I could treat you better - Bellamy Blake
Tumblr media
Time stamp: 1:38
My boyfriend was lovely–his friend wasn’t. Bellamy Blake was the rudest man I’ve ever come across; I only tolerated him for my boyfriend.
Murphy kissed me before he got pulled away for work, he was doing guard watch. I sighed, why couldn’t Bellamy do this? He always had Murphy doing everything for him, and I’m sick of it. Whenever Muphy comes back to our tent he’s exhausted or too tired to even spend time with me. I left my tent and walked inside Bellamy’s, he was shirtless and a girl was lying on his bed. I immediately left with a disgusted look on my face.
Soon he came out searching for me, “What do you want, princess?”
I palmed my face while we strolled together through Arkadia, “I’d prefer if you wouldn’t call me that, Blake. Especially since some people say that when they’re together.”
He tilted his head, his eyes gazing into mine, he glanced down with a bit of a smile, “Right, whatever you say, princess.”
The need to correct and argue with him was there but I ignored it for the sake of Murphy. “okay–can you please stop keeping my boyfriend working late? I’m aware of how things are, like it or not I’m one of the smart ones and I think he’s being overworked and–”
Bellamy’s face showed confusion in itself, “Murphy gets off at the same time as everyone else. I work the late nights, I’m who stays up all night, every night.”
I stopped moving, trying to process my indecision and incoming sense of betrayal. “Wait, you haven’t been keeping Murphy late or hanging out with him late?”
He shook his head and crossed his arms, his muscles clenching to his tight shirt. His veins popping out. My eyes tore away, my emotions were my only focus. “No, I don’t think anyone has. We’ve been on a lockdown since Clarke went missing.”
My brain racked everything Murphy’s ever told me since he began ‘working’ late. I thought of the girl I assumed he had a relationship with but when I questioned him, he brushed me off. Out of anger, I took off leaving Bellamy, who ended up following behind me calling for my name. I moved the tent side and immediately saw Murphy and the girl kissing. They stopped once they noticed me and how distraught I looked.
I backed up and accidentally bumped into Bellamy’s chest, I didn’t cry. I felt like I should cry, my body begged to cry, but when you did here–it made you seem weak. And I’d never want Murphy to see me cry even though my heart did in return. I turned and tried to shield myself with Bellamy’s chest, but hesitantly he put his arms around me. Trying to comfort me but I knew we both detested each other. He never liked me with Murphy for a reason I am unaware of, and I just never liked him. He brushed his hand up and down my back, almost in circular motions.
Murphy’s voice appeared from behind me but I didn’t dare to look back because I felt so vulnerable, I knew I would cry. “I need to talk with her, I can explain!”
Bellamy stepped in, holding me closer. His voice was demanding, his tone was deep, “Murphy, you should go. Now. If she wants to talk to you, she’ll do it later.”
I could hear Murphy protesting before easily giving up, he didn’t care to try. I pushed away from Bellamy who almost looked shocked at how quickly I switched up.
We had to go on a mission, and I found myself in a difficult position. A hand covered my mouth and once I realized I didn’t know the person whose hand it was I began to get a bit scared. I tried to fight them off but couldn’t–it had to be a grounder.
The grounder pulled a sword on me and dug into my back, but not enough to hurt me but it pierced the skin. He pushed me onto my knees where my friends were–including Bellamy. The whole hunting group was in. Murphy seemed nervous. I guess I should be too, especially since it’s my life on the line.
“Who’s valuable to her?”
What an odd fucking question–is this supposed to be leverage? Might as well let me die.
Bellamy not even a second later stepped forward, “She’s with me, that’s my girlfriend.” He spoke so truthfully that even everyone we knew was aware he was lying through his teeth.
“What are you willing to give me in turn for her life?”
His eyes almost turned vulnerable, his words coming off as pathetic as his tone came off as pleads. “What do you want?”
The grounder moved the sword which caused me to wince, “I want Wanheda.” Everyone shared a confused glance, who is that? “Give her to me and I won’t kill her.”
“Take me instead, she has a better chance of getting through to Wanheda than me.” What is he doing? He’s going to get himself killed–I’m aware he can handle himself but this is almost suicidal. The grounder pushed me into Bellamy’s arms. He squeezed my hand for the quickest second and moved to the grounder who hit him immediately.
I wanted to help him but I didn’t know how to, Bellamy could’ve attacked but stayed down, taking another punch with ease. I stepped forward but he put his hand up, “Don’t,” he demanded while blood ran down his cheek.
Why was he willing to do this for me? We’ll never find her, I mouthed. He did a tiny nod. They need you, I mouthed once more. He got kicked in his ribs and I knew I lost his attention but while the grounder was distracted I quickly stole Murphy’s gun and shot the grounder. My aim was good, but I hated shooting, killing wasn’t something I wanted to do. But I had to–for him.
Without processing what I did I went to Bellamy’s side. I hated his stupidity and I hated how he saved my life. “I hate you,” I said as I helped him up. He spit out blood, “I know,” he said while wincing from getting up too quickly.
While Bellamy was getting medical from Abby, I was talking with Octavia and Jasper. Murphy approached grabbing my arm, “Were you and Bellamy seeing each other behind my back?”
His breath reeks of Monty’s moonshine, “Are you serious? You’ve been cheating on me, Murphy?”
“Were you yes or no?”
Before I could say anything Bellamy put his arm around my waist. His hands slipped around my stomach. Holding me tight but just to keep himself steady from behind. “Yes,” he said in a raspy voice, still clearly in pain. I couldn’t turn my head, I’d be too close to his face. He groaned a bit in pain but still managed to keep his posture strong and himself looking composed. Bellamy pulled me in closer to him and that got a bit of a reaction from Murphy.
“Fuck you both,” he said as he stormed off. Everyone else decided to leave us alone, I was going to Bellamy back to medic. There was a zero percent chance he was let out yet.
He stopped me from walking, his tight and bloody shirt doing him every bit of justice. His hands took control so easily, “Why’d you do it,” I asked.
His fingers traced along my neck, “Save you? Or help you?”
“Both,” I spoke breathlessly. His eyes were fixated on my lips and I wondered if Abby gave him painkillers or something for this type of behavior.
Bellamy stared down at me, tension felt like it was rising, and the heat was radiating off our bodies. He kept one hand on my waist, holding me. His right hand pulled my hair to the side he leaned in, “because we both know I could treat you better,” he whispered into my ear.

persistence | bellamy blake x gn!reader
description: training with bellamy.
trigger warnings: some seductive behavior, gun usage, fluff, etc. read at your own risk.
word count: <1k
Holding the shot gun close against your right shoulder, you aimed it towards the wooden target outside. You'd been the only one training that afternoon, everyone else was at lunch. You closed your left eye and tried your best to hit the center of the target. You pulled the trigger and missed it, the bullet drove through the wood several inches away from the center.
You released a grunt and tossed the gun against the grass and dirt, frustratedly. You kicked a rock that was by your feet as you clenched your jaw. Placing your hands against your hips, you stood still for a moment, staring at the target for a while; as if it would give you the answer as to how to shoot the center of it.
"It's really not that complicated," Bellamy's voice was heard from behind you.
You parted your lips and released a soft breath, uninterested in his instruction. "I almost had it," You avoided eye contact and reached down to lift up the shot gun, holding it tightly against your shoulder again.
Bellamy stood behind you, crossing his arms over his chest as he watched you for a moment. His eyes squinted subtly due to the brightness of the sun.
You pulled the trigger and missed by a hair again. You sighed, quietly.
"Hold it up again," Bellamy instructed, walking towards you.
"I don't need your help," You replied, looking back to him.
"Just hold it," He said, not phased by your attitude. You looked ahead at the target and held up the gun again. Bellamy's hands slowly moved around to your arms to fix their position. You could feel his breath fanning against your neck. The closeness caused a lump to develop in your throat, unable to speak.
"Yeah.." Bellamy cleared his throat and stepped back, awkwardly. "Like that," He nodded.
You felt your grip against the gun loosen from the sweat that produced in the palms of your hands. Swallowing thickly, you pulled yourself back into focus and closed your left eye again. Bellamy stood at your side and watched as you pulled the trigger.
The bullet swiftly moved through the red painted dot against the wood carved into a circle. You smiled widely as you stared at the hole in the middle of the target.
"I did it!" You laughed, almost baffled that you were capable of doing it. You turned to see Bellamy and he was smiling at you. That was something he didn't always do often, but when he did it was beautiful.
"I told you it wasn't that complicated," He smiled. "It's all in how you hold it."
"Thanks, Bellamy," You grinned.
He simply nodded with a smile to his lips.

i do what i have to do.
pairings. bellamy blake x fem!reader
part two of two.
about. in which you point your gun at someone you never thought you’d point it at.
Tumblr media
warnings. swearing
ricky rocks. look who finally finished a year old one shot/fic/whatever you call it 🤗🤗
bellamy coudn’t hurt you even if he wanted to. so, when mumbling the words, ‘move or i’ll kill you’, you could see right through his bluff by the way his eyes so willingly betrayed him, filled with... hurt.
in all truth, bellamy believed you would have shot him if it would have come down to that, and maybe that’s what pained him most. he wouldn't hurt a hair on your head, and you would have, but only for the best interest and safety of arkadia and your friends.
you never wanted to hurt bellamy, but recently you really, really wanted to slap him upside the head for all the stupid shit he had been doing. and maybe a gun scare would knock some sense into him, or maybe it would only put him deeper into the hole pike was digging for him.
bellamy yanked you to your feet quickly after the two of you had seemed to have recovered from all the commotion that had just taken place. you weren't sure whether or not he wanted to get you away from the increase in rowdy crowd or to have his way with you first.
you were beginning to think it was the last option as he marched down the hall with you in front of him, gripping your left arm while the other pressed against your back. one, two, three, four more steps before he shoved you into one of the guards rooms, his room.
“what the hell do you think you’re doing?” he let go of your arm with a slight shove causing you to stumble forward a bit. he looked angry, more than you had ever seen him and more than you would have ever wished to see.
“bellamy, don’t start with me,” you mumbled, raising a finger to harshly accuse him... for something. “if you’re going to kill me, just get it over with.”
he scoffed, looking beyond dumbfounded with his mouth slight agape, not believing the words that had just came from your mouth.
“stop fucking talking,” he needed to think. he begun to pace back and forth, and you had no idea what to do with yourself as you watched him. “i need to get you out of here.”
"what?"
he gives you a dumbfounded look that was filled with a sense of urgency, "y/n, you just shot someone that can have you dead within seconds. you don't leave, someone’s going to do exactly what you did, and take justice into their own hands."
"you should have let me finish the job."
"we're not starting this," he grips your shoulder before pushing you by your upper back. "people are leaving. o, kane, miller—you go with them. you stay, they'll kill you."
"how do you know this?" you mumbled, glancing back at the mention of your friends and the planned escape you all had developed. bellamy was considered a traitor to you all, so he would be the last person on your list to concern with the escape plan.
"eyes everywhere."
you narrow your brows at him, "you're coming with."
he narrows his brows in shock, not expecting you to say this, you share the same expression, also shocked by yourself. the past month would explain this--not only had you watched your world at arkadia fastly crumble after the slow rebuild of humanity, you also witnessed your relationship with bellamy slowly tank moment after moment while his with pike was created.
so, offering passage was an absurd idea. after all the betrayal.
he seems to wince after his surprisal settles but is quick to keep a straight face as best as he can, "you're getting the wrong idea."
"am i?"
"we're not friends anymore, y/n. this isn't old times," his words are intentionally stinging, but you don't miss the look on his face that betrays him. "you can't save me if that’s what you’re thinking. I don't need to be saved, i know what i’m doing."
you frown, "bellamy, you need to stop acting like there's never going to be a happy ending for you before it comes true. leave with us."
"you know i can't do that."
"why not?"
"I dug myself in too deep this time," his face was still stone cold, but it didn't prevent remorse from blossoming in your chest. "maybe if you weren't such a terrible shot, this would be all over."
