing your pulse point, nibbling and sucking on the skin, “I’m not going to do anything if you don’t speak up,”
You looked up at him with doe eyes, a completely different person from the one that was bickering with him earlier. One that was willing to do anything and everything he wanted. But he wanted tonight to be about you, he wanted to do what you wanted, to pleasure and worship you the way you deserve.
It was your pillow fort he was about to fuck you in after all.
“I- uh, you could do what you were… you know, going to do?”
“And what was that sweetheart?”
Heat rose to your face, you hid your head in your shoulder in an attempt to avoid saying such vulgar words. Peter only squinted his eyes, the gears in his head turning as he thought of something to get you to speak up.
“Alright then,” he smirked, “Have it your way.”
You watched with curious eyes while he slipped out of boxers, taking his hard cock in his hand and guiding it to your puffy hole. He slowly unsheathed himself inside you, resisting the urge to pull back out and slam right back into you. You were always so tight around him, and your uncontrollable clenching just destroyed him even more.
In one swift motion, he turned the both of you over, careful to keep his chest pressed against yours so you didn’t raise up and mess up the fort.
“There we go,” he sighed, letting you settle comfortably in the new position with your hands pressed against his shoulder and legs on either side of his waist, keeping his cock buried deep inside of you.
“Peter I-”
“Ah, ah, ah, my turn to speak now princess,” he cut you off, squeezing your hips when you moved around a bit too much for his liking, “Now, we’re going to work on our communication skills okay? Meaning, everything you’re feeling as I fuck you, I want you to tell me. And by everything, I mean every detail princess,” he lowered his voice, “I want to know how my cock feels inside of you, what goes through your mind while you fuck yourself sensless,” He rutted his hips up, smiling when you fell further against his chest, whimpering into his neck.
“I. Want. To. Hear. Every. Word,” he punctuated each word with the thrust of his hips, “Or else this ends, you got that princess,?”
You instinctively nodded but quickly caught yourself, “Yes Peter,”
“That’s my good little princess,” he took your cheek into his palm, bringing your head and to press his forehead against his, “Ready?”
“Yes Petey,” you nodded, letting out a shaky moan when he started bouncing you up and down his length, meeting you halfway.
“Go on princess,”
“It- it feels good,” you stuttered, closing your eyes to focus on the pleasure and not Peter’s lustful eyes staring back at you, “You’re… you’re really big Peter. Stretching… me out… so, so good,”
“Good girl,” he groaned, quickening his pace with every word, “Keep going.”
“I… I-” you slumped fully against his chest, “I can’t, all i feel is you Petey. I- I can’t think, all I… I could only feel-”
“Then tell me what you feel Y/n, tell me everything.”
“Amazing… so- so full and deep.” your fingers digged into his skin, “Could you go faster? Please Peter, I- I need more,”
“Anything for you princess,” he mumbled, planting his feet on the floor and ramming into you at the same pace he did with his fingers.
“Ah fuck!” you tightened your arms around his neck, “Peter! Oh god Peter! I- I-”
“Are you close princess? Gonna cum on my cock?”
You nodded into his neck, all you could manage was a whimper, “Yes… can- can i?”
“Go ahead princess, cum on my cock… you deserve it,”
You bit down on the skin of his neck, trying to keep your head from throwing itself back. Peter stilled his hips, filling you up with his seed while keeping you close, sighing as shot up into you. You sunk into his body, your breath hot against his skin while you regained your energy, snuggling closer for comfort.
In the silence that followed, Peter couldn't help but chuckle.
“Round two then?”
...
“Soo,” Peter whispered softly, crawling back into the sheets and lying besides you, “Why the pillow fort,”
You cuddled closer to his bare chest, letting out a soft breath once your cheek made contact with the warm skin. No matter how cold the air around him got, you could always count on your boyfriend to be your own personal heater.
“Was feelin’ lonely,” you mumbled, letting out a big yawn, “And I got bored,”
Peter chuckled, running his hand down your bare back sending shivers up your spine, “It’s nice, comfortable,”
“Yeah, I did a pretty good job didn’t I?” You smiled, curling your legs around his, “Took me three tries to get it right,”
“Three tries?”
“Well my college dorm doesn't really have much stuff to work with now does it,” you looked up at him with hooded eyes, blinking slowly while jabbing your finger into his left peck drowsily, “Would’ve been easier if my boyfriend came earlier though,”
“I thought you liked that I lasted long-”
“You know that’s not what I mean.”
“That’s not what you said a few minutes ago,” He laughed when you smacked his chest, placing a sweet peck to your forehead as an apology, “And I’m sorry for being late, got caught up with some bad guys and well… you know the drill,”
“Yeah, I know, I know,” You hid your face in his neck, snuggling in closer to his body, “Shouldn’t you be back at the house by now?”
He sighed. Harry had asked him to help out with cleaning up the house for your hopeful arrival in the next couple of days. Him and the rest of the boys planned out the week already, and today’s plan was to fix up the place and set new rules that kept it that way. But seeing you lying besides him, glowing like an angel by his side... words couldn't describe the emotions he felt in that moment. All he knew was that he couldn't wait, he felt like he waited long enough.
That this could be the perfect, special moment he hoped for.
“They could survive without me for one night,” His hand tightened around you, “I- uh, actually came here to ask you about something until we got... well, distracted,” he laughed lightly.
You hummed, acknowledging his statement and urging him to continue.
“I was wondering if you would want to move in with me?”
“Wait, wait, wait,” you sat up on your elbow to look at him directly, “You’re saying you want me to- you want us to live together? With everyone?”
You felt Peter clam up under your palm, biting his lip as he avoided your gaze, “I mean, you’ve already met everyone and they all love you, probably way more than me. And I can’t you know, guarantee your safety here not to mention i have to disable all the cameras around the block if i want to swing into your window and, and-” he took a deep breath, taking your face in his hands, “That and I really love you, and I would love to take this step with you, only if you want to,”
You immediately engulfed up into a tight hug, awkwardly fitting yourself in his hold but you could hardly care about your uncomfortable position.
“Of course I would move in with you peter,” you smiled, pulling back to look at him, “Honestly, I’m growing tired of this small place anyways,”
“Good, that’s good,” he bit his lip, trying to suppress the urge to screech at the top of his lungs at the thought of your ever saying yes, “We- we’d sort all of this out in the morning,”
“Of course, of course,” you nudged your nose against his, “In the morning,”
Before he could lean in to kiss you, he heard something fall on the floor with a thud and without warning the sheets above you fell, slapping the both of you in the face.
“Maybe chairs with wheels wasn't the best choice for this,” you giggled, pushing up the sheets from your head.
“You think?” Peter joked along with you, helping to get rid of fabric blocking your eyesight.
He witnessed the blanket being pulled off of you, relieving your glowing skin and bright smile staring back at him. He knew he was taking the right step with you, he knew that you were the one for him because with a simple look or touch you made him a complete mess. He was wrapped around your finger just as much as you were around his.
And he couldn't be happier.
“To the bed?” he whispered.
“To the bed.” you responded, finally locking your lips on his, sealing in your love in the now fallen pillow fort.

woke me up from the longest dream
Summary: Alex and Michael follow up on a lead and find something powerful.

"Why is it so fucking cold?"
"Welcome to Montana," Alex said dryly.
Michael made a face and shoved his hands in his pockets. He was doing his best to be mature about Alex inviting him on this trip. It was another loose lead he found and he was irritated that he didn't find it until after he came back home. Michael had offered to help after a grueling time in self-induced misery and Alex had agreed and he had planned to use this time to show Alex how much he'd grown.
However, there was something about being alone with Alex that made him feel a little like he hadn’t.
"Are you not cold?"
"Didn't we deduce that your species is from a really cold planet due to your body temperature and the clothing Tripp described they were wearing?" Alex asked back.
Michael was used to a vaguely snarky Alex, it was in his genetic makeup. This was a different level though. Alex was in one of the worst moods Michael had ever seen him in that didn't result in a fight, instead it was all icy silence and irritated answers. Michael wasn't sure if it was because of his breakup with Forrest or if it was something else entirely. Maybe it was the fact that Michael was here at all.
He decided to keep quiet.
"You got me," Michael said, taking slightly bigger strides to keep up with Alex.
They were in a small town that served as a hub for a few even smaller towns that surrounded it. It had one small stretch of road with all the local businesses in it, a shabby hotel, a diner, and a farmer's market being the three biggest options. There were a couple others buildings, but Michael couldn't say what they were by just looking at them from the outside.
Alex seemed to know where he was headed though and he waltzed up to a building that was only identifiable by a sign that was meant to say CORRIE'S but was missing a few letters and said CORE instead. He pushed the door open and Michael followed. The inside had the heater blasting in a way that immediately smothered him, but he managed to keep his face even. It looked like a convenience store with only three rows of shelves in the middle. A sign at the back door read GAS PUMP IN BACK. Michael thought that was bad advertising.
"Hello," an older woman at the counter greeted. She seemed to be the only one here.
"Hey," Alex said, approaching her and turning on an easy smile. Logically Michael just knew he was being charming to get what he came here for. Illogically, it felt like Alex could be nice to everyone but him.
How many times could he tell himself to grow up?
"What can I help you two with?" she asked.
"Correct me if I'm wrong, but this place is owned by someone who used to live in Fort Belknap?" Alex said, not even beating around the bush to charm her more. That was the only thing to convince him it wasn't just him.
The woman stared at him, face unchanging.
"Who's asking?"
"Holt," Alex said, smiling and tilting his head a little bit, "Carla Holt, to be more specific."
She breathed in and closed her eyes for a moment before opening them a few moments later.
"Their timing has always been impeccable," she said, gesturing towards a door behind her, "Come."
"Who's Carla Holt?" Michael whispered to him as they followed. Alex grabbed his arm and squeezed, nearly causing Michael to fully trip over air.
"Just follow my lead. Stay quiet," Alex explained quietly, "I'll tell you later."
And Michael did as he said.
"You must be the littlest Manes boy," the woman said as she led them into a little office. It was cluttered and didn't really seem like the top secret place Michael was imagining.
"Yes, ma'am."
"Corrie," she corrected, "I never did like the sound of ma'am."
"Alright," Alex said, laughing lightly even though didn't reach his eyes, "My mother told me the same thing."
"I bet so," Corrie said, digging through messy drawers of a desk. She sat down heavily into the beat up chair and started digging through a file cabinet. "I kept telling myself it'll eventually come and bite me in the ass, carrying secrets for someone I only hear from once every few years, but you never know what you're getting yourself into until after you're stuck."
"Yeah, I know how that feels," Alex sighed. Michael's eyes drifted to him. He avoided eye contact completely.
