Brief summary of the Dream SMP S2 + S3
Hey guys, I’ve been meaning to make another helpful recap! [Here’s my summary of the 1st season of the SMP].
Just to be clear, I consider S1 to be all the events up to the Nov 16th war. S2 are the events from Nov17th-Jan 20th. S3 is the current arc
And like before, I mostly watch Tommy’s POV so I’m only going to cover his storyline. Sorry! I won’t be touching much on the Red egg, or Fundy’s story or Quackity’s stuff. You can easily follow Tommy’s story through his vods channel, as every stream is archived there. The roleplaying is much more prominent these days so this is going to be wordy but I’ll try to be as succinct as possible and keep it up to date.
=> Tubbo, now President, commits to rebuilding New L’Manburg. It’s on stilts, leaving the crater below as a memorial of the events that went down. Wilbur’s ghost appears, a friendly ghost who can only remember the good things from Wilbur’s life. He commits himself to rebuilding L’Manburg, wanting to make others happy.
Tumblr media
=> Quackity wants to go after Technoblade in revenge for what he did to L’Manburg. Technoblade has retreated to distant lands but Quackity fears he will come back again if they do not stop him. Tubbo shoots his suggestion down, emphasising that he wants peace above all. Fundy, also part of L’Manburg’s Govt, sides with Quackity though they listen to Tubbo as he’s the President.
=> Tommy, now Vice-President again, moves into his old house. He meets several of the new members of the SMP, including Philza, ConnorEatsPants and CaptainPuffy - while he’s not involved in rebuilding he does make an effort to bond with some of the new members. After so long in exile, he wants to focus on his own goals and have fun now that L’Manburg is safe.
=>BadBoyHalo organises a funeral for JSchlatt, who is now deceased. Rather than being respectful, everyone messes around, stealing his remains and making fun of the former tyrant.
=> Vikkstar and Lazarbeam also join the server. Tommy makes a bit of a bad first impression. Next another new member joins, Ranboo. Tommy invites him to go prank George’s house: they dress up in disguises and go rob it in the middle of the night, griefing it some for good measure. After Tommy logs off, Dream logs on.
=> Dream builds a huge obsidian wall around L’Manburg - notably with far harsher borders. Everyone is confused and appalled. Dream indicates that Tommy’s to blame. Dream’s using George’s house as an excuse to challenge L’Manburg’s authority by taking offense to Tommy’s grief.
=> The next day, the cabinet speaks to Tommy and, feeling attacked, he denies everything. They take him and Ranboo to court with Dream threatening to build the walls even higher if Tommy is not punished. Tommy eventually confesses when they start blaming Ranboo too and Tommy insists that Ranboo had nothing to do with it.
=> They hold a meeting. Tommy is to be punished. Tubbo tries to argue for probation where Tommy is stripped of his power and has to be on best behaviour for 3 weeks. Dream would prefer exile but listens. If Tommy were to break probation, he would double the size of the obsidian walls, trapping L’Manburg further, and have guards patrolling the walls, preventing the citizens from leaving. Tommy is outraged at this, finding Dream’s actions entirely unfair.
=> He realises that Dream doesn’t have that much on them where Tommy still has Spirit - the remains of Dream’s dead horse which he once traded Tommy’s disc to Skeppy for. He threatens Dream - take down the walls or he destroys Spirit. Dream goes silent... then doubles the obsidian walls, stating he cares about nothing anymore except Tommy’s music discs and that he’s going to trap L’Manburg forever - it can be independent but never free.
=> They have another meeting. Tommy wants to call Technoblade and fight Dream as he’s oppressing them. Quackity and Fundy agree with this plan, not wanting to comply with Dream. Tubbo refuses, wanting to avoid a badly-thought out war and agrees to exile Tommy. Everyone’s shocked. As Tubbo is the President, it was his call. Tommy is lead away by Dream, accompanied by Ghostbur. Dream promises to take down the walls, now that L’Manburg has complied.
=> Quackity says that they need to get respect back as currently they have no power. He again suggests a ‘butcher army’ where they go after Technoblade as justice for L’Manburg and, this time, Tubbo agrees.
=> Meanwhile, Tommy is lead to a faraway land; his exile forbids him from going to any already inhabited land in the SMP. Dream destroys all his things and he has to start fresh. Tommy feels betrayed by everyone despite Ghostbur’s attempts to cheer him up; they call the land Logstedshire.
=> BadboyHalo visits Tommy and gives him a new music disc - chirp. (He wants to offer more, but Dream stops him.) Dream arrives to watch Tommy, making him destroy his iron armour and follows him around while Tommy tries to mine and build his new base. Tommy makes a tent as he doesn’t want this to be his permanent home. Ghostbur gives him and Tubbo compasses pointing to each other.
=> Exile takes a toll on Tommy. His humour grows darker with more references to death. Others visit but it feels disingenuous to Tommy. He feels lonely. Dream keeps visiting and destroying his armour and other things. But Tommy appreciates the company all the same. One time he has a hallucination of Tubbo visiting. (Tubbo’s too guilty to visit.)
=> Tommy decides to have a beach party so people will visit to see him but he only tells Dream and Ghostbur and Dream secretly sabotages the invites, sending Ghostbur away. When no one but Dream shows up, Tommy gets extremely depressed and angry, destroying the bridge he built through the nether. He decides Dream must be his only friend and even convinces Dream to give him a trident.
=> Jack Manifold visits while Tommy is feeling depressed and Tommy spleefs him into lava in rage before regretting it as he realises this dark mindset is unhealthy. Jack begins to hate Tommy, secretly wanting revenge.
Tumblr media
=> Tommy is losing hope, feeling like he will die. He makes a secret room from Dream full of stuff he never wants to lose including pictures of Tubbo and other keepsakes. Dream discovers this room and grows furious, blowing up Logsteadshire and destroys all his things, his armour, his diamonds, everything. The only thing Tommy keeps safe is the pictures of Tubbo. Tommy apologises repeatedly, begging Dream to stay his friend, that he’s so lonely as Dream forbids anyone from ever visiting, destroying the nether portal.
=> Tommy nearly decides to end his life but reconsiders as he realises that Dream was just here to watch him, not be his friend. He cannot give up hope and let him win. So he runs away, and eventually ends up at Technoblade’s house in the wilderness.
=> In L’manburg Quackity sets off his Butcher army plan and they force Philza to tell them where Techno lives, placing his under house arrest for helping a known criminal. From Philza they take a compass that leads them to Techno’s house. Tubbo, Quackity, Fundy and Ranboo all fight Techno who is prepared with potions and gear. Thanks to Dream, he also has a totem of undying. Quackity threatens Techno’s horse, Carl, and Techno surrenders, giving them his weapons and armour, letting them lead him to L’Manburg where they immediately execute him, skipping a trial. Thanks to the totem, Techno lives. He escapes into the sewers with help from Dream and Punz. Quackity finds him but Techno kills him with a netherite pickaxe and flees home on Carl. He swears revenge, determined to absolute destroy L’Manburg for daring to attack him.
=> L’Manburg decides instead that their true enemy is Dream and plan a festival to catch and kill him. Ranboo visits Techno and gives him back his armour. Tubbo visits Logsteadshire and thinks Tommy is dead.
=> Tommy sees Techno who takes pity on him given that Tommy was exiled and now he’s on the run from Dream. Techno shows him his vault containing 150 wither skulls with which he wants to use to destroy L’Manburg. Tommy is horrified and doesn’t want to destroy his old home in spite of his conflicted feelings. He just wants to get his music discs back. Techno suggests working with him and he’ll help get the discs back if Tommy does some minor terrorism with him. Tommy agrees.
=> Dream turns up, looking for Tommy. Techno hides him but notes that he does owe Dream a favour for saving his life. Tommy is very confused about Dream - seeing him as both a friend and enemy, obviously emotionally vulnerable after exile. He fixates on the discs as the one goal that looks achievable. He is reliant on Techno for protection and looks to him for what to do, having no confidence of his own. Techno lets him have armour and golden apples.
=> Techno and Tommy commit acts of terrorism in L’Manburg. They kidnap Connor, torture him a bit and get Tubbo to exchange him for Techno’s crossbow. Tubbo was shocked to see Tommy was alive while Tommy calls Tubbo a monster, after hearing that he tried to kill his new friend Technoblade. He is conflicted though even as Techno shares his negative opinion on L’Manburg. Dream confronts them and Techno protects Tommy, though he offers his favour. Dream refuses, saving the favour, and leaves Tommy alone for now.
=> More terrorism, this time Techno releases a wither while Tommy threatens Fundy and Ranboo, getting back Techno’s sword and axe while accidentally scaring Fundy so much he drowns and even Techno is alarmed at his aggressiveness. Only afterwards does Tommy reflect that he’s going far too far and this might not be right. Techno says he’s beginning to respect him where originally he was useless and tells him his real plan to destroy L’Manburg. Tommy is scared. He reluctantly agrees, then backtracks and says he only wants the discs, not to hurt Tubbo but he is very uncertain.
=> The festival occurs. Tubbo and co. host it waiting for Dream to arrive. Tommy and Techno head over, seeing a scary prison Dream commissioned on the way. When they get there Dream appears but rather than take off his armour, he starts rebuilding the obsidian walls. It’s apparently because of Tommy again.
=> The community house has been blown up. Dream blames Tommy and everyone seems to believe him. He says that he considers L’Manburg responsible for Tommy’s actions unless Tubbo gives up Mellohi, which Tommy gave to him as a sign of trust.
=> Tommy appears and says that he didn’t do it. He’s hurt that Tubbo doesn’t believe him and angry at everyone. He and Tubbo and up fighting while the rest of the server watches. They’re screaming at each other until finally Tommy says that the discs were worth more than he ever was. They both freeze, digesting what he just said.
=> Tommy regrets and says to Tubbo to give up the disc to Dream, saying he’s becoming worse than everyone he hated. Then he says he’s on Tubbo’s side, on L’Manburg’s side - because all his violent behaviour was wrong and he should not let his trauma justify anything.
=> Technoblade says Tommy should come with him, that he’s siding with the enemy after all he’s done for him. Tommy’s mind is made up. Techno accepts this and demands his axe back, saying he’s no longer worthy of it. Tommy refuses, saying he decides that he is worthy. Techno leaves, saying either way he’s going to destroy L’Manburg and that Tommy’s made a mistake.
=> Dream calls Tubbo the worst president ever, explaining how he was pretending to be friends with Tubbo for it and now that he has the disc, he’s going to destroy L’Manburg with Techno tomorrow. He also says that Ranboo is a traitor. Dream leaves.
=> Tommy is in an awkward spot, but apologises to the surrounding crowd. He swears that he didn’t destroy the Community house and that everyone needs to put their differences aside for now because they don’t have time to argue or hold grudges. They need to band together to save L’Manburg from Dream and Technoblade. Settle their differences afterwards. Everyone has to work together to save the day. He believes in L’Manburg still.
=> Quackity talks to Tubbo, saying they should punish Ranboo, Tubbo refuses, saying he will not punish an innocent citizen and will not be pushed around by Quackity anymore. He’s going to be forgiving. Quackity says he’s going to leave L’Manburg for this though still agrees to help in the fight tomorrow.
=> Niki, is angry and doesn’t believe Tommy. She does not want to work with him and doesn’t care about L’Manburg anymore. She’d rather watch it crumble than work with Tommy. Fundy notes that no one likes Tommy but they should band together just while they have a common goal. The next day though, he reconsiders. Why bother trying to save a nation that’s never done anything? Why bother helping others?
=> Ranboo is frustrated saying that this whole fight is stupid and having sides caused the problems in the first place. Having a nation is the problem. He’s friends with people regardless of who they’re with. He says Dream is the enemy but is too scared to fight Dream as he’s too powerful. It’s pointless.
=> Punz says to help L’Manburg but he’s secretly a spy working with Dream to gain people’s trust.
=> Sapnap is conflicted as he doesn’t want to side against Dream. Tommy speaks to him the next day after searching the ocean for his lost fish Mars. He returns Mars to Sapnap saying he wants them to be friends and put aside all the betrayals and wars of the past. Sapnap agrees to help Tommy. Getting Sapnap to release Mars was wrong as hurting other just because you yourself was hurt is wrong, Tommy has decided. Tommy likewise forgives Tubbo for exiling him, saying it was justified and he should never have hurt Tubbo and teamed with Technoblade just because he was hurt and traumatised.
=> The war happens. Few turn up to fight. Fundy has sabotaged their supplies while Niki burns the L’Mantree. Techno starts his assault. Half a dozen Withers are released and they wreck havoc. Tommy and Tubbo fight together, helped by Sapnap, Ponk, Quackity, Punz, Jack Manifold and Eret. They are no match for Techno, Philza, Dream, a dozen withers and a huge pack of dogs.
=> Finally Dream releases tons of TNT, obliterating the nation. Tommy screams at Techno, saying how he never really considered him a friend and this was a betrayal while Techno counters that Tommy betrayed him, seeing him as a weapon rather than a person where Techno helped him and would have fought anyone for him. Tommy calls him selfish for being unable to compromise his views even a little, that he couldn’t have just let them live in peace but had to destroy what he loved.