***
in well under an hour bellamy had you out of arkadia, alone. your friends had left a lot sooner than thought and no matter how much begging you did—expectedly—bellamy left his mind unchanged.
you knew exactly where your friends were going—where they’d be. it was a long and lonely hike but it was enough time for reflection.
you miss the time where you felt like a kid still. where you were young and reckless and full of hope that you’d finally get to be free upon that first step off the drop ship. that you had purpose and will and fighting was something you hadn’t really minded aside from the possible side affect of death.
now you were tired. you just wanted to lay your head down for once and not think about the pointless rivalry purging your everyday life.
“y/n, you’re okay,” octavia pulls you into a tight hug, a certain relief setting over. “god, after we hadn’t seen you, we assumed the worst.”
“i’m okay,” you gave her a thin-lipped smile, “thanks to your brother.”
“bellamy?” she seems shocked, like that’s the first courteous thing he’s done for someone in years.
“yes,” you nod, understanding the hostile tone she almost takes with his name. “i think he might’ve saved me.”
“where is bellamy?” miller speaks causing you to realize they had all emerged from the cave.
"he's gone."
"dead?"
"no,” you shake your head, “he stayed behind. he said he had to fix some thing’s before he showed his face again.”
octavia mentally rolled her eyes, but kept her composure as she watched you, “you’re here. that’s all that matters.”
***
“is he dead?”
“indra has him.”
“bellamy-“
“y/n,” he gives you a pointed look at your protest. “you know that’s as good as dead.”
he was right. pike killed her people, that was far from unforgivable. he’d be lucky to receive death.
“she didn’t kill you.”
he shook his head, keeping his eyes low to the ground, “thanks to o.”
it took a day for bellamy to find you all. his face was beaten and bloodied, but you knew better than to ask what the cause was. he had a lot of enemies at the moment and it wasn’t like this was something out of the blue for him. you would've been surprised to see a clean face.
“she doesn’t hate you as much as you think.”
“i’d like to think she doesn’t hate me at all,” he presses his lips into a thin line. “you’re right though.”
you nod, trying to look sympathetic.
“about everything. i’m sorry.”
your mouth slightly opens in shock from not anticipating his words; apology and admitting.
“i’m sorry too,” you nod, swallowing harshly as you think about having that gun pointed inches from his face. “i would’ve never shot you.”
“you sure?” his voice is lighthearted, but you can tell he’s genuine when asking. “could’ve guessed otherwise.”
“guessing will only hurt you,” you tease, but quickly drop the blitheness. “i shouldn’t have done it, but i was scared… and angry.”
“i know,” he whispers, “we do what we have to do, right?”
“right.”
“then if that means shooting me to knock some sense into me, do it.”
a laugh gets stuck in the back of your throat at the preposterous thought of it. the funny thing was you knew he wasn’t joking. classic bellamy, putting himself in harm’s way.
“me a couple months ago would be more than happy to oblige,” you shake your head, making it his turn to laugh.
“us a couple months ago was a different story. i’m sure we already had guns to each other’s throats.”
you laugh with him, “yeah.”
“never again.”
nodding, “never again.”
you stare at one another now, quiet and calm. you don’t think you’ve ever had a moment like this with bellamy before.
you’re not sure what to do, but bellamy does.
your months of angsty butting heads leading to civilness, then ultimately leading to radio silence on both of your ends due to pike, had killed him. and now, here you were, back in his grasp of more than just civilness, he couldn’t let that go.
“i lied,” he mumbles, suddenly shifting from the rock he sat on. “instead of shooting me…” he’s leaning now, hovering, and just barely resisting the urge to complete his intentions. you feel his breath fan your face; feel, because your eyes are shut. “please, just kiss me.”
his nose is slotted against yours, still hovering as he watches you beneath his eye lashes. his lips are so close… so close to yours, it’s killing him that he waits.
“i’m sorry, but i have to do this,” he smiles before finally pressing his lips against yours.

The five of you stood at the side of the cliff, your hearts pounding with anticipation as Finn gripped the rope tightly in his hand, ready to swing across the gap. Finn prepared to make his leap, Jasper piped up, his voice filled with determination. "Wait, guys. Let me do it. I've got this."
There was a moment of stunned silence as his words sunk in. Clarke glanced at him, concern etched across her features. "Jasper, are you sure? It's a long way across." But Jasper was already stepping forward, a defiant gleam in his eyes. "Clarke. Trust me, I can do this."
The rest of you exchanged uncertain glances, but Finn nodded in agreement. "Let him try. We don't have much time."
With a collective cheer, you urged Jasper on as he gripped the rope and launched himself into the air. For a moment, he sailed across the gap with grace, his movements fluid and confident. As Jasper neared the other side, a spear soared through the air straight into his chest, sending him careening off course.
With a sickening thud, he collided with the rock behind him, the impact knocking the wind out of him.
"Jasper!" Clarke cried out in horror, rushing forward to help him. The rest of you watched in shock, the reality of the situation sinking in. You were not alone in these woods.
Finn took charge, his voice urgent as he scanned the surrounding area. "We need to move. Now. Whatever hit Jasper could still be out there."
You stood in stunned silence by yourself, gears turning in your head at the lack of choices you seemed to have in this moment. Clarkes voice waking you back up from your daze. You crouch down out of sight of whatever was out there.
The woods seemed darker and more foreboding now, every rustle of leaves and snap of twigs sending shivers down your spine. You looked back at Jaspers figure once more pinned to the rock, catching sight of Monty out in the open.
"Well, this is just fantastic. I always wanted to be stuck in a survival situation with a bunch of amateurs." You whisper to yourself, scanning the woods around you before lunging towards Monty, dragging him by his ear back to the group.
"We are so screwed," Octavia insisted, her eyes darting from tree to tree as if searching for any sign of their missing friend.
Out of nowhere, Jasper's chilling scream pierced through the stillness of the forest, sending a shiver down your spine and causing your blood to run cold. Panic surged through you, your mind racing with fear and uncertainty.
"Clarke, Jasper. He's alive," you gasped out, your voice trembling with a mix of relief and dread.
But Clarke was already moving, her determination unwavering as she raced ahead, heedless of Finn's warning. "Clarke, wait. Wait! Wait," Finn called out desperately, but she didn't stop.
Monty's voice trembled with fear as he scanned the surrounding trees, removing himself from you side to stand at the cliffs edge once more. "No. Where is he?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper, his eyes wide with horror.
"They took him," Clarke replied, her tone heavy with sorrow and rage. The realization hit you like a punch to the gut, feeling paralyzed as you crouched in the depths of the forest, knowing that Jasper was now in the hands of whatever lurked in the woods.
---
The four of you sprinted through the dense undergrowth, the branches seemed to claw at your skin, leaving scratches in their wake. You reached out, grabbing Octavia's arm with clammy hands, pulling her along with you as you dodged and weaved through the obstacles in your path.
Glancing over your shoulder, you noticed Monty and Clarke lagging behind, their breath coming in ragged gasps. "Come on, guys! We're almost there!" you shouted back, urging them to pick up the pace. The forest around you seemed to darken, the sunlight filtering through the canopy overhead seems to diminish with each passing step.
light struggled to penetrate the thick trees behind you, casting long shadows that stretch across the forest floor like fingers reaching out to pull you deeper into the gloom with every step you took towards the safety of the camp.
The distant flicker of the campfire beckoned through the thick brush, you could almost feel the warmth of the flames against your skin, driving you forward despite the burning ache in your legs. Each step was a struggle, your muscles screaming in protest from the relentless exertion of running from Mount Weather.
You pushed Octavia forward through the trees, finally reaching the group, you were met with a scene that sent a chill down your spine. Murphy and Wells were engaged in a vicious knife fight, their faces contorted with anger and desperation.
Clarke stepped in front of you, her voice sharp with urgency. "Wells! Let him go!" she yelled, pushing herself through the crowd to intervene.
“Alright enough you two!” Bellamy growled as he pushed Murphy away from Wells. Meeting Clarkes angry glare before Octavia caught his attention.
He moved with determined strides, parting the sea of bodies like a ship cutting through choppy waters., his expression darkening with concern and anger. "Octavia, are you all right?" he demanded, his piercing gaze locked onto you, unwavering and intense. "You let her get hurt out there? Where's the food you were so spent on getting?”
You bristled at his accusatory tone, your sarcasm dripping like venom. "Oh, sorry, Bellamy, I was too busy dodging spears and saving Octavia to remember to pack you a picnic basket," you shot back, your frustration boiling over. "But you seem to have everything under control, as usual."
Bellamy's jaw clenched, his gaze hardening even further as he took a step closer to you. "Don't play games with me, y/n," he growled, his voice low and dangerous.
Finn stumbled forward, gasping for breath. "We... we didn't make it to Mount Weather," he managed to get out between labored breaths.
Clarke stepped forward, her voice cutting through the tension like a knife. "We were attacked," she announced, her gaze sweeping over the assembled group of delinquents. "They were waiting for us, lying in ambush."Her words hung heavy in the air, a chilling reminder of the dangers that lurked in the woods beyond their camp. The group exchanged worried glances.
Clarke's gaze softened as she addressed her friends, her voice sincere. "Everything we thought we knew about the ground is wrong," she continued, her eyes meeting each of theirs in turn. "There are people here, survivors. The good news is, that means we can survive. Radiation won't kill us."
"Yeah, the bad news is the Grounders will," Finn admitted, his eyes reflecting the gravity of their situation.
Wells limped towards the group, grimacing in pain as his voice broke through the tension, his concern evident as he inquired about Jasper's whereabouts. "Where's the kid with the goggles?" he asked, his gaze darting around the group anxiously.
Clarke stepped forward, her expression grim as she delivered the devastating news. "Jasper was hit. They took him," she revealed anxiously. "Where is your wristband?" she demanded, turning her attention back to Wells, her eyes searching his face for answers.
Wells hesitated for a moment before responding, his voice heavy with regret. "Ask him," he replied, gesturing towards Murphy with a solemn expression.
Clarke's frustration was obvious as she processed the information. "How many?" she hissed, her voice barely above a whisper as she awaited Murphy's response.
Murphy's reply was chilling in its simplicity. "Twenty-four and counting," he admitted, his tone sinister as he confirmed the number.
Clarke's frustration boiled over, her words laced with anger. "You idiots," she spat, her voice filled with bitter disappointment. "Life support on the Ark is failing. That's why they brought us down here," she scolded, her words a reminder of the harsh reality they faced.
"Don't listen to her. She's one of the privileged. If they come down, she'll have it good," Bellamy shouted, rallying the crowd with his impassioned words. "We can take care of ourselves. That wristband on your arm? It makes you a prisoner," he declared, his tone defiant as he challenged Clarke's authority as he faced her.
"I say you're not criminals! You're fighters, survivors! The Grounders should worry about us!" His words resonated with the crowd, drawing them back to his side as they echoed their agreement.
You shook your head in disappointment at the shortsightedness of it all, the frustration evident in your expression as you watched the crowd rally behind Bellamy's reckless rhetoric.
Monty pulled you and Clarke towards him, his faced scrunched in discomfort. "What do we do now?" he asked, his eyes darting between Clarke and Bellamy as he sought your guidance.
Clarke's response was firm and resolute, her gaze unwavering as she addressed him. "Now we go after Jasper," she declared.
---
You and Clarke worked quickly to patch up Wells, the urgency of the situation lending speed to your movements as you devised a plan to rescue Jasper. Clarke and Finn's heated exchange filled the air behind you, their voices clashing in disagreement.
Finn remained steadfast in his belief that venturing back into the woods would only lead to disaster. "I'm not going anywhere, and neither should any of you. That spear was thrown with pinpoint accuracy from 300 feet," he argued back.
Clarke's frustration bubbled to the surface as she refused to entertain the idea of leaving Jasper behind. "So what, we let Jasper die? That's not gonna happen, Spacewalker." she retorted, every word seasoned with accusation.
Finn stood his ground, his expression desperate as he countered Clarke's resolve. "It's not an adventure, Clarke, it's a suicide mission," he countered.
"Clarke, we could use Bellamy," you suggested, your voice tinged with reluctance. "He has a weapon. As annoying as he is, we need all the help we can get."
