🐈‍⬛ My favorite animals are dogs! 🐶 I've grown up in a household that's always been full of them, either being my mom's or some of her sisters', so I'm very fond of them and I know how to approach them and such. I'm the kind of person who walks down the street greeting every single doggy she comes across, and I feel so HONORED when they allow me to pet them 🥹🥹🥹 I honestly love all animals, but to me, dogs are the purest creatures to ever exist 🥹🐶

And of course, I had to seize the opportunity and brag a bit about my three babies! 😁

This is how the twins sleep lol, I decided to add the emoji just in case 😂😂😂

🍜 I'm gonna get very "typical Spanish" in this one, but I have to say: potato omelette 🤤🤤🤤 There's literally no better dish for me. There's a silly "war" in Spain about whether you are pro-onion or against-onion, and I must say: NO onion in my omelette, please 🙅‍♀️😂 Also, there are some parts in my country (like Madrid) where they prefer their omelette very creamy, but I actually like it better consistent and overcooked. As you can see, there's a whole issue in here with our most typical dish 😂😂😂 But if there's something we all agree on, it's that it is delicious 🤤🤤🤤

🎶 Oh, I already talked about my favorite musical artist in my musician headcanons post! 😁 But since I don't want to repeat myself, this time I'm gonna go with the second band I've listened to the most in the past few years: Imagine Dragons.

I only discovered them in 2021, thanks to the Netflix show Arcane (which I LOVED), but this song here is the one that's impacted me the most. I love EVERYTHING about it: the music, the lyrics, the message... I still give it all every single time I listen to it, and I love many other songs by them, but this one still remains my favorite. So AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩

How to make the best Potato Omelette stuffed with Ham and Cheese Recipe

Potato omelette stuffed with ham and cheese. It is a very tasty recipe. It is the typical spanish potato omelet but in this ocassion stuffed with ham and cheese like a sándwich. To prepare this stuffed omelette we will need the following ingredients.

POTATO OMELETTE STUFFED WITH HAM AND CHEESE INGREDIENTS FOR 3 PEOPLE: 3 medium potatoes 5 eggs 1/2 onion 4 ham slices 8 cheese sandwich slices Salt Oil

POTATO OMELETTE STUFFED WITH HAM AND CHEESE RECIPE:

1.- In a pan over medium heat, add plenty of oil. Then, add peeled and chopped potatoes and chopped onion into large pieces. Put a little of salt and let cook everything while stirring frequently with wood spoon about 10 minutes.

2.- Past this time, smash the potatoes with a spoon. Let cook about 5 minutes more while smash frequently, until get a solid mashed potato.

3.- In a bowl put the eggs. Add a little of salt and beat. After, add mashed potatoes, onion and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.

4.- Put a Little of oil in another little and deep pan over high heat. Above put 1/3 of the potato and egg mixture. With the spoon spread it all over the surface of the frying pan and on top, place 4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of ham and finally 4 other slices of cheese. (It’s an example, can put it at ease). Above, put the rest of potato and egg and with the spoon extend it so that the surface is very smooth. Cook over moderate heat about 5 minutes.

5.- With help of a dish, turn the omelette and introduce the other side in the pan. Pass the wooden spoon by the edges of the tortilla to compact it again, that is with a more round and more showy form. Cook about 5 minutes more.

6.- Finally, we took it out of the pan with the help of the plate. And… ready!

As a result, you will obtain a delicious potato omelette stuffed with ham and cheese. Try it in your home!

Brunch is a takeaway box of Vegetarian Rice (斋饭) from the nearby coffee shop. Starting with my favourite curry mock mutton & potato, bitter gourd & carrot omelette and creamy sweet mock pork ribs that is still “pink” inside. :D The “bone” you see is a shaved stick of sugarcane.

I had an urge to eat dandelions today and found out you could eat the unopened flowers and I did a little experiment and shallow fried them with some soya sauce and a little bit of balsamic vinegar until they start vaguely caramelising and I ate them on fresh bread and omg let me tell you I just went out again to pick some more in the garden because that shit was delicious

#a++ would recommend #also i ate some leaves as salad but they were a little too bitter i still ate them tho #if you don't want to have them with bred i bet they'd be nice with shallow fried potatoes or some vegetables that are kinda bland alone #or in an omelette or something #but on fresh bread it was heaven

Brought mum to the coffee shop near my new place for lunch. Got my Teh Siew Dai (milk tea less sweet) and Kopi O (coffee black) for mum while she went to the economy rice stall to select her dishes. She chose a piece of braised pork belly with preserved vegetables (梅菜扣肉), omelette and a herbal chicken drumstick for her Economy Rice (菜饭).

I took the western food option and ordered the Happiness Plate which consisted of three pieces of fried chicken, toast, fries and coleslaw. I love the well-seasoned and juicy chicken though they are on the small side.

On behalf of sis, I got her the Chicken Katsu Don from Maruhachi Donburi & Curry. I think this is the last time I ordered from them as they close this branch not long after this.
