A/n: AAAAAAAAAAAAAA I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SOULMATE AUS SM, ik that they are kind of dated but we deserve more soulmate aus in this world so I'll make it a soulmate au fic just for y'all, and tysm^^ the crows will love it!

So! Imagine, while you and Vertin were students in the St. Pavlov Foundation, you two would always get in trouble by pushing the limit of the strict rules of the foundation and try to find out more and more about anything in general.

It has become a habit for the teachers to punish you two separately because as long as you and Vertin were together, everything was alright and wherever you were, wether it be in the halls, in your dorms or were sent to punishment, you guys would be having a good time.

I can see you with Vertin trying to find books in the library about the outside world, even if you weren't a big fan of reading complicated books, Vertin would be more than happy to read them at loud for you and explain you some terminologies that you don't understand.

One of her favourite memories is you two spending time in your dorms theorising about the world, what about the frog she brought in? What kind of life did it have back there?

Her second favourite is you two finding a few scraps of metal in the library, they were two circular ones that fit perfectly like rings, from then on you guys kept them as matching rings.

At last you were one of the first people that she told her plan to go and witness the outside world.

This moment marked such a significant part in your guys friendship, even if you didn't tell her your feelings you felt really honoured to go with her, getting to witness such beauty is a onece in a life time opportunity.

As Vertin gathered more children that longed for freedom just like you two, you of course helped with the plan for everyone to escape.

But you were so innocent, as much knowledge the both of you had, you were still just children, gullible and naive.

The moment you inhaled the air of the outside world you felt as the world around you was embracing you and welcoming your truth, you felt as if life has welcomed you back to life.

That wouldn't last long though, the moment you turned around you felt a sharp pain in your heart, you saw Vertins eyes widen.

She saw how life was draining out of your soul

She has witnessed the Storm

Before you could understand what was happening, the last thing you remember seeing is her, your heart sank along with her's, as if your heart was a anchor strongly attached by a thread to hers

You were gone before her eyes, that marked the end of a era, you were gone, now the world didn't exist for her, she never could feel the oxygen in her lungs the same way as you did.

The only thing that was left is your matching ring, thats it, the only evidence that you were alive in her life time. And from then on she'd wear it with her, never taking it off.

As years passed by she always had this sinking feeling that wouldn't let her be.

In one of her travels she gazed at her clock seeing how long before the storm arrived at that timeline, "in 25 minutes and 11 seconds the Storm is comming" she said as she gazed at Sonetto as she nodded.

"It's a pity, this life time is so peaceful, it feels uneasy even, but there's nothing we can do now, how about a walk? Let's saviour some of these parts at least in our memories" Sonetto murmured before they start walking along a park with a beautiful view of a lake

Before Vertin could comment at the beauty before her she saw someone

Her heart felt heavy again, it couldn't be...

She stayed like a statue gazing on the person that felt so familiar, even if their backs were turned every part of them reminded her of you, but she didn't want them to turn around, she couldn't bear to see their life fading in front of her, so she let go and went back with Sonetto to saviour this time line for as long as she could.

There were multiple times before she saw people exactly like you, they even sounded like you but she couldn't bear to get attached this much again.

But in another timeline, there you were, but the only difference was that you were a Arcanist, Vertin knew she had to collaborate with you in this time line but she still held back.

But how could she? You were here! It was you! Your memories weren't the same but yet you talked to her as if you knew her from birth.

This time Vertin finally could let go of her guilt and mourning, so as the Storm closed in instead of seeing you disappear again she took you with her.

Imagine Vertin, in all of her travels to find the truth she always stumbles opon you, or better said a reincarnated version of you. In every timeline she travels to she always manages to find you, at first the logical and rational side of her would tell herself to not get attached, but how could she not? In every reincarnation you remain the same, one of the only constant thing present in her life. Once the Storm starts effecting your current world she refuses to let you go, instead of listening to rationality, her emotions get the better of her and saves you, the only constant thing in her life now able to cherish you and hold you tighter for a little longer.