=> Dream talks to Tommy too, saying that this was just fun for him, and wants to continue toying with Tommy. Tommy swears he won’t give up and Dream says he looks forward to doing this again. L’Manburg’s story is over, but theirs is not.
=> Quackity says to trust no one; all this was too far. Tommy agrees, planning on going after Dream and the discs once more to finish things. They agree that L’Manburg is beyond repair.
=> Ghostbur appears, he asks Phil why he did this, why he would destroy all that Ghostbur built and let his sheep, Friend, die. Phil just says he’ll understand some day. Ghostbur wants to die. Bringing back Wilbur will end his own existence he believes.
=> Tommy and Tubbo move in together, planning to fight Dream together after all he’s done to manipulate them.
=> Ranboo is anxious, he is hearing a voice that sounds like Dream but might just be a memory he’s trying to repress - the voice says that it was he who destroyed the community house. Ranboo goes to live with Philza and Techno, who offer him a home after destroying his house in L’Manburg, now just a crater.
=> Jack and Niki both want to make Tommy pay. Jack plans to get close to Tubbo in order to hurt Tommy.
=> Philza, Ranboo and Eret try to resurrect Wilbur - Tommy sees and is very conflicted as it means killing Ghostbur, who Tommy is very fond of and he’s wary of who Wilbur became. Their first attempt does not succeed but they’re going to try again.
=>Dream destroys Tommy’s house. He asks for Tommy and Tubbo to meet him. Alone. It’s about the discs.
=> Punz has been feigning loyalty to the SMP but was a spy for Dream. However, Tommy had secretly dropped off a chest of valuables in his house, realising he’s suspicious, and ask Punz to help him.
=>Tommy and Tubbo meet Dream alone on a mountain. They fight but are overwhelmed by Dream who makes Tommy choose between Tubbo and his disc. Tommy chooses Tubbo (and the disc turned out to be a fake anyway). Dream continues threatening tubbo, saying he will kill him if they don’t both comply and makes them both drop their armour and items before destroying it all.
=>Dream takes them to a secret vault he has made, containing items of attachment from everyone - it has the disc, Beckerson, Friend the sheep and spaces for more things he wants to collect, such as Sam’s dog Fran, Punz’s shulker box and Techno’s horse, Carl. He also adds the axe of Peace to the wall, which he had taken from Tommy. He then reveals he needs Tommy to be alive and get attached to things and make others get attached so he can collect those things and gain power. Dream has removed all attachments form his own life and believes taking others is the way to gain absolute control. For that he needs Tommy.
=>Dream plans to kill Tubbo and throw Tommy in an inescapable prison. There’s nothing they can do. Then Punz arrives, having heeded Tommy’s message, brining with him the cavalry as a dozen other players come with him, such as Sapnap, Eret, Jack, Niki, Sam and Quackity. They protect Tommy and Tubbo, leaving Dream in trouble.
=>Tommy goes up to Dream, makes him drop his armour as he’d done to Tommy so many times and gets Dream to reveal how he blew up the community house and his manipulative plans, even talking about his exile. Then Tommy kills Dream twice more, (taking two lives as he’d once done to Tommy) and considers killing him a final time so they’ll be free forever.
=>Dream begs him to let him go and offers the secret to bringing someone back to life - which means they could bring back Wilbur. Tommy reluctantly agrees and Sam and Sapnap take him and throw Dream in the inescapable prison.
=>Finally free, Tommy and Tubbo return home. They have the discs back ad listen to them at the bench. Wilbur talks to them - the real Wilbur from beyond the grave, apparently briefly able to communicate after their brush with death, not Ghostbur. He asks about them and they tell him how they want to bring him back. Wilbur is angry, having been content with death. They’re not quite sure what they might have done...
[This is considered the end of Season 2, the disc saga finale being the conclusion. What follows is season 3].
=> The next day, Tommy visits Dream in prison. It’s an impressive structure. Dream is rather subdued and Tommy asks him to write some novels for him. Now that he’s free from Dream, Tommy decides to start a new project for himself: building a hotel so when war breaks out and people inevitably lose their homes, they can stay at his hotel. With all the blown up buildings, the SMP needs some new central buildings, he feels.
=>Tommy asks Sam to build the hotel for him. Sam agrees but asks Tommy to pay him and also to do tasks for him. He becomes a new character, ‘Sam Nook’ like Tom Nook from animal crossing and even speaks in animalish while Tommy does various tasks for him.
=>Meanwhile, red vines have been growing throughout the SMP. They come from a mysterious red egg. They’ve actually been around for a while, but only now is Tommy, and many other characters, becoming aware of this. The egg had spread through the SMP and mind-controlled Bad and later Skeppy, but they’d managed to contain and stop it the first time. Bad got infected again, (because it had changed Skeppy and he wanted to be with him) and so he and Antfrost are now helping it spread once more.
=>Tommy investigates the egg, and finds he seems immune to its mind-controlling effects - most people like the egg or seem to hate it but he’s so far completely neutral and isn’t too concerned with stopping it. When Tubbo goes near it, it makes him cry. When Sam becomes ensnared by the egg, Tommy and Captain Puffy work together and help save him from it.
=> In Snowchester, Jack and Tubbo have been working on building nukes and decide to test them. Jack plans to kill Tommy by luring him to the test site, with Niki’s help. Jack and Niki’s plan nearly succeeds but they don’t get Tommy to the sit fast enough thanks to Tommy’s tendency to chatter and his distractable nature.
=> Tommy is unaware that they tried to kill him though he does feel slightly suspicious of Niki and how close he was to dying. Niki and Jack are disappointed with their failure but try to come up with another plan to kill Tommy.
=>Jack tries to get closer to Tommy by helping him at his hotel. Tommy begins to get suspicious of Jack’s odd behaviour. Meanwhile the egg is still spreading.
=> Sam Nook orders Tommy to go and destroy it and when Tommy goes over, he can hear the egg talking. Tommy nearly starts to destroy it but changes his mind as he doesn’t want to start another big war (many love the egg) - he just wants peace. He decides to take a piece of the egg to place in his hotel, hopefully contained to try and attract egg loyalists to his hotel.
=>The hotel is finished, ready for a grand opening. Tommy decides to visit Dream in prison one last time. He wants closure as he’s healing and doesn’t want Dream in his life anymore.
=>During Tommy’s visit to the prison, TNT can be heard going off in the prison. It seems there’s a problem. It’s suspected to be an attempt to breakout Dream (though the cell is secure) and the prison is put on lockdown with Tommy still trapped inside the cell with Dream. He’s stuck! Dream is very happy about this for now he has Tommy with him.
=>Sam is unable to work out what’s wrong with the prison. Until he finds the culprit he is reluctant to let Tommy out in case it allows Dream to escape. Meanwhile, Jack hears Tommy’s trapped and is ecstatic, realising his great enemy is trapped. He claims the hotel for himself. Much of the rest of the server seems unaware that Tommy is in trouble.
=>After a week, Tommy is angry and frustrated but remains resistant to Dream’s attempts to be friendly, refusing to let himself get manipulated again. Dream beings up the revive book and how he can bring back the day, and Tommy declares it a lie. Dream punches Tommy to death, which takes his last canon life.
=>Sam is devastated. He shares the news with others. Tubbo’s in denial. Jack’s reaction is interesting - initially celebrating but then he feels angry and cheated and empty and realises he’s not sure he wanted Tommy dead. Killing Tommy was the only thing that gave him purpose and now he has nothing. He burns down Jack Manifoldland, and continues with the BigInnit Hotel, still feeling conflicted. Quackity is also shocked by the news, stunned that Tommy could die. Ranboo becomes very pessimistic, feeling like no one on the server cares even as he blames himself for not caring. He’s not sure how much Tommy cared about him but starts to realise it was more than he thought when he finds the flower he first gave to Tommy saved in a chest - Ranboo had thought he’d thrown it away and never cared. Puffy is devastated, viewing the death as a personal failure. Bad and Ant celebrate, showing how much the egg has influenced them. Eret is shocked too, he’s sad as he’d always highly respected Tommy. Even Foolish is saddened though he hadn’t known Tommy well.
=>Tommy speaks to Wilbur in the afterlife, which seems to be a void. Time seems to flow differently there, its much slower. Wilbur still seems fond of Tommy and they keep each other company though Wilbur’s mindset remains a little worrying. He says how he and Tommy were both bad for the server and its better off without them. Tommy hates it in the afterlife, but Wilbur seems fine with it. Schlatt and Mexican Dream are also in the afterlife.
=>Dream resurrects Tommy. Tommy claims over a month has passed for him but for Dream its only been two days. H’s very disoriented. They are still both in the prison and no one else knows that Dream brought back Tommy. Tommy’s alive again but still trapped with Dream. He describes being dead as torturous and he’s sensory deprived.
=>Dream wants to kill Tommy more to learn more about Death, to Tommy’s horror. Dream calls himself a god, cause he can control death and Tommy feels a duty to kill him for the information to resurrect someone is in Dream’s head. But Tommy can’t, for he fears he’d be trapped alone in prison and he’s unsure if Sam would let him out after he killed Dream. Tommy can’t bear to be alone even as he hates what Dream’s doing and planning.
=>Dream intends to resurrect Wilbur. Tommy begs him not to, suggesting that Wilbur would be worse for the server in some way, that bringing him back would mean doom. Dream ignores his warnings, enjoying the power he possesses.
=> Sam finally lets Tommy out of prison and he’s doing badly. He’s afraid of taking damage and feels lost, not sure how to connect with anyway as he feels like they’re treating him differently. Sam is clearly hugely regretful but Tommy no longer trusts him. In fact, he wants a new warden for the prison, not feeling like Sam is capable of it anymore. Tommy finds out about Tubbo’s marriage to Ranboo and feels jealous and left out, seeing how his friends have moved on.
=> Jack is shocked to see him alive and they get into an argument, with Jack refusing to give back the hotel. Jack tries to confront him on everything, like how he wanted to kill Tommy and Tommy does not want to have that conversation at all, hating speaking about death so they leave on bad terms, Tommy not acknowledging Jack’s anger and Jack more angry than ever. He wants Tommy gone once more. He also decides to try and become prison Warden as well
=>Tommy has made it his goal to kill Dream because he’s certain he will escape and destroy everything he loves if they do nothing. He tells Quackity about the revive book.
=>Quackity meets Schlatt’s ghost in an underground cave, where the ghost is trapped after a cryptic message leading him there. He makes a deal with the ghost which might involve resurrection. He then goes to Sam and convinces him to let him in the prison to torture Dream. Sam agrees and every day Quackity visits the prison to torture Dream until he tells him about the secrets of revival.
=> Tommy visits Dream’s bunker from the disc saga finale, to see if the cow he saw was actually Henry, his old pet who died, now that he know the revive book is real. He and Ranboo carefully take both and Friend out of the vault. Then as they’re leading them back Tommy pulls too hard on the leash and Henry dies for a second time. Tommy is thrown into grief once more, feeling defeated and once again clings to the idea of killing Dream.
=> Tommy and Tubbo prepare once more. Tubbo shows Tommy how to build TNT cannons as they plan a way into prison. This is traumatic for Tommy and he is worried he’ll have a panic attack in prison, wrecking his plans so he tries out some exposure therapy, visiting some places of past trauma, including Logstedshire and a replica of Eret’s button room and an obisidian room they build to replicate the prison cell Tommy died in. Tommy find it all extremely stressful though he seems to forgive Eret after seeing his apology in the button room. The prison is hardest as he lasts no more than 30 seconds.
=>With invisibility potions prepared by Tubbo, Tommy sneaks into the prison, following Ghostbur who is visiting Dream (as part of Tommy’s plan) this goes well at first, Tommy making it all the way to Dream’s cell before he’s caught by Sam before he gets close enough to kill Dream. Sam is furious as Ghostbur is left beside Dream, in danger with Tommy helpless to do anything to save him.
=> Dream kills Ghostbur. Wilbur is revived, appearing in the spot he died. Sam tells Tommy he will kill him if he ever goes near the prison again, accusing him of causing this. Wilbur is happy to be alive, after being trapped for 13 years in limbo. He is thankful for Dream for reviving him while Tommy is less than happy to see him alive. Wilbur goes off to plan as stories of his revival spread around the SMP.
--------------
And that’s everything so far! This is quite Tommy-focused I realise. That’s simply the story I’m following. (Sorry about the bias though.) Other parts of the SMP are interesting and I do encourage you to check out other creators as well. Badboyhalo has quite the interesting plot arc of his own, involving a Red egg that corrupts people while Karl is doing one-shot episodes called Tales of the SMP and many other characters have been doing their own thing.
If anyone has any further questions, feel free to ask! I can probably elaborate on most things or point out the relevant streams etc.

=> Tommy decides to have a beach party so people will visit to see him, but he only tells Dream and Ghostbur and Dream secretly sabotages the invites, sending Ghostbur away. When only Dream shows up, Tommy gets extremely depressed and angry, destroying the bridge he built through the nether. He decides Dream must be his only friend and even convinces Dream to give him a trident.
=> Jack Manifold visits while Tommy is feeling depressed and Tommy spleens him into lava in rage before regretting it as he realises this dark mindset is unhealthy. Jack begins to hate Tommy, secretly wanting revenge.