Walking over to Octavia, you handed her a bottle of water, offering her a small smile of reassurance before looking over her leg once more. Clarke approached Bellamy then, her voice commanding as she addressed him. "I hear you have a gun.” Bellamy reply came without hesitation, lifting his shirt slightly to reveal the weapon strapped to his waist.
As he did, you couldn't help but notice the defined contours of his abdomen, the muscles taut and well-defined. Caught momentarily in the act of admiring, you quickly averted your gaze, but not before Bellamy's eyes flicked up, catching you in the act.
A smirk tugged at the corner of his lips as he noticed your fleeting glance. "Like what you see?" he quipped, his tone teasing.
You rolled your eyes, unable to resist a sarcastic retort. "Please, Bellamy, don't flatter yourself. I was just wondering if that thing is even loaded," you shot back, your tone laced with playful sarcasm.
Clarke nodded in agreement. “That’s good. Follow me," she instructed, her words leaving no room for argument.
You fell into step beside her, Bellamy shot you both a questioning look, his brow furrowed in confusion. "And why would I do that?" he asked, his voice edged with skepticism. The two you halting in your walking.
You couldn't resist the urge to challenge him back, his self-righteous attitude grating your nerves for the second time today, "Oh, I don't know, Bellamy. Maybe because you're not as brave as you like to pretend," you retorted, your tone dripping with sarcasm.
Bellamy's expression hardened, and he stepped closer to you, mirroring your stance, his gaze intense. For a moment, you almost step back at his closeness, but you refused to back down. "Careful, sweetheart. You don't want to find out just how wrong you are," he warned.
You squared your shoulders, meeting his gaze with equal intensity. "Try me," you mocked, your voice steady despite the butterflies fluttering in your stomach. You walked away with Clarke, leaving Bellamy behind. You could almost feel the weight of his gaze boring into your back as you moved further away. A silent challenge lingering in the air.
---
Your focus, alongside Clarke's, remained on locating Jasper, the urgency tangible in every stride as the group trudged through the dense undergrowth. Bellamy's voice, sharp and cutting, sliced through the otherwise oppressive silence.
"Hey, hold up. What's the rush? You don't survive a spear through the heart." His words halted the group in their tracks, prompting a momentary pause in the relentless pursuit. Wells attempted to interject, his voice a soft plea for reason, "We have to find him, Bellamy,” but Murphy's abrupt intrusion blocked his path.
"We heard him scream when they moved him. We have to find him now." You voiced, restraining yourself from punching Bellamy in the face.
The exchange between you and Clarke, a tense back-and-forth of explanations and rebuttals, seemed destined to continue until Bellamy interrupted, his tone brusque and impatient. "As soon as you take those wristbands off, we can go."
“Over my dead body, Blake,” you huffed, finding his insistence infuriating. Bellamy was quick to put on a self-satisfied expression at your remark. Suddenly, Finn materialized out of the shadows, his unexpected presence bringing an abrupt halt to the argument.
"Clarke's right. We need to keep moving. We're not leaving anyone behind."
Clarke spared you one last glance, mouthing a simple ‘sorry’ before walking away with Finn taking the lead of the group. Once they dispersed, you found yourself beside Wells, Bellamy, and Murphy not far behind. Seeking solace in conversation, you struck up a dialogue with him, hoping to find some semblance of normalcy. Every step felt heavy, the worry for Jasper gnawing at your insides.
The sound of a low groan reverberated through the trees, causing both you and Clarke to snap into action. Without a second thought, you both bolted towards the source of the noise. pushing through tangled foliage and dodging gnarled roots. You finally stumbled upon Jasper, his figure slumped against a rock.
Your heart twisted at the sight of him, “Jasper!” you screamed, looking over his battered and bloodied form. Jasper's wounds were covered, a makeshift bandage hastily applied by unknown hands. Jasper groaned aloud once more, relief flooded through you at the realization that he was alive.
Before you could reach him, the ground beneath your feet gave way, the earth crumbling beneath you in a sudden collapse. Clarke's scream pierced the air as she watched you disappear into the darkness below.
She stumbled backward, her eyes wide with fear, before collapsing to the ground herself. The rest of the group rushed to her side, their shouts of concern blending with the chaos of the moment.
In the midst of the commotion, Bellamy's strong grip closed around your arm, your heart leaped into your throat, you locked eyes with Bellamy just as you were about to plummet into the unknown depths below.
For a fleeting moment, there was something indecipherable in his expression, a hint of uncertainty perhaps, but it vanished as quickly as it had appeared.
Before you could dwell on it further, you realized his attention was drawn to the wristband on your arm, and Bellamy's gaze flickered down to it for just a moment. Anger flared within you at the implication, and you snapped, "Let go, Bellamy!"
He hesitated, his grip on your arm tightening as if contemplating his next move. Panic overwhelmed you as you teetered on the edge of the pit, "I know you want to let go, Bellamy. Just do it already!" you snapped.
Bellamy's expression remained inscrutable, his gaze flickering briefly to your wristband before meeting yours again. Then, as if coming to a decision, he released you, allowing you to slip further into the spiked pit below.
Just as you were about to plummet into the abyss, Murphy's strong hand closed around your arm. The rest of the group rushed to your aid, their shouts of concern mingling with the chaos of the moment as they worked together to pull you back to safety.
With a collective effort, they hoisted you up from the brink, your heart pounding in your chest as you collapsed onto solid ground once more. Relief washed over you in a dizzying wave, but as you shot a glare at Bellamy, his gaze still lingering on you with an intensity you couldn't quite decipher.
---
Murphy and Finn rushed forward to help Jasper, you stayed back, still trying to steady your breathing after the near fall. The others scrambled to their feet, scanning the forest for any signs of danger. your eyes landed on Bellamy's gun lying on the ground nearby.
Before you could think twice, a low growl echoed through the trees, sending shivers down your spine. Your gaze shot back to the source of the sound just in time to see a sleek panther emerge from the brush, its predatory eyes fixed on Bellamy.
“Bellamy!” Clarke shouted. “Get the gun now!”
Bellamy reached in his waistband, feeling around for his gun coming up short. A look of confusion passed over his face as the panther crept closer to him. For a split second, you hesitated, your anger and resentment towards Bellamy flashing through your mind. ‘he doesn’t deserve to live.’  You thought. But against your better judgment, you lunged forward, grabbing the gun and aiming at the panther.
You fired off a shot, the sound echoing through the forest as the bullet found its mark. The panther let out a fierce roar before getting ready to strike again. You straightened your aim, stepping closer before firing another round. The panther collapsing to the ground with a loud, its threat neutralized.
Breathless and shaken, Bellamy turned to face you with an eyebrow raised. "Guess I owe you one," he replied, his tone laced with sarcasm.
---
“They're back!”
The gates of the camp swung open, allowing everyone to stream back through the camp, you found yourself lingering behind, lost in the tumult of your own thoughts. Memories of your mother, her accusing words, and the weight of her disappointment flooded your mind.
You recalled the countless times she had blamed you for her circumstances, her voice echoing in your head like a haunting refrain. The sharp sting of her words, the relentless yelling, and the coldness in her eyes all played vividly in your memory.
"You coming?" Bellamy's voice broke through your reverie, pulling you back to the present.
You glanced up, meeting his gaze briefly before looking away. "Yeah, I'll catch up," you replied tersely, your tone betraying the turmoil within. Your legs guided you without a second though, taking your place on a log settled by the fire, surrounded by the other delinquents. You let the warmth of the flames ease the tension in your shoulders.
Harper and Miller's banter provided a welcome distraction, their jokes and laughter cutting through the heavy atmosphere that hung over the camp. You found yourself drawn into their playful exchange, a small smile tugging at the corners of your lips as you listened to their witty repartee.
"So, did you hear about the guy who stole a calendar? He got twelve months!" Harper said, laughing to herself while Miller poked the fire next to you.
"Oh man, that's almost as bad as your last joke!" Miller responded, shaking his head at her bad attempts at jokes.
You chuckled along with them, appreciating the light-hearted moment amidst the chaos of your situation. You caught yourself watching Bellamy, your eyes hazily looking over at the line forming in front of him.
"Next!" Bellamy shouted, while Murphy continued to break off the wristbands of each delinquent in line. You watched as he worked efficiently, his movements brisk and purposeful as he conducted his trade.
"Food for wristbands. One at a time, let's keep it moving."
Despite your lingering resentment towards him, you couldn't help but admire his resourcefulness and determination to provide for the group.
But when Bellamy's gaze briefly met yours, you couldn't bring yourself to accept his offer of food, instead choosing to remain seated by the fire, surrounded by the company of your fellow delinquents.
Every now and then, a knowing glint danced in your eyes, a subtle acknowledgment of the secret you held close. While Bellamy spoke with confidence, there was a hint of unease in his demeanor, a flicker of uncertainty that betrayed his facade of bravado.
It was clear to you that he didn't realize you were privy to his secret, the truth behind his presence on the dropship, the lengths he went to in order to secure his spot among the delinquents.

EVERYTHING FOR THE 100
Bellamy Blake
John Murphy
Raven Reyes
Octavia Blake
(Any of the other characters don't have any requests written nor pending as for now, so I'm unable to have serieses for them as AO3 requires you to have at least one oneshot written to be able to add it to a series, and I can't promise serieses for characters who don't have requests pending/I have no ideas of my own for them)
For anyone who's concerned, THESE ARE NOT ONESHOT COLLECTIONS, they are made using AO3's "series" feature.
If you want to be informed about new fics for Star Wars or its individual characters, create an AO3 account and subscribe or bookmark any of those serieses listed above. There are buttons at the top right corner for those, or on top on mobile. I do not do Tumblr taglists anymore.
Also, if you're wondering, requests are ALWAYS open and you're welcome to leave one or multiple. Just remember to read my rules and pick a request type from this list.

Pt.2 pt.3
Tumblr media
You lay upside down on your bed looking up through the skylight in your cell drumming lightly on your stomach. You jump a little hearing your cell door open but don’t move from your position.
“If it’s not Wick then I don’t want to talk.” You say blandly expecting the guards to be bringing your father into the room.
“Prisoner 224 please stand.” You flip over so you are sitting upright, crossing your legs.
“Why what’s going on?” Jason stood in the doorway, he was a guard you knew all too well. Jason was the main guard that arrested you.
“Kane you need to get up, I’m not going to ask you again.”
You sit back on your bed and cross your arms
“Then you’re gonna have to make me because I’m not going anywhere.” He sighs a little and gets out some kind of metal cuff while looking back at the other guards who put their hands on their weapons. They were smart to send more than one guard, you were notorious for putting up fights. Jason walks forward and reaches for you. You waste no time uncrossing your legs and kicking him straight in the balls. He hunches over groaning. The other two guards reach for you, you fight back one but the other gets you with his taser stick making you seize.
Jason stands and puts the cuff on you before you have a chance to recover. He and One of the other guards grab your arms and drag you out.
It took a second for you to recover but once you had control over your limbs again you immediately start kicking and thrashing against them. You had no clue where they were taking you but you knew it couldn’t be good, guards don’t just show up to your cell randomly.
“Where are you taking me! Let me go!” You scream trying to rip your arms from them but they only tightened their grip.
You saw your dad, he could give you answers. You have a rough relationship with him but you’re hoping he will help you.
“DAD!! Dad, please help me. what’s going on!?” You could see the pain and regret in his eyes as the guards struggled to get you to walk.
“Sedate her Abby.” Your heart dropped at his words.
“Marcus are you sure?”
“I said sedate her.” She nods and Jason gives her access to your arm.
“No no no please Abby please just tell me what’s going on” you cried.
“Sh it’s okay Y/N, you’re going to earth.” She sticks you with the needle and immediately you start to feel drowsy. Kane steps forward.
“Give her to me, I'll carry her to the dropship.” Kane picks you up bridal style and begins walking. “I’m sorry it had to be this was Y/N. I hope you know that I will always love you.” You try to speak but you could barely keep your eyes open, it wasn’t long till you were knocked out cold.
You jump awake trying to stand but you were strapped to a seat, looking around and see that you are in a drop-ship surrounded by the delinquents you’ve become friends with within the time you’ve been a prisoner.