𖤓One thing she vividly remembers is this specific scenario from when she was younger:

𖤓'sat in front of the mirror, and some of her sisters trying their best to untangle her hair without it biting their arms off, so her hair would always be unstylised and sometimes tangled in which thay would make her quite insecure'

𖤓But when she heard that you'd be a sort of personal maid/butler for her she was kind of concerned how her hair would react because she didn't want it to intimate you or hurt you

𖤓But surprisingly it didn't really have a problem with you, it didn't have a problem with you touching it, brushing it and overall styling it. She was in awe when you managed to do it for the first time and from then on she insisted that you'd help her with this matter

𖤓By the end, she ended up crying because it was never her intention to hurt you because you were so beloved to her but she was afraid how you'd react but by the end after comforting her and taking about it she gave you the most gentle kiss on the cheek

𖤓Even if that is one of her first relationships, she's actually a really good partner, she's calm collected and when you two are alone she feels so safe with you that she lets herself and her emotions to be vulnerable without worrying about any sort of judgement

❂When she first met you the very first thing that she did was bring her to her room to show you the various golden trinkets that she found from those hollow whales!

❂They all looked to mesmerized undet the moonlight and their reflection could easily light up her room with a really soft golden light

❂She mostly would sneak you out Tearcrown so you'd have some time alone and find more trinkets for her to add to her collection

❂At these treasure hunting trips she'd be as exited to talk and rant about how some things tip her off, just like how crimson coral doesn't really get her sarcasm but she'd be as excited to hear more about you!

❂She'd always insists in you joining the rest of the gem mermaids everywhere because she considers you as family and deeply cares about you

❂Another thing you'd do together was cleaning up any dirty trinkets, because after all she wants them to shine brightly under the sun and the moon light!

❂She has a surprisingly good maintained hair! She just enjoys not having it tied up and letting it free so she never really insisted on having hair care sessions because it was so easily maintainable

❂The moment she realised she had feelings for you is when you two would on one of your treasure/trinket hunting adventures and you'd look so interested in her little rant on how much she loves her shiny jewelry, your expression was so focused and interested on what she had to say that she outright confessed right here and there!

❂Of course later on, around that night before coming back to Tearcrown she said that she genuinely ment it and that she truly really does adore you and asked you properly if you'd like to be her partner

.𖥔 ݁ ˖As you two took care of the last plants she took a deep breath and handed you over a flower in a glass sphere, it was so beautiful! It even had the ability to glow in the dark!

When am I going to start writing again?

Hello everyone^^ again my schedule is allover the place but I wanted to give a explication on my current state as a fan fic writer.

The good news is that I'm planning to come back to writing around October and make a flufftomber sort of fanfics so I can get settled down to writing again! And I'm planning to make: part 3 of reader being a playable character in genshin, part 1 of reader being a playable character in cookie run, Cookie run self aware/god au, and most excitingly I'm going to start writing for honkai star rail too!!!

Ok so now for the main reason for my absence I'm going to keep it short, basically I kind of vanished around February cuz I wanted to focus more to studies and such, but at the same time I noticed how whenever I thought of new ideas for fan fics I always thought of what the people would want and not what I want for my fanfiction, and my ideas were never enough for me so I took a break so I could also focus on my art and understand that the reason I love drawing and writing so much is because I'm passionate about it and I'm not doing it to please others but to create something I love.