"I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting you. Your brother, maybe. Part of me expected your father to bust down my door more than anyone," she went on. Corrie pulled out a small box and opened it, looking in and making a face before closing it and tossing it over her shoulder.
"Guess I'm the sucker who agreed to clean up duty."
Corrie laughed.
Truly, Michael expected more danger and more difficulty. He expected a fight or at least tension. Instead, Alex and Corrie made small talk about their shitty affiliations while Corrie dug through decades worth of clutter. Eventually, she pulled out a box and opened it and took a deep breath. She closed it again before giving it to Alex and Alex didn't reopen it so Michael had no idea what was in it. All he knew was that it went into Alex's bag.
"Thank you "
"Keep it safe," Corrie said, "Keep yourself safe." Then for the first time her eyes drifted to Michael. "You too. There aren't many of you left."
It was hot in the building, but somehow Michael felt like he'd jumped in ice water.
"Thank you."
"Mhm. Now get the hell out of my store before somebody follows you."
"Of course. Thank you again," Alex said politely and then he did as she said, turning on his heel and walking away. Michael wanted to stay and ask more–if she knew what he was, maybe she knew things he didn't and they could get rid of Mr. Jones–but Michael simply followed Alex's lead.
"Alex," Michael said, nearly having to jog to keep up. Alex opened the door of the store and a blast of cold hit Michael in the face, colder than before due to the extreme warmth inside. It took him a moment to reboot his mind enough to finish what he was saying. "Alex, what's in the box?"
Alex managed to close his eyes and shake his head in disapproval without slowing his pace.
"Can you wait until we get to the hotel?" Alex asked, cold again. Michael nodded despite the fact Alex couldn't see him, deciding that a verbal answer probably would be annoying in itself.
The problem with silence was that it was a sure way to get Michael to spiral. He had discovered very recently that being alone when he wanted to be alone the most was the worst idea. Now, he didn't want to be alone as much as he wanted answers. Walking in silence down a street while wondering what was in Alex's bag, who Carla Holt was, why Alex was angry, etc, etc, etc, was only making his mind race.
By the time they stepped into the lobby of the hotel, Michael was sure that Alex had just borrowed a bomb from an old lady and he was going to explode himself and whoever Carla Holt was was going to hunt Michael down in revenge. He of course didn't say that. Instead, he tapped his foot as Alex requested a room with two queens and didn't realized that the worker snorted because he was assuming they were two queens until after they were already heading to the room.
"Should I go spit in his drink?" Michael asked when he realized.
"No," Alex said, "You'd probably make it taste too sweet."
Michael again found himself stumbling over nothing and he looked at Alex, wondering what the hell was he talking about. But it was the nicest thing he'd said to him the whole trip and Michael decided to take it very personally.
"You sayin' I'm sweet?" Michael asked, grinning. A smile pulled at Alex's mouth that he very quickly schooled, slowing as he came to their room.
"I'm saying your saliva, and probably your other bodily fluids, have a higher concentration of a glucose-like chemical," Alex said, "As proved by Kyle and Liz when we got drunk."
"You guys drunkenly tested our saliva's glucose levels?" Michael asked, laughing a little. Alex finally speaking to him made his brain stop wandering as much. Not completely–he was still wondering about that box–but enough.
"We were talking," Alex said, unlocking the door with the keycard, "And noticed we all thought you three tasted sweeter than other people we'd kissed and, well, you know. So we did some tests."
"That's... Interesting," Michael said, letting the door close behind them.
Alex walked over to the bed closest to the door and carefully sat his bag down. Michael watched him, staying near the door. He was still unsure about where they stood. He knew Alex cared about him and he knew Alex didn't hate him, but he was also still holding him at arm's length. And then there was that box. He didn't want to push.
But Michael wasn't known for his patience.
"Alex," Michael said, "What's in that box?"
Alex swallowed and looked up at him for a moment before patting the bed beside him. An invitation. One that made Michael's stomach drop and twist in 11 knots. But he walked closer, sitting beside Alex. Alex stared at him, his features slowly loosening up to betray his feelings. His eyebrows pulled together in that kind of worry that meant he felt like he was drowning, scrambling to pull himself to the surface and never able to get a good grip. Which would explain the coldness, he supposed.
"You know you can trust me, right? I'm... I'm working on not being so self-destructive, and, like, knowing I'm helping you out kinda helps when I feel shitty," Michael said. Alex huffed a small laugh and shook his head, dropping his chin to his chest for a moment. When he looked Michael in the eye again, he was back to being serious.
"I did something stupid," Alex said, softly like it was a secret, "I agreed to something without knowing what I was getting myself into. And I'm kind of stuck right now."
"Stuck? What do you mean stuck?" Michael said, following his lead and whispering.
"I'm figuring it out, alright? Don't worry. I'll tell you later," Alex said, reaching out to squeeze his arm before dropping it back to the bed, "And I checked before we even left that I wasn't bugged and I've kept my eye out to know that we aren't being followed. And my computer definitely isn't. We're good. They're tracking me, but only to the extent I'm letting them. It's okay."
"That doesn't sound okay," Michael said.
"Trust me like I trust you, alright?" He said. Michael reluctantly nodded. "I need you to hold something for me."
Michael blinked. "The box."
"Yeah."
"Who's Carla Holt?" Michael asked. Alex smiled softly
"It's not a who, it's a what. It's a code from my mom's side of things. She knows more about the alien shit than she let on," Alex sighed, "I didn't stand a fucking chance not being involved with this shit. My dad, my mom, you. So, you know, if you ever feel bad about that, it's my fucking destiny."
Michael swallowed and nodded, feeling more eager by the second to know what was in that box. Needed to keep hearing Alex say how fated they were to know each other. Needed Alex to touch his arm again and smile.
"Okay," Michael said, trying to stay in his own space, "So we're fated. Cosmic connection. Called it."
Alex broke into a wide smile, genuine and welcoming as he shoved Michael's shoulder gently. "Shut up."
"Show me," Michael said instead. Alex's smile faded just a little.
"Do me a favor and double check our surroundings," Alex said. Michael nodded and tilted his head, sending a chair to lodge itself under the doorknob and pressed the curtains tightly to the wall. His eyes slid closed as he did a mental sweep of the building, not noticing anything out of order. When he opened his eyes again, Alex seemed to be closer. "Thanks."
"Show me."
Alex sighed and nodded, hesitantly reaching into his bag and pulling out the box. It was clear now that it was made of really nice wood, intricate carvings covering it. Alex handled it with an extreme care that Corrie didn't have with it. His eyes flickered between the box and Michael a few dozen times before he hesitantly opened it and Michael leaned closer to see.
"It's just a ring," Michael said, almost disappointed. It looked like a normal, silver band that was old and unpolished after years of being tucked away.
"Not just a ring," Alex said, he kept his fingers very precise as he picked it up. Michael didn't miss the way it seemed to ripple at his touch.
"Something alien," Michael acknowledged.
"Something alien," Alex confirmed, "Most of the glass and even the rocks that you've had so far all seem to be crafted and at least heavily altered by your people to be as useful as they are. This... This was passed down as a pure substance that was mined and cut into a wedding band to mimic human customs." Alex looked at him. "It pre-dates your mother landing here, Michael."
Michael let out a shaky breath, eager and hungry for knowledge for the first time in a long time. He'd poured over Tripp's journal over and over, poured over Caulfield and Project Shepard records, all of it painful and sickening with an unhappy ending. And now there was something new– old –that might actually give him something more. Proof that aliens were here before his mother, proof that there was a reason they came to Earth of all places. More secrets he craved to uncover. He missed the feeling.
"It's powerful and, as far as I can tell, the last of it left. The rest was probably destroyed with your planet. But it's old and... and sentimental. One of the older women on the reservation told me the sentimentality powered it more. Because it's not just a ring that symbolizes love or a bond between two people, but it's a new start. Blending the past they chose to leave behind together with something new and different. Safer and secure. Together," Alex said. Michael swallowed, eyes unable to break away from Alex's. Alex cleared his throat and looked back down at it. "That's what she said anyway. There was probably two at one point, but I'm sure the other is lost to time."
"Yeah, okay. Okay," Michael said, agreeing without hesitation, "I'll take care of it and keep it safe."
He went to grab it, but Alex pulled it out of his reach.
"Michael," he said, "When I say it's powerful, I mean the moment you put it on, something's going to… happen."
Michael hadn't really intended to put it on, but it seemed Alex knew him well enough to know that eventually he would.
"What kind of something?"
"I don't know, Michael. I just know legend says it has unspeakable levels of power. So, please, be careful with it. I'd prefer you do it with someone around in case it overloads you or something," Alex said. Michael didn't point out what Isobel had before–he was the only one who didn't have a limit.
"Why not just put it on right now?" Michael said, "We're in the clear and you're here. Why not?"
Alex breathed in and out, staring at him with that same worried, downing look. Michael selfishly enjoyed it for a few moments–enjoying that he cared that much. So he smirked and held out his left hand, feeling confident.
"Go ahead, Alex. Put a ring on it," he said. A smile pulled at Alex's lips that he fought, but he relaxed his shoulders and grabbed Michael's hand with his empty one.
Alex's hand was warm. Michael was sort of obsessed with the feeling of it. Why hadn't they been holding hands this entire time?
"I'm right here, okay? So if you need me to take it off or if you feel like you're going to lose control, let me know. Try not to throw me," Alex said. Michael rolled his eyes.
"I don't give a shit how much power I have injected into me, I'm not going to hurt you," Michael said. Alex raised an eyebrow. "Physically. Come on now, cut me some slack."
"Maybe," Alex said, putting the ring closer. Michael could feel it now that it was millimeters away from his skin, the power of it overwhelming. And Michael was intrigued. "Ready?"
"Always."
Alex slid the ring onto his ring finger.
The wave of power hit him instantly and, before he could adjust, sent him into a mindscape. Or–he thought it was. The room was damp and dark, unwelcoming. Michael looked around for something, someone, but he was alone. It was crowded with things, though, inventions and technological structures. It looked like his own lair but significantly less familiar, less comforting.
“Michael?”
Michael turned towards the voice and saw Alex at the top of a ladder, staring down at him with a face that said he was doing everything to stay calm. He had red stains on his clothes. Michael stared at him, unsure what to do. Alex was down the ladder and centimeters away from him so quickly that it could only be achieved by him seeing something that wasn’t happening just yet.
“Are you okay?” Alex asked, “I’m sorry.”
“Don’t apologize,” Michael said, instinctually, “Where are we? What is this place?”
Alex looked around the room, his face betraying his pain before he met Michael’s eyes again. Then his hand was on Michael’s cheek with a warm and grounding presence. Michael’s heart was about to burst out of his chest.