“Monty, Jasper what’s going on?” Monty looks at you with a bright smile.
“Well, would you look at that, sleeping beauty is finally awake. We’re on a dropship going to Earth. Did no one tell you?” You scoff.
“Yeah after I got tased, yanked out of my cell, and drugged.” Monty and Jasper look at each other before laughing.
“Yeah you’re missing a key detail, the entire Ark probably heard the fight you put up.” You did a little bow in your seat.
“What can I say I needed to go out in true Y/N fashion.” Monty goes to say something but the ship suddenly jolts and alarms start to go off.
“What’s going on?!” You try to speak over the other delinquents and the blaring alarms.
“I think we just entered the atmosphere!” Monty yells back. It doesn’t take long for the ship to hit the ground. You look around and everyone freezes. “Listen, there’s no machine hun.”
“Woah, that’s a first,” Jasper half chuckles.
“I don’t think that’s a good thing Jasp,” You say hesitantly. Everyone starts to unbuckle themselves and go towards the door of the dropship.
“No. We can’t just open the doors” You look up hearing a familiar voice. Clarke. You didn’t know her very well but you knew her father Jake Griffin. Back on the ark, you saw him a lot while you were training under Sinclair to become an engineer, that’s also where you met your best friend Kyle Wick and where you were first introduced to Monty. You shook your head pushing Wick out of your thoughts. Not the time to think about him y/n.
“Hey, just back it up, guys.” Your head turns to another voice, one you didn’t recognize.
“Stop. The air could be toxic.” You roll your eyes a little.
“If the air is toxic, we’re all dead, anyway.” You step forward so you were in the view of both of them.
“He has a point, no reason for us to be locked in this metal coffin. I’d rather die out there than in here.” He smirks a little and Clarke shakes her head.
“Bellamy?” You had heard that voice before. Octavia Blake. You didn’t know her well, you had talked to her a few times in lockup.
“My God, look how big you are.” You step back a little not wanting to ruin the moment and look at Monty.
“Do you think we can get this backup and running?” He furs his brows.
“It’s not gonna be easy, I highly doubt they left us with the tools we’re gonna need.” You sigh before your head whips over to see the ship door opening and Octavia walking out. She takes in a deep breath stepping into the grass before raising her arms in the air.
“We’re back, bitches!” You laugh and run out with everyone, stopping as soon as your feet hit the ground. You look around in awe, bending down and running your fingertips over the grass. You stand back up and look at the dropship.
“Okay let’s see what’s going on with you.” You wipe your hands on your pants before climbing up the side of the ship. You look around the roof seeing missing panels and fried wires. “Well son of a bitch”
“Communication to the arch is impossible.” You jump a little almost falling but a hand catches your elbow.
“Maybe don’t sneak up on people when they are standing on a roof.” You look over at Finn who had caught your arm and then over to Wells who had been the one that scared you. You knew Finn, the infamous Spacewalker. Wells you also knew and he drove you absolutely insane. You sigh and rub your face.
“Thanks, Finn.” You look over at Wells “Gee great observation,” Wells puts his hands up in defense before going back down the side of the ship. You turn and look at Finn. “What do you think they’re gonna tell them?” He looks up at the sky and sighs.
“I have no clue. If we can’t talk to them maybe they’ll tell them we got some crazy virus and died.” You rub your face.
“We didn’t even get to say bye.” You took a deep breath and look around. “At least it’s beautiful here.” He nods and gives your arm a gentle reassuring squeeze.
“It’ll all work out one way or another.” You hun and look down at your wrists
“This thing is fucking uncomfortable.”  Finn reaches over and grabs a small metal bar that got knocked off in the landing.
“Let’s try and get them off then.”
“If you stab me I will push you off this drop-ship” you tease.
“Oh ye have little faith.” You snort and playfully push his face. Finn takes the metal trying to get the bracelet off but ends up scratching the cuff.
“Here let me try” he hands you the metal and you end up doing the same amount of damage Finn did.
“What are you gonna do now, Wells?” You look over to the side of the ship and then back at Finn with a raised eyebrow.
“Come on. Come on.” Finn rolls his eyes at Murphy’s Taunting.
“Can’t they just leave the dude alone?” You snort.
“He deserves it if you ask me.” Finn gives you a pointed look and rolls his eyes. Finn goes forward jumping down from the roof in between Murphy and Wells.
“Kid’s got one leg. How about you wait until it’s a fair fight?” Murphy rolls his eyes.
“Yeah whatever” Octavia walks up to Finn with a flirty smile.
“Hey Spacewalker, rescue me next” you clap your hands over your mouth to stop you from laughing. You take a moment to stretch before jumping down.
“We’re you trying to take this off?” You look over at Finn and Clarke.
“I tried taking it off of him, they make my arm sweaty.”
“This wristband transmits your vital signs to The Ark. Take it off, and they’ll think you’re dead.”
“and why Should we care?” You say crossing your arms over your chest.
“Well, I don’t know. Do you want the people you love to think you’re dead? Do you want them to follow you down here in two months? Because they won’t if they think we’re dying.”
“All the more reason to get these bracelets off. Let Kane think I’m dead because he’s already dead to me.” She shakes her head and Finn steps in.
“So when are we leaving.” Clarke turns her attention to him.
“Now.” Monty looks over at you.
“Are you coming with us Y/N?” You nod your head and stand next to Monty and Jasper. You were in for a long journey but you were on earth so it didn’t matter to you. Nothing else mattered to you.

The truth lays within jealousy- Bellamy Blake
Tumblr media
Warnings: basically just cursing and knife play
Summary: Bellamy's your enemy but things begin to take a turn once you start fighting to push through emotions you feel towards each other.
Bellamy Blake made my blood boil, and I prayed I made him feel the same way. I was best friends with his sister, Octavia. Meaning, I had no choice but to be in the same tent or room as him. The rivalry between Bellamy and I formed when the 100 first came to Earth. We were on dividing sides, he had everyone in his control and made them feel free but that ended dangerously. I was with the group that wanted to help and make sure we survived.
“Do you always have to disagree with me, Blake?”
He turned to look my way, his hand resting on the map below our waists laying on a table. “Do you always have to have disagreeable ideas–Kane?” He spit my last name out as if it left a bitter taste.
I’m just thankful he didn’t call me that other name, the one he knew I so deeply despised. My eyes rolled on instinct, “You’re such a dick, you are aware of that flaw right?”
He glared my way, “You always keep me aware don’t you, princess?”
I fucking hated him, “Don’t call me that, Blake.”
“What will you do if I say it again?”
My father made me train with guards on the Ark since I was a child, I could easily take Bellamy, and him forgetting that made me always want to remind him. I stabbed my knife into the wood table and as soon as I did Octavia walked in.
She moved the tent opening away, “What is going on?”
Bellamy folded his arms making his muscles fight with his shirt. I tried my best to not stare but as much as I loathed this man and wished him nothing but the absolute worst–he was the formation of my desires. And that left lingering resentment. “Your friend is threatening me, O.”
I unstuck the knife and pointed it at him from the other side of the table as I talked, “He was testing me, Tavia. It’s his favorite pastime,” I said staring harshly at Bellamy.
“How about you both go train, maybe away from each other? You can work with Murphy and I’m sure you can find someone, Bell.”
I gave a half smile, “I’m sure every–what’s the number now?” I made it look like I was deep in thought, “Like 50 girls now? Are willing to train with you, you know your way around the 100, Blake.”
Bellamy gave me dead eyes as his jaw clenched. I struck a nerve. “O, get out.”
Octavia usually hates when Bellamy orders her around just cause he's older than her but she listened without a fight this time. She knew I crossed some form of a line. She mouthed sorry to me and walked out.
I moved over to him, my knife laying close to his throat. He didn't care, he didn't even bat an eye. He almost smirked at the notion.
“Tell me, princess, was I supposed to pent up everything I was feeling like you do? Tell me, how's that going for you?”
My eyes widened a bit, “I’m sorry do you want me to just go sleeping around with every dude on this earth because what? I can’t deal with my emotions correctly?”
He bit his tongue.
“I guess maybe I should take your advice because I see how greatly it’s been going for you. The known asshole you only go to for a hit and quit it.”
Bellamy eyed me, “Is this you trying to offer up, princess?”
My breath was shaky, I scoffed, “Go float yourself.” I stormed out of the tent and went to the only place inside Arkadia where you could blow off steam. The training spot. Bellamy usually overwatches, sometimes with Lincoln so I wouldn’t be surprised if he made his way over here.
Murphy made his way over to me, “Need a partner?”
I nodded my head and decided to not take my anger out on him–at least not with words. “Yes, but I can’t promise I’ll go easy on you, Murphy.”
He smiled as he got into his stance, “I didn’t expect you to. I remember seeing you training from time to time with soldiers. I’m going to have to bring my A-game now.”
I laughed and it made me feel a bit better, say what you want about Murphy–but his sarcasm and wit will always make you laugh. I got into position and Murphy punched towards me and I moved my hand fast enough to push it away and block it. We kept going back and forth, not taking it seriously.
Soon, as expected Bellamy appeared. He crossed his arms as he analyzed our performances. Suddenly both of us began to take it a bit seriously, but I chose to ignore Bellamy. He knew I was holding back, it showed in Bellamy's face.
“Let me try.”
I ignored him but Murphy stopped fighting, I tried to regain my breath. Murphy was like Bellamy’s sidekick since the beginning, that faded and nobody tried to make an enemy of Bellamy. Like it or not he did run a lot of things we live by. Especially with Clarke gone.
He got into position and I immediately went to attack. I moved close and elbowed his face causing him to move forward. I went straight for a kick to his bent knee and easily got him down. When getting up his hand stayed on my thigh as he rised up, it was like he was purposefully trying to mess me up. That could be the only reason.
“Damn Bell, maybe she should replace you as a trainer,” Octavia said while spectating. Monty and Jasper laughed.
Bellamy stood up and hit me immediately in the gut. From the force, I took a couple of steps back, and I cursed under my breath. He shrugged with a grin forming on his lips. When he went to pull another move I grabbed his arm pointed it up, and used my left arm to push down on his arm. I twisted his shoulder and I knew I was causing pain. I had this move done to me and I was in pain for a couple of days.
For a split second, I heard a groan from him, it almost put a smile on my face. “C’mon Blake, are you even trying? If you lose this–I can only assume where you’re going to go to…or who.” Maybe it was a low blow but he pissed me off before.
My fist came towards him and he grabbed my arm tightly, almost hard enough to leave a bruise, and flipped me onto the ground. I tried not to give him the satisfaction of knowing I was hanging onto this fight by a thread. I kicked his stomach and he caught my leg and tried to make me fall but I did the one trick that took me years to master–I kicked with enough force off the ground for a second to gain a stance to be able to kick him back.
Bellamy went to hit me in the face but I got to him first and elbowed him. He spit out blood and turned his head up with a grin as he wiped the blood. He tricked me and by making it seem like he was going for a low attack, I didn’t move up in time to block him and he punched me. My lip began to bleed.
“Guys, I think you should stop now. You proved you both can fight–now stop,” Octavia warned.
We ignored her warning and kept going. I was determined to beat him, and I didn’t have a real reason why. Part of me wondered if this was my only source of letting my emotions go, maybe I wasn’t that different from that man that I hated. We are both stubborn, witted, determined, quick-tempered, reckless, and aggressive.
“One hit and we’re done,” he said. “Better make yours count, princess,” he whispered. The way he made it seem, that nickname was for our ears only. He never said it loud enough for others to hear and I almost preferred it that way. And when he did, he was only focused on me. As if nobody else was on the earth with us.
My thoughts were distracted and he immediately brought me down. My back hit the ground and I winced in pain, my back arched a bit hoping that would help the pain. Before anyone could help, Bellamy quickly moved to my side. “Are you okay,” he asked almost frantically in a low voice. He sounded genuine.
The gaze I had on him changed, it softened even though I was in pain. I was utterly confused. “What are we doing,” I whispered, his back covering everyone’s view of my lips. At best, they’d hear mumbles.
