So recently I've been trying to expand my platform a bit, and I've decided I'm going to go onto several other social media platforms!!

☆ - Rin would likely be very unfamiliar with anything trans-wise, but if anyone she knew came out, she would be clueless but innocently supportive.

☆ - After doing extensive research, (and probably taking it way too seriously) she would periodically check in on you about chest binding, making sure you never binded for too long.

☆ - If you did, she’d probably freak out, panicking and yelling about how you’d break your ribs.

☆ - (Probably broke her voice box during one of those interactions lol)

☆ - Would totally be overly supportive to the point where it’s a bit cheesy.

☆ - Calls you things like “Handsome,” “Manliest man to ever man,” dorky stuff like that.

“hold still you dummy!” You spoke, harshly gripping his chin and holding it in place. The scent of alcohol wipes and disinfectants filled the room as you swiped his cheek with a cotton ball.

“Owww!! Be gentle!” He whined, his voice cracking a little. You had been dating for a few months. The boy always had a habit of being clumsy, followed by you patching him up and lecturing him. The two of you were just on a walk outside when he got caught staring at a dog, tripped over a root, and practically face-planted into the sidewalk.

“Be more careful!” You scolded, gently grabbing a pink sparkly bandage from your first aid kit and pulling it out of the packaging.

“..Pink? really?” He whined in protest, groaning. “That’s for girls!!”

“Yknow, that’s awfully sexist of you, Len.” You snickered, placing the pink bandage over the scrape on his cheek.

“T- That’s not what I meant!! You know what I mean!!” He groaned, making you chuckle a bit.

“I have no clue what you meant then.” You replied with a sly tone, chuckling and wiping down the scrapes on his knees.

“Oowwowowowowow!!” He whined, sniffling in pain. “You’re hurting meeee!!” “Your own carelessness got you hurt. Stay still!” “You’re so mean to !!” He whined, sitting up and pouting his lip. “Can’t you try to be nice to me?” “Oh be quiet, you’re lucky I’m patient enough to deal with all your little bruises and scrapes like a five year old who fell off his bike.”

He pouted, looking away and frowning. He fell silent. You glanced up a bit, taking note of his silence. “..oh? someone not happy?” “…hmf.” You chuckled a bit as his stubbornness. You gently ruffled his hair, placing a gentle kiss on his head and flicking his nose.

“Ow!!” “I’m done bandaging you, ya dork.” “..oh- uh-… thank you..?” He said, looking down to the different variations of princess bandages on his knees and arms.

“..you used princess bandages on purpose, didn’t you?” He groaned, crossing his arms and frowning while staring at the adjacent wall. You laughed a bit in response. “..Maybe.”

I’m starting to see (yt) ppl complain about authors only writing x black/poc readers… i dont wanna hear nun cuz yall get everything, I don’t wanna read a book where my hair is flowing in the air while i’m talking to miles, bc it WONT. I want fics where we dance together to spanish music or rnb after I braid his hair. Hobie wouldn’t want a basic white person who does basic white person things, thats boring. Hobie would want someone (most likely colored, sry to break it to you) to try to fight for our people in the free time, or where he retwists my locs for me and i help maintain his wicks while listening to slow jams.

If you, as a cis-woman, ever get mad at the amount of masc!readers there are in the fanfic community, you can quickly and quietly f-off. Especially if you as a cis-woman who READS those x reader’s after the author specifically told you to stay away.

You have millions of other fanfics you can read. You can not complain, and not read, the low amount of masc!reader fics. Especially since a lot of those fics are written by trans-masculine authors. It’s just respect, and if you can’t do this one simple thing, I have no reason to respect you either.