=> Tommy is losing hope, feeling like he will die. He makes a secret room from Dream full of stuff he never wants to lose including pictures of Tubbo and other keepsakes. Dream discovers this room and grows furious, blowing up Logstedshire and destroys all his things, his armour, his diamonds, everything.
So, he runs away, and eventually ends up at Technoblade’s house in the wilderness.
=> In L’Manburg Quackity sets off his Butcher army plan and they force Philza to tell them where Techno lives, placing him under house arrest for helping a known criminal.
Tubbo visits Logstedshire and thinks Tommy is dead.
=> Tommy sees Techno who takes pity on him given that Tommy was exiled and now he’s on the run from Dream. Techno shows him his vault containing 150 wither skulls with which he wants to use to destroy L’Manburg. Tommy is horrified and doesn’t want to destroy his old home despite his conflicted feelings.
Only afterwards does Tommy reflect that he’s going way too far, and this might not be right. Techno says he’s beginning to respect him where originally, he was useless and tells him his real plan to destroy L’Manburg. Tommy is scared. He reluctantly agrees, then backtracks and says he only wants the discs, not to hurt Tubbo but he is very uncertain.
=> The festival occurs. Tubbo and co. host it, waiting for Dream to arrive. Tommy and Techno head over, seeing a scary prison Dream commissioned on the way. When they get there, Dream appears but rather than take off his armour, he starts rebuilding the obsidian walls.
Then he says he’s on Tubbo’s side, on L’Manburg’s side - because all his violent behaviour was wrong, and he should not let his trauma justify anything.
=> Technoblade says Tommy should come with him, that he’s siding with the enemy after all he’s done for him. Tommy’s mind is made up. Techno accepts this and demands his axe back, saying he’s no longer worthy of it. Tommy refuses, saying he decides that he is worthy. Techno leaves, saying either way he’s going to destroy L’Manburg, and that Tommy’s made a mistake.
=> Dream calls Tubbo the worst president ever, explaining how he was pretending to be friends with Tubbo for it and now that he has the disc, he’s going to destroy L’Manburg with Techno tomorrow. He also says that Ranboo is a traitor. Dream leaves.
=> Tommy is in an awkward spot but apologises to the surrounding crowd.
=> Niki is angry and doesn’t believe Tommy. She does not want to work with him and doesn’t care about L’Manburg anymore. She’d rather watch it crumble than work with Tommy. Fundy notes that no one likes Tommy, but they should band together just while they have a common goal.
Half a dozen Withers are released, and they wreak havoc.
Tommy screams at Techno, saying how he never really considered him a friend, and this was a betrayal while Techno counters that Tommy betrayed him, seeing him as a weapon rather than a person where Techno helped him and would have fought anyone for him.
=> Ghostbur appears, he asks Phil why he did this, why he would destroy all that Ghostbur built and let his blue sheep, Friend, die.
Their first attempt fails but they’re going to try again.
(This is the Disc Confrontation)
=>Dream takes them to a secret vault he has made, containing items of attachment from everyone - it has the discs, Beckerson, Friend the sheepand spaces for more things he wants to collect, such as Sam’s dog Fran, Punz’s shulker box and Techno’s horse, Carl.
=>Dream plans to kill Tubbo and throw Tommy in an inescapable prison (Pandora’s Vault). There’s nothing they can do. Then Punz arrives, having heeded Tommy’s message, brining with him the cavalry as a dozen other players come with him, such as Sapnap, Eret, Jack, Niki, Antfrost, BBH, Ponk, Hbomb94, C. Puffy, Callahan, Sam, Ranboo and Quackity. They protect Tommy and Tubbo, leaving Dream in trouble.
=>Tommy goes up to Dream, makes him drop his armour as he’d done to Tommy so many times and gets Dream to reveal how he blew up the community house and his manipulative plans, even talking about his exile. Then Tommy kills Dream twice, (taking two lives as he’d once done to Tommy) and considers killing him a final time so they’ll be free forever.
=>Dream begs him to let him go and offers the secret to bringing someone back to life - which means they could bring back Wilbur. Tommy reluctantly agrees and Sam and Sapnap take him and throw Dream in Pandora’s Vault.
They’re not quite sure what they might have done…

maybe one day (a)
johnny x jaehyun; superpower au.
note: jaehyun is a psychic and can communicate telepathically but also put things into other people's heads like dreams or thoughts. johnny can bend light and shadows.
long story short, the plot is that johnjae live in s. Korea where "mutants" are considered dangerous and so the govt hunts down people who have powers. johnjae were previously college students who were outed and have been basically on the run for months. yeah.
this is for my bubs @eboyuto
> you can now read this on ao3.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Each moment apart felt like death. The anxiety of not knowing whether or not Jaehyun would come back to him or if the demons they were running from would finally catch up. Snatch him when Johnny turns the other way.
Apart of him wonders if Jaehyun worried for him in the same ways he feared their separation. If his panicked thoughts had reached Jaehyun, in the moment, he found himself being battered to the ground while men in military gear surrounded him.
He should’ve blinded them, should’ve created a cloud of darkness to blackout their vision so that he could flee to the closest alleyway. Yet, Johnny laid there as they forced him down, shouting out that he was a danger, a threat. He lay there while they battered him with their batons and kicked at him with their heavy boots. He doesn’t recall how many times he pleaded for Jaehyun to just run, to get as far away, and to keep going.
Seventy-four days since they stripped him, battered him, hosed him down, and shouted him into silence.
Seventy-four days since he’d seen Jaehyun. Since he’d seen anyone else, besides the guard standing watch near the door to his prison. The walls reinforced with a material that kept him from even trying to use his abilities.
He tried that on day 11, yet the small disk that had been lodged into the base of his neck stunned him until his legs gave out. The guards were stepping in and beating him until his grey t-shirt was stained with blood.
Johnny fell complacent in the 63 days following, staying silent while his eyes observed. Even when they’d set him across from someone who had been following him and Jaehyun every step of the way. From Seoul to Ilsan to Daegu to Busan to Naju.
They’d rattle on and on about how Jaehyun was a ghost in the water, and no one knew where he was. Yet, they always made sure to remark about how he’d come up eventually, whether it was dead or alive.
“Tell us, Youngho, where would he go? What were your plans after Naju?” It was the same question every single day.
It was in the silence of his room, where Johnny would tug up the thin, worthless excuse of a blanket over him. Muttering out the quietest prayers that Jaehyun escaped the country, that he found a safe haven away from this country where mutants were forbidden. Public safety hazards.
By day 243, they no longer saw him as useful for any information. 8 months without any sightings of Jung Yoonho (also known as Jaehyun) in any part of South Korea. They were spending money elsewhere on other mutants. To them, Jaehyun was just another casualty to their fight for getting rid of any carriers with superpowers.
For Johnny, it was eight months of longing, whether it was the night he’d awake after dreaming about Jaehyun being gunned down alone. There had never been any murmurs from his psychic boyfriend, no inklings of his whereabouts.
It took them days after that before they realized Johnny wasn’t a threat. He barely spoke, only ate their minimal rations, and the only time he acted out was when the memories hit him like a brick, and he yearned to tell Jaehyun it was going to be okay while Johnny’s nightmares caused him to wake up sobbing.
They allowed him three hours of monitored time in the general areas with other prisoners, still locked away in another larger room but with various tables and chairs with books and even some old movies.
He found himself looking forward to those three hours of recreational time.
On day 742, Johnny no longer remembered what Jaehyun looked like. He barely recalls the way his hands felt when he’d take his hand in his, nor does he remember what his favorite things were.
Memories were so fragile and elusive that they escaped him in two years; while they held him as their prisoner. There was no longer a reason for him to stay silent. His complacency fell away, and he acted out more and more with each day that passed.
“I have nothing left to give you, please, let me go,” he begged.
“Who is Jaehyun?”
It scared him how fast he’d forgotten the things that came before. An unease filled his gut because he knows that there was something before this place, yet he can’t seem to recall.
And maybe, as if to bring him comfort, that night, Johnny dreamed of a small wooden cabin. Crops surround it. He was nearing this tiny house, overlooking the water. Two dogs were running around out on the gravel road, chasing each other with fervor, darting towards him with loud barks as soon as they see him.
A voice calls from a distance for the dogs to settle, and Johnny only has to tilt his head up to look from where the dogs circle his feet.
‘Johnny! You made it.’ The sweet honey voice spoke, and a wave of comfort washed over him, ‘I’ve been waiting for so long.’
more thoughts on flash and agent venom and propaganda, a topic which i am always thinking about but which is particularly relevant now in thinking about how comic fans and writers seem to contradict themselves in every way, how they just don’t GET it
flash thompson went from “tolerating” the army in the 70s, to outright uneasy about his service in the mid aughts, and even downright unproud, wallowing with his medal on the FLOOR, uncomfortable with being congratulated, all that showing he clearly was not proud of being military despite what every writer wants to say about “heroism”...... to being all ra-ra patriotism god and country backtracking his acceptance of a disability in order to peddle the Cool Military Venom shit and that’s what i am talking about when i talk about the propaganda of (particularly early) agent venom-- the advertisement-esque plasterings of ARMY logos, characterization sacrificed specifically for a military agenda, the presentation of the “cool military operations, wow just like a secret spy” plots, etc.
it’s all propaganda, and blatantly so, even BEFORE that happens. that weird terrorist villain (in web of spider-man, i think it was?) is just, conceptually I hated that, and again the story presented this strange gross angle in terms of flash “working out his anger in a healthy way” (unspoken: by fighting an unjustified oil war) as if it were this great, reasonable thing and that is just
no.
also propaganda, even if it is presented by the villain in the piece it is clearly presented as positive in spite of that (weird approach)
flash as a character is fraught with a lot of weird contradictory shit, where he is both uncomfortable with his role as a(n ex-) soldier, and then is turned right around to be uncharacteristically proud of his service and suddenly more religious as well, a character whose father is viciously, violently abusive and fully capable of killing his family, but “was a good cop” who got his “redemption in death” and HOW hollow is that? how can I see both the on-page and implied-via-color violence and cruelty and yet also accept that somehow he is a “good cop” (which does not exist)
even the same writer does this kinds of things, remender wrote these kinds of contradictions, and it is clear how much they simply do not get it.
a different non-flash thompson related comic comes to mind.
captain america corps. that’s a fun miniseries. it came SO close to REALLY getting it. and then at the last minute it turns out the villain is the lady who wanted to start the femizons and is orchestrating everything behind the scenes so ALL the stuff that so closely parallels our current day--the police state, the racism inherent, the protestors and insurgents imprisoned for going against the MAGA-esque hyper-patriotic government (I would say it was heavy handed if it weren’t so startlingly like real life)
allllll of this gets immediately undermined by the revelation that it was NOT whiteness at the core of this but in fact militant feminism--now, we can talk about how those two go hand-in-hand, and the woman in question is 100% white, but this story does not go there. it’s all a personal vendetta against Cap for foiling her femizon plans and her costume has a huge venus symbol on it and it was such a disappointing way to end on, tbh. It came SO close, so very close, it got right into the core of how things really are, down to racial profiling... but it fucked itself over in the end
other people are also talking about the ways superhero comics have failed to accurately grapple with and reflect the things they’re writing about and how they obviously deify government agencies and the police (recommended reading: https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/protest-backlash-failings-a-superhero-culture-1297024?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social ) and how militarized the movies are, etc. etc.
It’s true, from older comics onward, increasing to the point of like, SHIELD being corrupt... but it’s because of those outside forces obviously. Nothing to do with the power-serving people already there. It’s just those HYDRA infiltrators. Those “outsiders” (cold war as fuck)
EVEN when it was not that, before the supposed infiltration, even in comics like the She-Hulk graphic novel (which has its own serious issues in terms of misogyny and race) which presents SHIELD as unquestionably the bad guys--well it’s not ALL of them. It’s this leader, this group, Fury’s still good, there’s the good guys, blah blah blah so even that falls short. There are moments, there are always moments--She-Hulk and Wyatt standing up to an antisemitic cop for example--but even from the early, early days (take this from someone who has recently read the first 8 issues of Amazing Spider-Man from 1963-4 ish) there are still these little notions that, well, even though the cops want to arrest Spider-Man, most of them don’t really believe he’s all that bad. They’re mild bystanders at worst until some other person agitates them into attacking Spidey, and they’re still defenders of the people in those comics (as true as that most certainly was NOT in the early 1960s)
This post is a mess, and other people are definitely saying it better than me lmao but there’s a lot of contradictions in superhero comics particularly when the police or military or govt agencies are involved, where even when they’re bad they’re still “good” and blah blahhh blahhh
honestly one of my biggest criticisms of robbie thompson’s Silk run is the SHIELD stuff and mockingbird. that’s a series that gets into some good stuff. in which felicia, the criminal leader, is working for and with the people (homeless youth, etc) but it still is very weak in the tooth and shield is pretty much just there to be the cool government group for the most part despite arresting cindy at one point--i guess because bobbi was heading her team, and they can’t very well have mockingbird be the bad guy but man. didn’t bobbi used to be a CRIMINAL?
anyway
idk what i’m even saying
this got into a few things XD
the problem with straight white men who are unaffected by the same things as a lot of their readers, writing, editing, and drawing the majority of a company’s works becomes pretty clear when you get into just how waffle-y so much of the results are. characters who spent their youth or adolescence hunted by the authorities get older and they get put into those same groups that didn’t trust them, like every time a white punk singer grows up and decides “the machine is good actually”
that sucks huh
Zakir Musa and Kashmir: Beyond Al-Qaeda
On the morning of Might 24, government forces in Indian-administered Kashmir declared the killing of a domestically popular militant commander, Zakir Musa, following a 10-hour gun struggle. Countless numbers of people today attended his funeral, held at his house in Tral region of South Kashmir. Seemingly spontaneous civilian protests also broke out in several elements of the disputed Himalayan region, subsequent which Indian authorities imposed a curfew and minimize off online companies.