“Your solution to letting your emotions out, remember?” He lightly laughed, “Fuck, we’re idiots.” Bellamy brushed his thumb on my bottom lip, “Truce?”
My brow almost furrowed, “Truce? Does that mean we suddenly don’t hate each other?”
He laughed and began to help me up, “No, definitely not. You’re still the bane of my being.”
I stood up and got my words out fast enough before everyone crowded me to see if I needed Abby, “And you’re still the only person I hate in this world.”
Bellamy slowly backed away as we kept our eyes on each other, everyone kept asking if I was okay but I didn’t reply. I was too fixated on the man I detested. “I’m fine, I’m fine,” I said while brushing past them. The one person who got horrendously hurt was Bellamy, yet he didn’t complain or stop them from helping me.
“I’ll help you to, Abby,” I said putting his arm around my shoulder which felt oddly–right. When I looked back to show Octavia I was going to help him, I just saw a group of disbelieving faces. I’d be shocked too, never would I have ever felt pity or thought of helping Bellamy. “I kicked your ass.”
He laughed as if he didn’t have drops of blood on his shirt, “I’d call it a fair fight.”
“I’d call it my win.”
He glanced at my lips then my eyes, we came to a halt. “You want to finish this?”
I could feel his hand brushing along my neck, “I think we’re probably banned from training together for a bit. Though I think that wasn’t a training session–that was fighting.”
Bellamy’s gaze dropped, he stared at me, almost desperate as if he was yearning for something he never even got to get ahold of for years. His touch became more apparent, he stared at my lips as he talked. “I’m not talking about in the training spot.”
My lips parted and suddenly every feeling I had for him disappeared. Only one stayed- the desire I clung to. Instead of going to Abby, Bellamy and I went into his tent.
It was as if both our strengths had been regain, like we were both pushing our limits to be ignoring our pain to mix it with pleasure. Bellamy took his shirt off with such poise and it made me roll my eyes. I started undressing myself also. My eyes lingered on his chest, God, he was so defined. Like a Greek god or a statue made out of generosity.
"My eyes are up here, princess," he said as he pushes me down onto his bed.
I didn't like how much I secretly enjoyed him calling me princess. "You're so full of it, Blake."
He kissed me roughly, as if we didn't have time to spare to be kind to one another. Our hate lingered and I loved it. I winced in pain because of my lip and that caused him to groan into my mouth. He was making it harder and harder for me to not rush this.
I switched spots with Bellamy, God forbid he lets me control one thing. I kissed down his neck being anything but gentle to the parts I knew he was going to have a bruise at tomorrow.
"Fuck," he whispered.
My hands traveled down his chest and before I could do anything he traded spots with me. "Watch yourself princess, if you keep going- I don't think I can stop myself."
"I don't want you to."
Bellamy used his knee to spread apart my legs. He put his hand around my neck and slowly pushed down so I’d be lying flat on my back. I felt my stomach growing butterflies. “I will be anything but gentle with you–” He paused and stared at my lips. “But I think you can take it.”

You all head back to the cave to gather your stuff before heading back to Arkadia.
“I don’t understand it either. Something about those chips,” Monty says as you nod in agreement.
“We’ll know soon enough. Be ready,” Sinclair replies.
“O, wait. You can’t just leave,” Bellamy says as the two of you notice Octavia packing up.
“Watch me,” She replies.
“You heard what Jasper said on the radio. Arkadia is not safe,” Bellamy replies back.
“What Jasper said sounds insane. Pike’s gone. I can handle myself. Grounders burn their dead,” Octavia says.
“I know that. And then what? Where are you gonna go?” Bellamy says.
“You don’t get to ask me that,” Octavia snaps.
“What more do I have to do to prove that I am on your side?” Bellamy asks.
“Bring Lincoln back. Turning Pike in does not make you one of the good guys, Bellamy. You did that to save me. Not because what you thought Pike was doing to the Grounders was wrong. ” O responds.
“The Grounders were starving us out,” Bellamy states.
“Because you massacred an army that was sent to protect us,” You interrupt.
“That army could have attacked us at any time, and you both know that,” Bellamy says, turning his attention to you.
“But they didn’t attack. You did that,” You say.
“You were hurting, and you lashed out. Because that’s what you do. There are consequences, Bel. People get hurt. People die. Your people. Monroe’s dead. Lincoln is dead,” Octavia adds before walking away. Bellamy goes to follow O out of the cave, and you hear the noise of an approaching rover.
“They’re here,” You hear Miller say from outside the cave. You walk out of the cave and see Clarke get out of the rover.
“Need your help! We have to get her inside before she wakes up!” You hear Jasper yell and look to see him carrying Raven.
“Were you followed?” Bellamy asks.
“Maybe. I don’t know.,” Jasper responds.
“Get to the ridge. Radio if you spot anyone following. Harper will stay here on watch,” Miller says.
“Octavia, come one. We need you,” Clarke says as you all head into the cave.
“What the hell happened to her?” Sinclair asks.
“I told you on the radio, Raven is not Raven anymore. None of them are. Jaha has been chipping everyone,” Jasper explains.
“Jasper’s right. I’ve seen it with my own eyes,” Clarke confirms.
“I don’t need your help, all right?” Jasper snaps.
“Just take it easy and explain,” You say calmly.
“Jaha is using the chips to control everyone. You swallow it, and it changes you. You forget who you are, and then you see this thing, Alie. Only she’s not really there. She made Raven slit her own wrists. She was trying to get her out of her head. I was trying to help her but –,” Jasper explains.
“Okay, so let’s help her now. Did she say how?” Sinclair interrupts.
“She was working on building something. She needed one of her old wristbands, but Jaha destroyed all of them,” Jasper says.
“Wait a second,” Clarke says before pulling out a little item of some sort. “Does it look like this?” Clarke says.
“Not exactly,” Jasper says.
Suddenly, you notice Raven running away, and you all chase after her, “Don’t let her get away,” Clarke yells.
“It’s just woods. I can’t see anything,” Raven says as everyone goes to restrain her.
“If Raven finds out where we are, so will Alie. She’ll come for her,” Jasper says before sticking something in her neck.
“We have to go,” Clarke says.
“Why? Alie doesn’t know where we are,” Bellamy questions.
“Because I know where we can get a wristband,” Clarke says. You pack everything up and head to some outpost Clarke tells you about.
“I’ll talk to her,” Clarke says.
“I’ll go with you,” You say and get out of the rover.
“I thought you said she was a friend,” Octavia says after noticing the blade the woman is holding.
“We’ll handle it. Just stay here,” Clarke says.
“Skaikru is not welcome here, Wanheda,” The woman says as you approach.
“Niylah, what’s wrong?” Clarke asks the woman.
“She’s waking up. Hurry! Let’s get her inside,” You hear Sinclair.
“Is your father here?” Clarke asks.
“My father’s dead. Part of an army killed by your people while trying to protect you,” Niylah says.
“Niylah, please.” Clarke asks.
“I said no,” She responds.
“We haven’t got time for this. Move! Move!” Bellamy says, coming up with his gun ready. “Get her in there,” Bellamy says.
“I told you my mom was here. If she was chipped, Alie would know,” Monty states.
“That’s why we’re putting her in the back, through there,” Clarke says. “Tie her to the bed,” Clarke says, tossing you some rope.
Raven begins to struggle and takes off her blindfold, “Where the hell am I?” She yells.
“Hold her,” Sinclair says. As she struggles, you all begin to tie her to the bed. She punches you in the face as she fights everyone to find out where she is.
“Hold her hands! Fight it!” Bellamy says as you all are finally able to get her hands and feet restrained.
“Let me go!” She yells as you all watch her.
You walk out from the back with Clarke, Monty, and Sinclair to talk about a game plan. “How the hell do we get that thing out of her head?” You ask.
“Working on it,” Monty replies before Clarke talks to Niylah.
Bellamy walks back to you, “ You okay?” He asks, noticing you rub your face.
“Yeh. You?” You respond.
“Fine,” He responds.
You all file into a different room to figure out how Raven wanted to use the old wristband. “Niylah said we can work in here. So how do we do this?” Clarke says.
“We think Raven wanted to use this wristband to generate an EMP. Which is freakishly brilliant,” Sinclair explains as Monty inspects it.
“Meaning what?” Bellamy asks.
“A targeted electromagnetic pulse could destroy the chip’s circuitry. We could use this to send an EMP along Raven’s own nervous system. Just need to reverse the polarity, wire for external input, and attach a battery,” Sinclair further explains.
“But what would that do to her?” You ask.
“EMPs don’t affect our bodies. But I don’t know the mechanics of how this chip integrates with her brain,” Sinclair says.
“This was Raven’s plan. She wouldn’t do it if it was gonna destroy her brain,” Bellamy says.
“Depends how bad she wanted it out,” Octavia says, coming into the room.
“Regardless, without an electromagnet, this is just talk,” Sinclair says.
“Where do we get one?” You ask.
“The Ark. Every station had a pulsed inductive thruster for maneuvering,” Sinclair says.
“Arkadia’s out of the question. It’s too dangerous, you heard them,” Bellamy states.
“We use the dropship. It has PI thrusters just like the Ark,” Monty says.
“That’s good. Okay. I’ll go salvage the magnet,” Sinclair says.
“Uhh no. You should stay with Raven and figure out how this thing works. I’ll take the rover. Be back by the time you finish the device,” Monty says.
“I’ll go with you,” Octavia says.
“Guys!” You hear Jasper yell from the other room. You get into the room and see Raven trying to get her ties off and Jasper standing there and doing nothing.
“Stop her!” You urge.
“Jasper, get that side,” Bellamy says.
“She’s reopened her wounds. She’s gonna bleed to death. I need bandages.” Clarke says.
“Raven, stop fighting us,” You say as Clarke tries to clean up her wounds.
“Alie. Alie. Alie! Look at me. I know you can hear this. Why are you doing this to her? Let her go,” Jasper says.
“I’ll let her go when you give me what I want. The technology that Clarke carries, it belongs to me,” Raven says in a voice that's not hers.
“No way,” Clarke says.
“Clarke, just give it to her. Clarke!” Jasper says.
“If you let Raven die, you’ll never get it,” Clarke responds. All of a sudden, Raven stops struggling. “Untie her wrist. Hold her steady,” Clarke says and then works on fixing Raven’s shoulder.
“Clarke. She’s never gonna stop trying to get away. We can’t let her hurt herself again. Someone has to stay with her,” You state.
“I’ll be first watch. We’ll take turns,” Clarke says.
“You don't give the orders, Clarke,” Jasper erupts.
“Guess he doesn’t forgive you for murdering his girlfriend,” Raven says.
“Jasper, take a break,” You say before walking back into the front of the outpost.
“Hey, you good?” You hear Bellamy say from behind you.
“Just peachy,” You respond sarcastically. “You?”
“Could be better,” Bellamy says. “You sure you’re good?” He asks, rubbing where Raven punched you.
“Yeh. Just a little scratch,” You say and move his hand from your face.
“I’m sorry if I hurt you in any way,” He says.
“Sorry? You massacred an army that wouldn’t have attacked if it weren’t for you and Pike. Maybe we could’ve avoided this chaos if you stopped him,” You say.
“I understand what I did was wrong, but –” Bellamy starts before you hear Clarke yelling from inside the tradepost. The both of you rush in and pull Clarke out of the room.
“I’ll take next watch,” You say and head into the room with Raven. “Don’t even think about it, Alie, “ You say, knowing that she’ll try to get into your head too. Bellamy and Jasper come in to join you a few moments later, taking the seats on the other side of the table.
“Look at your united front,” Raven says. “Tell me, why do you give Bellamy a pass for murdering your girlfriend? What was her name?” Raven asks.
“Don’t talk about Maya, “ Jasper says under his breath.
“You don’t have to listen to this,” You say.
“Let’s protect Jasper. Jasper’s so sensitive. Jasper’s lost someone. Everyone cater to his feelings. We’ve all lost someone. You don’t see us falling apart. You don’t see us getting wasted. Being useless,” Raven taunts.
“No, you took a pill to take your pain away. You gave up your memories,” Jasper responds.
