Okay this might seem like an odd post but; Are there any Deities you imagine as being a total bad ass siren queen? I’m finding it hard to word but like 2000s supermodel type Paris Hilton, Angelina Jolie, Alicia silverstone, etc. I’m searching for a deity to work with that is like very diva esqe. There has been such an unbelieveable amount of antisemitism on Tumblr, so, I'll just say this.

Lilith is closed.

The Kabbalah is not an occult-y thing you can just use, It is closed to Judaism, always has been, always will be.

The Jewish G-d is not just every other abrahamic deity, they are not the same.

Abrahamic religions are not evil, stop generalizing, if you had a bad experience with Christianity or Judaism or Islam, that is not the whole religion, do not put others down because of it.

and i'll just ask this; why are goyim so, so, interested in jews? why? why does it matter to you? If you aren't trying to learn and be respectful, why are you so interested in telling them why something is closed or open?

They are Gods. They have divine power.

Even if you don't believe in them, I still feel that some level of respect should be granted while talking about them or using them in fictional works.

Simple devotional activities for Dionysus

Change things up and acknowledge your freedom

Enjoy everything - look at things and be like ‘damn my life’s awesome’

Do artsy things - specifically acting, singing, and dancing

Have parties - hang out with friends, family, or yourself and get lost in the festivities and joy of good times

Donate - support any causes you feel is important

Make your meal in honor of him

Research - Learn about him or anything related to him

Go outside and enjoy nature

Go wild - find a safe way to become intranced by something(sex, nature, music, etc.)

Speak your truth - say what you mean and don’t feel sorry about it

Everyone’s practice is different, so if some of these don’t work for you that’s valid. Find out what you’re comfortable with and grow from that.

my first post in a while but I thought this was important to answer:

everyone’s relationship with deities is different

now that doesn’t mean whoever you’re reaching out to is just some vending machine that will give you whatever whenever. You should treat them like whatever relationship you’re seeking. I know people who will sit down and chat with their deity once a month and leave an offering every other month. THAT IS SO VALID. I leave my deity offerings multiple times a day, but that doesn’t mean you have to do either of those things. It’s different for everyone and you’re path is valid.