Because their 1947 independence from British rule, both of those India and Pakistan have been persistently jostling with each individual other for handle about the Kashmir location. The two neighbors have fought a few wars and administratively divided the erstwhile princely condition. But due to the fact attaining nuclear energy position in the early 1990s, both have prevented an all-out confrontation even though occasional skirmishes and proxy wars between the two continue to be a threat to peace in South Asia. Most not long ago, when a motor vehicle suicide bomber hit an Indian military convoy killing 40 men in February, the sub-continent was pushed to the brink of a potential nuclear war.
For at least 3 times considering that the information of his loss of life was damaged to Kashmiris, a flurry of people arrived to Musa’s home to pay out their tributes to the fallen militant. Having said that, Musa was a controversial determine. The 25-calendar year-old’s declaration of allegiance to al-Qaeda a several many years ago not only exposed new faultlines in Kashmir’s militancy, but also extra a new, unpredictable dimension to the longest stretching conflict in the entire world. His pan-Islamist stance prompted distress amid Indian security agencies, as effectively as among the Pakistan-backed separatist groups functioning in Kashmir, who accused him of being section of an Indian conspiracy to discredit Kashmir’s political struggle.
Taking pleasure in this write-up? Simply click listed here to subscribe for entire access. Just $5 a month.
Even however Musa had only a handful of fighters fully commited to his cause and most of them have presently been killed, his thoughts nonetheless have many takers.
At Musa’s residence, a substantial accumulating of men and young boys sat under a tent pitched in the garden. Posters of the lifeless militant were hung throughout four sides, and speakers have been placed in the corners. His grieving father, Abdul Rashid Bhat, a government employee, sat going through the crowd. Subsequent to him, a middle-aged guy keeping a microphone tackled the accumulating.
“Youth are staying misguided, and turned on every single other for political gains. If you talk to me currently, children are offering us an choice, we should really not oppose them and label them as agents, he stated. “We really should welcome them in its place not act as the sole bearers of the movement. No question one can use wisdom and be nuanced but what has been attained by means of that in all these a long time?”
One of the younger boys in the collecting, Sameer, experienced traveled all the way from Srinagar – about 40 km from Tral – together with six other pals to exhibit his regard for Musa. “He was telling them the reality. Why really should we struggle India to be a part of Pakistan? We need to battle them all and set up legislation according to the Sharia. There is no thought of country-condition in Islam,” he reported with self-confidence. “Musa bhai (brother) spoke for Muslims. He courted Indian Muslims to join the jihad due to the fact he understood what they had been dealing with. He also invited Pakistani Muslims to sign up for the real jihad.”
A university dropout from a well-to-do family members, Zakir Rashid Bhat (Musa’s real name) joined the militancy at the age of 19. His spouse and children members allege that he went down that path immediately after remaining harassed by Indian governing administration forces. He joined Hizbul Mujahideen (HuM), the oldest Pakistan-supported militant group running in Kashmir, in 2013. In the subsequent many years, he arrived to be acknowledged by his nom de guerre, Musa. But in all that time he primarily played a supporting part right until Burhan Wani, the encounter of new-age militancy, was killed at the age of 21 in a shootout by Indian governing administration forces in July 2016.
Wani is credited with getting revived militancy in Kashmir utilizing social media after a 10 years of lull, which noticed numerous mass civilian protests crushed by Indian safety forces. His dying was adopted by another yr-extensive spell of mass civilian protests, which achieved the exact destiny. In the meantime, Musa, a single of Wani’s close aides, was elevated as Wani’s clear successor amongst the militant ranks that commanded mass civilian support.
In an unanticipated shift in the early 2017, Musa accused Hurriyat – the political confront of the secessionist movement in Indian-administered Kashmir – of hypocrisy, and threatened to slash off their heads in an audio assertion. He also announced his ambition of establishing Sharia law in each India and Pakistan. “I will not battle for a secular/democratic state,” he declared. “My blood will spill for Islam of Sharia, not only in Kashmir but in India and Pakistan, also.”
The household dwelling in which Musa experienced been cornered by Indian govt forces.
This kind of statements by him drew solid disagreements from the HuM management based mostly in Pakistan-administered Kashmir which led him to splinter and begin a new militant faction, named Ansar-Gazwatul-Hind. This revolt made him the new face of militancy in Kashmir, second only to Wani, and he utilised it to his gain to propagate his views.
Musa did not restrict his criticism to India, but also openly castigated Pakistan for hampering the trigger of jihad. In just one of his final audio releases, Musa explained, “The reality is that the Pakistani military is the slave of America and no unique from them. They befool militants, particularly militants of Pakistan-administered Kashmir only Allah is there to aid us.”
According to senior police officers, Musa’s group did not acquire any logistical or money assistance from al-Qaeda, as the team had no community in the location, and his fallout with Hurriyat leaders also lower off help that Pakistan-backed teams like HuM experienced. This is why they could not survive for prolonged. “No question he was a menace to the security and peace in the condition, but even far more concerning was the perilous new ideology he was preaching,” a senior law enforcement official mentioned. “It was essential to get rid of him. You can deal with men and women or groups but battling ideologies is a tricky and lengthy fight.”
Aamir, a PhD scholar at Kashmir College, states, “People believe Zakir Musa arrived very first and then arrived the ideology, but that is an incorrect and illogical conclusion.” The ideology was by now there, he argues, Zakir Musa just became the encounter of it by speaking it out publicly. In his viewpoint, persons, specially children, in the valley turned to Musa because of to a lack of a far better selection.
Father of Burhan Wani, Mr. Muzzaffar, becoming courted for picture requests at Musa’s home.
“Whoever comes up coming may well not be as well-liked as him but the ideology will be carried ahead. We also have to accept the fact now that Musa has been killed by exact same forces that are noticed as occupiers, (so) his concept and ideas will resonate much more with the men and women,” he extra.
Aamir also thinks that Kashmir’s youth are embracing new pan-Islamic tips due to a sense of rising threat to the Muslim id in India and throughout the globe. “Today, data how Muslims are remaining slaughtered in India and close to the earth is offered freely to absolutely everyone and that performs a massive portion. They see how UN hasn’t accomplished nearly anything to prevent it. And infarct has facilitated it. You might connect with pro-Pakistan fighters (as) rebels and al-Qaeda (as) terrorists, but Indian media do not differentiate, and nor does the Indian army. So why should it subject to widespread Kashmiris?”
Gang Au (Knocking out someone(s), kidnapping, selling drugs, hacking, I guess I did mention stabbing, but no deaths!)
You better believe this gang is strong, mostly because of their tight family bonds, these nine are inseparable and would go great lengths to protect each other their much more like a mafia because of their strong family bond
But they are more just nine kids that didn’t have support from their families, found each other and started relying on each other to make income
Chan is the leader of stray kids, no surprise there because he's quite smart, although he got into dealing drugs… he has a 4.0 GPA in college rn which is impressive, and actually tutors a few people he sells drugs to. He makes alliances with other gangs so if there is ever a time they go belly up he knows got7 will have their back and so will twice
Jeongin the youngest and helps makes the drugs alongside Seungmin, and packages it and sends it to Hyunjin who makes the deals
Seungmin he makes drugs alongside Jeongin and he likes to do chemistry so when he by accidentally found out how to make drugs, he was selling them and that lead to some trouble until he made friends with Woojin and he enlisted him into the gang
Hyunjin makes deals, but not only because he's handsome, its because the kid has a way with words, acts like he's giving them deals, by telling them a higher price than they are charging for, if they're not going for the price he starts off with, he'll tell them “You know you're cute, say what, I'll give you 50 percent off” they fall for it everytime
Woojin and Chan met by chance, Chan switched his course in bio, and Woojin needed a partner, and they were talking and found out they both could use each other
Woojin can make friends with ease and makes sure he can trust them before he draws them in to the gang
Changbin knew Jisung since high school and they both joined at the same time
They both do the same thing of dealing out drugs, although Changbin can be more aggressive if the person starts haggling Hyunjin for a lower price
Jisung may look soft and squishy but he puts up a fight like no other, they always think they can steal from Jisung because of his looks, they have another thing going
Hyunjin is so glad to have them behind him when he is making deals
Minho is a fighter, if the group ever gets into any trouble he is the one who is ready to beat up anyone who hurts his family, he also the interrogator of the group, much more of the bad cop
Also forgot to mention that Chan is the good cop interrogator if someone messes with them and comes into their borders without a reasonable reason
Felix was the last one to get into the gang he is a skilled hacker, he was on the run from Australia the govt caught him hacking in, Woojin found out and asked him if he wanted to join and they would never snitch on him, and Felix agreed and is the hacker for group and if anyone ever gets kidnapped or anything he is first to know and already laying out the blueprints to get them out
If we’re going in order how it works, Woojin recruit the members in the gang, Chan makes alliances with other gangs and sets up the meeting to sell the drugs, Jeongin and Seungmin are the drug makers, once the drug is made, it is handed over to Hyunjin, Hyunjin goes to the meeting place with Changbin and Jisung ready to jump in, if all fails and they get kidnapped, Felix is on it in a second, hacking into the cameras finding out where they were taken, once he finds out, Minho is on it in second, and without fail bails them out
Jisung and Hyunjin went together on a drug sale, Changbin was sick but trusted the two could take it in just like the rest of the gang thought they could
It turns out that the guy they were dealing with was aggressive, didn't like haggling, and started taking out on the two Jisung started fighting with him told Hyunjin to run and tell the others, thinking he had it
Before Hyunjin even made it off the side street, Jisung was snatched off the street and kidnapped
The minute Minho heard the news, his heart broke and he was blistering with anger
He started demanding Felix to work faster, he watched through the camera as Jisung was picked up and thrown into the back, he couldn't hear what was going on but he was kicking the man, but it was clear there were others
Minho turned away not being able to bare watching the scene unfold
He wouldn't lie if you asked him if he had feelings for Jisung he flat out tell you he did
He's just to shy to tell it to Jisung so he just babies him with cuddles and always worries about him, he would love to admit it but he worries about Jisung just liking him as a friend
And seeing that Jisung just got kidnapped his heart is completely crushed
“I found it just let me hack into the system and get your blueprints” A deep voice calls out, pulling Minho out of his thoughts
Not another minute goes before Felix prints it out, he gets up, “Go get your man” Minho's blush covers his face, he puts in his bluetooth and slams the car into drive down seven blocks parking across the street
Felix telling him to “go left and there should be an open window there” he hops up in
“Two guards coming up fast,... you're clear now, go down two doors on the right” Minho rushing being careful not to make a sound he sighs as he opens and shuts the door
“Secret bookshelf it should be the fifth green book on the 3rd shelf that opens it” he scans over the books, pulling at the grin book and nothing happens
“I don't think-” as the bookshelf starts spinning, “Late reaction I guess… anyway, you should be seeing three doors, pick the very first one and in there is Jisung but be warned he isn't alone!!”
Minho pulls up his black bandana, and opens the door, meeting a dark, wet, cement, he carefully steps in and slips into the corner
It must be a boiler room, and he looks and sees a shadow he quickly takes a stab at the person and they let out a grunt, “What's wrong, Lucas?” he hears a voice call out, he muffles his hand over Lucas mouth and quickly rids the man of any weapons while Lucas tries to fight back, to no avail, Minho knocks him out slamming his head enough against the cement to knock him out
“Lucas can't you see I'm in the middle of something!!!” a man screams out, stomping angrily towards them pulling a gun out at Minho, “What did you do to him?” “What did you do to Jisung?”