“But then, why should we expect anything more? You used to get high off people’s medicine. Being a selfish loser was your only move,” Raven says.
“Stop,” Jasper says.
“That’s all we see when we look at you. A coward. A waste of breath. Why do you even bother living? You’re weak. Pathetic. You can’t save me. You can’t even save yourself. You couldn’t save whats-her name,” Raven continues.
“You know her name!” Jasper bursts out.
“Jasper, think. It’s not Raven talking. And you’re giving her what she wants. Go, “You say to Jasper. He thinks a little bit before walking out of the room, realizing you were right.
“And then there were two. The two that couldn’t even save their own parents. Did you know that you two shared that? That you both killed your own parents? You,” Raven taunts, turning her head towards you. “You killed all those guards and yet still failed at saving him. In fact, you killed both of your parents. Even after stealing all that medicine, your mom still didn’t survive her sickness,” Raven says.
“You don’t know me or have a right to speak about my life,” You say.
“And now, you’re trying to run away from that life, the life of a comfortable, privileged, little girl with parents on the Council. You have been ever since you were locked up. Making sure no one knew who you used to be. Pretending to be someone who didn’t have the privileges that you did,” Raven continues.
“What makes you think that?” I question.
“And you,” Raven says, turning her head to Bellamy. “Does it bother you that you don’t get any credit for the genocide at Mount Weather? Clarke gets to be the Commander of Death, but you murdered all these people, too, and you’re just forgotten. Then again…you didn’t get any credit for the culling on the Ark, either. How many people suffocated when you threw away my radio? You know, at least Clarke was saving her own people. You were just saving your own ass. Of course, that’s nothing… compared to killing your own mom. Just. Like. Y/N. You just had to take little sister to her first dance. You might as well have just shoved Aurora out the airlock yourself. Do you think she would be proud of you now? For the kind of leader, you’ve become? Or would she see the truth, like the rest of us do?  That you're a follower. Clarke’s been back one day, and you’re already taking orders. Too bad you were never that devoted to Gina,” raven says.
“You don’t know what you’re talking about,” Bellamy says back.
“Don’t worry. Gina was already dead when mount weather blew up. And you avenged her, right? I mean, you picked up a gun and slaughtered an army that was sent to protect us. That had nothing to do with blowing sweet Gina to bits. But, hey, a grounders a grounder, right?” Raven says as Niylah enters the room.
“My father… you killed him,” Niylah says and slaps Bellamy.
“Niylah. Niylah. You can’t be in here,” Clarke says as she tries to drag her out.
“It’s too late. Raven’s already seen her. Alie knows we’re here,” jasper says, upset.
You follow Bellamy outside and watch as he kicks a barrel over. Knowing he’s upset. He starts to punch something, and you run towards him. “Bell, Bell. Hey,” You say, taking his hand into yours. “She’s getting into your head, trying to rile you up. Just like she’s done to the rest of us. You know what she said isn’t true,” You say.
“Yes, it is,” He responds.
“Look, yes. Some of the facts are right, but Alie. She doesn’t know the real you,” You say.
He sighs, “Are you ok? I mean the things–,” He starts.
“I’m fine,” You say as you hear a rover approach.
“You sure you don’t want to talk about it?” He asks.
“I’m fine,” You say and kiss his cheek. Luckily it was Monty and Octavia.
“What happened?” You ask as Monty just walks past both of you. You all make it back to the room Ravenn is in as Sinclair starts to explain when needs to be done.
“All we have to do is connect her and activate the electromagnet,” Sinclair says. You all start to work on getting everything set up, but Raven struggles and then begins banging her head on the back of the bed.
“She’s trying to kill herself,” Bellamy realizes. You all struggle to restrain her, but it's no use.
“Stop, and I’ll give you this,” Clarke says as she holds up the Flame. Raven immediately stops, and you quickly grab the wristband and put it on Raven.
“No, you lied! You lied! No. No, please, don’t. The MEP will give me brain damage. You know it will. Please, don’t do this,” Raven pleads.
“Don’t listen to her,” Octavia says.
“Please. You know it will! Sinclair, stop! Sinclair, no. No!” Raven continues to plead.
“We’ve only got one shot at this. EMP will fry the wristband, too,” Sinclair says.
“Do it,” Bellamy says. Once everything was ready, Sinclair quickly works to start the EMP.
“What’s happening?” You ask as it seemed like nothing had happened.
“Nothing. We need more power. The battery’s not strong enough,” Sinclair says.
“Well, then get one, that is,” Clarke says.
“The rover,” Monty responds. Monty and Bellamy go to grab the battery from the rover and switch it out for the other battery. Sinclair activates the EMP, and Raven screams out in pain before her body finally relaxes.
“She’s breathing,” You say as you feel her pulse.
“Raven? Come on, Raven. Hey. Come on, wake up,” Clarke says, shaking her.
“What are you doing?” Clarke says as Jasper hastily moves to the other side of the room.
“Don’t move!,” He says, placing the box with the Flame in it on the table.
“No. You can’t. No. Give it back,” Clarke says.
“Alie did that to Raven. She’s never gonna get this!” Jasper says as he gets ready to smash the Flame.
“Don’t! Stop. it’s Lexa. part of her is still in there. I saw them cut it out of her head. I’m not…” Clarke says before stopping herself.
“What is it?” Bellamy asks.
“Both the AIs were made by the same person. Both tap into human consciousness. They must work similarly, right?” Clarke asks.
“Well, there’s probably only one pathway to consciousness, so it’s possible, yeah,” Sinclair says.
“What does this have to do with anything?” Octavia asks.
“I’ve seen an AI get removed before. Help me get her on her side,” Clarke says, and you all work to move Raven. “Get that med kit from my bag,” Clarke requests and cuts into the back of Raven’s neck. Soon enough, a gross goo comes out of her neck.
“What is that?” You ask.
“It must be whatever’s left of the chip,” Sinclair says. Soon enough, Raven starts to wake up.
“I never thought i’d be so happy to see someone in pain,” Octavia says, noticing how stiff Raven is from all of the pain she put herself in.
“I could’ve saved my mom,” Monty says. Making you realize that his mom had died when they went to the Dropship. He walks out of the room before anyone could say anything.
“Alie knows we're here. We gotta move,” Bellamy says, and you all begin to pack up.
You go to wrap some cloth around the hand that Bellamy injured, “You’ll recover,” You say.
“Will I?” He responds. “What do you do when you realize…you might not be the good guy?” He questions.
“Maybe there are no good guys,” You respond. You start to walk off to help load the rover, but Bellamy grabs your arm.
“Hey. Are you sure you’re alright? You don’t want to tal–” Bellamy says.
“We need to go,” You say, pushing him off and going to load the rover.
“Hey. there’s one thing I don’t understand. Why did Alie want you to kill yourself?” Clarke asks Raven.
“Because I know why she wants a second AI,” Raven says.
“Why?” Bellamy questions.
“It’s the only thing that can stop her,” Raven reveals.
“Then let’s stop her. We survive together,” Octavia says, and you all get into the rover.

ricky rocks. flash back episode !!!
“everyone needs to just shut up,” echo doesn’t look at any of them and yet her eyes are wild and unable to stay in one place. “we have to figure a way out of here.”
she can feel her heart in her throat upon the dawning reality that she had no plan and half the people in the room with her were a bunch of dimwits.
“that’s kinda a hard thing to do when you told us to shut up.”
“keep your comments to yourself before i take that gun back, john.”
murphy rolls his eyes at the sound of his name; at the sound of the way she says it. it’s always so hostile and harsh whenever it comes out of her mouth and it only makes him hate it more.
it reminds him of the way his mother used to say it.
“why don’t we just leave, simple as that?”
“we can’t just do that, murphy. there are still other people here,” raven still sits on the floor, watching the two.
“yeah, people that are probably already dead and if not, who do you think the ones that are gonna get killed going to be when we come to their rescue?”
“that’s so classic of you, murphy.”
“what do you suggest we do then?” he turns his chin fast to face octavia who gives him an irritated look.
wow, wasn’t he just a crowd pleaser today.
“we wait till bellamy wakes up.”
“bellamy?” murphy looks disgusted, glancing down to him and his peaceful state in octavia’s lap. “i like him much better knocked out.”
“we don’t have time for that… or this,” echo shakes her head, interrupting the nasty stare octavia gave that would ultimately lead to an argument. “you better hope he wakes up soon because i’m not carrying him.”
“maybe if you didn’t hit him so damn hard.”
“hey, shut it, murphy. otherwise you’ll be right with your pal, bellamy.”
he grumbles, turning his shoulder away from them, “what’re you looking at?” his eyes suddenly meet the face of a boy he had never notice up until now.
the skinny boy with black hair was quick to put his hands up in defense, scooting further away from the menacing stare murphy continued to force in on him.
“that’s what i thought, string bean.”
this was the least ideal situation to be in with the least ideal group to be together. outside of this moment, not one of them would have willingly step foot to be among one another.
although the base was big but filled with a small amount of people, their worlds barely ever collided.
“alright, what do you wanna do echo?”
she blinks, looking down to raven who looks like a little kid with her legs crossed. she feels her chest swell up with importance at the undivided attention and suddenly a drive of adrenaline flows through her veins once again.
echo hated everyone. it was easy to tell. her parents died at her ripe age of 7 where she was handed off to a strict military woman who beat her own values of no remorse, empathy, or emotion into her. that woman died the moment the virus took over the base and echo couldn’t have been more happy—until they didn’t let her leave.
no one was allowed to leave, for their own good as they would say. the remaining adults of the base had an idea that they could repopulate and help rid of the disease that turned the dead into living once more. but here they were, the remaining adults being what they feared and echo being in a room of people she hated—except raven. now, she could stand raven.
“i’m all ears. whatever you need me to do, i’ll do.”
echo smiles, yeah, she didn’t mind her at all. raven was the only one with a couple brain cells who could function.
“try to wake boy toy up, then let’s kill the rest of these fuckers.”
**
it didn’t take much to wake bellamy up, but it took a lot to calm him down.
“why would i trust you?”
“because i’m the one with the gun,” her teeth shine past her lips in a snide look at his clear upset state.
it only provoked him more, taking a step closer, but echo is far from fazed. she knew bellamy and the type of person he was, therefore she felt far from inferior when around him like she knew he was trying to do.
before the fall, echo spent her whole first year in basic combat training with him due to him shadowing the instructor. he was a douchebag who thrived on proving his superiority over the younger trainees, including echo.
“bellamy, just listen to her,” octavia forced herself into his peripheral vision, hoping he’d step away from her. “we have no other options and echo knows what she’s doing.”
“and i don’t?”
“you seem to have forgotten she had you out cold moments ago, buddy.”
“murphy, i’ll kill you.”
“woah, woah, woah,” mock marinates in his voice. “she’s the one with the gun, don’t think she’ll let that happen.”
“i wouldn’t be against it.”
civility was hard to achieve, especially in the beginning.
“will you all just calm down,” raven stands a foot back with her arms crossed. “if we want to get out of here, we need to execute now. the breakers are all the way on the other side of the building and who knows how many scavs are outside this door.”
it took five minutes for raven to come up with a plan to get out and that was through the breakers—the security and maintenance room, where everything was watched through cameras and where the switches to shut down all the power was. in order to leave, all the security monitors, locked doors, and ultimately the big gate at the front of the base that kept all of them in was all electrically ran and needed to be shut down.
so to get out, shit needed to be shut down.
bellamy finally breaks away from echo, turning his gaze to the other girl, “how do you expect to do that with the millions of doors that you all need a pin to, leading to that room?”
“it’s not hard,” a voice sounds from behind them all, causing them to turn. “if you break the panel and move one wire to another, the door opens just as easy as if you were to know the pin.”
they stare at him blankly in surprise as raven tries her best to conceal her smile, already anticipating this. the boy swallows nervously at the pressure of their uninviting stares suddenly on him, “it’s easy. a 10 year old could do it.”
bellamy narrows his look on him even more, “what’s your name?”
“monty. monty green,” he takes a step closer, almost expecting to shake his hand—but bellamy’s hostile stare made him rock back on his feet.