“My research,” he sighed, “Half of it’s destroyed anyway. Let’s go.” Michael didn’t really think that sounded right. This didn’t feel like Alex’s space. He’d been in enough of Alex’s spaces before to know what they felt like. This wasn’t it.
“Your research?” he said. Alex gave him a look and stroked his thumb over his cheekbone.
“I’ll tell you later.”
“Stop that,” Michael said, his voice sounding more irritated than he meant. He could feel the anger in his body, but he didn’t know the source. “Stop not telling me things. You keep doing that. You need to tell me.”
“You’re right,” Alex agreed, swallowing, “But we need to get out of here. I swear I’ll tell you once we get in the car. But we need to get out of here.”
“You promise you’ll tell me in the car?” Michael said. Alex nodded.
“I promise.”
They were upstairs just as fast as Alex had been downstairs. Michael saw blood. He turned his head to find the source, but Alex’s hand was back on his neck to stop him.
“Don’t look. Let’s just go to the car.”
“What, you tryna baby me?” Michael asked, “You know I’ve seen some shit.”
“Yeah, I know,” Alex said, still leading him towards the door as his thumb dug slightly into the muscle on his neck, “Doesn’t mean I have to show you more.”
Michael sucked in a breath and he was thrown back into his body, the power from the ring still thrumming through him and teasing a possible second surge. It was old and unused and desperate to stretch out some of it's pent up energy.
Alex was there, staring at him and holding onto him. He was so close, so real, and so was that memory that was just in the opposite direction. Michael stared at him, taking him in.
"What happened?" Alex asked, hands squeezing his biceps. His hand started to slide up, but stopped at his shoulder. "Hey, you with me?"
"Yeah," Michael said, "I'm okay."
"What happened?"
"I think, uh," Michael breathed, swallowing. His throat felt dry again. The heat of the hotel seemed to work with the heat inside him; he was on fire in the best way. "I got, like, That's So Raven'd."
Alex blinked a couple times, his thumb moving in slow circles against his collarbone not too far from where it’d been moments ago in his vision. Michael wanted to let his eyes roll back into his head and just sink into the bed with Alex beside him and let this undeniable strength course through him.
"You saw the future?" he said, "Like one of Maria's visions?"
"I think so," Michael confirmed, "Only… mine wasn't of something bad. I mean, not really, anyway."
"What was it?" Alex asked.
Michael licked his lips, studying Alex for a moment. The ring on his finger fit perfectly as if it was made for him. The power it gave settled nicely in him, pulsing and eager to be used just a little bit more, but in a childish, playful way. It wanted to stretch after too many years being cooped up.
"Hey, I'm going to try to see something else," Michael said. Alex's eyes went wide as saucers.
"What? Tell me what you saw the first time," Alex pressed, his hand shifting just enough to cup the side of his neck. Michael layered his hand over his, feeling bold and unperturbed. At some point, they were going to get there. He was sure of that more now than ever.
And he wanted to see more.
" Michael ," Alex said, but Michael closed his eyes and breathed in, letting the power in the ring take him somewhere else.
And he was somewhere else.
He was standing at the end of a driveway. He looked around and tried to grab some sort of identifier, but all he saw was a house behind him and then a school bus headed towards him. It stopped in front of him, a kid stepping off and running towards him with a backpack almost as big as she was.
"Daddy!" the kid yelled and Michael tried his damnedest to act like he was meant to be here as the little body slammed against his legs for a welcoming hug. "Is Dad home yet? Can you tell him to get ice cream? I think we need ice cream."
"Oh, you think we need it?" Michael asked, walking with the kid towards the house. It felt natural, oddly enough.
"Yes," the kid said simply, running towards the door. She threw it open and Michael laughed and jogged the rest of the way. He could hear her already telling a story about school and he was trying to stay close enough to follow.
He walked into a foyer, pictures lining the wall. Family portraits.
Him and Alex. The three of them.
When Michael came back to his senses, Alex was right there again and staring at him without faltering. The ring was still alive, but it was at a sated hum now that it had been used a few times. He wondered how it would feel doing something he understood. He couldn’t wait to try.
“Hey,” Alex said, soft and comforting as he welcomed his weight. The vision he had was definitely not what he was looking for, he wanted to know more about Alex’s research and why it all felt so wrong and where the hell they were, but the second one…
“Hi,” Michael said, breathing and his eyes drifting down to his lips. Michael had experienced a lot of urges to kiss Alex before. Somehow this felt more dire.
“Please don’t do that again,” Alex said, “Maybe we should take it off.”
Michael shook his head carefully, eyes scanning him, “No, it feels fine now. It just needed to be used after being in a little box for decades. It’s good. Feels good.”
“Okay,” Alex said, still clearly hesitant. His fingers played with the hair at the back of Michael’s neck. There were two beds, but Michael was trying to figure out how to convince him to share one. They could fit. They’d shared smaller. “What’d you see?”
Michael breathed deep, wanting to get closer. He kept his hands to himself no matter how much he wanted to touch. He was being good. To get to where those visions said he was headed, he had to be good. Good for himself and Alex.
“Tell me what’s going on,” Michael said softly, “What are you researching? Who are you working with?”
Alex blinked once, twice before dropping his hand off of Michael. Which definitely hurt, but the fact that Alex didn’t move away definitely helped.
“What did you see?” Alex asked again, more pressing, “I know you saw that I’m researching something.”
Michael shrugged. He technically did, but he didn’t see anything identifiable. He didn’t know what it was. He would like to. Then again, he’d always wanted to know everything about Alex Manes.
“I didn’t see what,” Michael said, “I just saw that someone’s going to fuck with it. I think. I don’t know, we were in this basement looking thing and it felt really off and, and not like you, but you said your stuff was in it. And you had blood on you and when we went upstairs, there was more blood. But you said not to look. I don’t know what you did or what happened, but, like, if you told me, maybe we can prevent it getting that extreme.”
Alex stared at him for a long moment.
“You saw that both times?” Alex asked softly. Michael hesitated before shaking his head. “What else did you see, then?”
“Um,” Michael breathed, trying to think of the right words to say, “Uh. I don’t think, um…”
“ Michael.”
“Family portraits,” he said carefully, figuring that was easier to start with than a whole person who called them dad, “Like, ours. Um. I know we don’t belong in suburbia, but I guess we fucking get it anyway.”
He laughed. It wasn’t funny, but it was easier to say it like it was a joke. Alex looked at him, face confused.
“Suburbia? Like. White picket fence kinda thing?” Alex asked. Michael took a slow breath.
“I, uh, I didn’t see a fence, I was too focused on the‒” he stopped, licking his lips. Michael rubbed his thumb over the ring. It seemed to purr at the attention. Michael couldn’t wait to get back home and see what he could really do.
“On the what?” Alex prodded, reaching out to rest his hand on his leg and reigniting the contact. It felt so good. Michael really liked when he was touchy, it was his favorite thing about Alex.
“Um,” Michael breathed, feeling drunk off the attention and the ring all at once. He thought about lying, maybe that they were babysitting because that was close enough, but he was so tired of lies and half-truths and I’ll-tell-you-laters. “On the kid.”
Alex froze for a moment, “The kid?”
“Yeah,” Michael said, shrugging softly, “I, uh, I guess she was ours. She was calling us dad. Do we have any water? My throat is super dry.”
“I… I don’t think you’re seeing the future then, I’m never having kids. Do you realize how awful of a parent I would be? Awful. Neglectful. That’s not… And after I clearly fucking hurt people?”
“Maybe not,” Michael said, not about to argue right now. He was too busy feeling good. Alex kept his hand on his knee. “But whatever it was, it was good.”
Alex stared at him, quiet and clearly thinking things through. Michael let him. It was easier to give him space and time now. He’d gotten better at it before his visions, but they solidified to him that they were on a good path. It felt like they were making good choices and taking good steps. This was just a part of it.
Alex eventually took a deep breath, looked him in the eye.
“I’m gonna tell you what I’m doing, but you have to promise you’re going to stay out of it and trust me,” Alex said, “You promise?”
“I promise.”
“And you’re gonna promise to be honest with me?” Alex said, “And stay safe. Like, seriously. Don’t be reckless just because. I know you.”
I know you.
“Yeah. I’m doing better now,” Michael said, stretching his hand out, “I am. But I’m… I’m tired of not doing shit together. Doing stuff separately always gets us in shitty situations, Alex, I wanna be a team. Can I be on your team?”
Alex swallowed and moved his hand up, tucking Michael’s hair behind his ear.
“Yeah. Be on my team. Let’s be a team,” Alex said. He shifted and Michael waited patiently, watching him. “Okay, so. Deep Sky. It’s… it’s got some good people, I think, but it’s overall fucked. I don’t trust anyone in there, but it’s where I’m doing my research. Sort of. So I’ll tell you.”
It almost felt too good to be true to hear, but he didn’t need the ring to know that Alex was being honest. It showed him anyway. Truthfulness radiated off of him in vibrant blues and whites. He didn’t even need to get in his mindscape to be sure of it. It was strange to feel like that was unnecessary, like his body didn’t need confirmation because it already knew.  It didn’t feel like he was stepping off a ledge. He hoped Alex had the same confidence, wondered what would happen if he put the ring on him.
If Alex still felt like he was stepping off the ledge, he was going to be sure to catch every inch of him this time. No piece would hit the ground like all the times before.
He was going to make this work.
“Everything?”
“Everything.”

Hawks With a Reader Who Tics
Genre: angst, fluffy fluff,
Reader Pronouns: none
Other: This is based off of my tics, which usually only occur when I’m super stressed, and they’re all pretty simple. Just slapping my thigh, making a clicking noise, and general neck wanting to not be on my shoulders. If you want something more generalized, or something more along the lines of Tourrete’s Syndrome I am more than happy to oblige. Also this is totally self-indulgent so if no one else relates to this that’s fine.
Warnings: mentions of past teasing, reader cries, tics, shitty parents, cursing burnt toast and burnt bacon (the food not Dabi)

You had been going out with the Number Two hero Hawks for about two months now, and things were going great! No weird clicking noises or head-jerking or arms wanting to smack your thigh or random shouts of the word ‘yummy.’ You were beginning to think that maybe all your weird (an)tics had disapeared.
You’d never been more wrong.
Okay maybe you’ve been more wrong at times but still you were wrong.
All it took was one shitty day. Co-workers being assholes, Karens being Karens, but worst of all was a phone call full of bullshit from your parents. That was all it took for your body to start moving on its own. And not in the good way, the way that causes you to make weird clicking noises, jerk your head around like an owl, smack your thigh and repeat the word ‘yummy.’
