100 days of productivity - Day 39

Today was awesome! I took the day off from work because I had to go to the doctor, so I went there, started watching some new series and then started reviewing my Clean Code in JS notes (I should definitely also do it with my data structures and algorithms notebook), then I persuaded my fiancé to solve coding challenges with me on leetcode, and it was so fun that we agreed to do it tomorrow!

Yesterday and today I did the exact same thing: I read chapter 8 of Clean Code in JS : Operators! It was really nice bc it's not something we tend to focus at, but the details are very important and can make a total difference (for good or for bad ahahaha badly implemented operators can give us some bugs)

11th of august 2021

So much has happened these past few days... Like I said in my last post I did really badly on my c++ test due to technical issues 🙄🙄 so I fell into a slump, I procrastinated, didn’t watch any of the following lectures bec I was too embarrassed to show up (don’t be like me).. when I took my second test (a few days ago) I only wanted to pass because I was just too scared of this course now, but I actually got an amazing grade 26/30, considering the fact that I gave up on that course... I’m really happy💞

I also didn’t do as well as I wanted to do in my cytology test (mostly bec I was sleep deprived🥲)... I did well but I wanted to do better y’know..

And for my orgo test.. I got an 18/20!!!!! And I’m so happy,, I now feel like maybe I can do even better... if I tried hard enough,, life is weird lol🧘‍♀️

10th of August 2021 - day 2 of 29

Today was another day of studying advanced chemical analysis. I’m learned half of the syllabus now. Tomorrow I’ll switch it up and study physical chemistry (help). I’m also making my own planner to use on my iPad, since the ones other people make have 1: too many elements that I won’t use or 2: not the elements I want. So on my breaks im doing that.

I also read my 4th book of the year: The Atlas Six. I totally recommend anyone to check it out if you love a thrilling fantasy story! I couldn’t put the book down.

Hey guys! Wow, it's been 30 days since I first started this! Thank you for everyone that's been supporting me this far! Today I didn't have much time, so I kept on watching crash course computer science (this episode was obviously about binary)

Fun fact: when i first learned binary in college I loved saying that I watch Zoey 5 (Zoey 101 lol)

Hey everyone! Today I read the section about iterables, it was pretty good! I also tried listening to music while reading, and it totally worked! I generally try to avoid it bc I tend to get distracted a lot, but it was super fine! (Pro-tip: to prevent getting distracted, listen to songs in a language that's different from the language you're reading in!)

Today was great! I've finally done something that I'd been procrastinating for a long time: writing down my expenses (why so boring, yet so important???), I also finally came back to this book and read the Function section and finally, I watched a lot of Dawson's Creek, been loving it so far! (If anyone's going to watch this, beware of the fact that Dawson's a total douche)
