Hi, I’m so sorry to bother you guys on here but I’ve been having an issue for like a week and I don’t know how to fix it-

For whatever reason, on my main, I’ve been suddenly unable to comment on posts (previous comments have also been hidden or deleted), unable to send/recieve dms (I get an error message) and when I tag someone they don’t get the notification. I can still like and reblog on my end, but I don’t even show up in the notes.

I’ve sent two emails to support but I still have no answer - has this happened to any of you and if it has, did you manage to fix it?