Okay, you could deal with the clicking noise and the random yummy outbursts but all the more physical things? You really didn’t have the patience to deal with it. Which resulted in you leaving work early, complaining about being sick while masking as much as you possibly could to your boss.
And finally, you were home. And free to just let your tics do whatever the fuck they wanted until they wore themselves out. You hoped this wouldn’t be the type to last over a day, because that happened sometimes, and it was so annoying.
But you forgot something, something very important. You’d planned with your boyfriend to meet up and watch movies at your place. You were just lounging around half naked when you got the text that he was on his way.
“Fuck shit!” you rushed to get decent, knowing that all you could really do was put on a shirt, pants, and half-hazardly brush your hair before you heard the doorbell ring. “Alright Y/n you can do this.” you muttered. “It’s Hawks, he’s chill, you can stay calm and click still around him. Th- this’ll be easy! Suuper click click easy! And If you do tic, no problem he won’t hate you or make fun of you or break up with you! Just gotta go out there and face him, easy peasy... orIcouldrunawayandfakemydeathandlivemycottagecoredreamwithablindcatohhhyeahthatsoundssomucheasier*.” you shook your head (bad idea, you ended up hitting your chest really hard) and forced yourself out of the bathroom and to the front door, quickly ushering your boyfriend in.
“Baby bird! I haven’t seen you in person in forever!” he exclaimed. You sighed, looking up at him and immediately relaxing. Your boyfriend was so pretty, so kind, so perfect. Nothing could get in the way of a nice relaxing night.
“You saw me three days ago.” you deadpanned, holding back a click.
“It felt like forever!” he complained, walking in and shrugging his coat off. He was still in his hero costume, so he must’ve only just gotten off work. He folded his coat and put it on the little table next to the door, alongside his goggles and headphones.
“You aren’t injured?” you asked, checking his arms and face for scratches, then glancing at his wings to check their size. How many feathers had he used today?
“Baby don’t worry, I’m okay. Today was pretty chill. I only needed to use my wings for like- three things today. What about you? How was work?” you stiffened, praying you wouldn’t betray yourself.
“Eh it was okay.” you shrugged nonchalontly or however the fuck you spell it. Hawks raised an eyebrow at you.
“You know I can tell when you’re lying.” you gave him a forced smile, ignoring how your heart sped up.
“W-what are you talking about?” Stuttering. Of course you were stuttering. It wouldn’t take much longer before you simply couldn’t mask anymore.
“Dove, tell me what happened, I’m your boyfriend I want to help you-” he stopped talking when he saw how your hand was bouncing against your thigh, striking it hard.
“Fine- I’m I’m I’m F-fine fine!” you exclaimed, head jerking backwards. Hawks blinked in confusion.
“What was that?” his voice rose in concern. Tears were brimming in your eyes as you flinched away from his touch. You didn’t say anything, only grabbing the back of your neck to forcibly hold your head down. Even when you ticked you could just hold yourself back.
“Baby, talk to me, you’re worrying me.” Hawks took another step forward, and you just stepped backwards again, whimpering.
“N-no! No no!” you cried. Hawks stared at you with wide eyes, fearful. Suddenly he relaxed.
“Hey, it’s gonna be okay.” his tone was different this time, soothing, sweet, it was exactly the kind that would make you relax. “I’m here, I’m gonna help you. Can you move your hands for me, Babe?”
Slowly, your moved your hands away from your neck, immediately your head tried to dislocate itself, and a sharp stab of pain shot up your spine.
“OW!” Hawks opened his arms, still giving you a kind look.
“I know, I know it hurts.” he whispered. “Just come here, let me hold you.”
Hold you? When you were spazzing out like this? What if you hit him? What if you hurt him badly? What if he never wanted to see you again?” What if-
You ran into his arms, sobbing. You felt something soft tickle the back of your neck. A feather. He rubbed your back soothingly. Rocking the two of you back and forth as you cried against his chest.
“S-sorry! Sorrysorrysorry!” you yelped when your arm smacked his side.
“Shhhh shhh baby it’s okay.” He took your hand, gently moving it towards his face. Bad idea. You jerked your hand out of his grip, sniffling.
“Do-don’t do th-that- don’t do that. I’ll hu-hurt you. S-sorry.” he nodded.
“I understand.” he murmured, taking the two of you to the couch. He kept you close to him, feathers covering your body to try and help you relax. It was nice. He was warm and his voice was soft. You felt so... heavy. You closed your eyes, cuddling against him, close as you could possibly get before you finally fell asleep.
You slowly opened your eyes, the smell of bacon filling the air. You blinked a couple time, realizing you were in your bed. You sat up, groaning. Your neck felt so sore.
Click click
Ah, right. The tics were back. You thought back to yesterday, eyes widening as you remembered what happened. Hawks. He had come over hoping for a movie and cuddles, hoping for a break from taking care of people, and you’d ruined that with your stupid tic attack. How long had he stayed with you? Did he stay awake to make sure you didn’t tic in your sleep?
You ran out of your room, grateful you were still in your cozy movie party clothes. In the kitchen, Hawks had two plates on the counter, both with scrambled eggs and two slices of toast. Bacon was sizzling in the pan.
“Good morning, Dove! How are you feeling?” he asked, a soft yet tired smile on his face.
“Hawks! Hawks oh babe I am so so sorry about last night!” you exclaimed, your fingers twisted and curled around each other as you hoped to find comfort in the movement.
“Don’t be, it’s okay. I made breakfast, look! I may have burnt the toast but you’ll be fine with that, right? Baby?” he cocked his head to the side, noticing your expression.
“Y-you sure it’s okay?” you asked softly.
“Yeah! Was this the first time you had muscle spasms?” He sent a feather towards you, tickling your nose before circling around and rubbing at the back of your neck. You felt yourself on the brink of tears again at the soft gesture.
“No...” you murmured. “But I haven’t had them in a while I- I thought they were gone.” He nodded, humming.
“What triggers them?”
“Just- general anxiety and bad thoughts...” you mumbled.
“Alright. If you ever start ticking again, just call me. I’ll swoop in and help you. I’m pretty sure it’s hard to get stuff done when your body moves without you.” he flashed you a bright smile.
“Doesn’t it... weird you out?” you asked. “I could hurt you... I could accidentally break something I- I-”
“Baby.” you looked up at him. He took a step towards you, cupping your face into his hands and pressing a kiss to your lips. “I’m here for you. I care about you so I’m going to do everything in my power to make you feel comfortable. It’s my duty as hero, but more-so as your boyfriend.” you sniffled, nodding.
“Baby?”
“Yes, Dove?”
“You’re gonna burn the bacon.”
“SHIT!”

Summary: Your new term at Hogwarts starts with more drama then you intended. You didn’t expect your oldest friend to have feelings for you, but you didn’t expect to have feelings for a Gryffindor jock either.
(A/N): This chapter is seriously dedicated to everyone who waited literal years for an update. I’m sorry and I love you.
Tumblr media
It was the middle of the night when she walked around the grounds. Her palms sweat heavily in the chill winter air from nervousness. She was definitely risking being caught again but she couldn't stay inside her room a second longer.
It was when she passed the quidditch ground that she truly regretted her late night rendezvous. A quick sound of a zoom above her made her heart pick up dangerously and she just pulled the hood of her jacket tighter and walked away as fast as possible. When she thought she gained a certain distance she heard the broom swish by above her again, this time making her yelp. She turned away and decided she would go back inside after all.
“It’s just me, stop running.” A voice spoke right behind, making her gasp before she stopped in her path.
“Yuta! Stop doing that!” She turned around and he laughed, coming down and leaping off his broom.
“I just thought I saw you from the top, your red hair is so hard to miss.” Yuta grinned and she scoffed.
“Hansol isn’t back yet.” She groaned and Yuta stepped back a little amused.
“I saw him come in a while back, what does he have to do with that?” He pointed at her head.
“He did it. And I don't know how to reverse whatever spell he used.” She groaned and Yuta looked amused.
“Why is Hansol magically changing your hair and what problem do you have with it?” He asked and she sighed.
“He thinks I'm being childish because I won't talk to Jaehyun. Because we fought, because we did stupid shit during the Christmas break.” She grimaced but Yuta didn't seem surprised.
“Why won't you talk to him? Did he do something?” He asked instead and she groaned.
“Yes.” This time he seemed surprised, eyes wide and she clicked her tongue and looked away, “No..” She sighed. Yuta's brows crunched in confusion.
“Make up your mind.”
“I don't know, okay? I guess it could be my fault.” She looked away from him when he raised his brow.
“Could be your fault?” He asked and she groaned.
“Maybe it is. Whatever. No one asked him to just leave.” She mumbled, then deciding that she didn't need to do this she turned away. “Whatever,” She scoffed. “I'm going inside. Have fun flying.” She turned away quickly and Yuta stopped her, his short chuckles annoying her.
“Oh my god! You like him!” Yuta grinned and she swatted his shoulder.
“No you like him.” She mumbled.
“I wouldn't mind." He shrugged before clicking his tongue, "But I'm not the person throwing their grump around since they came back from home. Hansol is right.” Yuta said and she shook her head.
“No. Just drop it.” She shrugged away from his hand on her shoulder.
“(Y/N)–” He sighed.
“No. I've already done the thing where I try with someone who wants to run away from me. It's human nature to make mistakes but I don't want to repeat mine.” Her eyes sparkled.
“He's not Doyoung.” Yuta's voice softened.
“You don't know that! Even Doyoung was nice before he thought my face made him sick. I can't do that to myself again, I have pride.” She shrugged his second attempt at putting his hand on her shoulder away and walked towards the castle, Yuta decided his friend needed company, following at a safe distance.
“Change the damn hair back!” (Y/N) demanded without as soon as she walked into Hansol's room.
“No.” Hansol said while unpacking without looking up. She looked at him with irritated disbelief and groaned. Yuta walked up behind her, thoroughly amused by this exchange.
“Hi Hansol.” Yuta said with a wave and Hansol looked up, offering him a grin.
“No don't 'Hi Hansol’ him. Tell him to change my hair.” She turned to him with furrowed brows.
“Hansol change (Y/N)'s hair back.” Yuta turned to him with a smirk.
“Okay.” Hansol said easily. She turned to him, dripping with exasperation.
“Are you being serious right now?” She asked incredulously.
Hansol turned to her, his easy smile turning back to a straight face, “No.” He took out another pile from his suitcase while she resisted the human urge to choke him.
“Do you think when Dumbledore’s army liberated us, that they would see a day when a Slytherin was being tortured by a Badger? Where are my rights!” She turned back to Hansol with a death glare but he seemed unfazed.
“Go talk to him.” Hansol said in return, resolute.
