A 1 hour walk doesn't burn 200 calories I think the math is wrong
i have a smart watch that calculates cals burnt based on weight, height, heart rate, and i walk pretty fast and uphill. so I'm pretty sure it's right.

so i've been doing kind of bad and had to go away on holiday, so I decided to restart the haley dunphy diet today. it's day 1 and I had a limit of 600 calls. my parents made me have breakfast and lunch.
breakfast:
1 egg - 75 cals
lunch:
2 slices of toast with hot sauce - 200 cals
dinner:
beans and rice - 500 cals
snacks:
diet coke vanilla - 2 cals
exercise:
1 hour walk - -200 cals
total: 577 cals
day 2 should be better, ill be able to skip lunch and I've skipped breakfast (this is a bit of a late post)

made this diet (i'm obsessed with modern family at the moment and haley is my favourite character). it's perfect for starting on a Wednesday (that's what I designed it for). ill be doing daily wieiad posts from this diet. on a side note, I'm down 3 pounds since yesterday so I'm feeling good.

i feel so fucking lonely. i just binged 1200 calories and I feel like a failure. my parents wont even let me do enough exercise to burn it off. i hate myself. i just want to restrict. i didn't even enjoy the binge or really crave it. this disorder is scooping the life out of me.
