“Ashengrotto-senpai!” Azul stops in his steps as he turns his head. He smiles mockingly; only one person would call him so cheerfully by that name.
“Deuce-san, what a surprise to see you.” Azul takes a look down at Deuce’s arms carrying a box full of softly glowing crystals. “If you’re here to collect my Wishing Star, you don’t need to worry. Idia-san has it.”
“Oh! Thank you, but that’s not why I called out to you.” Deuce shuffles the weight of the box to tuck it all under one arm. “Were you just coming out of a dorm leader meeting?” He gestures with his free hand at Azul’s Octavinelle uniform.
“I was. If you’re looking for Riddle-san, I think he went the opposite way.”
“I’m not looking for Dorm Leader either,” Deuce says with a frown. “Why do you keep mentioning others?”

Okay, so this has been a long-time coming, but the fact of the matter is this: I will not be writing any more for the majority of TWST fans. I will now only write for myself and my friends.
I am not obligated to state my reasons, but I will say that it's dreadfully tiring to walk into the main tag(s) and see fans try to be "woke" and politically correct in, truthfully, absurd ways. I don't want to be writing for those people.
From now on, I will only be posting my own ideas, thoughts, WIPs, and such. Please respect my decision, and have a wonderful rest of your day.
I'll be starting the slate clean and debate on whether or not to delete my request posts. It'll be a few days till I decide what to do.

Deuce Spade is a mage-in-training with a black card suit painstakingly drawn on his face every day with makeup. He’s dressed every day in Night Raven College’s three-piece school uniform, properly as instructed in the pamphlet he received ages ago, and to his knowledge is one of the very few students of Night Raven College to wear the uniform as intended with no additionals or subtractions. He follows all of his dorm’s tedious rules and bizarre chores as best he can. Deuce is focused on becoming an honor student and shedding his delinquent past for the sake of his mother’s happiness.
Deuce does all these things to be considered good. He is doing all these things to achieve his dreams of making his mother proud, of becoming a police officer, a person others can look up to without fear or bloodied awe. Like a real man (and mama’s boy) if you asked him what goal he was ultimately reaching for.
So…why doesn’t he feel like a man?

Hello, everyone! This is a little idea I had. In short, Night Raven Canon, the Discord server I've made, is strictly for canon characters. Yuu is a little on-the-fence since they're the MC, thus open to many interpretations, but there are no OC/sona channels because they're not what the server is about.
Below the cut is SOME rules/server notes I HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading before requesting a server invite/asking me questions.
Leona and Lilia have shipping restrictions. Leona is to be romantically shipped only with 3rd-year students, and Lilia is to be romantically shipped only with NRC staff. BREAKING THIS RULE LEADS TO A QUICK BAN.
Ignihyde only has familial dorm channels due to them being brothers. Requesting an Ignihyde channel for the other categories is not allowed and may lead to a ban depending on the category requested.
Ship wars/intolerance is NOT allowed. Any type of drama will get you a warning.
There is no NSFW. Slightly spicy/PG-15 work may be shared (making out, semi-nude "beach episode"-like art) but it MUST be tagged+spoilered and anything beyond that is not okay.
Any other questions can possibly be answered in the server rules channel, the server suggestions/FAQ channel, or by asking me here on Tumblr.

oh my god the AzuDeu similarities/parallels are getting to me, hold on, hold on...
Obvious one first: they both want to let go of their pasts. Get better from them.
Deuce is so honest and expressive. Absolutely no lying bone in his body. On the opposite end, Azul is reclusive and hides behind a pleasant mask of shallow friendliness. Lies/twists truths a lot if it benefits him.