“There's nothing to talk about.” She crossed her arms in front of her and turned away from him, her voice dropping it's ferocity.
“You can't let him make a decision without knowing your side of things completely.” Hansol sighed but she didn't turn back.
“He should have waited then.” She mumbled but the room was cozy enough for it to be heard.
“You're the one who didn't tell him, you coward!” He threw a neatly folded t-shirt at her and she caught it and threw it back.
“Why do you care so much? Can't you just let this go? It's not like I need to do any of this. I'll survive. It's just feelings.” She groaned, before a thought crossed her mind and  her back deflated, “I don't see him dying to talk to me, he probably didn't even feel the need to tell his friends. Then he wants me to tell the world. I know what it's like, you know." She let out a pained laugh, "Deep inside somewhere, all of you boys just want everything on your terms." She sucked a breath in, realising that wasn't fair, but her pride didn’t let her apologise.
She let out a shaky breath, her voice coming out smaller, "I'll survive without this, just change my hair the fuck back so I'm not stared down by everyone walking down the corridor.” She seemed irrefutable this time.
“But that's just because you look good with that. Plus, you do that hilarious thing where you try to hide it so intentionally that it is more obvious. Don't blame the choice of colour.” Yuta offered and she rolled her eyes at him.
“I'm serious! Look at yourself.” He pointed at the mirror on the wardrobe, “I'd let you step on me.” Yuta said and she laughed.
“What have you been doing this break?” She asked—  his words so muggle-like that she was caught off guard, he winked in response, making her chuckle.
“Keep it. You can do what you like, but he's not wrong.” Hansol offered and she turned to him with a raised brow, before turning to the mirror in scrutiny.
She turned back to Hansol, “Change. It. Back.” Her voice came out strained.
“No.” Hansol closed his empty suitcase.
“I’m going to murder you and make sure nobody ever finds your body, Ji Hansol.” She breathed out and left, closing the door with a loud bang.
Her cheek was squashed against her palm as her eyes kept scanning over the words on the page. After a moment, her cheek felt cramped and instead of sitting up she lay her head on the desk, her hair splayed over her arm like a silk fan as she continued to stare at the words on the page.
“Thinking about the heartbreaker?” Yuta's voice spoke into her ear and she rolled her eyes.
“No broken hearts around here, moron.” She said with a bored voice and Yuta chuckled.
“Oh? Not even the person's currently staring at you from across the study hall? He looks a little heartbroken to me.” Yuta said with a whispered voice closer to her before sitting up and waving his hands, “Sicheng! Come sit with us?” Yuta said loudly and she sat up and turned to glare at Yuta.
“One day Nakamoto, one day you'll be in a situation you would rather avoid. And I'll be there, making sure that is the last thing you get.” She glared at him, closing her book with a loud bang.
Sicheng walked up to the table with solitary footsteps. She risked a momentary glance— Jaehyun sat at the table across the aisle alone, not following his friend. She caught his eyes, he looked away when their eyes met. She decided to turn back to her book.
“How was your Christmas?” Sicheng asked cheerfully as he sat with his books, Yuta smiled at him and nodded before shifting his gaze to the lone guy across the aisle, he raised his chin and decided to speak up; (Y/N) ducked her head back into her book before he did.
“Is there a reason you won't sit with us?” Yuta raised his voice, speaking to Jaehyun. He looked up and turned a thoughtful eye at Yuta before turning to see her, when her eyes didn't lift from her book he flexed his jaw, vexed by her disregard. He got up wordlessly and walked over, sliding into the seat.
“Of course there isn't.” He said, eyes fixed on her.
Yuta grinned, “I think it's a great idea if we study together. Sicheng and (Y/N) are nerds and I'm sure you have mastered the art of quick learning as have I.” Yuta told Jaehyun.
She tapped on Yuta's shoulder smiling in a way that he knew wasn't amiable.
“So move, I can sit with Sicheng and we can do the studying.” She said and Yuta huffed.
"You're supposed to help us." He pouted, earning her best irritated frown.
"Why? How will that benefit me in any way?" She shot at him.
Yuta clicked his teeth and shook his head, "Altruism is a gift in itself." He went to pet her head but his hand stopped midway, an invisible spell blocking it.
"Who said I was altruistic. I'm selfish to the core Nakamoto. Keep your hand to yourself." His hand flew to his cheek but Yuta stopped it with his own magic, "Oh look, you seem to pay attention to something in class after all." She gave him a smile, before turning away with a roll of her eye.
"What's happening?" Sicheng asked, confused.
"Oh don't you know?" (Y/N) turned to him, tilting her head to the side. "That's odd isn't it? That out of the four of us you're the one left in the dark." She finally turned to look at Jaehyun. "And it's me who's embarrassed?" She gave him a glare. When his response was a confused frown she rolled her eyes, "Fucking boys." She mumbled, shutting her book so loudly that an owl in the corner of the ceiling flew away with a loud squawk making Sicheng drop his wand on the floor. She gave Jaehyun a last look, dripping with indignation before getting up and walking out.
"You messed up, dude." Yuta turned to Jaehyun after the door banged loudly from her departure. Jaehyun turned back to him with a frown, "I was talking your side on this till now." Yuta shrugged.
"What?" Jaehyun snapped. Yuta just shrugged but his eyes told Jaehyun what he needed to know. "She said she didn't want people to know. Now I'm at fault for doing exactly that?" Jaehyun spat, clearly angry. "Am I supposed to apologise now?" He asked with a scoff.
"No. You're supposed to understand her. You can't leave her mid fight, she doesn't do well with latent tension. She doesn't want an apology, she wants to know you care enough to argue and not walk away. I really did think you would be better than–" Yuta stopped, "it's not my place.” He sighed, “I'm not the one you should be having this conversation with." Yuta seemed colder suddenly, "I have to go check on my friend." He stood up, giving Sicheng a wave and Jaehyun a nod before walking out of the room.
"What's going on?" Sicheng asked after Yuta walked out of the hall. Jaehyun didn’t turn back for a moment, staring at the door.
"Her hair–" There was a wistful longing in Jaehyun's voice.
"What about it?" Sicheng asked, his voice more perplexed.
"It's nice." He lamented, earning a scoff from his friend.
"This crush of yours is getting out of hand." Sicheng chuckled, Jaehyun turned to him with a straight face. When Sicheng was none the wiser, Jaehyun raised a brow.
"Oh!" Sicheng said a little surprised, "Oh." He sat back, "Wow, good for you. She's definitely out of your league." Sicheng patted his back.
"Yeah." Jaehyun mumbled, nestling his cheek in his elbow and lying on the table. Jaehyun groaned, unable to comprehend what was happening.
"Uhh You should go talk to her." Sicheng tried to help his best friend. "Whatever the problem is, go be your charming self and apologise." He gave him a thumbs up.
"My feelings were hurt too, you know?” His voice came out an indignated mumble, lips pouting. “And no one seems to care about that all that much. Maybe I shouldn't have left her alone, but I've liked her for a year and she acts like I'm being reckless if I want to tell people. What does she mean people ruin things?" He frowned to himself, "And then I'm wrong because I didn't tell you?" Someone clicked their tongue from across the room and shushed him with a glare. Jaehyun continued softer, "What was I going to say? 'Hey guys guess what? Finally told (Y/N) I liked her, she liked me but didn't want to tell people, so I guess that ended before it started.’ Maybe I embarrass her because I'm not smart like Kim Doyoung." Jaehyun's voice faltered, like he finally caught up with the reason for his irritation. Groaning more dramatically this time, he squinted at his own confession before turning his head away from his friend, hiding his reddening cheeks.
“Jaehyun–” Sicheng sighed.
“Whatever.” He mumbled again, “I’ll get over it.”
Tumblr media
It was too late at night when Taeyong happened to find a stray light still shining on the edges of the common room. Upon getting closer to inspect, it turned out to be (Y/N) with wires hanging from both ears, earphones, she had called them once. She looked out the mossy glass at the depths of the lake. His eyes traced her silhouette, noting how forlorn she looked. When he put a hand on her shoulder she jumped, an audible gasp echoing from the empty room.
“By the Gods, why on earth are you trying to terrify the soul out of me.” She pushed back his hand with an irritated scowl.
“It’s late. You can’t be in the common room.”His eyes drifted to her hand, “Especially not with prohibited items.” He looked up at her, confused by the frown that seemed to persist.
“I couldn’t tell it was late, our windows don’t exactly give away the time of day.” She pointed at the glass absent-mindedly before pausing to take a sigh. There was a flash of something on her face, fleeting and pained, before the frown adorned her features again, “You should be asleep too.” She mumbled while fixing her skirt.
Taeyong’s eyes followed the movement, catching a sight of skin on her thigh between her skirt and winter socks. He averted his gaze with a shake of his head, mentally chastising himself. She stood up with a final brush of her skirt, meeting Taeyong’s eyes. He stood to close, and when he made no move to push back her frown deepened.
“(Y/N)—” He began to speak.
“Move back Taeyong, I’m not in the mood to listen to you about the consequences of breaking rules. There are no consequences if I’m not caught. Now move.” Her last words came out slightly uncomfortable but Taeyong took a deep breath.
“(Y/N) there’s something I’ve always wanted to tell you. Something I should have said a long time ago.” He looked into her eyes affectionately, only to see panic in hers. Suddenly, in the moment Taeyong realised that she knew. She knew exactly how he felt about her and the thought of him confessing made her panic. He put a stray foot back, trying to look for even the smallest hint of anticipation in her face. Instead all he saw was dread.
“Taeyong.” She said softly, regretfully.
No no no. This wasn’t how this was supposed to go at all. This was Taeyong’s worst nightmare, ruining a life long friendship over this. Taeyong suddenly wished this was one of his nightmares, but he just stood there and nothing changed.
“There you are, (Y/N)!” A voice made Taeyong startle back. “Your cat has been clawing on my door for an hour now.” He turned to find Yuta giving him a gaze filled with so much pity that it made him feel sick. This had to be a nightmare, the mortification he felt could have been from no other source. Even Yuta knew. Both of his closest friends could see him pine over (Y/N) for years. He took more steps back.
“I have to take a round of the floor.” He spoke to the carpet, his voice unbelievably still. He left before either of them could say anything.
Taeyong slowly walked up the stairs that led him out of the basement with his wand in hand, a bright light at the end. He tried not to think about it, her face as she realised what he was going to say. His jaw set tight, maybe it was because of his curse. She would be friends with someone like him, out of pity like the kind he saw in Yuta’s face. Taeyong stopped on a step, his face contorting as he felt a lump in his throat. Maybe that’s what the curse really is, not the hair or nightmares but the way he would never really fit in anywhere. Only a creature to be pitied.