“Oh so this what this about… well I'm Taeyong, you're pretty good at sneaking past people aren't you?” Minho visibly gulps, “Well, let's make a trade you help Lucas up and bandage him. I'll see over it Jisung will stay here and I will give him back”
“You must care about your members a lot” “More than you would ever guess”
They take Lucas into another room and bandage him up and Lucas moans out in pain and rolls over but refuses to get up, “Now take me to Jisung and let me leave”
“Oh I'll take you to Jisung alright” and a gun is placed in the small of Minho's back taking Minho's arms and twisting them behind his back with one hand holding the gun in place and pushing him into the other room
Minho growls and loosens up, before he takes Taeyong on by surprise and throws him over him, in a quick burst he wrangles the gun out of Taeyong's hand, finally, seeing Jisung in front of him
He sighs in relief as he looks at Jisung, but before he could do anything to try to save Jisung he feels Taeyong move and start kicking at him, in one fail swoop he bashes his head on the ground to knock him out long enough to save Jisung and get out of there
He tips off the bandana on Jisung’s face seeing tears streaming down his face he looks up and sees Minho, his eyes widening as he softly gasps. Minho pulls his bandana down
He squats down to his level before cutting off the ropes surrounding Jisung's wrists
Jisung wraps his arms Minho, he laughs in relief, “I'm so glad it's you that came for me” Minho nods as he cuts the ropes from around his ankles
Before he can lift him over his shoulder and listen to what Felix is telling him, Jisung whispers, “I know it's a bad time to say this,... but you have the most beautiful eyes I've ever had chance to catch a glimpse of…” Minho feels his heart speed up, he seeing his chance, he takes his chin into his hand and kisses Jisung
He feels Jisung kiss back, he realizes where he is, “We can continue this later” he throws him over his shoulder, “Okay Felix tell me where it's clear"
Felix guides him through with ease, he rushes out the car and speeds off, his hand finding Jisung's as he makes it back to Woojin's house. He parks in the lot and Jisung thanks him over and over again, “So where were we” Jisung laughs, kissing Minho's cheek, “Take me on a date first” Minho rolls his eyes, “Anything for you my dear”
It turned out Jisung liked Minho more than just friends, and would make a strong relationship making the gang stronger and better than ever
Then one day they got caught the police held mercy on the nine, and cleared their records, told them to become big, and to never get into trouble or they would be in sling
They listened and sometimes life just works out that way, and if you're wondering they did make it big, becoming Stray Kids the kpop group no longer a gang, and they never got in trouble ever again
Minho and Jisung being the biggest gay kpop in the industry, support coming not just from each other but the fans as well
Nerves from stage fright will never beat gun fights, but they could easily get used to it
After all with the family altogether, nothing could come in their way, a strong bond they hold and will continue to hold for a very long time
They became sensations from speaking out about their struggles to being wise and knowledgeable about the world around them
Taking part in whatever they could to make the world a better place and possibly their smiles could make a difference in their fan’s days
They truly could and can like no one else, being so supportive or everyone they come across and it comes back to them just as equally or more so
(Sorry if it ended weird I was watching the new Cinderella and it made me go third point of view I'd fix it but I seems to me like the perfect end. I hope you enjoyed it and I wanted to get it out sooner but… I hope you had an amazing holiday, and a wonderful new year, for many more to come :)
Fallout is the Bomb
I can't believe I've only brushed over this series before. There was a whole, beautiful, irradiated world to explore within its boundaries that I never knew of! Lemme explain. Fallout is, well, post-apocalyptic. That alone had me worried. I'm not a big fan of the post-apocalyptic setting because of how it essentially gets so misanthropic, and assumes everyone turns into the kinda scumbags you'd see in "Violence Jack". The good news is that Fallout actually has a sort of "out". You see, in all of the series...well, most of it, anyway...you play as a Vault Dweller, someone who was sealed away along with others in big, social experiments set up by the government before a great war between China and the USA over resources that ended in nuclear fire. The Vaults have everything you'd need to survive for decades, even centuries! But not for all of them. You need to leave your Vault eventually, either to get a much needed Water Chip that will ensure your people can survive, or to find the "Garden of Eden Creation Kit", or you're forced to leave because the head of your Vault is a big fat jerk, or you leave because your SON has left the vault long before you while you were essentially frozen in suspended animation, and you've gotta track them down. In New Vegas, it's different, but I'll get to that later. Fallout 1 and 2 introduced the factions that basically dominate the universe. The Brotherhood of Steel, who sealed themselves away and hoard technology, hoping to someday come back up and revive the best of mankind in better days. The Super Mutants, mutated humans infected by a virus made by a lunatic who thought that as long as there were differences of ANY kind in humans, we'd keep tearing each other apart. Hence, why not make a race where everyone looks and sounds basically the same, AND is super strong, AND can easily withstand the radiation-filled wastes that fill America? There's the Enclave, the remnants of the previous government, heads of corporations, the rich and powerful, who helped MAKE the Vaults, and who basically think any life that's out on the Earth at the moment isn't really human because their DNA isn't like the "old world" humans anymore. Even if it just means people just have an extra toe or the like, they think you're a subhuman mutant as bad as the two-headed, skinless cows that now walk around. There's Ghouls, people who are heavily bombed to s--t, their skin burned off, looking like they've been flayed alive and yet linger on, some who are very intelligent and still retain their personality, others who are feral and twisted and evil. And then there's the NCR, the New California Republic, founded by war heroes and remnants of the army who are trying to sort of rebuild America or at least, what it stood for, out primarily on the West Coast. Their leadership's too concerned with bureaucracy and the amount of red tape and incompetence can be a real issue, but you can clearly tell most of them, the soldiers included, are just trying to stick together and do as much good with as many people as possible. In the first two games, it's a sort of isometric perspective. In the third, it switched to a sort of first person shooter mechanic, and the series has kept it like that, with RPG elements throughout. You have "perks", abilities like being able to carry a ton more, being able to avoid fighting with wild animals because they all like you, having a random, mysterious, gun-toting stranger randomly pop up to help...and you can choose how you want your character to look and act, like in most open world games. Now, which one is the best? I'm not sure for everyone, but for me? New Vegas is the best blend of old school and new. You play a courier who's lived out in the Wasteland. It was your job to deliver a "Platinum Chip" to Las Vegas or, as it's now called, New Vegas. But you got caught by some fancy dressed mobsters, shot and left for dead. It didn't stick. Now you wanna find that Chip, find out WHY it's so important, who the hell killed you, and maybe...or rather, most LIKELY...get revenge. There's a problem, though. For one, you don't know where the mobsters went. And you've got to contend with raiders, the NCR who aren't sure if they can trust you, wild mutated animals, and everything in between. AND...a new, Roman-themed faction that's raping and pillaging every town they find, selling the women into slavery and following a mad lunatic named Caesar. And I do mean Roman-themed, they wear Roman armor, have centurions, the whole shebang. The Legion's boss, Caesar, actually gives a damning condemnation of Democracy in the game. After all, it was Democracy and electing the idiots that were in the govt that cared more about the Red Scare than people having fresh water to drink that led to the war. Might makes right. The good news is you can play someone who's both good and bad, someone who's a blend. There's not merely morality, but "reputation". You can have a good reputation with the Brotherood, but be HATED by the NCR. Or idolized by the NCR and despised by the Legion. If you're smart enough, or charming enough, or have the right perks, you can talk your way out of almost anything, or, if you've the skill, blow the beejbus outta anyone you want with a ROCKET LAUNCHER! HAHAHAHA! KIBBLES AND BITS! It's fun watching baddies explode. And there's a lot of funny moments too. Take, for example, a subquest at the Atomic Wrangler, as you try to earn money to gain access to New Vegas, for you need 2000 bottle caps to get in, and that means you need to either sell a lot of highly valuable stuff...which you probably don't have...or you've gotta get dirty and do things like be a pimp for a whorehouse. Which I had to. The boss says we need a ghoul cowboy, a charming older lover, and a sexbot. Then when you tell him you've got the sexbot, he's all giddy like a schoolkid, making it abundantly clear the sexbot was for HIM. Which he tries in vain to pretend isn't true. And of course, the guy who shot you has a talking droid. Because of course he does. His name is Yes Man. When you tell Yes Man you're the Courier his boss shot? Yes Man: Hahaha! I know that's not true, because you still have a head!
Courier: I'm serious.
Yes Man: Hahaha! That's... not funny... you getting shot in the head. I really shouldn't have taken so much pride in how I set that up, huh? ... I feel really bad right now. Yes Man has a lot of great lines. Oh, and did I mention Elvis Impersonators run a good chunk of the Strip? Because of COURSE they do. Of COURSE they do. Guess what they have to say about their HQ? "Near as I can tell, it was some sort of religious institution. Oh, I know it says "school" out front, but everything in here seems to be related to the worship of some guy from back in the day. People used to come here to learn about him, to dress like him, to move like him. To BE him. If that's not worship, I don't know what is." Hey, if you're gonna imitate ANYBODY, why NOT the King? And yes, in Camp Searchlight...deep breaths... THERE IS...a set of HOLY HAND GRENADES in the Church.  The sign just reads, "Pull pin and count to 3." And the grenades will make a bigger boom when you count to 3. Don't believe me? Look for yourself!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tZUFKe-uYw&feature=youtu.be It's too beautiful for words.  ^_^
hbomberguy on Youtube did a really good analysis of the themes of Fallout. And as he said, “FO1's villain is 'the future', represented by mutations, evolution, technology and so on. The Master embodies this by being a mutated machine-man. The old world is gone, and the future is coming to get you.
FO2's villain is 'the past', in the sense that the largest threat to the world is the stuff that destroyed it the first time. People are trying to move on, inventing new money, but the real threat is that we haven't changed enough, and are still doomed to destroy each other. Hence the theme of newly-invented drugs, money troubles and so on. You're chasing an artifact of the past to survive, but that past killed the world. How much of the past is it good to dig up? The Enclave dream of a return to the prelapsarian america that already had its chance and got blown up.
Horrigan (the main villain) embodies this. He 'is' the ideology of the past, personified. He wants to kill you because mutants must die, and you must be a mutant because he's been ordered to kill you. Symbolically we're seeing that humans have a thirst for purity, and this thirst is itself our greatest flaw. You also HAVE to kill him with violence. It's not possible to talk him down, and the real challenge is how you deal with that fact. It's a nice final twist. Your first proper conversation allows you to claim you believe peace is always possible - and the last one is a counterpoint, saying - but the other person has to be willing to try this too.
The game criticisms mankind's inner violence, but then points out that to escape this, violence becomes necessary - it just has to be used differently from before. Being able to recruit some Enclave soldiers AGAINST the main Enclave soldier is a fun moment. The military industrial complex is bad but can be wielded against itself.All FO's main villains and central characters are rendered 'faceless' by masks or armor or mutations, because they represent something prevalent in humanity itself, more so than any one person. it makes them larger than life, like you're battling a concept. The Master is a monstrous creature-machine, Horrigan is always behind a mask, as is Lanius, and the burned man and Ulysses are similar too. This is one reason why making the villain of 3 just 'some guy in a jacket' really annoys me. Make me contend with the faceless monster that is the darkness in man. Don't make me shoot some southern-talkin' dude.Even then, I can see that being a really cool twist on the formula. But it's so badly done. Poor Autumn.”
Indeed. The main “villains” of New Vegas are sort of “faceless” and represent greater concepts. Mr. House is, in many ways, a refusal to let go of the past. He wants all of Las Vegas to be like his snowglobes: perfectly pristine and preserved under a glass bubble, unchanging. Caesar’s idea,, the LEGION’S idea of the “future” is a take from the past as well, a sick, dark past, the ROMAN heritage, embracing the past’s more cruel elements in the name of a greater organization and unity. Sort of similar to the Master’s Unity, but this time not coming from looking to the future, but to the past. The NCR is the present, and they are, in a way, a problem as well, something to contend with. Because people are suffering here and NOW, and they’re stretched so thin and so tied up with red tape that people slip through the cracks easily, or they just use outright violence instead of better, smarter solutions. They can’t see ahead properly, and aren’t learning from the mistakes of the past. Cassandra Moore, in particular, is a good example: every solution she has involves killing someone or a group of people. She refuses to open up to the idea of diplomacy. She’s as closeminded and narrowminded as the idiots who helped cause the bombs to fall to begin with. By only seeing other factions as enemies and never considering they could be allies or friends, or dealt with more kindly, you close yourself off to better, more moral, or smarter solutions.
The Brotherhood of Steel are similar: they want to preserve the elements of the Past, but they can’t see that their refusal to really help those in the present is dooming them. They’re well-meaning, they CARE, but...they’re wrong. They’ll just die out if they just stay inside their bunkers. They need to take a more active role in the world outside.
So what I'm saying is...play Fallout: New Vegas when you get the chance. Check out the Fallout series. There's a lot to love in there that might surprise you. I know it surprised ME.
With regards to that post you made- Sheik being the one to tell him he's gone too far and essentially giving him an ultimatum: take a break and reconsider what you're doing, or lose everything we have together and gain me as an enemy ((sheikofthesheikahs- I love me some angsty headcanons~))
YEEES fuel me with your pain words
Coming from someone he loves it’s definitely a lot more effective - and painful. It would depend on the circumstances too what decision Link would make. Was it killing the mayor who caused the deaths of families who spoke against him with his mafia ties and refused to come forward and go back on his ways? Link would argue he gave him a chance to live, but he refused.
If/when Sheik brings up the panic and turmoil it causes (who will lead now? people are panicking. people have lost their sense of security and consistency in govt. criminals feel they can get away with anything.) Link argues that the people will bounce back, become stronger. He’ll stop any criminals that rise to power. He just has to take out the last thread now - the city manager/secret crime leader Ganondorf. Of course, that’s also one of the major threads holding this city together. What will happen if it’s cut? It’s not as though Ganondorf wants to see the city he runs burn - but he has some rather controversial methods.
“How can you say that?” he wonders. He thought Sheik understood, was the one person he could trust with this secret. He knew what he did wasn’t pretty, and there would be elements that unsettled him, but he thought Sheik would understand it was for the greater good.
And so he gains another enemy.
If Sheik ever actually comes to stop any of his plans/fight him, he can never really hurt him. He’s not above putting an arrow in his leg to keep him out of action for a bit (same goes for people who are trying to help him. He just wants people to stay safe on the sideline) but nothing to ever lethally harm him.