“and then after that, monty? the only people who had access to the breaker room were ones with a key card.”
“good thing i’m in charge then.”
they all turn back to echo who holds out a white and green plastic key card in all its glory.
“how the hell did you get a key card? sargent wouldn’t even clear you for a gun,” murphy narrows his gaze on her with confusion, slowly stepping forward.
“they don’t even hand those out to guards.”
“well, good thing i’m better than a guard,” she smirks, stuffing it in her back pocket. “now let’s go.”
**
the hallways were eerily empty.
echo had her mask pulled back up to the base of her face where only her dark eyes were the most distinguishable feature to the others. she scanned the little space that filled the area, leading the group down what seemed to be the hallway to their doom.
she didn’t like it one bit.
moments before she had knocked bellamy unconscious, she had watched the scavs from the watch tower take over every little home and minor building, burning them to the ground after ransacking each one. they would have no where else to be but the inside of this building—and yet, no one in sight.
“this doesn’t feel right.”
“what, you scared?”
murphy doesn’t reply.
“maybe they just all left.”
“that’s wishful thinking,” echo’s low voice sounds hollow as she leads them around a corner and toward the entrance where authorized staff only was printed largely on a sign nailed to the surface of the doors. she gripped her rifle tighter and tighter as seconds passed by with no sound, no movement, and no person was in sight.
bellamy followed from the back with his own gun that echo was reluctant about giving him until he reminded her he was their best shot.
the silence was a blessing. there were nights where bellamy longed for this type of stillness, for the break down of his up tight lifestyle. and now here it was, handed to him in his lap, yet something was off and this felt even worse compared to the norm.
“already, green, time to shine,” echo dropped her gun from position as well as pulling down the cloth that concealed her face. she glanced to bellamy, sharing a look of agreement that they were still in the clear. “get this door open and you’re golden.”
he nodded, dropping to his knees before the pin pad that was placed neatly next to the steel door. they watch him pop the cover off simply before once again pulling another layer that concealed the wiring to the door. he rips at the nest of colorful snakes before glancing at them all, smiling at their narrowed looks.
“i used to watch my dad do this all the time as a kid, wanted to be just like him. so while you all were sent to train and beat your bodies down, i was taught this,” he works as he speaks before finally pulling away and looking to the door. they follow his gaze but are met with disappointment when there’s no sign of acceptance to his fiddling.
monty makes a sound of confusion, a crease forming between his brow as he looks at the door, then the mangled key pad.
“i’m guessing that’s not supposed to happen.”
“what clued you on to that?”
“they must have changed their wiring in the past month, otherwise i don’t understand why this wouldn’t have worked,” he still stares at his work, disappointed.
“so… we can’t get in?” bellamy is losing patience.
“no, we can. it’ll just take me a lot longer.”
“how much longer?”
“say, 7 minutes.”
“christ,” bellamy pinches the bridge of his nose. “we don’t have that time.”
“we actually don’t know what time we do have… considering-“
“murphy, shut the fuck up. i’m not waiting that long, i’ll find another way.”
“bellamy, you can’t just-“
he’s right back around the corner and toward where they came from with no attempt to listen to their persistence. he was impatient and itching to get out of that building. if he didn’t find a way soon, he would lose his mind.
these hallways with florescent lights were the center of his nightmares. he found himself lost in what was an exact replica of it, wandering and desperate to get out. just like right now.
he grew up in these halls. every waking moment of his life were spent within these halls of the base. he hated it. he wished the scavs would have burned down this building first.
“don’t move.”
there was a nose of a gun suddenly practically pressed to bellamy’s own nose. he jerked back out of shock, neglecting to process who was on the other side of the rifle till he found himself pinned.
“who are you? why’re you here?”
bellamy’s eyes find theirs before anything else till the question is repeated again, “huh? who the fuck are you?”
a girl.
he finds himself slowly lower his arms upon realization, “who’re you?”
“your worst fuckin’ nightmare if you don’t give me a straight answer.”
he recognized this girl.
“relax, i’m just trying to get out of here.”
“hard thing to do when the gates won’t open.”
“you’re trying to get to the breakers,” he speaks his thoughts aloud.
her eyes narrow, “why would you know that?”
“because you’re not the only one trying to escape.”

You're nestled comfortably in your tent, enjoying a rare moment of respite from the chaos of camp life. The soft glow of moonlight flickers gently against the walls of your tent. A book lies forgotten in your lap as you lean back against the makeshift bed.
Your peaceful reverie is abruptly shattered as Bellamy bursts into the tent with all the subtlety of a charging mammoth.
He storms across the tent until he stands directly beside your bed. "Have you seen Octavia?" he demands, his voice gruff and urgent, his eyes wild with panic.
You shoot him a silent glare, your annoyance evident even in the dim light. "And here I was, thinking you'd come to serenade me with sweet nothings," you reply, your tone laced with sarcasm.
Bellamy scowls, his features contorted with frustration. "This is serious, y/n!" he snaps, his patience wearing thin. "Octavia's gone.”
You roll your eyes, unable to resist the urge to taunt him further. "Well, maybe if you didn't have such a big head, you'd be able to see past your own nose and find her yourself," you retort, Bellamy's face turns a deep shade of crimson, his anger boiling over at your flippant remark.
"You think this is a joke?" he seethes, his voice trembling with rage. "Fine, I'll find her myself. But don't come crying to me when she's lying in a ditch somewhere."
With that, Bellamy storms out of the tent, leaving you alone once more. There's no denying the satisfaction of getting under Bellamy's skin, even if only for a moment.
With a guilty sigh, you push yourself up from your makeshift bed and hastily follow him out into the cold night air. "Bellamy, wait," you call after him, your voice softer now, "I'm sorry. I'll help you find her."
He grunts in response, his steps never faltering as he continues to march forward with purpose. You quicken your pace, falling into step beside him, determined not to let him face this ordeal alone. "Why are you always so mean to me?"
He casts a sidelong glance in your direction as he scoffs at the question. "Me? Mean to you?" he retorts, unable to keep the bitterness from creeping into his voice.
"If anyone's the mean one around here, it's you, y/n. If you’d quit being so annoying all the time, I’d treat you better."
You and Bellamy scour the camp in search of Octavia, deciding to seek help from Clarke.
Bursting into her tent, you find her hunched over a makeshift table, poring over maps and charts with furrowed brows. "Clarke, have you seen Octavia?" you ask, getting straight to the point.
She looks up, her eyes widening in concern. "No, I haven't," she replies, her voice echoing your worry. "But I'll help you look."
Together, the three of you comb through the camp, calling out Octavia's name as you search every nook and cranny for any sign of her. Despite your best efforts, she remains elusive, her whereabouts still unknown.
Bellamy's jaw clenches as he gathers the other members of the camp, rallying them to form a search party to scour the surrounding area. The volunteers gather at the gate, devising a plan of action to cover the most ground in the shortest amount of time.
"Everybody, gather around and grab a weapon," he commands, "My sister's been out there alone for 12 hours. Arm up. We're not coming back without her."
Bellamy turns to Finn with a fierce intensity in his gaze. "Finn," he calls out, his voice cutting through the night air like a clarion call. "You're with me."
A meteor shower streaks across the sky, illuminating the darkness with a dazzling display of light. Clarke exhales sharply debunking the other campers’ theories,
“That’s not a meteor shower, it's a funeral. Hundreds of bodies are being returned to the earth from the ark. This is what it looks like from the other side.” she huffs out before turning to Raven.
You glance up at the spectacle, a sinking feeling settling in the pit of your stomach. "The flares didn't work," you mutter under your breath, your voice barely audible over the murmurs of the others.
Bellamy's gaze meets yours in silent acknowledgment. With a heavy heart, he turns back to the group, his voice firm as he outlines the next steps of the search.
“What are we waiting for? Move out!” he calls out. The group springs into action, venturing out into the wilderness in search of Octavia.
The sound of their footsteps echoing in the stillness of the night, the only illumination comes from the flickering torches held aloft by the campers.
You walk in silence behind Finn, scanning the surroundings for any sign of Octavia. The darkness is oppressive, pressing in on you from all sides. Finn's voice cuts through the quiet, breaking the tension like a crack of thunder.
"Over here!" he calls out urgently, waving the group over. You rush over to where Finn stands, A length of rope lies coiled on the forest floor, discarded and forgotten amidst the underbrush. "Is this Octavia’s?" Finn says as he picks up the rope and shows it to you.
Your eyes catch sight of something else amidst the tangled undergrowth. Footprints, faint but unmistakable, crisscrossing the forest floor like a trail of breadcrumbs leading deeper into the darkness. You catch Bellamy and Finns attention, guiding them to the footprints.
“The prints are deeper going that way. He was carrying her.” Finn shouts. "We're getting close," he mutters, his voice barely audible over the rustle of leaves and the distant hoot of an owl.
The group continued to press on, following the footsteps. Impaled corpses, their lifeless forms skewered on crude stakes, stand as silent sentinels, alluding to the fact that you all have entered Grounder territory.
Half of the delinquent’s balk at the sight, their faces pale with fear as they exchange nervous glances. "We should head back," one of them whispers, his voice trembling with apprehension.
Bellamy's gaze flickers to the rest of the group, his expression unreadable. "Anyone who doesn't want to continue, head back to camp," he says, his voice firm.
Several members of the group step forward, their faces pale with fear as they make their decision. With a nod from Bellamy, they turn and disappear into the darkness, leaving only the six of you standing amidst the shadows.
"We keep going," Bellamy declares, his voice unwavering. "We find Octavia, no matter what."
Finn, who had been leading the group, suddenly stops in his tracks, his brow furrowed in frustration as he examines the ground beneath him.
"I've lost the trail," he admits defeatedly. A wave of restlessness washes over the group, murmurs of frustration and anxiety echoing through the woods.
Just then, a voice cuts through the tension like a knife, breaking the silence with its unexpectedness. "Where's John?" a girl pipes up from the back of the group.
You glance around, your heart sinking as you realize that John, one of the members of the search party, is nowhere to be found. Panic begins to bubble up within the group, their anxiety mounting with each passing second.
"Spread out and look for him," you command with false security. "He was just here, he can’t be far."
The group disperses, scrambling through the forest as they search for any sign of their missing comrade. Grounders emerges from the trees seemingly out of nowhere with a speed and stealth that takes the search party by surprise.
More and more of them begin to appear, their numbers growing by the second as they surround the group.
You and the rest of the search party scramble to escape the encroaching grounders. Fear pulses through your veins as you run blindly after Finn through the underbrush, the sound of pursuit echoing in your ears.
"Stop!" he calls out, his instincts kicking into overdrive as he senses something is wrong.
"So, are we racing to the finish line or just trying to outrun our bad decisions?" you state through exaggerated breaths. Bellamy gives you a look of disapproval before you raise your hands in surrender.
Diggs, in his blind panic refuses to stop running, leaving the group behind he fails to see the tripwire lying in wait for him. With a sickening crunch, he triggers the trap, his body impaled on the cruel spikes of a grounder trap.
Horror washes over the group as they witness the gruesome sight. Roma, overcome with panic at the sight of Diggs' fate, breaks away from the group once more. The grounders, sensing weakness, give chase, their figures disappearing into the shadows as they pursue their prey.
With each step, the forest seems to close in around you. The pounding of your heart drowns out the sounds of the forest as you sprint after Bellamy as he charges after the grounders. You both skid to a halt - Roma's lifeless body, lying crumpled on the forest floor like a discarded doll.
"They're playing with us," you gasp out, sickened by the sadistic display. This was a message.
Jasper's grief erupts into a raw, primal scream, his anguish echoing through the darkness as he unleashes his rage on the grounders. his cries fall on deaf ears, the grounders closing in menacingly.
You grab for him but he slips from your grasp. "Jasper, stop!" Bellamy shouts. But rage has consumed him. The Grounders peer out from the shadows, weapons poised, savoring his anger.
Just when it seems like all hope is lost, a deafening blast pierces through the air, the sound of the Foghorn reverberating through the forest like a warning bell. The grounders hesitate, their faces twisted in confusion before they retreat.