When Taeyong rounded the corner to the two towers, he saw a figure blend into the shadows in the corner. He flicked his wand, glaring at the boy who stood in front of him.
“Damn. I forgot that you’re actually a competent wizard.” Doyoung grinned bitterly, his back against the wall. Taeyong looked at the paintings behind Doyoung, glaring at him. Some of them held their noses dramatically.
Taeyong turned back to Doyoung with irritation, “Have you been drinking, Kim Doyoung?” Doyoung just shrugged defiantly, a short chuckling leaving his lips.
Taeyong clenched his jaws, “You can be expelled if I tell someone. The groundskeeper could have seen you.”
“The groundskeeper wouldn’t have caught my spell.” Doyoung waved his hand dismissively, “What do you really want, Taeyong? Drinking is an open secret here. If you tattle on me, there has to be a list of names you give up with mine.” He scoffed, trying to get his back off the wall but tumbling on his heel. “Just leave me alone.” Doyoung sighed, leaning back against the wall.
“And what if I don’t?” Taeyong crossed his arms in front of his chest, “What if I choose to give your name only? The rest are bygones and you’re standing in front of me right now. Drunk out of your mind.” An odd rush went through Taeyong as he said those words, looking down from his nose at Doyoung’s flushed face. The menacing eyes Doyoung gave him only heightened the sensation.
“Oh you’re enjoying that aren’t you?” Doyoung narrowed his gaze. In the distance, the clock tower chimed one. “So many of the students, and a few teachers wonder if the hat put you in the wrong house." Doyoung scoffed when he saw Taeyong's eyes widen slightly, "But look at you now, Lee Taeyong. You were born for it.”
“Shut up!” Taeyong’s voice echoed against the walls. A few paintings winced, others watched with keen eyes. “I’m doing the job I was selected to do. You’re out of rooms after curfew and you’re drunk. It would be wrong for me to not report you.” He lowered his voice till he sounded impassive.
Taeyong bit his lips when Doyoung didn’t seem fazed by his threats, “You’re the last person to lecture me about my behaviour. I know what you are," He paused, a surprising amount of menace growing in his chest. "What you did to (Y/N).” Doyoung looked up at him so fast that Taeyong thought his neck might crack. He heard a painting gasp.
“You.” Doyoung pointed at Taeyong, his eyes bloodshot, “Know nothing.” He took a deep breath, his fury visibly dissipating to a cruel twist of his lips. “She still chose me over you, you know? Twice.” Doyoung laughed when Taeyong tried to hide his shock. “What? You thought I didn’t know?" His bitter, cruel laugh got louder. "You stupid cuck!” The way he spat the word at Taeyong made him angry even without understanding what the word meant.
“Stop it.” Taeyong heard his jaw crack from biting down so hard.
“You think she didn’t know? Always tip toeing around you because she didn’t want to hurt your poor, weak heart.” Doyoung stood back on his feet, steadier this time from the use of magic no doubt, walking up close to Taeyong and wordlessly daring him to step back. “Is that why you’re trying to use your meaningless title on me right now?” He raised his brow at Taeyong. “Because you’re the one she smiles at and pities and I was the one who she found irresistible enough to crawl back to?” Taeyong heard the crack before he realised that his knuckles connected with Doyoung’s jaw. He lay on the floor in a clumsy heap. When he turned around, he spat blood out of his mouth. He looked up at Taeyong without any remorse.
“I deserve her indifference to me after what I did. Her indifference to you is something you can’t change.” He splayed out on the floor, his laugh echoing against the walls and inside Taeyong’s head.
Kill him. A voice whispered in his ears, making Taeyong turn to the direction to find nothing. They’ll think he got drunk and fell from the stairs. He turned again, looking at the painting, but they looked as confused as he felt. Do it. Kill him. Taeyong put his hands on his ears but the words kept ringing in his skull.
“You’re hair.” Doyoung’s voice came through the words in his head. Taeyong looked down at him to find his head up and staring at him with horror, “It’s turning black.” He said again. Taeyong caught his reflection on the glass of a picture on the wall, catching the black slowly bleed down from his scalp.
KILL HIM! The sound echoed so loudly in his head that he was sure the whole castle heard it.
“Did you hear that?” Taeyong asked Doyoung with desperation; but Doyoung just looked at him like he was mad.
Taeyong felt like he was going mad.
“What’s wrong with you?” Doyoung looked at him like he was a freak of nature.
Push him down the stairs. No one will know. The voice came back with a whisper. Taeyong turned away frantically, running down the stairs till he disappeared into the castle’s shadows.

also naurr okay thoughts before i go into ep 9
- i think ok. the issue NOW is once u start thinking of it, omg, u just dont stop. like oh christ bc with CAITLYN... sigghhhQDOIPSJGDJ. i feel eye-rolly at myself now bc ik its not that deep but omg u kno when u get mildly annoyed for good reason but then it just snowballs bc ur a little petty pest?<3HELP I cant be so mean over this blue haired little girlie...
- but idk maybe i am not. like i think its just. im staring at her more and i think she just really feels... emblematic of the weaker points of the show, you know? which i feel, well, bad for. but like if you had to summarise what it is abt arcane that holds it BACK for me... caitlyn wouldnt be a far shout. and i mean thats not AS dramatic as it sounds: bc like ive said, i like the show! its funnn and theres lots of good stuff in here<3 but the parts that are really holding it back..
- like ive said. the way it plays itself so safely- you know? which again. not much else u can expect from a netflix league of legends show. but also like... nonetheless it is still trying to explore, like, the ideas of corruption and inequality and "class" (im putting THAT in quotation marks) but it goes about it in a very. honestly shallow way where its really not... deeply criticising any of it which again, idk what else to expect from this and i didnt expect more, but also like. when thats a core principle of ur show and ur going to be milktoast abt it yah.... the show itself is gonna be milktoast, yah?<3
- and caitlyn is like at the epicentre of a lot of that. like we have no actual proper criticisms of wealth when it comes to her- not really. and instead shes like... the savior voice of reason figure. like i said. that part before really bothered me where you have ekko and everyone in the firelights who've all been fighting and surviving down there for YEARS now and you walk her in and have her be the "did you guys know that. violence is... bad!" person like idc idc idc... its like i just dont care, girlie.
- and like in general you know. with the clean cut OH THE UNDERCITY IS ALL THE POOR PEOPLE AND THE OVERCITY IS THE RICH PEOPLE and. goodness you must forgive me- its obvious im a stem kid, with an unscrewed head, so im not so good at laying out all my thoughts coherently like this- but again its all a very superficial... well these are the rich people and those are the poor people without... going into very much depth at all, just these like monoliths for the oppressed and the not oppressed. a black and white this and that. but again without- without actually picking it apart!? its all these vague swathes of "theyre poor down there! and its violent down there! we are letting them down!" and its like uh. c-coool............................... and i think its bc you know. if you did actually HAVE to develop the underlying reasons behind tht you would have to get into the unsafe, riskier territory and well... characters like caitlyn would most surely be less and less compelling.
- bc like i said before when also criticisng caitlyn. like. they said it themselves. she abused her power as a cop and as a rich person to sorta just go off whilst on the job, undermine upper authority, and do whatever the fuck she want and she gets out of all of tht bc of who she is. and you can be like "oh! but she was doing it for GOOD!" as they said in the show- but its like noww... exactly, now lets discuss THAT for a second. bc its like no i agree she wasnt doing anything wrong-wrong, but still its like... again. a way in which caitlyn just sort of exists as this barely questioned icon privilege, but then the show also stakes so much onto her to deliver and push forwards plot as a person and im just... yawn. and surely the show wouldnt as, like i said, i dont expect that much of it but its again this very... sigh. you know. SAFE sort of thing. and its the sort of thing that always happens in these fantasy worlds, where they create a make believe the oppressed group and the not oppressed group and try to build up this big thing but its all just sort of smoke and mirrors and not. really much at all more than that
- AND ITS LIKE. it slike- again hey. im gonna reassert. its like... its fine. i guess? its just.. another overly safe attempt to do this whole song and dance. so much is- like jesus. its par for the course nowadays. a kinda emptiness which god thats sobering. but i guess its dressed up in a fun way. and whilst im not gonna come away obsessed with all of this, like ive been saying, i guess im having fun watching it and i'll prolly stick around for the next season and rb some gifsets about depending on the overall temperature of the thing bc lord knows i havent looked in those tags. and i hope im not coming off as too pretnetious lol omg- bc its like... literallyyy i get it if it just scratches a certain fun part for you, bc i have said man the design of this thing is wonderful and i guessif none of this rlly means much then hey. i can see why a lot of ppl would be obsessed with it but i guess its just not wholly clicking for me
- i will also say though. again i do think... not just with safeness. im doubling down on what i said before, actually. i think its well-paced in terms of hey! im not getting fuckin bored here, and you are giving even amount of time to everyone and i do think ur utilising ur time well for what you DO have but ehhhhh gosh idk. i still can sort of... TASTE... a much deeper well developed show, had they more time. you know what i mean? LIKE- i guess its good as it is but its like. man you could elevate so much of this if there was just more dedication to some things.
- like i think medarda is one prime example of like. shes JUST a little undercooked for who she is. like we've got a good idea of her! but my GOD if we could just get more of her- oh fuck, please... bc i just feel like we got some really good moments but i dont know i want more. i want more complexity in here- and more of this and that andt his an dt.. im not sure what exactly but it just feels like shes bigger than what she has been onscreen like gosh
- (which also on tht note is another thing i'd like to clarify with caitlyn like. bc the thing is i wouldnt care if she was a richgirl cop and hell i'd be into the push and pull with her and vi if they, again, just owned that right and weren't so piss cold with it all. like i think you can have these types of characters for fucking sure- just... frame them better narratively you know. yeesh. although granted theres a lot to unspool there wrt like whate- YOU KNOW I CANT EVEN FINISH THESE THOUGHTS MY HEADS MELTING ON THIS line of thinking lemme omggg.)
- but yeah also viktor sighhh. i havent talked of viktor. im just SAD you know bc also with the whole- again... i think its just starting to feel worse and again im able-bodied so taking my perspective with a grain of salt, yah, like... it just isnt sitting right with me how much theyre connecting disability with monstrosity. and i guess its just the tired old, bloody trope of fuckin- hghhrhgh cyberpunk is when YOU LOSE PARTS OF YOUR SOUL WITH BODY MODIFICATIONS! but recoloured and its like again. i think if they did properly have the time to explore this whole thing better you could right that more than what theyre doing now but its like godddd bc literally every single disabled character is either viktor OR theyre a violent undercity person and theyre all succumbing to the shimmer and idk man idk sniff nsiff...........