But one day, after all this time, an accident is sure to happen. Perhaps innocent people get caught up in his attempt to assassinate Ganondorf. Perhaps Sheik does. Innocent people get sent to the hospital with more than an arrow in their knee. Maybe innocent people die. He had planned this out so carefully - how was he to know Ganondorf found out? Placed families and children in the building where he and his staff were meant to be having a private meeting? So when the bomb went off, they were caught up in it too? Now, the person the city had been divided on as a hero or villain could only see a villain.
Now he disappears. Now he rethinks everything. Now he realizes Sheik was right. And he hates himself more than ever before. He might even be ready to turn himself in.
“I didn’t think this is a safe world and I wanted to make the world safer” – Inventor of SSH
Selective meeting with Tatu Ylönen, CEO – SSH Communications Security, Inventor of SSH (Secure Shell) at WHD.global 2016
Tatu Ylönen (Lic.Sc.), the designer of the Secure Shell (SSH) convention partook an intuitive Q&A session at WHD.global before giving an elite meeting to WebHosting.info in which he clarified how data security and protection issues prompted his creation.
Today, 20 years after its development, the SSH convention is a true standard of secure framework organization and record exchanges for private data. The SSH convention is utilized day by day on a huge number of arranged PCs and different gadgets.
Tatu, how and why did you start building up the SSH convention?
In 1995, I was a database scientist chipping away at data recovery. There was a hacking occurrence at the Finnish University. A secret key sniffer was perched on the college spine. At the point when such a large number of usernames/passwords were uncovered, I thought "What would I be able to do to make this correspondence more secure?" I remained unaware of cryptography at the time however through exhaustive research, I distributed the main variant of the SSH convention as open source 3 months after the fact. Before the year's over, I was getting several messages getting some information about it.
So was security the main inspiration?
I didn't make it only for security. There was an open deliberation at the time about cryptography. The US government needed to tune in on all correspondences with their "scissors chip". I felt that it wasn't just about spying, it was a sort of data or "digital fighting". On the off chance that you can read all usernames and passwords, you can break into any framework. It likewise offered energy to close down the frameworks of different nations and could have been a capable weapon.
The idea of specific gatherings being without given access to secure frameworks, I didn't think this is a protected world and I needed to make the world more secure.
Is it true that it was difficult to do? Did you have any offer assistance?
Any capable software engineer can compose a cryptographic program inside a couple of months, which is the reason I feel it can't be a shut domain. Basic frameworks over all ranges of society utilize SSH. From Education, Health Care, Power Grids and even Government and Military frameworks, I get a kick out of the chance to state that SSH keeps the world running.
Do you expect that since it has turned out to be crucial to the point that it may be risky if it's traded off?
I will concede that the principal SSH wasn't the best. I didn't completely see each part of cryptography then. It was usable however there were some potential issues that kept me up during the evening! That is the reason we discharged SSH2 which is truly great and hasn't been broken by any regular citizen bodies. Indeed, even the military uses it so it must be truly great.
What are the issues that you see in the way individuals approach constructing their frameworks?
SSH utilizes cryptographic keys, with an open key and a private key. We've done reviews with a few associations. We've discovered anyplace between seven hundred and fifty thousand to four million keys. That is staggering. In one of our reviews, 90% of SSH keys were never utilized. They were get to certifications that had not been legitimately ended. Also, this was in a standout amongst the most dynamic IT organizations on the planet in a substantial IT condition.
There should be legitimate inspecting of this procedure so as to guarantee it is secure. In one of the cases, we found a representative in a social insurance benefit who left an organization 10 years prior and when he returned, the key still worked!
Consider 3 million keys on 15,000 servers. Accept you break into one server by one means or another – through some malware or a maverick sys-administrator – the keys on that server will enable you to start assaults on various different servers.
What guidance do you have for web hosts to secure their business? Particularly SMBs who haven't had a great deal of time to dedicate to security.
At last the issues are not with SSH keys but rather the administration of it and along these lines that should be fixed.
While examining and helping one specific organization more than 4 years, we built up an item that settles this. We do things like screen the earth through sys-logs to distinguish keys that are at no time in the future utilized, recognizing 90% of unused keys. We have an item called the Universal SSH Key Manager that can help getting perceivability into SSH keys and setting up a procedure for overseeing them. Particularly for medium-sized organizations, simply controlling access to the earth by outsiders is essential.
Are there some other things that you would prescribe they do so as to have a more secure framework?
Essentially, you can control SSH enters by turn in a little domain. You can do a stock and physically erase additional keys. In any case, I believe see that they give get to – same as usernames and passwords – and need to consider character and get to administration for their frameworks.
We should dive into the previous a bit. A couple of years back, when Heartbleed turned out, you were very basic about SSL and had a few worries about the security condition. How have your considerations changed over the most recent couple of years?
I am quite idealistic! In spite of the fact that despite everything I trust security must be designed into frameworks. I am to some degree distrustful about hostile to infection or interruption discovery frameworks. My convictions lie in building frameworks that are secure from the earliest starting point. That implies programming dialects that are secure and different apparatuses that are intended to be vigorous.
Who do you accept ought to lead the pack in making more secure frameworks?
Some portion of it must be the Open Source people group yet there's so much business programming out there that it fundamentally influences each merchant. Organizations must push both the Open Source people group and business programming creators to furnish them with secure programming.
I believe it's likewise something the legislatures can push through to offer motivating forces to organizations to ensure that frameworks are secure. I think by and large, particularly with greater organizations, the issues can be systemic and basic for the working of the general public.
Talking about the part of the administration, something that everybody has been discussing recently is the US Govt's ask for to Apple for indirect access get to. Do you think about that as a stress to the eventual fate of secure frameworks?
I wouldn't approve incorporating secondary passages with frameworks. I believe it's unsafe. We are as yet paying the cost for what they did 20 years back. There have been 2 noteworthy vulnerabilities with SSL that identify with Export Trade Encryption that was constrained into SSL by the US Government in the mid-90s.
The way I see it, the awful folks can get their own particular unbreakable encryption at any rate. This is just about checking customary individuals, business and contending nations. In the event that you take a gander at a data society, where does the upper hand originated from? It originates from exclusive client data, exchange privileged insights, secret process, all of which will have financial esteem.
You had said that even in your most out of this world fantasies you didn't see SSH be as generally utilized as it seems to be. What do you see what's to come being since SSH2 has been around for a long time as of now?
I think the utilization of SSH will proceed for quite a while. Nothing can supplant it in sight. I believe there will be enhancements not far off in things like how to confirm has betterly in huge conditions so in the long run there will be a SSH3 and IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force), the norms and frameworks body is investigating right now what calculations ought to be upheld and such.
Is it true that you are included in that?
I am taking after the work.
On a lighter note, I read about how it's conceivable to SSH into an espresso machine. What is the most intriguing thing you have ever SSH'ed into?
I have SSH'ed into a telephone. I know a few people SSH into Harbor Cranes! (chuckles)
I was once on a plane with my child and there was some breakdown in the stimulation framework and it was rebooting constantly. What's more, one of the lines on the screen was SSH!
Wow, I enjoyed all the prior speakers and the pastor with his beautiful, heartfelt prayer. They hit all the high lights. I must begin by thanking God for blessing me in abundance of portions of immeasurable proportions;
I thank God for joining us together today to unite as one in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I will elaborate a little on why we are here on such a gorgeous Saturday afternoon. First, I would like to begin by praying with and for you in my Native tongue of Cherokee….
Thank you for indulging me in prayer because I believe we must remember to always put God first.
I was originally asked to speak at two other March for Trump events, first in Springfield, Illinois, the cradle of Abraham Lincoln.
My opening was going to be something like, almost everyone, including Democrats, would include Lincoln as one of their three favorite Presidents. By no means, do I consider myself as a Historian, but Lincoln would certainly make my list, as well as Ronald Reagan.
With that said, I expect and anticipate that President Trump will become the greatest President in history as for me President Trump is already on my number one President of all time and his stunning wife is most certainly our classiest and most beautiful First Lady ever with Jackie Kennedy as my favorite before the beautiful Melania and I would like to share why I choose Mr. Trump as my favorite President, it is because in 2009 I was invited to NY to have lunch with Donald and everyone thought I was crazy for believing this was true let alone it could happen to me.
I went with 3 objectives:
1. Take a picture with Mr. Trump
2. Get his autograph
3. Get a testimonial for my website from the greatest business man of all time
I would have been happy with even one of these and he gave me so much more, he answered my questions and even made ample time for the more than 30 people in the room to fulfill their request and dare I say their dreams. I witnessed him give money to what appeared to be a homeless person with a joyous heart and buy coffee for a construction crew that wasn’t even working on one of his projects.
This is the integrity and character of a man who cares about our homeless, a man who’s very definition is to protect and serve by putting the needs of others above his own. This is the man I met and know.
I firmly believe he will lead us to put America First and make America Great Again.
The next event was to be the premier event held in Washington, D.C., where there was even hope that President Trump and his beautiful wife our First Lady might attend.
I was excited for this and in talking to a friend he said there will be a lot more pressure on you in DC with probably a lot more people and you will speaking on a different subject than you normally do.
My response was “Bring it On because diamonds are created under pressure and I love a good challenge”.
I then learned that Oklahoma City was to host an event and my excitement overwhelmed me because it flooded my soul with memories of Sunday morning after church sitting on the church steps with lemonade and the ever-popular fried chicken legs talking with my friends. I just knew I had to be switched to Oklahoma so I could share time with my family in each of you.
A little background on myself is I live in gratitude because I had to fight my way into this world not once, not twice but three times as my mother attempted to abort me three times.
I was knew that I disposable and only wanted when I was convenient and my message here is that you matter, each of you are valuable, and loved because God loves you and I love you.
In growing up in Indian territory and attending schools where I only spoke Cherokee until I was 10 years old I also learned that your success is in direct proportion to your contribution, I learned I am a giver.
In my early career I wasn’t familiar with many business leaders, but I had heard of Donald Trump.
My first introduction to President Trump was when I was involved with one of those multi-level marketing companies where everyone’s goal was to drive a pink Cadillac you know the one.
An early part of that process was to create a “vision board” with an “I” story, My ‘I’ story was to meet Donald Trump and ask him one quality question within 5 years, I met that schedule ahead of deadline by 2 years another example that God really does answer your most passionate prayers.
I have no idea why I was chosen for this most prestigious honor because I am just a little girl from Tahlequah, the backwoods of Punkin’ Holler in a tiny little place in the middle of nowhere on the way some somewhere in a home with dirt floors and a place where no one ever sees “you,” the you that is crying to come out, all the while knowing it’s the magic of risking everything for a dream that no one can see but you and realizing through God’s design this the only way to find your direction and today is proof that dreams really do come true and for this I thank you.
One reason perhaps is because I have supported Trump from the moment that I heard that he was running for president, before it was even official, I have supported him through the many threats that my family received through the Native American community because of my unwillingness to back down and my family stood by me in my decision.
My father who always supports my decisions with great enthusiasm had even told me that if I back down because of threats then I am certainly not the daughter that he raised because he raised me to stand up for what I believe in, he taught me to be strong, tenacious, and he taught me that a decision means to sever, to cut off, leaving no other option or alternative so when you make a decision it means you stand up even if it means you stand alone, And there were many times within my Native American community where I did feel that I was standing alone, actually that’s not true, for how could I be standing alone when I have God before me and my father beside me.
Outside of my Native American community I have had many friends that disagreed with my support, I have had many friends that we simply agreed to disagree and I appreciate each one of them for that because I believe we learn from each other.
I believe much of the resistance across the entire nation comes from and unfounded fear that as we rebuild our economy there will be many cutbacks on financial assistance.
And while I strongly believe in a hand up I do not believe in a handout and there is a huge difference. These handouts and many other govt. handouts are wrong and should be eliminated or reformed. People need to realize that our country is like an individual that is bankrupt or so close that they can feel it like a train wreck.
Our country does not have an unlimited black card, more like an ordinary credit card that is about to be rejected at the checkout counter over a piece of bubblegum.
We have a national debt of almost twenty trillion dollars, which is one of the main reasons why China has or is about to surpass us as the major power in the world and other countries have little or no respect for us, understandable so.
We must make many changes, none of which will be easy or popular, such as how to get our entitlement programs, like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid back on sound economic ground.
I did not vote for Obama nor did I vote for Hillary and did not agree with most of their agenda but I did support him during his term and would have supported her because of the position because I was raised that even if you do not like the person you must respect their position, I had hoped that he would began to solve some of our problems during his 8 year term, that did not happen.
The two huge issues I would put at the top of my personal list would be protecting our Country and turning our economy around.
To me, any President’s first priority should be to protect its citizens, both from within and outside our territory. My personal opinion is the prior administration from former President Obama, the Attorney Generals, Secretary of States, on down did a poor job of this.
I applaud President Trump for his beginning to rebuild our military and appointing cabinet members who will help protect us and keep us safe. Our local sheriff and police departments overwhelmingly voted for Trump and for this I am grateful. By the way, I’m pleased that the new head of the Environmental Protection Agency, Scott Pruett is a fellow Oklahoman, I would expect major changes in that area.
