Part 6!

Mason sat there when his eyes glanced at you. He was confused at first but then his eyes glowed with excitement and pure joy. He opened his arms and you found them covering you in a tight hug. He lifted you up and that was it, your eyes were teary, tears of joy, everlasting joy. You pulled away and saw Mason was in light tears too. "y/n, I can't express my happiness, i-" He spoke in a light voice.

"We'll leave you two alone to talk," Declan said and he and Mason's mom left the room. "how have you been?" you asked gently "My life has been great, just happy to be sitting in front of you" He replied with a calm tone. "How's your girlfriend?" You questioned almost on the verge of breaking down. "She's great, we recently went on a trip to Dubai, Have you got yourself a partner? he replied "i haven't actually, i thought i'd be the first one to get myself a partner, but life takes turns, yeah" you muttered. Mason was after all your best friend, he knew something was bothering and he exactly knew what that something was.

After a few hours of visiting Mason's, you went back to your Hotel, feeling bright and gloomy at the same time. You met Chloe there, and let's just say she wasn't as nice as you expected. She had eyes beseeching you, asking to leave. But now you were busy for a week, due to London fashion Week

"Mason, why were you with her" Chloe asked him. "what do you mean? he responded "oh, don't play dumb" She snapped back "Chloe, she is my best friend we've been friends since forever," He said "oh yeah, well you might have fucked her too, who knows?" She said mockingly. After a bitter quarrel, "yeah you know what Mason Mount, i am so done with you, now you can easily fuck that bitch" She snarled. She left the room, leaving behind a heartbroken Mason.

After a cruel week for Mason, You decided to meet him one more time before leaving For New York. "Hey, Mason? You alright" You questioned "to be honest, I am not Chloe just broke up with me" He responded, eyes glued at the tv and not looking at you.

Part 5! cause why not?!

"Agreed" Declan said feeling proud as ever. You let out a small chuckle when Declan commands "we better get you to your hotel before you freeze". You both got settled in his car and left for your hotel. "so where's Mason?" you questioned "he's gone out with his girlfriend, Chloe, for the day" He responded. A broken heart was all that was left with and your heart sank hearing his words. A small laugh from you covered the sadness as you said "that guy's got a girlfriend? Who would even like him?" you blurted. "uh-huh, now here's your hotel, we'll go meet Mason tomorrow around 1 so be ready" He said as he hugged you to let you go " thanks, see ya" you murmured and went inside. After getting the keys you went directly to your room and cried deeply with your head buried in the pillow

After shedding a shit ton of tears, you decided to go sleep and mentally prepare yourself for tomorrow. All the things i did just so i could call you mine you thought before drifting in a deep sleep.

Your eyes opened as the rays of the Sun were beaming through the window. Of course you had forgotten to draw the curtains as you were busy crying. You quickly got up from the bed and went for a shower and got yourself dressed for the day. You looked at your phone and it was a call from Declan. "eyo, i am standing outside the hotel, c'mon its 12:21 already sleepy head" he lectured through the phone. You reached out to his car and both of you settled in for a drive to Mason's house.

30 minutes of silence later you had reached the house you feared. "i don't think its a good idea we should better get going" you turned to walk away when Declan stopped you and said "no turning back now, y/n". He rang the doorbell and Mason's Mum opened the doo. At first she couldn't recognize you but after a few minutes of reckon. She pulled you in a hug. "oh y/n dear its so pleasant to see you again" she sighed. "Pleasure to meet you again too" you chuckled". She escorts you inside and you see Mason.

You kept your phone aside for some time and decided to took a cozy bubble bath. After drying yourself and changing into some comfy clothes you took your computer and booked tickets to London, feeling more alive than ever. A few days went by and you’d finally packed your suitcases and were about to leave for the airport when you thought you’d text Declan and inform him about the plan ‘Hey Dec! I am on my way to London, I really wanted to meet you both, and please don’t tell Mason I want to surprise him. See ya Rice Noodle!! He replied with an “omgg! It’ll be great to meet you again, I’ll pick you up, when and where’s your flight landing?’ ‘Heathrow, 4:45’ you texted back.

Butterflies built their residence in your stomach, every now and then you’d feel overwhelmed going back to your country and meeting your best friend and long time crush. Your flight landed a little late before the time, as you left the terminal you saw a familiar face but now with a Ginger beard. You ran faster then Usain Bolt and found yourself in Declan’s arms , muttering ‘’you have no idea how happy I am and how happy Mason will be”. Your eyes were teary as you pulled away from the hug and your eyes scanned Declan “and look what a handsome man you’ve turned into” you shrieked.