- speaking of. idk if anyone cares. m besties are vi, ekko and viktor i think. my little guys. :3 i love ekko a lot actually.......... i want more of him. less of, like, whatever the hell caitlyns weird savior bs is and more of ekko fighting for his god damn LIFE please<3 BBYYYYY. god the former espec cially- that shit ROCKED so badly.
- speaking of. idk if anyone cares. m besties are vi, ekko and viktor i think. my little guys. :3 i love ekko a lot actually.......... i want more of him. less of, like, whatever the hell caitlyns weird savior bs is and more of ekko fighting for his god damn LIFE please<3 and ofc i do laso love jinx oh teehee.. i like them. fun guys.
- i do find jayce interesting too. him and merdara. ive said wht i said abt merdara- GOD, i'd fucking love her way more if they did just push her a bit and you know. i like jayce a whole fuckn lot too i think the others are just a bit above them both rn LOL.
- anyways last ep soon i might hmmm i might give it a bit first let myself chill omg i should get hot choccy....

wordcount: 2.5k
warnings: strong language, lil angst with happy endings all around. mild menace meeting menace shenanigans
Okay this is written as pt 1 Jav, pt 1 Jack, pt 2 Jav, pt 2 Jack, bonus pt 3. If you’re only in it for one of the boys, it makes reading a bit weird, but I liked the format for the whole thing. Sorry!

Javier wanted to hit it with a bat. Or a car. Or anything. All that mattered is that maybe then it would leave him the fuck alone. Of all the stupid, infuriating, ridiculous guides the universe could have given him to find his other half, he was sure this was the worst. Rumor was, he couldn't even kill it if he tried.
It's not that he didn't want to find his soulmate, but he... well, he didn't want to find his soulmate.
There were all sorts of excuses to spout - work, obviously a priority, inconvenience, not wanting to give up his way of life. Not to mention following a damn goose was an impossible task, plus the fact that the stupid thing didn't even like him.
It would appear seemingly at random, honking insistently or flapping erratically, and then be gone before anyone else could bat an eye. To say that he had become increasingly irritated would have been a huge understatement.
The truth of it was that Javier was afraid. No one in the world liked to feel like they were being controlled. People liked to know what was going on, and this just didn't fit the bill. He didn't like that he didn't know you, couldn't be chosen, by you.
His life was already complicated enough - messy enough - that a soulmate would only make it worse. He had made it this long, this far without needing one, so he was fine without, thank you very much. Even to himself, his lie sounded okay.
It was hard to face, the idea that there was someone out there, a relationship that he couldn't have control over. And someone who would love him unconditionally? Terrifying.
Unfortunately, he wasn’t allowed to do nothing, because it seemed like every direction he turned there was a goose from hell wreaking havoc on his life.
They had reached an impasse - glowering at each other as it had planted itself in front of his door. Little feet pacing angrily, unreasonably long neck, all of it was just begging to be kicked. Except, for all he was a seasoned DEA agent, Javier was almost afraid the thing could go a few rounds with him. Feet shuffling uneasily, his hand twitched for his gun, even though he knew he couldn’t, wouldn’t shoot.
It was stupid to have a staring contest with a goose. And even more stupid that the goose won .
Javier turned away, spitting spanish curses in a stream that would make his mama smack him. Maybe it wasn't too late to find a hookup he could use to crash, he was thinking, and that thought was apparently the final straw. The goose reappeared in front of him.
Hissing.
More curses, a quick turn on his heel. This time, it didn't move in front of him, it left a sharp peck on his calf, before dodging his kick.
It was herding him, against his will, to you.
-
When he saw the goose, Jack thought he was delirious. The Statesman lab must've screwed something up because he'd seen that horrible, wonderful, stupid goose once before, in another life.
And he never, ever thought he'd see it again.
He did a lot of thinking, that night and the next day and the next. Strangely, he did a lot of feeling, too, noticing how light his shoulders felt, how kind the ache on his heart had become. He visited their grave, pressed his forehead to the headstone, and breathed some deep breaths.
And when he saw the goose again, he lassoed it.
It wouldn't have died even if it was powered up, but he didn't take the chance, determination and longing filling his being like blood, pumping through his heart to each and every part of him.
Miracle of miracles, it let him, with all the glare a bird could give. Knees only making small pops, Jack settled on his heels, looking at it sternly.
"Can you take me to them?"
The expression on it's tiny, smug face didn't change, but it also didn't disappear to free itself, so he waited.
And he waited. And waited. And eventually, watching it with half an eye, he grabbed a doughnut and offered it to the stupid soulmate goose god.
It considered the doughnut, pecked it as Jack yanked his fingers out of reach, and apparently accepted. After it was finished, it began to tug him along, waddling on its makeshift leash as Jack's heart leapt into his throat. He grabbed the bag of doughnuts and his hat before getting dragged along, to you.
-
At his very core, Javier was a man driven by his personal sense of justice. Being herded by an immortal goose of mischief was unfair, it made no sense that he had to find you, somehow needed more, and wasn't allowed to choose. It pecked and honked and bullied him all the way to a crowded bar, which was a perfect example.
Just as he was thinking, trying to convince himself he would've come here on his own, it disappeared again and he sighed.
He needed a drink. And, he needed to make some of his own goddamn decisions. Defiance and determination, he told himself. Not stubbornness. There was nothing to prove, it was just defiance and determination, to take his fate into his own hands and make his own choices. And if he was going to do that, he wanted to look for someone who wasn't an informant or a one night stand. His gut was looking for someone he could pull to his side and to show the universe that the goose was right to give up on him.
You were a perfect fit. Slightly disgruntled for whatever reason, even through the crowd he could see the faint, telltale wrinkles of someone just as... determined as he was. Shoulders held the same defiance he was so proud of, and he would be lying if he wasn't physically drawn to you as well. The inconsistent lighting could make anyone look good if you wanted it enough, but you... were something else.
There was a line of pink neon reflection from the top of your ear, across your cheekbone, and just grazing the line of your upper lip as you looked thoughtfully at something he couldn't see. Javier thought he wouldn't mind tracing that path with his fingers, and then maybe his own mouth, and his feet were already carrying him to you to look for an open door. The rest of your form came into view, and Javier noticed the bass of the music was turned up a little bit more than necessary- he could feel it thumping in his bones.
Talking to you went smoother than maybe it ever had before. You seemed resigned, at first, which was a reaction that caught him off guard, and that combined with the weariness of his week, making him unusually candid. In turn, you opened up to him like a flower turning towards the sun, fun and thoughtful and refreshing.
He liked the way you laughed when his lines came out a little awkwardly - open and appreciative, and it made his chest puff out a little. He liked the way you spoke, too. There was kindness and romance in your soul, just whispering at the edges of the words, and while he didn’t pick up on that, per se, they made him feel special, handsome, worthy, but also trusted and comfortable and safe. Neither of you noticed at first, that you had shuffled into a quiet corner of the bar, that his body had moved close, a gentle shield boxing the two of you into your own little world.
When the question came - what brought you here, anyway? - he found himself answering honestly about half being led by his guide, then wanting to make his own path. His confidence faltered at your quiet laugh. His heart ached. A glance at the clock told him it had been two hours since he'd found you, and already he wanted to... choose you. To have you choose him.
He felt stupid that he had confessed so soon, but...
Oh, you were kissing him. There were hands shooting off sparks into his soul against his chest and his jaw and you were kissing him. Javier kissed you back.
When you pulled away, his mouth chased yours, not ready to give up the contact so soon, but you stopped him, laughing again.
"I have a confession," you whispered, and he paused.
“My guide led me here, too. I thought when it gave up on me when I saw you,” your next kiss was more chaste, “I think we got tricked.” Noticing he liked the feel of you in his arms, even if he didn’t remember pulling you there, he tightened his hold.
Javier felt light, understanding your laughter, and blissfully unafraid. “No,” he said, knowing already you’d understand him.
“I chose you.”
Jack was running out of doughnuts. It was easier, safer to have the dumb bird half hog-tied, but he still didn’t feel any closer to you, just halfway across town. He dug in his boots and sunk onto a bench, yanking the goose to a stop, too annoyed to beg for a break.
He wasn’t giving up and running away, absolutely not, he was just... running out of options. Or, doughnuts. And breath. If this pace kept up, he wouldn’t be able to tell you all the things he had planned out in his head.
Eyelids closing against the southern sun, he let out a long, slow sigh. His heart was still racing, and he wondered if he was really as ready as he wanted to be, to meet his next soulmate. A sturdier inhale grounded him. He was ready, he knew he was. Whoever you were, you had to have the patience of a saint - it would be alright, he just needed a breath. The ground under his boots was sturdy, the breeze over his skin cooling, and the goose was mercifully quiet.
“That’s one strange lookin dog you have there, cowboy,” The voice was teasing, but not malicious, and he grinned, eyes still closed.
“She’s a purebred,” he replied, and he heard a huff of laughter like the first few notes of music. Waiting for your footsteps to carry you away, he savored the moment, feeling silly as he hoped his soulmate would like to laugh as much as he did.
There was a weight on the other side of the bench, and he wondered at it, as you said, “Want to talk about it?” His smile was softer, this time, intrigued by the moment, but not wanting to be tempted into flirting, not when his soulmate was on the horizon.
“Nothin to tell,” he replied, feeling suddenly strange. Jack opened his eyes, looking at the rope in his hands, feeling the fibers run through his fingers. “Just a free range chicken... taking a break from tryin to chase down my second soulmate.” He winced, definitely not wanting to look at you, after the second had slipped out.
It wasn’t judging, though, the voice that said, “You seem like you want to talk about it.”
For once in his life, Jack didn’t know what to say, slipping off his hat to run his fingers through his hair before replacing it. He heard your half-laugh again, and it felt refreshing, like sweet tea on a southern summer day.
“Okay,” you said, and he heard amusement this time, like you had something to say, some thought you were chewing on.
Then, there was that terrible honk of the goose, not from his feet, but from where, assumedly, you were. Snapping his gaze to the other side of his bench, he saw a sight for sore eyes, half backlit, glowing like something he never thought he’d see.
There was an indignant goose in a cage at your ankles, now making grumbling bird noises in indignant conversation with the one at the end of his lasso.
“I thought you were never gonna look at me,” Your arm was across the back of the bench as you grinned at dynamite smile at him.
Jack returned it, feeling bashful and eager, dropping the rope to grab your closest hand.
“I promise I aint making that mistake again, sugar.”
-
bonus ending:
Jack was clinging to your hand, grinning like a fool as you introduced yourselves, when another movement caught his eye. There was a man, walking up behind you, a resigned look on his face. Whiskey’s hackles should have been all the way up, yanking you into his arms at the way this man was approaching you, but instead he was dumbfounded for the second time that day.