I realize my other priority of turning around our economy covers a myriad of issues like the national debt, Obamacare, jobs and dollars going overseas, high corporate and individual tax rates, bank derivatives, etc. I think the commitments from some of our prominent corporations to add jobs, build facilities here rather than abroad and cut costs on some defense projects was a huge step in the right direction. The positive gains in our financial markets since the election is another indicator. One statistic I absolutely love was that in the first month of the prior administration our national debt increased 200 Billion dollars compared to the reductions of 12 billion dollars the first month of President Trump’s administration.
With that being said, all I ask is for all the naysayers, specifically and including the media, to give our great President Trump that same respect and support that we gave the previous administration.
Keep in mind, President Trump has only been in office less than 2 months and has made exponential progress already.
I firmly believe President Trump will lead us to put God first, the American people as his priority and make America Great Again.
My goal in this speech isn’t to solve the many Issues our nation faces as that is not my job, rather to focus on society’s responsibility as a whole to keep those individuals whose job it is to solve these problems results focused and focus driven. Both parties, republicans and democrats, have been guilty of complacency and merely kicking the can down the road.
Without even thinking about it, I can list 7or 8 major problems such as terrorism, immigration, health care, infrastructure, our international relationships, drug issues, education, our overload of regulations, etc. I am certain you can probably think of at least two or three others that you could add to that list.
Is it really too much to ask one person to totally solve all these major issues? Of course it is, however, its not too much to ask him including our Congressional delegates, and our state leaders to get started working on resolving them.
The best way to accomplish this is for each one of us, as individuals and collectively, to do our part by working together, coming together across the great divide, and be willing to compromise and learn from each other as we all share a common goal.
I’m proud to be from Oklahoma for many reasons, one being conservatives while still becoming more and more progressive. I know that you are already aware that our two United States Senators and all five Congressmen, including MarkWayne Mullen, who we are so honored to have with us today, and our Governor are all Republicans.
I knew that Trump would easily carry Oklahoma, but was pleased that he got 65.3% of the vote, carried all 77 counties, with Cimarron County in the Panhandle having the highest percentage% of 83%. There were only two states that had a higher percentage% of Trump votes than Oklahoma.
In closing I would remind each of us that we have played a part in electing President Trump, but it’s not just a matter of handing the ball over to Trump and our elected officials and standing back and watching. We need to stay committed, keep them in our prayers, and let them know we support them and their efforts.
Please keep in mind that everything we are praying for won’t get done in six months. Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day and there will be some compromises as there is strong opposition and we can create a favorable transition if we choose to love them through it and remember it is always better to follow a great example than to lead by ignorance, personally, I choose to follow the example of Christ Jesus and love them through gratitude and forgiveness.
With that being said, I am asking us to each love each other, accept each other, even agree to disagree because in the big picture we all want the same things, to be loved, to matter, and to live with passion.
Let us all continue to keep President Trump and his family in our thoughts and prayers.
God bless President Trump and his humble family, God bless America and God bless each and every one of you and your beautiful families. I love you.
    VIDEO and TRANSCRIPT of MARCH4TRUMP: Lisa Christiansen’s Speech at The Oklahoma State Capitol Wow, I enjoyed all the prior speakers and the pastor with his beautiful, heartfelt prayer. They hit all the high lights.
Top Republican says Trump's price range plan 'lifeless on arrival'
Mr. Trump’s 2018 price range blueprint reportedly consists of a 37% spending reduce for the Nation Department and US Organisation for International Improvement (USAID).
He’ll set out to convince Congress of his thought in his first deal with to a joint consultation on Tuesday night time.
Tender power is an American time period that refers to diplomatic equipment which includes foreign useful resource and humanitarian alleviation. “What is most disturbing approximately the reduce to the Country Branch’s budget is it suggests a lack of knowledge of what it takes to win the struggle,” Senator Graham continued. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell also stated Mr. Trump’s reported deep cuts to the Nation Department would “possibly not” bypass Congress. The Republican-controlled Congress must approve any federal spending. Fight for Smooth strength – Barbara Plett, BBC News, Washington To the White House, the foreign useful resource would possibly appear to be a smooth target for cuts, but individuals who defend u . S . A . think in any other case. In their letter to lawmakers, more than a hundred and twenty former army officers quoted the Defence Secretary, James Mattis, from his days as a discipline commander: “If you don’t fully fund the Country Department then I want to buy greater ammunition.” They argued that strengthening international relations and Development have been vital to stopping the struggle. Global help inside the Country Branch finances does extra than respond to humanitarian needs, it also supports policy desires. For instance, it supplements the army Combat towards the so-referred to as Islamic Country through programs to disrupt the institution’s financing and recruitment and to stabilize groups in which IS has been driven out. There is money to address the underlying reasons for migration from Principal The use and to reinforce allies which include Afghanistan and Ukraine. The former Secretary of State John Kerry was known to make a robust case for increasing the Department’s financing, (which at $50bn makes up simply 1% of the complete budget). The brand new Secretary, Rex Tillerson, will must Combat in reality to keep what he has, or the Nation Department may be marginalized in an administration focused on the military. The president launched a budget inspiration on Monday calling for a $54bn (£43bn) improve to navy spending. This will be paid for, in line with the plan, through gutting different programs which include overseas resource and the environmental Enterprise. The White Residence also plans to reduce spending for the State Branch and USAID, say US media reviews, which collectively obtained an estimated $50.1bn at some point of the modern-day fiscal year, or a bit greater than 1% of the whole federal finances. extra than one hundred twenty retired generals have signed a letter urging Congress now not to cut funding for diplomacy and overseas aid.
  The letter stated: “As you and your colleagues cope with the federal price range for economic 12 months 2018, we write as retired three and four-star flag and popular officials from all branches of the armed offerings to percentage our sturdy conviction that raising and strengthening diplomacy and Development along protection are critical to retaining America safe.” Development help would possibly be the toughest hit at the same time as personnel discounts might see fewer safety contractors at diplomatic missions abroad, the Associated Press News Organisation mentioned, bringing up officials familiar with the proposal. The Workplace of Management and finances has now not yet stated wherein typical reductions could arise. The Republican pushback over Mr. Trump’s reported plan comes because the president is about to supply his first most important speech to Congress considering that taking Office.
Which will Trump show up? Anthony Zurcher, BBC News, Washington A cope with to Congress is an exclusive type of presidential speech. Will the American public see a one of a kind, Donald Trump? If records are any manual, that seems not going. Every time there was speak of a pivot or shift of consciousness for candidate Trump, or president-opt for Trump, or President Trump, the end result has been the same Donald Trump as constantly – blustering and belligerent, unvarnished and unapologetic. Mr. Trump would be well-served to take a special task this night, however. at the same time as he’s spent his first month in Workplace in a blizzard of activity, issuing govt orders and squelching controversies, There may be been little progress along with his agenda in Congress. Pinnacle-line gadgets like tax cuts and health care reform may be heavy legislative lifts with a bulky conservative caucus inside the House and a slender Republican majority in the Senate, requiring presidential leadership of a kind now not yet tested with the aid of Mr. Trump. Current opinion polls have proven the president’s standing with the public improving after a gloomy first few weeks, but any development can quickly evaporate if his “guy of movement” bravado runs headfirst into congressional obstinance. Tuesday night’s speech is the president’s first primary opportunity to keep away from that final results. He is anticipated to set out in greater detail his plans to cut spending and boost the financial system as well as provide a “positive vision” approximately the “renewal of the Yankee spirit”, a senior White House respectable instructed the BBC. As a minimum one Democrat has said He’s going to refuse to shake Mr. Trump’s hand before the speech, bucking a longstanding bipartisan culture in presidential first addresses to Congress.
Consultant Eliot Engel, a Top New york Democrat on the Residence foreign Affairs Committee, said he could not shake Mr. Trump’s hand as he entered the chamber, mentioning the president’s attacks on media and refusal to work with Congress. It will likely be the first time Mr. Engel has not sought a center aisle seat to shake the president’s hand in his 29 years serving in the House.
Growing A new Nonprofit Advertising Communications Plan
With every other unsettling economic 12 months on Pinnacle of us, it is time once more to start Developing or refining A brand new Marketing and Marketing communications approach, price range, and plan. If you’re fortunate enough to have achieved an amazing ROI from your contemporary program, alongside the information to verify the motives, you’re in a higher form than maximum.
As an instance, inside the for income arena, best eight percent of Leader Advertising and marketing officers (CMO’s) say they are able to decide the ROI of their social media efforts. And 93 percent of CMO’s say they may be underneath more strain to deliver large ROI.
A Changing Nonprofit Advertising Panorama
The Giving United states Annual Report presented the nonprofit network with a few desirable News – giving extended with the aid of 7.1 percentage in 2014 versus 2013 to $359 billion. Individuals once more accounted for nearly 3-quarters of the total, with foundations a distant second, at 15 percentage.
And, interestingly, while arts/way of life/humanities extended with the aid of 9.2 percent, and the surroundings/animals via 7 percentage, Worldwide affairs declined via 2 percentage for the 0.33 year in a row.
As People are main this boom, the obvious query becomes how to hold this trend? Patron demographics, profits, elevated Purchaser merchandising and politics will affect many Advertising communications packages next 12 months. Recall the subsequent:
The two largest age companies, Millennials, and Boomers, are very specific. Millennials are cash strapped, unimpressed with logo names, and socially aware; Boomers, on the other hand, are brand dependable and projected to account for about 70 percentage of U.S. Disposable earnings in 2017 (Quirk’s Market Studies).
Asians and Hispanics will hold to turn out to be even large and stronger quantities of the united states population. Many might be courted by means of nonprofits for the first time, representing a modern-day target audience (US Census Bureau, 2014 Countrywide Projections).
Median family income absolutely declined 8.7 percentage among 1999 and 2013 to $51,939 (Census Bureau present day population Survey). And, while many people care deeply approximately positive reasons, how to cast off those hard earned disposable bucks rules many spending and giving selections.
On the equal time, those customers are being bombarded with the most important essential media and Advertising and marketing services prices in records — $406 billion is anticipated in 2015. That is an outstanding $1,262 in line with the individual (Zenith Optimedia)! Beyond the bucks, It is a whole lot of litter and opposition. The road beforehand might be very one-of-a-kind than preceding years. And, with the onslaught of political advertising driving up fees and decreasing media inventory, even extra emphasis should be located on Growing smarter Advertising and marketing communications plans to supply stepped forward ROI.
Advertising Approaches To Recall before Finalizing Your Plan
There are a number of vital Processes that may be used to improve ROI as well as emblem presence. I will focus on four:
Like most managers, you in all likelihood assume you apprehend What is critical in your donors, potential donors, the body of workers, volunteers and even your Board. but, do you certainly realize what they believe about the business enterprise? And, do they, in turn, recognize your venture or has “mission creep” improved your center identity? Similarly, do they see their time and monetary commitment worthwhile and making a difference? Meaning using Marketplace Research to learn What’s surely crucial and presenting recognition earlier than committing to a Marketing communications plan. It’s prudent, and fact trumps opinion.
Don’t forget to undertake an Advertising and marketing communications audit to decide while, wherein and the way to make investments your time and money. An audit will offer an evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of your existing software as an entire, in addition to how every person tactic does or does now not meet your goals. With this facts, all of the factors of your application – challenge rely on, finances allocation, media mix, theming, pix, tone and manner, new as opposed to traditional media – can all be included into a holistic Advertising communications program nicely earlier than committing to the unknown. An appearance earlier than you soar.
Public Discourse and Conversation
So I have a childhood friend (well I was closer with his younger sister who was a year behind us) who runs an organization called Less Government.org.  He is of course an arch-conservative. I disagree with a lot of what he supports.  But I do agree with some.  And I enjoy, at times, interacting on his thread.  And because I don’t wear blinders and I am not close minded, I am more than willing to listen to opposing views.  But the following exchange has me somewhat frustrated.  Is this really what discourse and debate has come to in this country among presumably somewhat intelligent and educated people?  It’s disappointing and honestly somewhat scary.  It’s scary because of what it portends for the future if this trend continues.  I know I am not crazy.  I know I showed no hate in my responses.  I know that I was not arrogant or condescending.  I know that my initial comment was thoughtful and reasoned as were all of my responses. The responses I got, the reactions, and the accusations make no rational sense. The blindness, the rationalizations and justifications that these two women display in their willingness to block out anything that doesn’t agree with them is stunning.  And staggeringly disturbing.  And the saddest part is they miss the fact that I am actually supportive of the issue being discussed.
Am I crazy to feel that a point should be able to stand on its own without name-calling or fact-twisting? Am I wrong to feel that being inflammatory, accusatory or negative simply detracts from your point, making people feel like you are trying to distract them from the fact that the point is not valid or supportable – even if it actually is? Is it wrong to be scared about this sickening trend in our public discourse?
"Trump's immigration ban is unconstituional."
"Actually, it isn't. But while we're here - where in the Constitution is the federal government expressly empowered to create Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid or the Departments of Education or Energy or the Environmental Protection Agency?"
"........Racist."
Cassedy Stien I just wrote this on a drone's wall. You liberals want to break our laws and let everyone into our country then you take them in, house them, buy their drugs and get their diseases. You American haters want socialism because you want your freebies like Anthony. He wants to get his teeth fixed so bring down America, open up the flood gates, destroy our constitutional rights and have a ONE WORLD GOVT where NO ONE HAS RIGHTS but we all get to be fed in the food lines, get our free shots and healthcare and be cradled from BIRTH TO DEATH! No thank you!
