Combined birthday dinner for me and David at “Mad for Garlic” at Uijeongbu Station/Uijeongbu Shinsegae Department Store.
They had some kind of set menu offer so we ordered that and overall it was pretty good, but because my tooth hurt so I enjoyed it a little less than I normally would have.

Dinner at Hongik Jjang Bbong (홍익짬뽕 노원점)
I like that the meat in the 짬뽕 has the flame-broiled taste and I also like the coating of the tangsuyuk (탕수육)
Overall, I think it’s a pretty good choice for Chinese food in the area ^^

Good God (굿갓레스토랑)
Good place for dinner in Uijeongbu (의정부) We had the shrimp & flying fish roe risotto (새우 날치알 리조토), spicy bacon rosé pasta (매콤 베이컨 로제 파스타) , and tenderloin pan steak (안심 팸 스테이크) Everything was good but I esepcially liked the spicy bacon rosé pasta

After approximately six years, I have finally moved out of Jeongok (전곡).
I still remember seeing the entryway for the first time and thinking, “What in the world is this...?“ Although I am now used to it and know that it is because Jeongok is where fossils were discovered in Korea and where the paleolithic festival is annually held... I have to admit, I still think it’s weird ㅋㅋ
It’s been six years of many ups and downs in this town, but I’m glad to have called it home.