Bellamy held up a hand, signaling everyone to pause. "The fog is coming. We need to set up shelter, now!" Murmurs of alarm rippled through the group. Jasper's eyes went wide with fear.
Monroe sprang into action, dropping her pack and pulling out a large tent. "Everyone, help get the tent up! We need to get inside before it's too late." You rushed to help her and Jasper unfurl the canvas and snap together the poles with fumbling hands. The others gathered fallen branches to weigh down the edges.
As soon as the tent was upright, You were the first one to scramble under the tent, you can feel Bellamy's presence close beside you, his hand brushing against yours while you hold the flap open. The rest of the group follows suit, huddling together in the cramped space as you wait for the deadly fog to roll in.
"Will this hold against the fog?" Monroe asked nervously.
Bellamy's jaw tightened as he secured the entrance flap. "It'll have to. Just stay low and cover your skin."
The air inside the tent is hot due to the overcrowding. The heat of so many bodies pressed close together creating a suffocating atmosphere. Sweat beads on your brow as you struggle to catch your breath in the oppressive heat.
Bellamy shifts beside you, his proximity only adding to the warmth radiating from your surroundings. You steal a glance at him, noticing the sheen of sweat on his brow as he too grapples with the uncomfortable conditions.
The rest of the group is similarly affected, their faces flushed and their breath coming in ragged gasps as they try to find relief from the sweltering heat. Some fidget restlessly, while others simply close their eyes and try to endure the discomfort in silence.
You can't help but let out a chuckle, despite the discomfort. "Well, who needs a sauna when you have a tent full of sweaty delinquents?" you quip, trying to lighten the mood amidst the stifling heat.
The minutes drag on and the oppressive heat shows no signs of abating, Bellamy's patience wears thin. With a frustrated sigh, he glances around the cramped confines of the tent, a determined glint in his eyes as he realizes that something isn't right.
Jasper's restless energy permeates the silence that following. "How long are we supposed to wait?"
"There's no Acid Fog," he mutters in disbelief. "We've been sitting here for nothing." Bellamy's sharp eyes catch sight of a lone grounder slipping away through the trees, his movements furtive and swift.
Bellamy's jaw tightens as he weighs his options, his gaze fixed on the retreating figure of the grounder. "He doesn't see us," he says quietly, his voice firm with determination. "I'm going after him."
Finn considers the implications of Bellamy's plan. "And what?" he asks, his tone skeptical. "Kill him?"
Bellamy shakes his head. "No," he replies, his voice low and cold. "Catch him. Make him tell me where Octavia is. Then kill him." Jasper's eyes widen at Bellamy's words, mirroring your expression. "How do we know he's not leading us to another trap?"
Finn's shoulders sag in resignation at the question, "We don't," he admits. Without another word, Bellamy springs into action, his instincts driving him forward as he leads the group in pursuit of the fleeing figure.
The grounder leads your group through a winding cave passage, dimly lit by scattered torches. Shadows dance across the rough walls as you venture deeper underground.
Your eyes widen in alarm as you spot Octavia struggling to reach the key, her fingers just out of reach.
"Octavia," Bellamy calls out. You watch anxiously as Bellamy approaches Octavia, grabbing the key and releasing her bound wrist. "Monroe, watch the entrance," before turning back to his sister. "It's okay. You're okay."
Your eyes drift over to the grounder lying motionless nearby, spotting the foghorn on the cave floor. Realization dawns - this grounder had blown the horn that saved your lives. He had risked himself for you.
You share a troubled glance with Finn. Together you crouch down, checking the grounder for any signs of life. As you roll him over, his eyes flutter open weakly.
"We need to get back to camp," you tell Bellamy urgently. Whatever the grounder's motives, he clearly doesn't see you as mere enemies to be slaughtered.
You're taken aback as the grounder suddenly surges upwards, a flash of steel glinting in his hand in the dim light of the cave. Before you can react, he slashes the knife viciously towards Bellamy.
On instinct you throw yourself forward, your bare hands closing around the blade with a desperate grip. Searing pain slices through your palms but you clutch it tightly, stopping the attack. Blood wells up, slick and hot.
Finn rushes in, shoving you aside. You grit your teeth against the pain, pressing yourself back against the rough stone wall of the cave in a desperate bid to distance yourself from the violence unfolding before you.
The sharp edges dig into your back, adding to the discomfort, but you welcome the distraction, focusing on the sensation to distract yourself from the agony coursing through your veins.
Finn and the grounder crash together, grappling fiercely. They slam into the cave walls, the knife glinting dangerously between them. The sound of struggle echoes through the cave, their bodies locked in a desperate struggle for survival.
With a violent twist, the grounder drives the blade into Finn's side, the sharp blade sinking deep into flesh with a sickening squelch.
Finn cries out, shock and disbelief etched on his face, as he stumbled backwards and collapsing to the cave floor as blood stains his shirt.
The grounder's wild eyes fix on Bellamy as he charges forward with a guttural cry. Bellamy braces himself just as the muscular grounder slams into him, driving him down.
They crash violently to the cave floor, the grounder's knife glinting as he presses it to Bellamy's throat.
Bellamy struggles beneath the weight, grunting with effort. The knife edge digs in, just shy of drawing blood.
"Please!" Octavia cries out desperately. "Don't kill my brother!"
The grounder hesitates, conflict etched on his face. His grip on the knife wavers slightly at her words. In that moment of indecision, Jasper appears behind the grounder and swings his makeshift club with all his might. It connects solidly with the back of the grounder's skull with a sickening thud.
The grounder's eyes roll back as he sags forward, collapsing unconscious atop Bellamy. Shoving him off, Bellamy scrambles to his feet, chest heaving. Bellamy pushes himself to his feet, his chest heaving with exertion as he surveys the scene before him.
Octavia is already at Finn's side, her hands trembling as she applies pressure to the stab wound and trying to stop the bleeding. "Hold on, Finn," she pleads while he groans in pain.
"We need to get Finn out of here now!" Bellamy orders. Bellamy and Monroe lift Finn up and you all hurry from the cave, leaving the murderous grounder behind. You know the knife that was meant for Bellamy could end up costing Finn's life instead.
Bellamy moves with purpose, leading the way back to camp. His movements spur the rest of you into action, and you struggle to keep pace due to the pain coursing through your body.
You glance down at your injured hands, the pain throbbing with each heartbeat. With a grimace, you tear off your sleeves and hastily tie them around the wound, the makeshift bandage offering some measure of relief.
The adrenaline is starting to fade in your body and instead the exhaustion is kicking in, you find yourself lagging behind, your steps growing slower and more unsteady with each passing moment as your friends disappear out of your view. Your vision blurs and swims, black spots dancing at the edges as you fight to stay conscious.
With each step, the world grows dimmer, the sounds of the forest fading into a distant haze as you push yourself forward. With everything going on all you can think of is your mother.
"I wish you were here," you whisper to yourself, gaze drifting upward to the vast expanse of the night sky.
The stars twinkle overhead offering no answers, their silent witness serving only to remind you that you were unwanted and unloved. You wish she hadn't sent you down here alone, without her guidance and protection.
Tears well up in your eyes as you struggle to reconcile the harsh realities of your situation. You long for her comforting embrace, for the reassurance of her presence by your side.
You fall to your knees in the darkness, the burning pain almost unbearable as you check the bandages. the white cloth of your sleeved are now stained crimson with your blood.
With a heavy heart, you wipe away the tears and attempt to push yourself to your feet, knowing you cannot dwell on her any further.
The darkness closes in around you before you can’t see anything else.
The sound of heavy rain pelting the earth fills your ears, mingling with the distant rumble of thunder. Mud squelches beneath you, soaking through your clothes as you lie helpless on the forest floor.
The damp forest floor feels good pressing against your flushed cheek. In the distance, thunder rumbles ominously.
Faint voices drift through the trees, too far to understand. You try to call out, but only manage a weak croak. "Bellamy?" you rasp hopefully. You strain to make out the words, your senses dulled by pain and exhaustion.
"You two," he points to his search party, "head in there and don't come out until you've got him.
The figures draw nearer, distorted by rain and fog. You can just make out Bellamy's dark curly hair coming into view, his face etched with concern.
"Hold on," he breathes, dropping down beside you. "I’m gonna get you home." You wince as he grasping your arm tightly, fresh pain lancing through your body.
You tried to speak but only managed a weak cough. Bellamy slipped an arm under you, carefully pulling you up from the cold mud. You cried out hoarsely as the movement ignited fresh agony in your wounds.
"I know, I'm sorry," he grimaced, holding you close against him. "I’ve got you now. Just stay with me."
Leaning heavily on Bellamy, you hobbled forward with his support. Each step was torture, but you focused on putting one foot in front of the other as the storm raged around you.
Every gust of wind threatens to uproot trees and send them crashing to the ground.
"You're going to be okay," he reassures you, his voice gentle yet resolute. "Just hang in there, alright? We'll get you patched up and back to camp in no time."
His two companions emerged from the cave. Between them, they carry the grounder who attacked Finn, his unconscious form slung over their shoulders like a sack of potatoes. He grabs the rope they'd used on the grounder before. "Let's get this bastard tied up before he wakes."
Working quickly, they bind the grounder's hands and feet. The storm around you seems to rage even harder as they work, as if protesting their presence in the forest.
With a nod of acknowledgment they follow behind as he leads them back to camp. The wind whips through the trees, drowning out any words that might be spoken. Bellamy remains steadfast by your side, his arm wrapped securely around your waist as he supports your weight.
With each step, the muddy ground threatens to give way beneath your feet, Bellamy scoops you up into his arms as your legs finally give out, no longer able to support your weight. You cry out in pain, clutching at him weakly as he carries you the last stretch towards camp.
The rain beats down relentlessly as He ducks into the shelter of the dropship. Clarke and Octavia rush forward when they see the state you're in, alarm on their faces.
He gently layed you down on a blanket as you whimper, fresh waves of agony coursing through your body. Bellamy smooths back your wet hair, his expression pained. "You're safe now," he murmurs.
Suddenly angry shouts erupt from behind him. Bellamy's companions drag a bound Grounder through the entrance, throwing him harshly to the floor. Clarke and Octavia stare in shock before rounding on Bellamy, demanding answers.
"The hell are you doing?" Octavia demands, her eyes narrowing as she surveys the scene unfolding before her. Bellamy meets her gaze, his expression unreadable as he responds with quiet determination. "It's time to get some answers."
Octavia scoffs at his words, her disbelief evident in the way she crosses her arms over her chest. "Oh, you mean 'revenge'?"
But Bellamy shakes his head, his gaze unwavering as he meets her eyes. "I mean 'intel'," he clarifies, his voice cutting through the howling wind with quiet authority.
Turning to his companions who carried the captive grounder, Bellamy issues a command. "Get him upstairs," he orders, his tone leaving no room for argument.
As the boys obediently move to carry out Bellamy's orders, Clarke approaches. She meets Bellamy's eyes, a silent question passing between them.
The radio crackles to life behind her, causing Bellamy to giver a shocked look at the unexpected interruption. Abby's voice comes through the static, her words echoing with urgency and concern. "Clarke, okay we're ready. Can you hear me?"
Turning to face him, "Look," she begins, her voice heavy with emotion, "this is not who we are."
Bellamy's eyes harden as he faces down Clarke and Octavia's protests. He holds up a hand, silencing them. "This is who we are now!" he declares through gritted teeth. "We do what we must to survive."
His uncompromising words dare them to argue. Clarke and Octavia exchange frustrated looks but stay silent. They know Bellamy's mind is set.
With frustrated sighs, they turn away and get to work treating Finn. Bellamy kneels beside you again, his calloused hand is unexpectedly gentle as he caresses your face. "I have to take care of this," he says grimly before heading for the ladder.
You watch through hazy eyes as he disappears above to deal with the Grounder prisoner. The storm continues its assault outside, rain pounding relentlessly on the metal hull.
Utterly spent, you finally let your heavy eyelids fall shut. The pain feels distant now. You take comfort knowing Bellamy will keep you all safe, no matter what it takes or who tries to stop him.