 James Byers I don't paint all conservatives with the same brush. I am neither naive enough, arrogant enough, condescending enough or for that matter stupid enough to do so. I do not and never have used the words Republican, conservative, or even "tea party" as pejoratives. I do not assume that all conservatives (of any flavor) are stupid, ignorant or naive. I am a proud Democrat, a moderate but yes still a liberal. And painting me with the same brush as the far left is as self-defeating for your side as my side painting all conservatives with the same brush I (or we) apply to the alt-right. You want to change someone’s mind, you want them to listen to your arguments, then present those arguments with factual support and do so in a way that does not make you look like or come across as a deluded psycho, out of touch with reality, operating in a world of blinders and simply spewing one more rant. I have never felt marginalized by anything Seton Motley himself has posted and I can't think of a single post of his I was not able to fact check his claims and find them valid - even when I disagreed with him. I cannot say the same for many of the people who comment on his posts. I am someone who wants to be convinced by legitimate arguments. Rants will not do it. And I am sick and tired of narrow minded people unable to engage in reasoned discussion without trashing their opponents. I am thoroughly sick of being opposed by people who use the words Democrat or Liberal as pejoratives and who refuse to understand that neither party nor side is monolithic. Both represent a wide range of thoughts, beliefs opinions and ideas. We work best when we work to build on our common ground not work to drive the wedge and schism deeper and wider. (That being said, Cassedy Stien, I love your Dumbass post above - pointed and accurate.)
Cassedy Stien James Byers Guess what the thread started with? Name calling and f bombs so whatever you say. Good luck with that. Most of these idiots are hopeless. Just like George Washington during the revolutionary war. 1/3 joined the British, 1/3 did nothing and our greatest 1/3 fought and gave their lives, homes and families for our freedoms.
James Byers Cassedy Stien Can you please give me your sources for your 1/3 quotes. I don't like numbers without facts behind them. As someone who grew up the son of a professional historian, an assistant director of the National Archives who specialized in American History I find your numbers somewhat questionable.
James Byers Cassedy Stien And furthermore I am sure you have heard the saying two wrongs don't make a right. It doesn't matter what the "other" side lowers themselves to, don't ever go down in the gutter to play - you've already lost once you have.
Helen Jeck Cassedy Stien So we know James is a liberal but keeps quiet so he can think he is so thoughtful. Your name calling gave you away immediately....that is all you had to do....
Helen Jeck James Byers Most of us stopped listening when you showed your hate.
 Cassedy Stien James thanks for ur service! Bye who's side were u fighting for? Our constitutional republic or for NWO??? Just curious?
Cassedy Stien Btw sorry iPhone auto correct
Cassedy Stien Btw save ur little condescending speech for someone who cares!! Lol
 James Byers Helen Jeck How in God's name is pointing out that name calling simply turns people off and therefore defeats the purpose of convincing them of your point in any way hate? How is asking for factual support of a point in anyway showing hate? How is the fact that I told Ms. Stein that I liked her Dumbass pic/post? Which obviously shows that I do in fact support this executive order and believe it is legal. How is the fact that I have posted multiple times in this comment tread and respond to and post multiple times in many of Seton Motley's posts in any way indicative of me choosing to be or actually being quiet? I think dear lady that you and I have different definitions of hate and quiet.
Helen Jeck James Byers Never allow myself to have a REAL conversation with anyone who is childish....get it.
James Byers So when someone in an intelligent and reasoned manner challenges your preconceived worldview they are childish? That's amusing to say the least. I am very open to listening to the other side. I have voted and supported both Republicans and Democrats. Disagreeing with someone does not make me right or they wrong - it simply means we have a difference of opinion. It also doesn't make them or I childish, hateful, ignorant, stupid, and condescending or any number of adjectives that get thrown around by both sides these days. And rants and name calling should never be necessary to make a point. A good point will always stand on its own merits and facts. You should try it sometime - it's very refreshing. And it is also the practice of the person Seton Motley whose thread you are commenting on.
Wow, I enjoyed all the prior speakers and the pastor with his beautiful, heartfelt prayer. They hit all the high lights. I must begin by thanking God for blessing me in abundance of portions of immeasurable proportions;
I thank God for joining us together today to unite as one in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I will elaborate a little on why we are here on such a gorgeous Saturday afternoon. First, I would like to begin by praying with and for you in my Native tongue of Cherokee….
My father who always supports my decisions with great enthusiasm had even told me that if I back down because of threats then I am certainly not the daughter that he raised because he raised me to stand up for what I believe in, he taught me to be strong, tenacious, and he taught me that a decision means to sever, to cut off, leaving no other option or alternative so when you make a decision it means you stand up even if it means you stand alone, And there were many times within my Native American community where I did feel that I was standing alone, actually that’s not true, for how could I be standing alone when I have God before me and my father beside me.
Outside of my Native American community I have had many friends that disagreed with my support, I have had many friends that we simply agreed to disagree and I appreciate each one of them for that because I believe we learn from each other.
I believe much of the resistance across the entire nation comes from and unfounded fear that as we rebuild our economy there will be many cutbacks on financial assistance.
And while I strongly believe in a hand up I do not believe in a handout and there is a huge difference. These handouts and many other govt. handouts are wrong and should be eliminated or reformed. People need to realize that our country is like an individual that is bankrupt or so close that they can feel it like a train wreck.
Our country does not have an unlimited black card, more like an ordinary credit card that is about to be rejected at the checkout counter over a piece of bubblegum.
We have a national debt of almost twenty trillion dollars, which is one of the main reasons why China has or is about to surpass us as the major power in the world and other countries have little or no respect for us, understandable so.
We must make many changes, none of which will be easy or popular, such as how to get our entitlement programs, like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid back on sound economic ground.
I did not vote for Obama nor did I vote for Hillary and did not agree with most of their agenda but I did support him during his term and would have supported her because of the position because I was raised that even if you do not like the person you must respect their position, I had hoped that he would began to solve some of our problems during his 8 year term, that did not happen.
The two huge issues I would put at the top of my personal list would be protecting our Country and turning our economy around.
To me, any President’s first priority should be to protect its citizens, both from within and outside our territory. My personal opinion is the prior administration from former President Obama, the Attorney Generals, Secretary of States, on down did a poor job of this.
I applaud President Trump for his beginning to rebuild our military and appointing cabinet members who will help protect us and keep us safe. Our local sheriff and police departments overwhelmingly voted for Trump and for this I am grateful. By the way, I’m pleased that the new head of the Environmental Protection Agency, Scott Pruett is a fellow Oklahoman, I would expect major changes in that area.
I realize my other priority of turning around our economy covers a myriad of issues like the national debt, Obamacare, jobs and dollars going overseas, high corporate and individual tax rates, bank derivatives, etc. I think the commitments from some of our prominent corporations to add jobs, build facilities here rather than abroad and cut costs on some defense projects was a huge step in the right direction. The positive gains in our financial markets since the election is another indicator. One statistic I absolutely love was that in the first month of the prior administration our national debt increased 200 Billion dollars compared to the reductions of 12 billion dollars the first month of President Trump’s administration.
With that being said, all I ask is for all the naysayers, specifically and including the media, to give our great President Trump that same respect and support that we gave the previous administration.
Keep in mind, President Trump has only been in office less than 2 months and has made exponential progress already.
I firmly believe President Trump will lead us to put God first, the American people as his priority and make America Great Again.
My goal in this speech isn’t to solve the many Issues our nation faces as that is not my job, rather to focus on society’s responsibility as a whole to keep those individuals whose job it is to solve these problems results focused and focus driven. Both parties, republicans and democrats, have been guilty of complacency and merely kicking the can down the road.
Without even thinking about it, I can list 7or 8 major problems such as terrorism, immigration, health care, infrastructure, our international relationships, drug issues, education, our overload of regulations, etc. I am certain you can probably think of at least two or three others that you could add to that list.
Is it really too much to ask one person to totally solve all these major issues? Of course it is, however, its not too much to ask him including our Congressional delegates, and our state leaders to get started working on resolving them.
The best way to accomplish this is for each one of us, as individuals and collectively, to do our part by working together, coming together across the great divide, and be willing to compromise and learn from each other as we all share a common goal.
I’m proud to be from Oklahoma for many reasons, one being conservatives while still becoming more and more progressive. I know that you are already aware that our two United States Senators and all five Congressmen, including MarkWayne Mullen, who we are so honored to have with us today, and our Governor are all Republicans.
I knew that Trump would easily carry Oklahoma, but was pleased that he got 65.3% of the vote, carried all 77 counties, with Cimarron County in the Panhandle having the highest percentage% of 83%. There were only two states that had a higher percentage% of Trump votes than Oklahoma.
In closing I would remind each of us that we have played a part in electing President Trump, but it’s not just a matter of handing the ball over to Trump and our elected officials and standing back and watching. We need to stay committed, keep them in our prayers, and let them know we support them and their efforts.
Please keep in mind that everything we are praying for won’t get done in six months. Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day and there will be some compromises as there is strong opposition and we can create a favorable transition if we choose to love them through it and remember it is always better to follow a great example than to lead by ignorance, personally, I choose to follow the example of Christ Jesus and love them through gratitude and forgiveness.
With that being said, I am asking us to each love each other, accept each other, even agree to disagree because in the big picture we all want the same things, to be loved, to matter, and to live with passion.
Let us all continue to keep President Trump and his family in our thoughts and prayers.
God bless President Trump and his humble family, God bless America and God bless each and every one of you and your beautiful families. I love you.
Wow, I enjoyed all the prior speakers and the pastor with his beautiful, heartfelt prayer. They hit all the high lights. I must begin by thanking God for blessing me in abundance of portions of immeasurable proportions;
I thank God for joining us together today to unite as one in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I will elaborate a little on why we are here on such a gorgeous Saturday afternoon. First, I would like to begin by praying with and for you in my Native tongue of Cherokee….
Thank you for indulging me in prayer because I believe we must remember to always put God first.
I was originally asked to speak at two other March for Trump events, first in Springfield, Illinois, the cradle of Abraham Lincoln.
My opening was going to be something like, almost everyone, including Democrats, would include Lincoln as one of their three favorite Presidents. By no means, do I consider myself as a Historian, but Lincoln would certainly make my list, as well as Ronald Reagan.
With that said, I expect and anticipate that President Trump will become the greatest President in history as for me President Trump is already on my number one President of all time and his stunning wife is most certainly our classiest and most beautiful First Lady ever with Jackie Kennedy as my favorite before the beautiful Melania and I would like to share why I choose Mr. Trump as my favorite President, it is because in 2009 I was invited to NY to have lunch with Donald and everyone thought I was crazy for believing this was true let alone it could happen to me.
I went with 3 objectives:
1. Take a picture with Mr. Trump
2. Get his autograph
3. Get a testimonial for my website from the greatest business man of all time
I would have been happy with even one of these and he gave me so much more, he answered my questions and even made ample time for the more than 30 people in the room to fulfill their request and dare I say their dreams. I witnessed him give money to what appeared to be a homeless person with a joyous heart and buy coffee for a construction crew that wasn’t even working on one of his projects.
This is the integrity and character of a man who cares about our homeless, a man who’s very definition is to protect and serve by putting the needs of others above his own. This is the man I met and know.
I firmly believe he will lead us to put America First and make America Great Again.
The next event was to be the premier event held in Washington, D.C., where there was even hope that President Trump and his beautiful wife our First Lady might attend.
I was excited for this and in talking to a friend he said there will be a lot more pressure on you in DC with probably a lot more people and you will speaking on a different subject than you normally do.
My response was “Bring it On because diamonds are created under pressure and I love a good challenge”.
I then learned that Oklahoma City was to host an event and my excitement overwhelmed me because it flooded my soul with memories of Sunday morning after church sitting on the church steps with lemonade and the ever-popular fried chicken legs talking with my friends. I just knew I had to be switched to Oklahoma so I could share time with my family in each of you.
A little background on myself is I live in gratitude because I had to fight my way into this world not once, not twice but three times as my mother attempted to abort me three times.
I was knew that I disposable and only wanted when I was convenient and my message here is that you matter, each of you are valuable, and loved because God loves you and I love you.
In growing up in Indian territory and attending schools where I only spoke Cherokee until I was 10 years old I also learned that your success is in direct proportion to your contribution, I learned I am a giver.
In my early career I wasn’t familiar with many business leaders, but I had heard of Donald Trump.
My first introduction to President Trump was when I was involved with one of those multi-level marketing companies where everyone’s goal was to drive a pink Cadillac you know the one.
An early part of that process was to create a “vision board” with an “I” story, My ‘I’ story was to meet Donald Trump and ask him one quality question within 5 years, I met that schedule ahead of deadline by 2 years another example that God really does answer your most passionate prayers.
I have no idea why I was chosen for this most prestigious honor because I am just a little girl from Tahlequah, the backwoods of Punkin’ Holler in a tiny little place in the middle of nowhere on the way some somewhere in a home with dirt floors and a place where no one ever sees “you,” the you that is crying to come out, all the while knowing it’s the magic of risking everything for a dream that no one can see but you and realizing through God’s design this the only way to find your direction and today is proof that dreams really do come true and for this I thank you.