Right now I'm working on some of the fanfics I mentioned and I can't wait to come back^^ in the meantime have some art that I've made in my absence

Genshin characters reaction to you bringing a cat home

A/n: I'm not even gonna try to apologize for vanishing out of the earths surface for about 4 months but because today is my blog's first birthday I'm finally writing this fanfiction idea that I had sence I started this blog, caroce enjoy it my beloveds 😙

Characters included: Diluc, Kaveh, Kokomi, Shenhe

Cw: not proofread, we die like Dilucs dad, and mentions of homicidal thoughts in shenhes part

✦Diluc✦

Ok so the moment he saw a tiny kitten loafed in the sofa near the fire place, he knew it was you that brought it in

And you convinced him to let the little guy stay until winter was over because it was freezing outside and would have little chance at survival

Diluc after some convincing agreed to let him stay, but he said that 'the moment spring comes and it's warm outside the cat is going out'

Little did he know that during the little time that the cat was staying in your guys mantion he slowly fell in love with it

And it was just the littlest of things, like the time the little kitten hopped into your guys bed and snuggled itself in-between you and Diluc while cuddling

Or the time it was colder in the house so the kitten got on Dilucs lap and proceeded to purr and make biscuits on his lap because he has a pyro vision and his body runs warmer

And when spring came and it was warm, Diluc didn't forget his promise but he didn't have the heart to do anything so he just let the kitten be

And if you would bring it up to him that sadly it's time to let the kitten go, he'd just pull up excuses like 'oh but the weather is still not that stable yet and it can get cold again really quickly' or something like that

And then little did you know now the cat has been staying with you guys for about a year and now Diluc doesn't dare to let go of your guys cat and loves it with all of his heart

And the best part is that the cat now catches all of the mice and rats that hide around the winery

And one of Dilucs favourite things is watching the cat run around the grape yard and catching crystal fly and bringing them to Diluc as presents

(For the sake of this fanfic he moved in to your house)

Ok so, similar to Diluc, the first time he saw the kitten it was on the sofa curled up and peacefully sleeping

And after that little guy approached him to give Kaveh a little bump on his leg because he wanted scratches, Kaveh fell in love with it

Yes the two of you would have to work harder to be able to afford the kittens litter box, cat food, toys ect but he didn't mind because it was for his son (yes he calls the cat his son)

This mf WILL get jealous of the cat chooses to cuddle with you rather than him and be sarcastically dramatic about it

Once when he was working on a project the kitten managed to get on too of his shoulder and started playing with the feather that Kaveh has on his head, and whenever the cat is on tall pleases and Kaveh is near the cat WILL try and get that feather from his head to play with

It doesn't matter if that cat has be best toys in the world, Kavehs feather is the superior toy for the cat to play with

✦Kokomi✦

At first she saw them in her secret place where she'd take time to gain energy back, and didn't think you were the one that brought them here but she let them be because they didn't bother her and honestly their presence calmed her down

After a week she brought you in to her secret place to show you the two cats that made a home there and you had to confess to her that you were the one that brought them there

After some talking, you two agreed that the cats can stay but only on this secret place where no one knows

Of course the two cats had the freedom to go to explore watatsumi island but they mostly stuck to exploring the village and sleeping in Kokomis comfort place

Kokomi quickly began to love those cats and loved seeing them play with each other, she would spawn little water fish for the cats to chase around

OMG imagine if Kokomi would summon her jelly fish for the cats to play with

Also Kokomi def gains energy from hanging out with the cats whenever you are not around but one of her favourite things is you two playing with the cats or cuddling while reading and the cats sleeping on top of you two

✦Shenhe✦

To be honest, you didn't know how she'd react to you bringing a pet on the house, but she didn't really mind

But the longer time she and the cat have spent together she became more calm, yes she's calm most of the time but she didn't have as many homicidal thoughts as before

She found out that, that was a great method to calming her down and distracting her from those thoughts and now whenever you are hanging out with eachother she is most definitely bringing the cat along, petting it while she holds it

Whenever she feels those disturbing thoughts plaguing her, she goes to find the cat that you have brought and play with it, pet it or just cuddle with it

Another habit that she had formed is whenever is time to go to bed the cats NEEDS to sleep besides her while purring, it's just the vibrations form the cats purr just sends her to sleep so easily

Overall, even if she doesn't show it to much she is beyond grateful that you brought that cat into her life and doesn't understand how she was able to live without them
