I had a more than successful swim on many counts, bike came and went and run was where it should have been. About a month ago, I started seeing a Chiropractor. While my nerve pain isn’t completely gone, it’s lessened. My gait has changed; not dropping my hip, swinging my left leg out and I’m actually nailing midfoot striking.
