I can’t believe it took a month to realize I broke my nose, as soon as I got comfortable dressing a little bit in public and start my makeup did I realize. I avoided my face after my parents didn’t take my coming out well at all and have cut 98% of ties since. I hated my fucking face, I hated my fucking body, I hated that my own parents hated my decision to make myself happy. I drank myself stupid that night and remembered cleaning up a lot of blood off the floor. When I woke up I just looked at the ceiling and said “ok….you had another really rough night….again.”

I’ve gotten to the point then that when I started drinking heavily I would put my phone someplace inconvenient so I didn’t blow anyone up with depressing drunken rants at three in the morning. This was probably a very bad move that night because I woke up in a puddle of blood hating myself more than my parents could ever. I kind of remember cleaning up.

It’s not a huge noticeable difference, especially since I wear glasses, but it’s something I notice every time now. I remember who I started drinking with… said person wasn’t supportive either, that lead to more drinking. This fucking face I have to look at is a reminder of how fucking dumb I was.

I see a new general care doctor in a few weeks…. Hopefully I can put everything where it should be…not just physically speaking.