He was backlit, too, with shoulders that carried as much weight as the man in his mirror every morning, and he could see the shape of a gun as he knelt next to his soulmate. The stranger’s eyes when they looked at you... were as adoring as he was sure his must have been, a moment before, and he was familiar with you, like you’d known each other before now. Jack wanted to swallow, but his heart felt like it was in his throat, beating like he’d gone a round with a bull at the rodeo.
“This is probably a lot,” Javier said, taking you other hand and quirking an eyebrow. The geese made some loud, obnoxious noises and he looked at them appreciatively. “I wish I had thought of that,” he gestured at the lasso, and you smiled at him.
“This is Javier,” you said, and you let go of them both to stand up and brush yourself off. Warm hands and strong grips were exchanged, and you watched them curiously as they shook, murmuring names and titles again. They were sizing each other up, certainly, but you felt a rush of relief as you saw a familiar spark of attraction in Javi’s eyes.
“You got any more surprises for us, then?” you looked up at the cowboy, confused, only to realize he wasn’t talking to you. The goose in your cage was free halfway down the walk, the one in the lasso hissed. The poor man had been an RV in an earthquake and come out the other side overwhelmed and happy, of all things, but there wasn’t much more he could handle. To your surprise, he grabbed a crumbled paper bag and tossed the contents to the bird, before it gave a final honk, and waddled after it’s friend.
“I guess that’s a no,” you said, suddenly shy at the fullness in your heart.
“That’s alright,” Jack picked up his lasso, before looking at you and Javier, his eyes happy, and glinting with something stronger. “I think this is more than enough.”
And you agreed.

“General Skywalker, are you paying attention?” Master Windu glared at him from across the meeting room. Obi Wan also shot him a scathing look, a look that Anakin was very familiar with from his early padawan days.
Anakin blinked, forcing himself back into reality. He gave his own equally annoyed look. “Yes, Master Windu. I am.” His gaze then drifted to you, sitting parallel to him in the Jedi council meeting room. You were staring back at him, an undeniable look in your eyes that he recognized from your many nights spent tangled in each other’s arms. It was lust.
Be careful, little girl. I know that look. Anakin’s voice filled your head, sending a visible shiver down your spine. Luckily, no one was paying enough attention to you to see your arousal, instead, opting to listen to Master Windu’s insufferable droning.
You projected your own voice into Anakin’s head, casually spreading your legs while you kept your eyes locked on him. I have no idea what you’re talking about.
Anakin clenched his fists, giving you his own familiar look, one that he typically gave when he was on top of you and one of his hands was around your throat. Or, when you were being a brat. You decided that this persona is what you were going to go with. It was more fun than listening to Master Windu anyways.
Unless, you were thinking about me? Anakin’s eyes widened, shocked that you were really going to test him now, in front of the entire Jedi council. You probably were, thinking you could check out and fantasize about fucking me while Master Windu spoke...
Watch your mouth, you little brat. An aggressive voice in your head cut off your thought. Anakin crossed his legs, you figured it was an attempt to cover any erection he might have had.
Your tongue darted across your lips, becoming bold. You knew this was risky, at least Obi Wan was perceptive enough to notice you and Anakin eye-fucking each other from across the room. Still, you didn’t care. You were having too much fun.
What are you gonna do, punish me? Are you going to bend me over your lap in front of the entire Jedi council and spank me? Or are you gonna push me onto my knees and force your cock in my mouth?
Anakin was fuming. If you didn’t know any better, you would have thought that he was going to drag you out of that room and fuck you in the nearest empty hallway.
What did I just say, little girl? Watch. Your. Fucking. Mouth. Maybe I just might spank you in front of the Jedi council. I’ll tell them that I’m just trying to keep you in check, make sure that you stay a good girl. My good girl.
You exhaled, forcing yourself to not moan outwardly. Your cunt throbbed with need, and all you could do was just hope that this council meeting would be over soon. Well, that and you could see how far you could push Anakin until he snapped.
But what if I want to be a bad girl, daddy? As soon as your your sultry voice filled his head, a concentrated vibration of the force was sent straight to his dick. Anakin swore that he could feel his heart stop. You were going to be the death of him.
His hands wrapped around the arm rests of the chair with a vice like grip, his eyes immediately shooting daggers into you. Yeah, you were fucked.
“And with that, I am going to call this meeting to a close.” Before Master Windu could even finish his sentence Anakin was already grabbing your arm and pulling you out the door.
。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆ 。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆
Your back collided with the bed, and you let out a gasp. Anakin had practically dragged back to his quarters, not caring about who saw, and certainly not caring about the bruises he left on your wrist from his tight grip on it.
“You little brat.” Anakin’s voice was deep and angry.
“Anakin...” You whined, arching your back off of the bed, wiggling your hips toward him. This caused a sharp slap to collide with your thigh. “You think you can tease me, touch me, disobey me, in the middle of a council meeting, and then act like a little whore for my touch afterwards? You can’t be a disobedient slut one minute, and then be daddy’s good girl the next. You have to pick one.” His hand slithered to grip your jaw and forced you to lock eyes with him. You shuddered, seeing his cold, icy blue eyes lock with yours. He leaned in, letting his breath fan over your lips while he spoke. “And you know that isn’t my name.”
Shakily, you took a deep breath, inhaling through your nose. Anakin was so close to you that you could practically feel his lips brushing against yours, a phantom touch of the one thing he knew you craved. That’s why you pulled that little stunt earlier, anyways. You craved him, craved the feeling of his lips on yours and the feeling of being coddled, praised. You needed him, almost as desperately as he needed you.
“D-daddy.” You stuttered, trying to keep your cool while Anakin towered over you, caging you in like a frightened animal. You were trapped, with your hips pinned down entirely by one large, strong hand, that prevented you from fleeing. The other hand was wrapped tightly around your jaw, keeping you from looking anywhere but him. All you could see, all you could feel was Anakin. And he intended to keep it that way.
“There’s my good girl.” He cooed, and you couldn’t tell whether it was genuine, or if he was mocking you. To be completely honest, you didn’t really care. “I was beginning to wonder where she went after that little stunt you pulled.” The tone of his voice changed, switching from deep and unsettling to soft and encouraging. As if he was switching from his angry “I’m going to punish you” persona, to his “How is my good little girl! My perfect angel!” persona. You understood why. You deserved to be punished, but you also understood that Anakin needed this just as badly as you did. Being sent back and forth on Jedi missions across the galaxy, you haven’t had much time to be his good girl recently. Nor he, your daddy. He craved this feeling of control, of taking care of you in a way that no one else could. And you were more than happy to give it to him.
“No wonder you acted out, you just needed me to take care of you.” Anakin’s grip on your jaw softened, moving to caress your cheek. “Are you going to sit back and take all I have to give you, like a good girl?”
“Yes, I promise.” Your voice was breathy and hushed, bordering on a whisper.
“That’s the good girl I remember.” Finally, he leaned away from you, giving you a chance to take a deep breathe of air that wasn’t entirely him. You felt relieved, although you still craved his touch back on you. He was going to touch you, to be sure, just not in the way you expected.
Anakin leaned back, slowly stripping himself of his Jedi robes. You went to do the same, only to be stopped by the force pinning your hands above your head. “Let me, baby.” He wouldn’t even allow you to undress yourself without his hands on you. The smug bastard.
After much necessary maneuvering, you were stripped completely bare, while Anakin still had his boxers on and straddled your thighs. “Do you want me to touch you, baby girl?” He asked with a coy smirk tugging at his lips. He knew the answer, he just wanted to hear you beg for it.
“Yes...please. I need you, Anakin.” Your hips wiggled slightly, almost on their own, as you were completely unaware that you were doing it.
Anakin tutted, mockingly pouting at you. “You know that’s not how you ask me, little girl. Use my correct title, and tell me what you want.”
You whined, but reluctantly obliged. “Please daddy, please touch me.”
Anakin chuckled, deep in pitch and sending a shiver down to your very core. “Alright, if you say so.”
Although his hands rested on your thighs, you felt a digit insert into your cunt, immediately flexing and vibrating inside of you. It was a dull, unsteady shake, that caused a tingle in the base of your spine. Unprepared, you threw your head back in pleasure and arched off of the bed. Your hands, still remaining pinned beside your head by the force.
“Ani...what are you-aH!” A dull buzzing sensation pressed deep onto your clit, making tight, swift circles that Anakin knew you loved.
“I know you want my hands baby, but it’s only fair. You teased me with the force earlier...I’m only returning the favor.” To punctuate his sentence, the energy inside of you quickened. It almost seemed to expand, filling you up and giving you that dull ache of a good stretch that you craved, the one that Anakin always gave you when he filled you up.
It was so much, so fast. The feeling of pure force energy was swirling and pulsing around you. Inside you. The small, yet so very precise and calculated motions on your clit were driving you insane, and the vibrations that were being fucked in and out of you was sending you to another level of pleasure. It felt so good, but it was too fast. Your body was trying to catch up with itself, process what was happening so quickly.
“Daddy, I-...I c-can’t, it’s too m-much!”
Anakin growled. He fucking growled. Anakin’s grip on your thighs tightened as you writhed in pleasure before him. An invisible hand shot out to clutch at your throat, slowly constricting your airflow. “You can, and you will, little girl. Consider this a blessing compared to what I should be doing to you.”
He leaned forward, the grip on your throat getting tighter and tighter with each inch he moved. “Be thankful that you’re writhing in pleasure and not pain, baby girl.” You felt one last squeeze to your throat, before the presence vanished entirely. You knew that Anakin would never really hurt you, only spank you and get a little rough with you, and only with your consent of course. Still, the threat gave you chills.
He settled back onto your thighs, but you still felt smothered by him and “his” touch. This phantom touch was swirling around your wrists, caressing your sides and your face, teasing your nipples and groping your breasts. You were completely overwhelmed and overstimulated, being completely broken and rebuilt with each touch to your clit and vibration of your cunt. The force lifted you up, soaring you through an endless realm of pleasure towards a destination that you felt approaching rapidly.
“Now you are going to cum for me, baby. For daddy.” Anakin’s fingers rubbed gentle circles into your thighs, helping coaxing you to your orgasm. “Let go, baby. now.” You weren’t ashamed to admit that Anakin’s words sent you over the edge, moaning so loudly that the entire temple could probably hear you. The pleasure you felt was indescribable and unparalleled.
“There you go, good girl.” His soft words coaxed you through your soul altering orgasm, one that left you breathless and a little shaken. Then, as quickly as Anakin had given it to you, he took it away, only leaving you and him.
Finally, the air felt still. A calm peace after the storm. Little did you know, that this was only the eye.
